First time here. We thought it was a sit down restaurant when we chose it for dinner. While we see it is not what we expected we were not disappointed. We ordered a vegetarian burrito, a tostada and the chimichanga platter. All 3 were delicious. The service was great friendly order taking and table delivery of our order. They sell bottled soda and beer as well . I loved the colorful artwork on the wall. Great spot for a quick delicious meal.

Google
Experience/Environment: Pretty cute in here. I usually order delivery, this was my first time here. Decor is pretty eclectic. Fun things to discover and make you chuckle. Price: Not terrible, but not inexpensive either. My go to salad usually runs me about 15$ Food: My salad is delicious. But the chicken tacos were soggy by the time we took it home (10 mins away). Service: Service was great! Guy was super nice and friendly. Thank me later ;) Smile, eat, hydrate. Live honest and don’t settle. Hope to see you out there! xo

Google
The Mexican Food is OK. We ordered Carne asada plate and Carne asada quesadillas. There's a hint of sweetness in the meat. If you don't like sweet, then this is not for you. Their hot sauce is not spicy at all. Their pickled veggies are too vinegary. This is a one time experience. Will not recommend and will not go back here.

Google
I ordered carne asada tacos y crunchy tacos de pollo, but the jugo de jamaica doesn't taste like anything, I taste like water with coloring.

Google
I usually come here once a week and order the flank Ranchera Plate. Service is also good. Sometimes around 5 it gets a little busy, especially with the daycare next door. Wait times still not bad.

Google
My son and I were cruising west on Blue Diamond looking for a place to grab some good food. We were both pleasantly surprised to see that this place was there and we had to try it out. Khiem and Patty were both there and they greeted us quickly and took our order after we reviewed the menu. We got some rolled chicken tacos (great), a carne asada taco (great) and quite possibly the best chille relano I’ve ever had. The price, food and service are great and this place is highly recommended.

Google
I ordered the 2 chicken enchiladas plate & 1 steak tostada. Most people still add beans on tomato's data after I request them not to and this place did exithis place did a excellent job with not adding beans. The food was very fresh and tasty 😋 😍

Google
$1.25 for a tablespoon of ‘extra’ guacamole. I could buy a whole avocado for that price. For 4 tablespoons worth, or $6.00, I could have just made my own large bowl with cilantro, tomatoes, SALT, lime, and onion. Other than the much needed reevaluation of prices, the food wasn’t too bad. Compares to Roberto’s.

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick solo lunch. There was very few people in the restaurant, and the service was quick! I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a margarita. The quesadilla was HUGE! Each bite was packed full of chicken, cheese, and flavor. Easily the best quesadilla I've found in Vegas this far! Plus it was so affordable! Big win. The margarita was nothing to write home about. I'd honestly pass on it next time. The restaurant itself appeared clean and had a small "sauce buffet" that was a nice add!

Yelp
I can't believe this place has such good reviews. Our first time trying and our last. We had no idea it was such a small restaurant, more of a take out place than a sit down restaurant. It was really warm inside, we wish we would have taken our food to go. One plus was that staff was friendly. My husband got asada street tacos. His came out first, I tried a bite of his meat. I can see seasoning on the meat but had no flavor. My Chicken Chimichanga finally came out, it was nice and crispy, not greasy. The chicken inside tasted like it was cooked in tomato dish water. The rice was bland, I didn't even touch the refried beans. The only thing that was good was the guacamole.

Yelp
Tried this place out after walking by it once. Get the Surf n Turf fries! You'll be glad you did. Enough said...

Yelp
I've been here years ago. The food was mediocre this time around. It took at least 30 mins to give us one meal and after an hour we were still missing one of our meals. You can see theme making other orders over ours. We had to go the register to ask. The dining area was clean and accommodating to families. One thing that bothered me is I told the server that the Fresca maker was watered down and he continued to use it for a to go order. The servers were friendly but the quality of service has gone down.

Yelp
Fuego Mexican Kitchen is definitely one of my newfound favorite Mexican food restaurants. I don't normally make a habit of slamming one restaurant while leaving a positive review for another restaurant. But I feel compelled to mention that this spot is a nice reprieve from the (mediocre at best) Mexican food that I normally purchase from Roberto's. Had the chicken chimichanga that was served with rice and refried beans which was good. Also had a chorizo breakfast burrito, which was good as well. In fact, it was so good I ordered one to go. On my next visit I look forward to trying their mango jalapeño margarita, their rolled tacos as well as their homemade tres leches cake.

