Fuddruckers at Orleans Casino

We had such a great time during our stay! The food was absolutely delicious, everything we ordered was well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they put care into their menu. We also spent some time at the casino and had an amazing experience there! The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, and the staff made sure everyone was having fun. Overall, a memorable stay. we’ll definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately, not the nostalgia to the max experience that I was hoping for. It's more of a stand than the original that it used to be. The guy working the cash rep was very helpful. Nice and patient with us. Got our order perfect. The food tasted wonderful. It was perfectly cooked. Unfortunately my partner Burger did not come with the extra cheese that he had ordered and 20 went back to get the cheese. They would still only gave him like one slice so that kind of sucks. But besides that great and it was still a throwback for us. Still really great portions for really great prices!!!!

Best burger around. The line will be long but the burger will be hot and juicy. You pick out toppings after it is thus! The bun is fresh and crisp to the edges. The chicken is also tender and moist. If you love hamburgers you will enjoy this! I was sad when they closed the location in Buena Park.

Like Fuddruckers, all do not too many of them are left. The service at this place in the Casino vas very poor and quality of the burgers suffered do the time it took to be finished for serving. The flavors of the burgers are the best, but quality and service needs improvement.

The food was really good, but not what I asked for. I requested a cheeseburger on wheat bread and with ranch and I was given the default order of the burger (without my customizations). They definitely have management issues. Some staff aren’t properly trained, which isn’t their fault, as they’re in a high-stress environment with no coordination. The staff was kind, but it seems like changes to management need to happen. Besides not getting what I ordered, the food was fresh and delicious.

One of the last Fuddruckers ~ Open 24/7 (with cleaning between 4-5 am They only get overwhelmed with large events like Viva Las Vegas.. but they handle it well.. They do all they can to get your burger exactly how you'd like.. Good meat options & they will still give you all the toppings you want from the Burger bar~ Anyone going late night be sure to Thank Darius! *Tipping accepted

It took over 25 minutes to get two not even mediocre burgers. Everyone in there worked very slowly and appeared to be either high or half asleep. Once we got our food, there was not one clean table to eat on. The whole area was filthy.

Never eaten at a Fuddruckers before and happy I got to try it out in Vegas. Got a buffalo chicken sandwich that was delicious. I like the fresh lettuce and ingredients they use as toppings. The wedges served with the combo were also very good. Great place for a fast food option and will try out more of their menu for sure!

So good. The burgers and fries are the same as they were in SoCal. It's in a food court inside the casino, close to the parking structure, which makes it somewhat easy to get to. When I went, I was already prepared to meet the infamous staff as I had read from previous reviews, but I was courteous to them and they were with me. Toppings are all behind the counter, but you let them know what you want, which I think is more sanitary. Overall, I am so stoked that I still have access to a Fuddruckers, even though it's a six hour drive each way, lol. I have to say, I am more inclined to go to Vegas now mostly because there is a Fuddruckers there. I really wish Fuddruckers would get some new CEOs or hire some new talent at bringing them back around the nation like they used to. They never learned to adapt. Anyway, I am biased because I grew up having Fuddruckers. Have always been a fan of their hamburgers and fries. If you are, too, then this is a good way for you to get your fix. If you are new to Fuddruckers, well keep an open mind and expect it to be ok. The bad reviews likely came from people unfamiliar while the great reviews probably came from people like me.

When your specialty is burgers and fries you would think you would be very good at it. However today I was proven wrong. The burger itself is excellent however, the french fries were ice cold and the cheese dipping sauce was cold. Cold Cheese sauce one of two things. It isn't plugged in or you're putting it in their cold. The cheese should be preheated, and then put in dispenser . The manager was an older gentleman who looked like he was being tortured and the rest of the employees look like they were forced to work there. No smile very unfriendly. . $18 for burgers fries you need to do better it's not that hard of a job

I love Fuddruckers, but, this hamburger was way over done. Meat was burnt, buns were burnt , fries were burnt. I had to look for the good ones and there were a few. Ive never been disappointed in such a simple meal. I gave a 1 star because the man who gave my food was nice. Now the one who took my order seemed like he didn't want to be there.

