Cool products...super high markup though. You can most of this stuff on Amazon for much less. Great place to stop if you need a quick place to pick it a gift.

I think that Fuego is one of the most interesting shops in the Vancouver mall. They have a lot of amusing products. I find it more fun just to look around in there, than to actually buy things, since they're a little pricey and I'm not really into much of the stuff there. They do have some cute dresses and accessories, though. Service tends to not be so friendly and I've never been asked if I need assistance, but for me, an introvert, this is kind of a good thing. What I don't like is how crowded the place can be.

Very cute little store! Some pop culture merch, very nice. It has a little bit of everything, clothes, board games, and knick knacks. The staff is always very friendly. They really help you out, and generally are just kind people.

I like their clothes, apparel, and some home decor! I just bought a pair of Super Mario Bros socks there! Their return policy says that if the clothes are worn, I cannot return it. But that’s OK, because the store has to make money. Will shop there again!!! :)

Fuego is a very cute store that includes items featured by upcoming or small artist which I appreciate. I love the sign they put out in the entrance, it allows people to see it, get interested, and want to learn more. It also allows people like me, help show to their friends of said artist. Along with that, they have a great sock, dress, jewelry, and book collection. There is a multitude of different genres for people, like cute/anime, cute/silly, pretty, Sanrio, witchcraft, Bob Ross, cottagecore, plants, etc. Overall, I love the vibes and dedication that the store gives.

Super sweet staff. They made me feel like they genuinely cared about my shopping needs and never made it seem pushy when they let me know promotions and or suggested add ons. It was done in a respectful way and never got irritated if I said no. Most places don’t respect you for saying no to their pushy sales tactics, by they managed to do their job without being all up in your face about it. Thanks Fuego staff!

Terrible customer service and cheap shoddy items. Hat fell apart in three weeks and they would not exchange without a receipt. This was a Christmas gift. I would not recommend anyone buy there.

I received humiliating "customer service".. (and I only call it that for reference) all the way from outside the store, I can only imagine how you're treated once you're actually inside.

** Be aware of their return policy, very tricky!!! ** I passed by the store many times, but it was the first time that I made a purchase here. Their selection was okey - some fun items, but most stuffs (toys, accessories...etc) are cheaply made and over-priced. Their return policy is tricky! If you purchase something at "discount" price, ie., headbands 3 for $10, then the sales is final and you can not return. I don't think people will notice the difference, since they would not put a "SALE" sign at all. They lure you to buy more because you think it's cheaper, but once you purchased, they won't let you return, your money is hooked. I won't bother to come back.