Yelp
My first impression as I walked in was thinking this is a really cute restaurant. I loved the lights above each table and the cute decorations. It wasn't overly done, but it was enough to show that they wanted to be different from all of the other restaurants of its kind in town. The lady up front was really nice and greeted me and my daughter when we walked in. She was patient as we were studying the menu. We ended up ordering a cheese enchilada plate and a chicken rolled taco plate. Food is made to order and came out fairly quick. Portion size was pretty big so we ended up bringing some home. It was really tasty and we enjoyed our visit there.

Yelp
Fuego Mexican Kitchen is one of our favorite places to eat in the southwest Las Vegas, Blue Diamond and Cimarron. Food is delicious and consistent. We never had a bad experience here. Service is pretty good, quick! The dining area is not very big, but there are plenty of tables and chairs. On the side, you can find the condiment table, where you can choose from different types of sauces. This restaurant serves alcoholic beverages, too, beers and margaritas!

Yelp
Food is tasty and pretty fast service. It's one of those order-from-the-board places so not fancy but it is good. I'd go back.
google avatar

Yelp
Love this dish at least once a month for this small piece of heaven. Make sure you get the fries extra crispy for good luck.
google avatar

Yelp
It's a nice refresher drink. The staff was amiable. Also, I got a chicken taco; it was good. This is a small location

Yelp
The other night we had crispy chicken tacos (always solid!), a carne asada tostada (very yum), fish taco (so-so) and the kids had chicken and beef rolled tacos. Gal at the counter was great, friendly and helpful. Their pickled carrots, onions & peppers were a great accompaniment and all washed down with a delicious Jamaica Aguas Frescas. We'll be back, no doubt!
google avatar

Kayla B.

Yelp
Decided to order here on a whim when I had family in town. We ordered a bunch of burritos and they were delicious. The price for the size of the burrito was perfect in my opinion. They were also super fast with getting our order out. Definitely will be coming back soon and adding this to our favorite take out spots.

Yelp
Impressive Mexican Kitchen in the Southwest Tasty, seasoned food with a kick! This review is long overdue. I am a returning customer over 5 times and will continue to come here. The service is quick. The atmosphere feels like a home kitchen. Highly recommended! Overall: 5/5 stars

Yelp
Burnt!!! I don't know what happened to this place used to be good. They burnt and too salty to eat! It's like drinking sea water and worst!

Yelp
Solid effort with fresh Mexican food. I like their carne asada burritos, interesting in that they make it with Spanish rice as well as the usual ingredients (carne, guacamole, pico). It's got a buttery taste/texture to it. Worth noting is that their fries are crispy, unlike most other Mexican restaurants who serve theirs a bit soggy, and they always provide ketchup with them. The red and green salsas have a fresh taste to them. They don't have a ton of seating but it's never felt crowded and I've always been able to get a seat. Staff is reasonably friendly, and the price (while it's been creeping up over time) isn't outrageous compared to other similar restaurants. It's decent food and fast-casual service, overall. Long side note: While they have plenty of lot parking, it's a very challenging lot to get into and out of, and probably the biggest reason they're not more popular. It's just hard to find them and get in/out. The easiest access to get here is westbound Blue Diamond, as a side street named Warbonnet leads right to the parking lot, and this means leaving west on Blue Diamond is really easy. It's coming and going any other direction that's tough. There's no direct access for eastbound Blue Diamond: You either have to make a left on Cimarron and go all the way across a cramped, narrow parking lot (which at night has a weird collection of trollish drivers randomly popping in and out of spaces or slowrolling across the lot for no clear reason) to get to the restaurant on the eastern end... or try to make an unprotected left against heavy westbound traffic onto the next street Warbonnet, and then pull in from there. The restaurant's storefront location is also not easy to see coming in from this direction. You have to go up/north past Rounder's Bar on the eastern end before it appears on the left side, next to a dance studio. If leaving and you need to go east, unfortunately your only way out is to either get back westbound on busy Blue Diamond and (U-)turn at Cimarron, or go back through the parking lot of doom to Cimarron and go back to/through Blue Diamond.