Why 5? Because when you want a bite and be welcomed by super people, this is an oasis of food and fun. (No alcohol, though) Stand in a short line, pay, when they call you, pick up your meal and pick your toppings. It feels like they give personable-singular service. Lots of seating as they are in the food court of the Orleans, near the poker room!

I grew up eating here in college but they closed down the Burbank Location. Then I'd go to the Stanton location. They closed down. Found Fudd at the casino. It has not changed! I love their Swiss burger!!! I had dinner and this was dessert. The service was fast and friendly. Ambiance was ok. It's just a kiosk so not much to talk about. I highly recommend this burger. Well kind of. If you've had other burgers, I'm not going to be responsible to recommend this to you. There are a lot of places better. What makes this place stand out I believe are the buns and the fresh veggies you can put on it. Unlimited I think.

Got a hot dog to go from the food court, check your food before you walk a quarter mile back to your room. Can't believe they charged us for this burnt.. whatever it is..

I think their name should be more like f**ckers. Yes they do have an menu appealing to the hungry drunkers. Yet there is no excuse when the massive zombies attack and you don't keep your composure and get orders out as they come in. Yes, when you wait over 1/2hr+ and being bypass by so many customers which pisses me off. As those who really know me it takes a lot to get me over the edge. Unfortunately I'm not the only customer experiencing the unorganized fiasco. Enough is enough, time to ask for a refund and just walk away... Oh wait my order is surprisingly ready... F'dat..I'm out.. 1 Star.. Sorry Fuddruckers.... Your name suits your business.. F'in bad, Boyd's shouldn't tolerate you.

My husband's friend's birthday and he wants Fuddruckers. It's better than the horror themed pizza shop we went to last year, so I'm happy. But I've never tried Fuddruckers, didn't even know it was a real place and not just a joke from Idiocracy. This isn't a sit down restaurant, it's a space in the food court. We were trying to get to a movie, so this didn't bother me. It was super crowded, as there was some sort of business convention happening but the longer we waited for our food, the better it was to find seats for the 10 of us. Ordering was easy, even though I could not for the life of me hear the person taking our order. She was so soft spoken and when you asked, "huh?" or "can you repeat that?" she just stared at us. Oh well! The order came out correctly, so there's that. We did wait a bit, about 25 min, but like I said, we were waiting for tables to clear up, so it didn't bother us. I very much liked the toppings bar. This is great and I wish all burger joints did this. My husbands burger was cooked how he asked for it, medium, and tasted amazing. I got the crispy chicken salad. It was good, except the chicken was a bit dry. I couldn't tell if it was re-heated or just fried wayyy to long but if I had to guess, I'd say the former. Overall, I do think it's a bit overpriced but not so much I wouldn't come back. Now, hopefully, it does stay in business (part of the reason for coming was to get it before it was gone.)

I went to Orleans Casino just to get some Fuddruckers. This location is in a small food court inside of Orleans Casino. It's the smallest Fuddruckers I've been to but the food I got was still good. They are easily the most popular restaurant at this Orleans food area. FOOD Regular burger. Half pound. Asked for nacho cheese and pico de gallo. I like how the buns are made in house and the burger patties are ground in house. They also cook the burgers to your requested temperature. DRINK I'm assuming this changed during covid times but, there are no refills on drinks. They go a bit too heavy on the ice too. Request less ice PARKING Parking is free at the Orleans. Large garage with lots of spaces.

Customer service socks Food socks Who wants to eat refried French fries. The burger was horrible. I had to get a refund. I'll never never come here again. The best one was in California in Buena park. When they closed the chains, they should've left them closed.

Since all locations closed down in CA this was a must on our way to our hotel in Vegas. The burger was good. Just as I remembered and the chili dog was big! The food came out rather fast which was great since it was really busy. The only reason they got three stars is because of the older short haired lady with glasses that took our order. Hate your job much or just rude as a way of life? She couldn't hear me so she acted like I was the crazy one not giving her my order. I would put her name but they don't wear name tags. She didn't even say thank you, which is the least someone can do when you're spending your money. The younger gal was great. Super fast, friendly and on point.

