We've been in the area the last few days due to a family emergency. After the last few days, we decided we deserved a nice steak dinner (and and Old Fashioned or two...). I had read great reviews about Fuego, and since we're staying at the Fiesta, it was an easy choice to cruise downstairs and have a steak and a cocktail.
Oh my.... We ordered a Maker's Old Fashioned each. We ordered oysters on the half shell. We shared the 20oz rib eye (medium rare) with sauteed spinach and mushrooms. The bread...... Did I mention, oh my..?
The prices were normal. We were pleasantly surprised at the bill.
Our server, Scott, was great.
Unfortunate circumstances dictate we have to come back out to the area over the next several months, and we have said that we will be treating ourselves to dinner at Fuego when we come out here.