Yelp
This place is great. We have Never been disappointed when we pickup food here. The food is awesome and service is quick

Yelp
We had a fantastic take out dinner tonight from Fuego! We indulged in some mouth-watering cheese enchiladas with double beans, no rice, and crispy chicken tacos. Let me tell you, the service was lightning fast and super efficient. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the ambiance - it's always spotlessly clean and delightfully refreshing. No pictures tonight! We ate our food before I could reach for my camera! My bad!

Yelp
Great tacos and chile relleno. We got the carne asada, carnitas, chicken and al pastor tacos. The chicken one is loaded with guacamole and sour cream. All the tacos were big and a good value at under $3 apiece. Importantly, they were all tasty. The chile relleno side was also very good, and a good price ($7). We also ordered chips and guacamole. Wow, chips were fire! Fresh out of the fryer and salted nicely. The guacamole was also delicious. This was a nice find for dinner!

Breanna V.

Yelp
I enjoy ordering the food here. The cheese enchiladas are my all time favorite. I only wish when ordering online that they would deliver salsa with the food for some flavor. The Carne asada tacos are so yummy.
google avatar

Krystal G.

Yelp
Ordered takeout, and the food was great. 2nd time was better than the 1st. I was even able to finally try the ceviche, which was delicious. Can't wait to visit.
google avatar

Shane B.

Yelp
Been dying to try here for a bit. I'm so sick of Roberto's, don torrado, faustos, you name it. Unfortunately fuego missed the opportunity to be my new place! The carne asada was overly seasoned in my opinion. Pretty salty! The shrimp taco was awesome! And the al pastor burrito was okay. Their salsas weren't much to write home about but I did like the refillable coke here. I guess I'll need to keep looking for a fast food Mexican spot.
google avatar

Lisa H.

Yelp
Really good rolled tacos. Really clean restaurant. Prices are great. Love the salsa bar. And they serve margaritas, beer and micheladas :) Nice little neighborhood spot!
google avatar

Holly R.

Yelp
My son and I ordered 2 chorizo breakfast burritos from Fuego and they were huge, full of egg, chorizo and potatoes. I was so looking forward to Eaton a good Chorizo Breakfast Burrito, BUT as I started to eat I noticed all the Chorizo was burnt, overcooked and dry. It was horrible. Ruined the whole burrito. My sons was too and he couldn't eat his either, who wants burnt Chorizo? Advice make the food correct or make a new batch don't serve black burnt chorizo so you can stuff a burrito!

Yelp
I'm from CA so i have high expectations when it comes to Mexican food. i'm glad this place was my first place I tried since it's down the street from my house. Since then, it's been my go to Mexican spot. Whenever my family from CA visit, I always tell them about how this is comparable to CA Mexican food-- and they agree. So skip the nasty chains out here, check this place out!
google avatar

Orgee R.

Yelp
I've been obsessed with their breakfast burritos for about 2 months now I eat one twice a week!! Whenever I get it delivered it would take like 15 min! Super fast!!!
google avatar

Janis C.

Yelp
Yummy, super consistent local spot with solid and affordable Mexican food. It's not a secret that good Mexican food is hard to come by in Las Vegas. Fuego is a standout because they give you exactly what you want without being hipster or unapproachably "fine dining". I've had a few things here; the chicken enchiladas, the carne asada burritos, Al pastor burrito just to name a few. All solid. Whenever I've come in, it's always clean and well maintained and the service is friendly. Is it the apex of Mexican cuisine? No. Is it a Roberto's or a Don Tortaco? Also no. It's a local Mexican restaurant that uses fresh ingredients to give you tasty food that won't ream your pockets. Is it worth a visit? Absolutely.
google avatar

Monica D.

Yelp
O my goodness I have found the most delicious Mexican restaurant. I will definitely come back because the food was on point. The service was excellent. Everything came out so nice and hot, and ready to eat and we all loved it. The ambiance was wonderful.
google avatar

Alex H.

Yelp
I've had the food here, and it's fine, that's not what my review is about. The problem is that 80% of the time, this place smells disgusting. I'm in the same parking lot almost every night, and more often than not, there's a nasty sewer smell coming from Fuego that you can smell from a pretty far distance. Not good at all, and there's lots of kids in this parking lot, which can't be good for their health either. Major plumbing or grease trap repairs needed here immediately!
google avatar

Vicki H.