Service is awful. Lackadaisical employees who do not listen and couldn't care less about customer service. Why does it take 35 mins for 2 egg sandwiches with no bread and beef! I ordered and watched several people who ordered after me get their orders! Simply ridiculous! What was suppose to be fast food turned into 45 minutes of frustration. If I could give it ZERO STARS I WOULD! Then I get my food without the BEEF WITH A "MY BAD" then expected me to wait until they cook it with no offer of a refund or anything to make up for the 45 minutes of my life wasted without the food I actually paid for! Never AGAIN EATING AT THIS JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT CAMOUFLAGED AS A RESTAURANT!

There isn't anything to improve here - they don't have how the FUDDRUCKERS use to be - it's not the same - so I went ahead around the corner to TGI Fridays - best of luck w meal -

The Tex Mex Burger is the way to go comes with avocado, smokehouse, bacon and pepper jack cheese I opted for the half pound over the 3rd pound for a dollar more. I also added premium topping for $1.19 which was chili but the pro move is to put it on the side. I made a combo for $5.19 more and I got the halfies onion rings and fries with a Coke zero cause I watch my weight was the overall price was $21.21 was excellent. Deanna W was my person who took my order after the food was ready to go you get to choose your toppings at the fresh condiment the bar and they add on whatever you want lettuce tomatoes, onion, pepperchinis, jalapeños, fresh, right there, amazing for 20 bucks and in Vegas you can't beat it. It's enough for two people to eat chili cheese fries and onion rings on the side and burger. It's a win. This is 100% pro move. If you want to eat a lot of food that's really good actually the bun was delicious freshly made bun, the ground beef is fresh. It was delicious. The reason I came here is because it's very nostalgic to me. My grandfather used to take me to Fuddruckers when I was a kid in Palm Springs. I think one time I ordered a 1 pound burger and he was so impressed that I finished the whole thing. I was 10 years old at the time so I wanted to come here and relive my childhood in Las Vegas- miss you grandpa

1 1/2 minute read: We stayed in Vegas at the Orleans Hotel & Casino. FUDDRUCKERS is located on the west side on the 1st floor as you go to the self-parking garage. Several mornings, at dawn, I went and got breakfast items, and coffee. The food items are not premade and waiting to be sold. They're fresh. The breakfast items we had were delicious, well pretty, hot and reasonably priced. I didn't have a chance to order other food items but on our next trip, I'll try out their other goodies. Each time I went there, the a.m. Staff was friendly, courteous and service minded. Next visit, I'm going to jot down their names and give them proper credit. Thanks P.S., If you're at the Orleans, go to FUDDRUCKERS.

Not impressed with the cashiers service. Normally I leave a 20 percent tip and she including the staff didn't get another penny from me. Cashier didn't greet with a hi, or end with a thank you and has the personality of a board. The older gentleman that was working behind her getting the food orders processed even seemed annoyed by her. Furthermore, didn't listen to what I wanted to eat so I settled so we could get our food quicker before the movie. Ordering from her is very awkward and makes you feel out of place. I would recommend that this place replaces her with a staff member that wants to have a job and wants to work.

NO CONSISTENCY - 1st day the breakfast burrito was great -- 2nd day the breakfast burrito wasn't as good -- 3rd day the breakfast burrito was TERRIBLE! 1/2 the size, greasy, not as tasty. There Won't be a 4th day.

Ate dinner here during a business conference at the Orleans Arena. Despite the huge line!, the cashier and serves were super nice, efficient, attentive and friendly! The burger I got was super juicy, yum. Burgers are a little pricey, but it it is a good quality burger. I also had a vanilla milkshake which was super good, smooth, not too sweet, hit perfect for a hot Vegas day and energy booster.

