Fuddruckers

Stopped here oh a whim for late lunch. This is a a restaurant where you order from the counter, but dine in a nice seating area which would rival a sit down restaurant. The place was spotlessly clean. The food was prepared to order and came out perfect. The fixings bar for the burger was top notch, with fresh ingredients. The French dip sandwich was also a hit, juicy, tender and flavorful. Add that to the endless supply of very nice French fries and this place is a winner.

This was the first time going to a Fuddruckers even though I've always lived near one here in NJ. I had no idea how to order and what to order. The employee John was great helping my kids and myself order the food. He even gave his number one recommendation when I asked him what I should get, Hot Pepper Bacon Jam burger, Pumpkin Pie shake, and two mac and cheese kids meals. His recommendation and his service was amazing. I will be coming back here with the family as a first pick for burgers in the area. Thank you to the team for the amazing time.

Hamburger buns are amazing, the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. This was my first experience and I would definitely go back. Overall experience I would give an A

We celebrated my kid's birthday and it was perfect. We had invited 10-12 kids and they all loved the food. Service was quick and staff was very helping amd kind. Amazing experience!

I was actually surprised to find out Fuddruckers was still around. It was so awesome to enjoy that great burger experience. The staff was super nice and the food was delicious. The burgers were perfectly cooked the way we ordered them. We found this establishment very clean and also loved the fact they still have all the dressings, salad bar and arcade still available. Definitely looking forward to going back again.

This is not your father’s Fuddruckers! Fuddruckers has done a great job of reinventing its self into a multi dimensional food destination. I had not visited the chain for many years and was surprised as to how much their menu had evolved and changed. This was a favorite place for burgers and now it is a good place for other tastes.

The burgers are really quite good. I've eaten here a number of times and the food does not disappoint. I'm not big on their endless fries. I usually upgrade to a side salad. I like the condiment bar. And generally - unless it's super busy - service is pretty fast. My only complaint is that it can be very loud and they have way too many TVs.

I will say I'm biased and love Fuddruckers a d stop at every one that I see. That said, this is one of the better fudds that I've been in. The burgers were cooked perfectly, the fries where crisp and the side bar was on point.

Stopped here on our way back to PA and introduced my two friends to the Fuddruckers experience. We had the French dip, the Mediterranean salad- with feta cheese sticks!, and the buffalo chicken salad. All amazing! Wonderful service, too!

I am 99% sure I have low iron. The way I absolutely CRAVE beef is ridiculous. So much so my brother sent me money for a burger press just so I would STFU about the importance of crispy edges on a smash burger. Update: the beef craving appears to be related to perimenopause as all my mid-40s girlfriends have it too. I'm putting my ovaries on FB marketplace. Sick of it!! We used to go to "Fudds" as my dad (god rest his soul) called it at least once a week since I was in like 7th grade. Who remembers the Rt 1 location in Edison, followed by Bridgewater?? My "little" brother who is now 38 would be so hype to get the little dessert token with his kids meal. The whole experience is just so nostalgic for me - not to mention DELICIOUS!! But then they kinda all closed around here. There was one by my old spot in Silver Spring MD but that closed too. Interestingly, I saw one while I was in Dubai lmaaaooo but around NJ it's Parsippany (which wasn't that great) or as I discovered this week, this one. Yo, I smelled it before I even saw it. I had a friend doing her PHd on memory and smell and honestly she shoulda just made Fudds her fieldsite. As soon as I turned the corner of the strip mall I was like wait. Can it be?? And then boom - the sign. I texted my brother and said "I've got something that's gonna blow you mind." To his credit he thought I had discovered a secret Culver's lmao. This was somehow better. His response, "you gotta go in." AND DID! Placed my order for a 1/2lb mushroom burger on the website and went in 20 minutes later. It was everything I remembered. Pillow, buttery bun. Seasoned meat cooked to perfection. And that Fixins and condiment bar!! Just like old times. Low key was having a challenging day up until that point feeling overwhelmed by the reality of racism. (Did yall see that new "English proficiency" rules for truck drivers - better known by its short name - racial profiling) and I had already cried on a work call smh. To find this place, it was like I was 12 again with both my parents alive, just safe, having dinner. I hope when we die, it's like a tesseract where we can just choose a safe moment in time and stay there forever. Until then, burgers.