Yelp
WOWOWOWOW! Fuego is right! I just moved to the mountains edge area not long ago and have tried quite a few takeout restaurants. This is one of the best!!! I ordered the Surf and Turf Carne Asada Fuego fries. Seriously so much flavor! The carne asada and shrimp were both made fresh to order. The carne was prepared well, no fat and not chewy. The shrimp was prepared grilled and tasty, well seasoned. Rated this 8.6/10 My husband ordered the beef chimichanga. He said it was one of the best ones he's had. The customer service was on point. The gentleman who took my order over the phone was very nice and courteous. My only complaint was the online ordering system they use sometimes doesn't work and says that they can't take orders online so you're either forced to call and pick up or forced to walk in to order pickup.

Daniella P.

Yelp
When you go you NEED to have to California burrito! It is the best you will ever have! Just do it! I am from California but I have not had a California burrito this good!
google avatar

Rika C.

Yelp
Very nice place food is filling They have amazon horchata I recommended the drinks and the enchilada plate
google avatar

Ada M.

Yelp
The chicken enchiladas was delicious but too salty for my taste. Rice is delicious!! but their beans is another story its gross and to much salt. If you are watching your salt intake do not eat here. I find their food very salty. Its average food nothing special definitely not going back for 2nd

Olga S.

Yelp
Sadly my experience left nothing to be desired. Ordered the Al pastor plate.. The beans tasted like out of a can, just disgusting. The rice was horrible. How does a "Mexican" restaurant not get the basics right?! Will not come back.
google avatar

Steven M.

Yelp
Thanks to the first restaurant we tried going to being closed, my girlfriend and I ended up at Fuego Mexican Kitchen for some lunch and I'm pretty darn glad we did. This place had a good amount of spaced out seating and a solid sized menu of Mexican classics for very, very good prices. I decided to try something semi-new for a change and I ended up ordering the Sopes Plate. The Sopes Plate consists of beef, beans, lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and rice on fried corn shells. From ordering to getting served our food it was only around 10 minutes and the service was super fast. The food itself was very tasty and very enjoyable. The fried corn shells were harder then I thought, but were a very good base for the other ingredients. I was a big fan of the rice and beans on the side and when everything got mixed together, I had a very enjoyable meal. Overall, Fuego Mexican Kitchen was a solid restaurant. The service was super quick, the staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious. If you find yourself in the south end of the city and in need of some top notch Mexican food, come check out Fuego Mexican Kitchen!
google avatar

Cameron J.

Yelp
The burrito was wrong but ended up being the best thing. The cheese and chicken enchiladas were mediocre. I didn't like either of the sauces they came with. The reason for the two star is the dessert! Those cheesecake churros were awful. #BurritoForTheWin-ish

Yelp
Dear Owner I want to express my disappointment with the service I have received during my recent visits to your establishment. While I appreciate the quality of the food, I must say that the lack of friendly and welcoming staff has left a negative impression on me. During my visits, I encountered multiple cashiers, and unfortunately, both the woman and the gentleman were not friendly at all. Their attitude towards customers was far from satisfactory. As someone who values excellent customer service, I believe it is crucial for employees to greet customers with a smile. I understand that working in customer service can be challenging, but it is essential to maintain a positive and welcoming environment for patrons. A simple smile and friendly demeanor can go a long way in creating a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, this was lacking during my visits to your establishment. Although the food at your restaurant is good, I am now compelled to seek out alternatives where I can be greeted with warmth and hospitality. It is not solely about the quality of the food, but also about the overall experience and the way customers are treated. I write this letter with the hope that you will address this issue and take appropriate measures to ensure that all customers are welcomed with a smile and treated with courtesy. A friendly and attentive staff can significantly enhance the reputation of your restaurant and attract repeat clientele. I believe in the potential of your establishment, and I genuinely hope that you will take my feedback constructively. I look forward to hearing from you and witnessing positive changes in the service provided by your staff. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yelp
Fresh and tasty! Shrimp taco, fish taco, chili rellenos, chips and guac -- all excellent. Forgot to order the flan -- next time.
google avatar

Traci E.

Yelp
It's the BEST Mexican spot in my area... The carne asada tostadas are amazing. Their carina asada is way better than Roberto's by far. If you want authentic Mexican, this is your place!
google avatar

Mary Ann R.