Nice convenient location within the Orleans food court. The tables aren't cleaned nearly enough, the tables all look like they haven't been wiped down for a while. There were only 3 workers and it was relatively busy. Food took approximately 15 minutes which wasn't too bad for the amount of orders in front of us. Services was about what you'd expect from the workers. Not very pleasant, but not rude either. I ordered the Hangover meal and ordered the hamburger medium, the hamburger was well done and the over easy egg was cracked cooked well done as well. It wasn't too upsetting as I knew what to expect. Favor of the food was ok and I like that you can add whatever toppings/vegetables you prefer.

MOUTHWATERING and JUICY! The sizzle and smoky scent of a Fuddruckers burger is recognizable, this is a great burger and it's worth every cent. The Fuddruckers location within The Orleans is better than some of the full-sized Fuddruckers I've been to in previous years. The staff takes their time creating the perfect burger as the meat is prepared fresh and is grounded on the same day! Once your burger is made you are asked what toppings you'd like within the burger a la Subway style. Shout out to Mike! This man worked it every day and night, he always had a smile on his face, was the most friendly person ever, and was truly a professional! Bravo Mike! I only had one bad experience with this really grumpy and crass older man named Terry who snapped at my Dad and I because he didn't feel like coming to work. The atmosphere is fun and close to the slots so fret not if you're indulging in some late night gaming. Overall, I'm going to make a point of visiting this location whenever I'm near the Orleans! I highly recommend the Hangover burger which includes a fried egg on top of your patty! It's perfect for late night cravings! Note: This location is open 24 HRS. Yayyyy :)

I so loved Fuddruckers when it was here in Colorado. Going to this one was so disappointing. Styrofoam containers. Plasticware. The excitement is gone for me when I see it now. Boo hoo!

The burgers were good! The person who took our order didn't seem as pleasant so that's why I have the 4 star rating. Otherwise, everything was good. Food was good. It was super busy so we waited a bit for our order. It was our first time so because we had to reserve a table my husband said after we could add sides to our burger.

Older man working (no name tag) the register today 6/27/25 at the Orleans Casino at 12 noon Older man wasvery Dry we stood waiting for about 7 mins before he even asked what we wanted in a dry whisper he looked straight at my husband and I and didn't say a word we finally ordered our he just said What do you want?? We order our food.Once our food was ready once again he said What do you want on it , he tossed our toppings on and pushed our boxes of food to us as if we were bothering him .We felt we wasted our money,we stated the food was good service Horrible.

Okay so you might be telling yourself, I have not eaten at a Fuddruckers in 18 years and you'd get right. I had to try it again since I love the movie idiocracy and there are less options in Vegas at 1AM. I saw that they have "exotic " burgers offering buffalo and elk that is 100% pasture raised and I ordered a buffalo burger medium rare with fries and a drink. The burger was amazing! True to form, I could add fixens on it but more in a Subway manner with the attendant putting everything on for you. I got pickles, onions, romaine lettuce, jalapeños, relish, and pico de gallo. Not cheap at $16 but worth it to get high quality! My wife got the veggie burger which she liked, we both have fond memories going to our suburban Fuddruckers back in the day. If you're by the Orleans, try one of the exotic burgers!

Best burger in Vegas for $15 or less. Fresh patties grilled to order. Get the 2/3lb it's only 50 cents more. If you're trying to maintain a carnivore diet in Vegas and can't buy steaks every day, this is your go to. Forget about service here, it's the best burger at the best price, but it'll take 10-15 min if you get 2/3lb medium well. Tip these folks they're busting their butt

Food was very good. The two cashiers were very miserable people, an old white guy and old latina lady. God forbid you ask a question. Have some personality.

Don't come here. Old guy at the register is as unfriendly as possible and doesn't listen. It's as if you're bothering him by ordering food.

I always come after work and want to enjoy fuddruckers but this past 2 months it's just been good down hill for them I use to enjoy there delicious cinnamon rolls but now they taste like cardboard and there always are this make it the last straw I will no longer be coming to fuddruckers at the orleans casino.