I used to go to Fuddruckers all the time until the locations near me closed down. This is the second time ive taken an hour drive to visit this location. The service was quick, and great. The burger and milkshake were both made extremely well. The toppings bar was very clean and the ingredients were fresh! The coke float and milkshake were incredible (the extra milkshake in the tin cup is always appreciated). The dining area was clean and the arcade was fun. I will definitely be coming back.

Love this place , been coming here for 15 years. Always leave with a smile , the food is always amazing and the staff makes it that much better! Always clean and a great time! Thank you staff!

While Fuds is known for it burgers, i often get the grilled chicken sandwiches. Tonight i got the fish snd chips. The fish was batter fried and delicious. And the bottomless fries were great as always. I like that i get to eat with real dishes, utensils and glasses, unlike other fast food joints. This is more like a diner without the waitresses. The place is very clean and tables are not sticky, like Chili's. However, some of the food is spiced whether you want it or not. You can get you fries unspiced, but the fish batter was spiced just a bit too much for my wife. ( I enjoyed it much) Lastly, there is always a 10% senior discount ( over 60) if you ask.

Fuddruckers is hands down one of our favorite spots! We drive 30 minutes just to enjoy their amazing food and welcoming atmosphere. The cashier was absolutely fantastic. So kind, attentive, and paid attention to every detail of our experience. Even asked my husband if he wanted a center piece or corner piece when he ordered a brownie. The place is spotless, which really adds to the experience. They also have the BEST burgers we have in the area. The prices are right there with fast food places these days, except you're getting fresh ingredients. We love this place and will keep coming back for more! Highly recommend! They also have a small arcade my daughter likes to visit before we leave. We even got food to go.

The service is great and everyone is friendly. All the specialty burgers are great my go to is the guacamole bacon one. And the fries are so good and unlimited! The toppings bar is always nicely kept and fresh. They have cheese and condiments to grab for yourself. Can't beat this. Also the burger and shake deal is a great value. This place should be packed everyday! I come probably once a month. Highly recommend!

Fuddruckers is the House that YUMMMMMERS built and this place serves up some seriously delicious out-of-this-world Burgers. This location is one of the last of it's kind in fact I'm pretty sure there's only one other left in NJ. and when it comes to hand held deliciousness, you're not gonna find a better place on the Planet to grab a Burger and Fries.     Everything about this place is legit from their fully loaded fresh fixings bar to their condiments bar which just happens to have every single condiment ever known [really]. But enough about the toppings let's get into the real reason I'm here: All Meats served at Fudds are fresh and never frozen and contain no hormones or byproducts and are also humanely raised which helps to explain why everything here grills up so freakin tasty.    I almost forgot to tell you about their rolls which are baked fresh daily and are the ultimate foundation for the building of all these incredible Super Stacked Sandwiches. Plus, Service here is always fast friendly and efficient throughout the entire ordering process. Okay my food's ready so I think you can figure out the rest on your own, Come And Get Your Munch On!!

This was my first visit here, even though I've passed by many times. I was surprised by the layout and nice decor. The one thing that does need a big improvement...seat cushions!! Otherwise, it was a great place to grab a burger and watch the game. Ordered the Guac Bacon Burger and it was delicious!! They have a fix'in bar so you can hook up your burger just the way you like it. Because the set-up was a walkup to order and sit where you please and their service was quick. Their staff was friendly. Looking to go back soon to try one of their other specialty burgers...PS. they have bottomless fries!!

Rocco and the GM made my experience pleasurable. They are very personable they know how to give me delicious suggestions and they are right on point every time. Very great service that I recieve here everytime. I also love how freshly stocked the produce is. I enjoy coming here all the time.

The burgers were amazing. The fries were delicious. It was a really chill atmosphere fun inside. The milkshake was fantastic.

