Frozen Gold

The ice cream was great and the outdoor area was really cute and fun. The service however was less than par. We walked in and not greeted at all and the staff was changing out the trash(which is fine but to not even feel notices as a customer almost made us walk out). She never even acknowledged us to say she would be just a minute or anything. The ice cream was great though!

I have been here twice now and I don’t think I agree with the negative reviews - yes they only serve soft serve but that’s their thing. There’s tonnes of options on the menu something for every type of ‘ice cream person’ Customer service: I definitely don’t think it’s bad, I’ve given 4 stars because I don’t think it’s above and beyond but it’s nothing that would annoy me. And I’ve been twice (this time being a busy sunny Saturday eve) and not waited more than 5 mins for my ice cream either time

This is my absolute favorite ice cream shoppe! I stop by as often as I can when I am visiting my soldier. The strawberry is my favorite!

The ice cream is very well made with delicious flavors, but the atmosphere is slightly lacking (most likely because of the lack of people at my time of visiting). the service is fast and efficient, and overall it's a great place for a cold treat.

Frozen Gold in Colorado Springs has the perfect ambiance to enjoy their frozen ice cream. While the service was underwhelming, we did appreciate the creative soft serve offerings. I chose the Strawberry and it was delicious. Smooth frozen yogurt topped with strawberry sauce and sprinkles of cookie crumbles. Extra bonus: We are our frozen ice cream in front of one of the bonfire pits.

Gone here a couple times. Last weekend family was in town so I went here twice. Ordered same thing each time but the prices were rang up differently by a few dollars and the second time I came I got significantly less in addition to my cone being made with the wrong flavor. It seemed like the worker knew they handed me the wrong flavor and I had to awkwardly stand there and wait for her to come back/“notice” me. I politely told her not a big deal but this wasn’t what I ordered and when they remade it, was even smaller than the smaller size they had already given me. The small sizes aren’t worth the price.

Cool outdoor seating and great ice cream. The customer service needs serious help. We asked about the special flavor thag was being offered, the person behind the counter mumbled something and pointed at the board. When I said I was ready to order, I got an eye roll

I love this really cool ice cream shop! They have some really creative flavor combinations that satisfy my salt and sweet tastes. I had the cheesey one. If you're adventurous or love caramel cheese popcorn, this is definitely one you should try. I can't wait until it's warmer, so my family and I can enjoy their treats on their patio.
