Extremely disappointing experience. We were the only customers in the store—my wife, my 2.5-year-old son, and myself—and the woman working there appeared to be in an awful mood. She did not say a single word to us the entire time. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing.
My son even spoke to her and was completely ignored. That is unacceptable, especially in a business that relies on customer interaction and a welcoming environment.
As a result, we left without purchasing anything.
Where has basic customer service gone?
A note to the owner: if this is the level of service you allow to represent your establishment, it will not last.