Yelp
Ordered through ubereats and the camarones ala diabla is bomb! Since the first time I had it, I've ordered it multiple times after. Everything else ordered was ok. Only down side is they could be a bit more generous on the shrimp. I think majority of the time, there's probably 6 - 8 pieces of shrimp at a time. But the spice level, and the flavor is 10/10! No doubt will be ordering here again when I crave for it. This is my go to for the camarones ala diabla.
google avatar

Sherry J.

Yelp
I've never eaten here, it's not in my area of town but I sent my daughter and son-in-law dinner after having our second grandson. They loved it! Had the California burrito and carne asada nachos.
google avatar

Stefani S.

Yelp
Today was my first day trying Fuego. We ordered a bean and cheese burrito, which my grandson said tasted better than any place he's ever ordered one before. I had vegetarian nachos, which came out just the way I ordered them i.e with different salsas and other add-ons. I am impressed with the new ownership. The Señora that works there always has a smile on her face now! The prices are reasonable..

Denise G.

Yelp
This is a local Southwest Hidden Gem!!! So fresh and flavorful, super affordable and the portions are massive.. Best tacos, burritos in the Southwest. Super friendly and accommodating, highly impressive you will not be disappointed.. 2 thumbs up!!! Awesome..
google avatar

Paul S.

Yelp
First time in. Was recommended this place from my brother-in-law when I mentioned a desire to make a Roberto's taco shop run for a breakfast burrito run. They open at 10am. Drove there, no drive thru but I prefer going inside. The place was immaculate and as touted, just like Roberto's as far as menu options. Ordered a machaca breakfast burrito, bit in, and that's where the simulaties end. Flavor explosion and even more with their green salsa from the bar. So much better. Reminds me of Roberto's of old from the early 90's in San Diego. Just a warning, it was very juicy and will drain from the wrap. Watch your clothes. Looking forward to my next visit.
google avatar

Stephanie L.

Yelp
Best shredded beef I've had since growing up in a phoenix!! My favorite, a simple classic, the shredded beef hard tacos; they're FIRE!! The chimichanga is my husband's go-to. Can't go wrong here. We love Fuego!!
google avatar

Stuart B.

Yelp
Good stuff, really good stuff! The food was fresh and did I already mention delicious? As a Bay Area native, I am used to over paying for food. So, when I checked out the menu here I was blown away by how affordable the entrees were. We came here because we didn't have enough time to eat at Babystacks around the corner (we plan on going there sometime today or tomorrow). I had suggested we hit up Del Taco across the street. However, my brother-in-law who lives in Vegas suggested we get some "real Mexican food" (no shade on Del Taco). Boy was he spot on - this place is the bomb! Check out the pictures! As we were leaving a family was eating fried ice cream and it too looked mouth watering. We ordered enchiladas, a burrito, and carne asada fries (takeout). The fries were enough for four people to share. The cheap food prices in Vegas got me checking home prices in Nevada lol!
google avatar

Scott B.

Yelp
The place is off the chain good. It's nice to have employees that LIKE making good food and just not slapping it together for you. I hope they keep up with the quality and do well going forward.
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
Absolutely in Love with Fuego Mexican Kitchen after my first visit last weekend! It wasn't quite what I was expecting as from some of the pictures I was thinking it was more of a sit down with table service style of Mexican food. Instead it was more of the fast food style in that you ordered from a counter and ate a few small tables scattered about the room. Don't let that stop you as the food is outstanding! I tried the carnitas plate that was simply the best I've had for this style of Mexican dining!! The flavors of the pork were perfect, it was fried perfectly, extremely tender, and free of a lot of fat pieces! Their flour tortillas that are served with it felt as though you were eating homemade tortillas, and if they weren't, isn't the idea that you think you are part of the battle?!?! I couldn't be any happier after trying Fuego...well, except that it's nowhere near where I live!!
google avatar

Amanda O.

Yelp
Decent food. Came here because I was in the neighborhood. Got veggie taco and cheese quesadilla with chips and guacamole. Very tasty, good flavor.
google avatar

Jose L.

Yelp
After working a 10 hour day, I wanted to try this place out which is right across the street from where I live. I get this place closes at 8, but during these times of trying to make new regulars and make money from your community, the cashier with the glasses is very rude and had no problem telling people that want to dine in that they close in "9 minutes". The worst service from the front from the cashier. The food was great but his rude demeanor killed my appetite.