The food was pretty good. Got the bacon cheddar 1/3 lb. Fries tasted like they had been under a warmer for half an hour. Service was meh... to a while to get my order. It's never a good thing when a fast food joint won't refill your drinks. It is in a casino food court, so there was no ambiance expected. Just the continuous drone of slot machines...

Minus one star for the cashier who refused to let my son purchase food whilst using my credit card. You were rude for no reason. Other guest in line were surprised by your attitude and lack of customer service. Besides the angry cashier who later stormed off, food was hittin! My son indulged on their bacon cheeseburgers while I knocked back the fries. This is one of the better food places offered at this casino. Lines look long but it moves pretty quickly. Lastly, I visit this location once a year for Jamz Cheer and every visit their milkshake machine is down. Maybe next year.

Absolutely needs to be shut down. Filthy filthy. The employees are not trained in health codes and service. Food was horrible. Fish didn't even taste like fish & greasy. This place needs an overhaul.

In a food court inside The Orleans Casino. Service was terrible. It took forever to order and then get the food which allowed too much time to pick apart everything in the reviewing process. The order taker scratches his neck and then digs his finger into his ear. I don't know if it was an hygiene issue or nervous tendencies. The only reason we tried the cheeseburgers and onion rings was at least he wore gloves when he handled the food containers. The tables and floors in the common area was a disaster. I don't know if that was Fuddruckers responsibility or the casino janitorial service. Two good things the cheeseburger specials and the onion rings were hot and delicious.

Is this a fancy restaurant with fancy food? No. It's from a food court so comparing it to other food court food, this is excellent! Food- we got 2 burgers and the sweet potato fries. It was good. They don't skimp on the toppings. The BBQ burger was full with plenty of grilled onions, sauce, cheese, and bacon. Then I added jalapeños at the topping station. They gave me plenty which I loved. And they will put anything you want on the side as well. We also got a burger with Swiss and avocado. We added shredded lettuce and tomato. We asked for both burgers cooked well done because better safe than sorry in a food court. EVERYTHING tasted great. The burger was still juicy cooked to order and it was plenty of food for us having not eaten for about 10 hours. Availability- they are open 24/7 which is amazing since if you are in Vegas seeing shows, you will likely have many late nights. We left a concert at Allegiant and didn't get back until 11 pm. It was a great, affordable option. Service- this is where I docked one star. I don't hold it against it them and I hope you wouldn't either. We encountered a team that was working in the middle of the night in a casino food court for probably a smaller paycheck than they need. They rang up the order and served us great food. But don't expect a group of bubbly service workers that say "my pleasure" when you ask for something. Be kind. They are doing their jobs just fine.

All the Fuddruckers in my area have closed. I was pleased to see a Fuddruckers here in the The Orleans Casino so I had to try it. I honestly did not expect much but I was pleasantly surprised. I usually make this my go to burger stop when in Vegas, unfortunately not any longer. It's not that this place has gone downhill, I just kind of think the cook may have been a little stoned which can lose your guests who go out of their way to eat here. Positive- Still fresh sides and the hot cheese sauce. Love it! Clean and social distancing in place for sit down. Awesome fries and onion rings! Negatives- Burger was way over cooked (ordered medium), forgot the to put the cheese on my cheeseburger, Ordered the meal deal and for got the bottled water. They don't offer just a cup of ice water which I asked for. Needless to say, they forgot a lot and the burger wasn't that great. Maybe just an off day for them which I'm bummed about. Going to find my new go to burger spot for my next visit.

waited for over 20 minutes for my food. burger was well done NOT medium. had to send it back because was suppose to have cheese, bacon and grilled mushrooms. fries were real salty. manager did nothing but stand around and argue with the help. cook had just walked out and instead of them giving everyone their money back they gave me food that was so bad it could not be eaten. Stay at this hotel every year for bowling tournament and will never go to Fudruckers again. ANYWHERE

Best burgers, in fact so good I ignore having to go into a smoky casino to get one. I miss the stand alone restaurants.

the best option available to me when i stumble out broke from the poker room here at the Orleans. there's something just magical about the comically slow way that they make their food that makes it even more delicious! the staff are nice and for the most part, get my order correct. price points make it even more appealing as well as their chili. always going to be our go-to for late nights at the Orleans.