We went to Fudds last week to support our township's Arts Alliance fundraiser. It's been years since we've been there, so it was certainly due time. Their burgers are seriously some of the best out there. Something tells me their beef is fresh and never frozen - amazingly flavorful and tender. I got the 2/3 lb cheddar burger, and it was awesome. The buns are made daily on premise as many know, and you can tell. The fries are endless, and also very tasty (although a tad salty, I should have asked for less "shaking" of the seasoning as I got my second serving). My wife got a smaller BBQ/grilled onion burger that she was very pleased with, huge portion of homemade onion rings (made from real rings, not minced and shaped portions). She also got a mint/vanilla shake that she loved. We both love how you get your own tongs ( a change since pandemic) and build out the burger you want from the generous array of toppings at the bar. Fresh onions, tomatoes, lettuce, jalapeno peppers, pickles, pico - it's all there. All in, $40 for two with the shake and that's not bad as both left quite filled. Manager Cain runs a really great production line and we met him as he took our order, and the entire restaurant was quite clean and orderly. Tables were quickly bussed and cleaned as patrons left. We will be back!!!

I have been coming here since we moved in 2015 and I have a great meal every single time. This is one of those restaurants that is incredibly constant. I will be back soon.

The food was cooked to my liking and was made fast, the staff was nice, and friendly, definitely a 10/10 in my books. Always a great time coming here it's also great for families. I definitely recommend coming on by to eat and it has an arcade.

I went for lunch with my nieces and son i spent a lot of money and we sat down to eat. My niece found two hairs in her food. One was stuck to her sweet potato fry. I took the fry over to the manager and there was him and a woman standing by the register they both looked at me and was like what is that a fry? No I said there is a hair on my fry and they said do you want another order? I said no that is disgusting and they both looked at me and said so what do you want then? I was like are you Kidding me my meal for free and they said NO!!! Are you serious maybe you should clean this disgusting establishment and know customer service! I will never come back and I will tell everyone in town!

Great experience, upon arrival was greeted warmly by staff Rocco. The food was great each member of my family got something different ranging from a chicken wrap to a burger. Everything was amazing! My family especially love the lighting in this restaurant as well as the arcade experience.

I love this place but the meat they gave me was raw and I felt sick afterwards. I've never had this happen before in all years I came here so not sure why today. Didn't want to ask for another one as the manager had already scolded me for getting a water cup and making sure I get water so didn't want to make an issue. But would be aware for anyone since this made me sick.

Hadn't been to a Fuddruckers in several years, as the one in Wayne closed a while back. Looked around and saw one in Parsippany and went there Saturday evening. We walked in, looked around and left (small, very few tables, dark, and uninviting). I asked my Navigation System in the car for directions to Roxbury. 20 minutes later, there we were. Bright, clean and not terribly busy. So we went to the Counter, ordered Burgers and Shakes. The shakes were brought to the Table, and my name was quickly called to pick up the Burgers. They were prepared as requested, we added what we wished from the fixings bar, sat down and enjoyed a relaxing, casual Dinner. Hit the spot. Overall, very nice. We were glad we found it. I would guess about 35 minutes traveling, if we went straight there, which was not bad at all.

You can not beat Fuddruckers in Roxbury for a burger! You walk up to the counter, order and pay for your food, then wait for them to call your name, pick up your tray of food and head to the fresh produce Fixin's bar. I always go with the 1/3 lb burger for $12.49 cooked at the ideal temperature I want which is Medium/rare. You can choose your home made bun (white or wheat). With the Fudd Fries that are All-You-Can-Eat (seasoned or Not) I always ask for No seasoning on my fries. They have an all you can eat Fixin's bar which includes tomatoes (sliced or diced), lettuce (wedges or shredded), onions (white or red, sliced or diced), sliced pickles, relish, pico de gallo, jalapenos and all the condiments you could think of, even free cheese sauce. This is my go to place when I want to eat a delicious burger every time. Also most of the times I get seconds on the all you can eat Fudd Fries. Have been here over a dozen times. There is no tipping and you leave your tray on your table you picked. Btw they offer a 10% discount to seniors, when you ask, way to go Fuddruckers!

Food was to die for. I came from GA. An old friend recommended this place. Definitely worth the 15 hour drive. Service was impeccable. There's something deeply nostalgic about this place--like stepping into a memory you didn't know you had.

The staff is amazing and always caters to my needs. Whenever I go there there is always a fun time and they also talk to me and make jokes even while they work! I love this place so much I will continue to come as long as it is here. Their game room is also fun for my little cousins they also have a good time.

Do you want a great dinner for an affordable price with great staff!!! Come here!! Patrick, Billy and John are wonderful. The food is alway consistently delish! It's our go to place and the only place my kids ask me to go to!!! Thanks for always keeping my family happy!!!!

Very clean restaurant and nice staff. I had the fry's and chicken quesadilla and I was not disappointed. Met a worker named Rocco and he was a huge help. All around great service.

Food was fresh and fast. fries were obviously just made as they were warm. milkshake was tasty. only thing is they need wider milkshake straws. otherwise very happy with my visit.

Meal was great and gad loads of fun in the arcade. Went with my soccer team of 20 people and they handled it very well.

First time and likely my last. Not a fan. Great burgers I was told. NOT really. Ordered medium rare, got well. Beef taste was nothing special IMHO. By the time I got my condiments and got to our table, I really didn't want to have to take it back, get a new burger - so, my bad I guess, but why ask me how I want it cooked and then not deliver. Barely 10 fries and they were barely warm. The highlight was the strawberry shake which was outstanding.

Wow, so nice to visit a Fuddrucker that does everything well. They have a full pound burger that is edibly wide and thick with a perfect sized bun. No stacking two half pounder patties like some other locations. Toppings were fresh, condiment dispencers were numerous, fresh and full of product, bun was fresh and warm. Tables were clean, staff was polite and helpful. Cooktime was a little slow, but the one pounder I got was huge, like it was post-cook weight of one pound....I was stuffed for hours. Small onion rings was perfect, they had zesty onion dipping sauce on hand, and small portion was quite generous for two to share. Tables were clean, music was loud, but not intrusive, decor was fresh, not the forced 1950's vintage corporate used to demand. Hope this location is around forever, they had a good crowd for mid afternoon, and everybody was happy to be there. Worth the drive past Parsipany to enjoy, this place aims to please!!!

It's easy to forget that with the first appearance of Fuddruckers in 1980, their claim to be the "world's greatest hamburger" was much more than empty rhetoric as their competition was largely the grey lifeless spheres being offered from the Clowns and Kings of the fast food world -- whose signs may scream "500 Billion Served" but not one of them is really memorable. Fast forward 43 years and with the emergence of "gourmet" burger joints like Five Guys and Smashburger, Fuddruckers claim is unbelievably still viable. I've had them all and basically, the gourmet guys get away with murder charging a fortune for the right to load up unlimited toppings with a trowel, hoping that you'll be unable to complain about being ripped off with a dislocated jaw. I haven't had Fuddruckers in years but when I ran into one recently it was juicy, flavorful and downright terrific. The toppings were self-administered with a spare hand, allowing me to actually taste the meat without the grocery store landfill. Oh... and the fries were also top drawer. Locations in Jersey are few and far between so I don't know when I'll be back but judging from the competition, this is a chain that peaked too soon under countless owners. Hopefully, I haven't had my last Fuddruckers. Five easy stars.

Disappointed with how a simple mistake was handled. We were a group of 16 celebrating a birthday and spent over $220. My wife accidentally got a bit of iced tea while trying to get water (shared the same spout). Instead of addressing it politely, the manager had an employee publicly take the cup and call her out in front of everyone. It was embarrassing and could have been handled with more respect. We won't be returning.