Been coming here for years now to get my annual free Birthday Burger for being a member of their email club. The food is still Amazing! The customer service needs work because there's an older Caucasian lady who works the front she uses the same plastic tool that each topping has to pick up different toppings. For example, she used the plastic tool that was placed on the tomatoes to pick up the lettuce, onions, etc. That's not the most sanitary thing to do also some people may have food allergies. Hopefully this can be a coaching opportunity.

I missed them in California! So literally came to enjoy some food! Great service and food taste great! The customer service was excellent as they make sure to get all the toppings you want on everything. All the burgers were amazing! They take their time as it's delicious, so worth the extra wait for some amazing burgers! Wish they would open back up in CA. But now every time we come up, we will be coming to this location.

Ate here when it had its grand opening a few years ago inside the food court at the Orleans. Never really ate at this place before I had heard about it in California but never tried it so I decided to give it a shot. My first impressions of it was it was OK the double cheeseburger I had got was good but the main problem was the bread it was super dry and this was even with the ketchup added onto it. As for the fries they tasted good and was what you expect fries to taste like from a restaurant like this. Overall like I mentioned wasn't a bad experience but not a place I would go through the trouble of coming to regularly.

Well, I do miss the original version of Fuddruckers, where you can build your own burger. But I am an adventurous person, and I figured how different can it really be? Yes lord it is in a casino. Fuddruckers if you are listening, please, please put a freestanding Fuddruckers in vegas soon! Can't give a 5 star, as this is in a casino, and there is cigarette smoke that I can smell.. ugh bummer.. le sigh.. Bun was dry, oh no, well lucky for me I don't eat buns! Ordered vanilla shake and got Oreo, ugh! I might have gotten a bit too excited for this experience. Well, if you are already here it is a tasty burger.

This hamburger joint is located at the food court in Orlean's Casino and Hotel. I have to say Orleans have a lot of eateries! This one is 24/7. It was like 2:00 am and got hit in the stomach with hunger pains. As always, we flew through the casino on our scooters. Staff calls us speedster seniors...lol! I ordered mushroom burger, filled with mushrooms, and carmelized onions . They have this section where you pick what you want on your burger. I wanted pickles, not being skippy either...no jalapeños for me! Other items were raw onions, shredded lettuce or one big piece, tomatoes, and two different salsa! The burger was cooked medium well done...slightly pink and succulent with all the fillings...mushroom taste, flavorful caramelize onions and salty pickles! The side onion rings were hot out with my ketchup sealed the deal. Check out the menu...you know where to find them! Ciao!

The bread is also baked in house which always provided consistent, soft & flavorful carbs to go with the massive protein that is about to be eaten. There is little to complain about Fudds with the food, set up, customizable options and so forth. This Fuddruckers inside the casino is special because of the convenience. Everyone from LA/OC area have driven to Vegas. The 3-6 hour commute makes people hungry & it is really inconvenient to look online for adequate food with minimal wait time with close proximity since Vegas traffic really sucks even during COVID (except May/June 2020). When your famished, starving and all that... There is nothing better than tasty burgers & fries that is guaranteed to fill ya up without having to drive anywhere far and then wait to be seated and then wait for the food. Plus, this casino has ice cream, subway cookies and sbarro deserts to have sweets after in the event you don't want a rich brownie or tasty white chocolate macademia nut cookies from Fudds. As for my desert options... I didn't have to walk far to light up a cigar, have a guisness & watch some massive amounts of sports since we are in a major Vegas Hotel. Tip: Hotels App (aka Expedia). VIP or Gold travelers were given room cost under $30, but, you also get a $15 food credit on top of the low lodging rate. In addition the Orleans give you a free donut with a coffee in the morning to help you wake up to gamble and lose all your money. For those of you that suck at math...