World's Best Burgers... maybe back in the day, but definitely isn't what it used to be - think juicy burgers that you can tell was made with a good meat blend of chuck, sirloin, and short rib (my guess how it was back then). FOOD - There is where they get 2 stars because the slider burger was tasty. It's the one that's their top seller. The top seller with bacon jam in it is WAY too sweet. Sweater than BBQ sauce. Kind of weird, not subtle like sweet cheese or onions it's dessert sweet. SERVICE - Next day my stomach hurt all night, I think it was possibly the bread not sure but if you're gluten-free use a few enzymes. I can get away gluten for the most part but this was not stomach friendly. I complained asking for some refund due to the pain I experienced. Figured they're so successful most of the time, they can give up to the high and also provide exceptional customer service alongside good burgers..... They told me I need to provide a doctor's note (I'm serious) to justify their food was the reason (I ate nothing else that day). I submitted a compliant the corporate route and it's been 1 week and no acknowledge email, not even automated, nothing. For that, I write a review but I always give a company a chance to be aware of the dissatisfaction and make things right. If they get back to me and refund the amount (they got lines of people, it's not like this situation alone is putting a dent in their wallet), I'll change my review. Updated my review to 1 star... still waiting to hear back it's been weeks.

We are regulars. We love the place. Whenever there is a promotion, that gives us an excuse to go out. This time it was 1980s pricing. We needed to get a beverage with it. We always do. My husband wanted a milkshake, They said only fountain drinks. We showed them that the email said beverage. They said a milkshake isn't a beverage. My husband was forced to get a soda. I am reducing my rating to 4 stars because my husband was so disappointed. They usually treat us well. Not this time. But they weren't the usual people

I love this place is open. They always give a great service. I've been here many times with parents. It's been our family place. There's no time I haven't order a burger with fries every time I've been. Really good place to be with family with really good food.

I've been coming to this Fuddruckers once a month for the past seven years. I usually get a 2/3 lb. burger or a 1 lb. burger with ALL YOU CAN EAT Fudd fries. The burgers are always cooked perfectly and the service is always great!!! This location is also decorated nicely depending on the holiday. I'm going today and I'm sure it will be a very festive, friendly and inviting atmosphere. I think I may go for the 1 Lb burger today to celebrate the upcoming New Year. In addition to the food being very good, I love the Soda Machine and Veggie station. Everyone gets their own tongs to ensure the safety and food cleanliness for all guests. This isn't just for VIP members either (not to brag... I'm a VIP member). In fact everyone get unlimited Sauces, Veggies and Fudd Fries with their meal! I love this place so much I even tried to apply for a job there. However, I was denied as I believe they were not hiring at the time. Anyway I give this restaurant a 10/10!!! PSA to Fudds Managers: I will be there in about 2 hours from now. GET READY!

Fuddruckers in Succasunna is a MUST for a delicious meal!!!! The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations every time!!!! We have been coming to this location for many many years!!! The staff here has practically become family, especially Cain and Lloyd. They have seen our kids grow up and continue to provide an outstanding atmosphere during every visit. We highly recommend this location!!!!

I have been going to Fuddruckers for longer than half a decade. When it comes to quality ingredients, they are the best I have ever encountered at a burger place. Every time I go to grab vegetables at the burger assembly station, they are always fresh and haven't even seen or tasted an old onion, lettuce, jalapeno, or tomato. Along with the fresh veggies, they have a very clean restaurant with tables that are always cleaned after a party is done eating at said table. With freshly baked goods such as their potato rolls and other sweet treats, I always know I will have high high-quality burger from the bun, the various meat size options of which I opt for a half or 2/3 pound, to the high-quality veggies, and the plethora of condiments available. Such as my personal favorites of the jalapeno cheese, cheese sauce, honey mustard, and BBQ sauce. However, after eating any burger or chicken sandwich, you need a drink, and what better than the options of the homemade milkshakes, of which my personal favorite of a cookies and cream, is spectacular, along with other classics. They also carry two Coca-Cola refreshment machines that are always stocked with great flavors to choose from and always have something for everyone. I know there is something for everyone since they have a variety of food options with various cuts of meat and non-meat options. As well as over the years have seen families, groups of friends, and everyone else in between enjoy the modern take on a retro design of a classic 80s dinner. Lastly, I love the staff who always have a smile on their face and are always working hard to make sure everything is going smoothly and food is coming out in a great, timely manner.

I have been coming to this fuddrucker's for the past 15 years. Everything from the food and service is all five stars. They have the best burgers and fries around.

Michael is the best employee and very helpful. The food was also amazing and I downed the one pound burger and the Oreo shake. I also loved how they always have sports on the TVs and is always a good vibe.
