This is a trendy spot for night life. They do have a kids area but it feels very adult during the evening. Free parking. Antique stores within walking distance. Have dinner and drinks then stroll down Neon Alley.

Google
Lots of choices for food. Great service. They do bring the food to your table after you order.

Jeremy Layton

Google
You walk up and order everything from drinks to food. We tried two different spots the Hungry Buffalo and wings on wheels. Both places the food was just alright in our opinion. Not something we would crave and want to go back to. The atmosphere and bar is what this place has going for it the most. The environment is chill and relaxing and they have a corner to throw the kids in to play!

Google
Lexie is an awesome server/bartender/manager... she knows the business and the history around here, smart gal! Hannah is really cool too! Dayshia is super cool and sweet and a great bartender!

Google
Very positive experience as a first time guest. There wasn't any direction on where to go or what to do, you need to make up your own mind about what you want and where to sit. Service at the bar was great. Service when ordering at the storefront for pizza was friendly and fast. They bring out the food wherever you're sitting. The pepperoni and black olive pizza was also delicious. Would recommend this if you're not sure where to go when visiting Pueblo.

Google
Very Nice and out of the way place. It is kind of like an indoor food truck parking lot with several styles of food. The smash burger and buffalo fries were Awesome. I'll make the drive from Fountain again to eat there.

Stephanie Huereca

Google
This is our first time trying fuel and iron since they first opened up. I had heard great things about the food, atmosphere and the kids corner. I tried the wing flight from Wings on Wheels and the food was great but I do think it’s over priced. However, the fact that they have the kids corner is a HUGE plus to me as a mom of 3. I see us coming here again in the future!

Google
Union Pizza offers an outstanding dining experience that combines delectable flavors with a cozy ambiance. The pizza is a true delight, featuring a perfect balance of a crisp crust and flavorful toppings. The menu showcases creativity and quality ingredients, ensuring a memorable culinary journey. The staff's friendly and attentive service adds to the overall positive atmosphere. Whether you're a pizza enthusiast or seeking a cozy spot for a delightful meal, Union Pizza stands out as a great choice. Highly recommended for those who appreciate excellent pizza in a welcoming setting.

Yelp
Fun and funky hall to enjoy good eats and good company! We had a fantastic meal from Union Pizza! The meatballs, Caesar salad and Prosciutto pizza were amazing There's a fun play area for the kiddos and some cool board games to keep you entertained as well as a lot of local art to view and purchase. Full bar service as well. Definitely recommend for a family friendly night out!

Yelp
I love the pizza and the bar. My only complaint is that the bar tenders vape while working. I catch them every time I go in there. I have asthma and smoking is a huge trigger. Vaping in public buildings has been against the law in Colorado since 2010. I have talked to management about it in real time and was told they would take care of it. Obviously they are either not being taken seriously or they just blowing smoke up my skirt. We also had to leave because of smoke machine being used at the silent Disco. i hate that I would have to stop going because of something like air quality. I won't to support them but may have to stop going .

Yelp
VEGAN REVIEW OK, it's pretty hard to give a rating because I went to 2 places in the food hall... The Cutting Board 3 stars As the only fully plant based place in town I really really wanted to LOVE it... but I just didn't. Maybe it's what I ordered? Basically a beyond meat burger in a ciabatta roll with waaaaay too much sauce. Didn't like the spices on the fries. Boo. Trail Glazers 5 stars! Came here for afternoon coffee, breakfast, and took lunch to go. Their special coffee drinks are SO GOOD, as are the vegan GF chocolate chip cookies (would not have guessed they are GF). Vegan breakfast biscuit was super tasty. Took a pesto avocado sandwich to go, it held up well for several hours & also yummy. Friendly service at both places. Love the general vibe of the food hall. Hope it makes it!

Yelp
Nice options for food here. A lot of seating too which is great since it can get busy. It's very loud inside when busy.

Yelp
Lively food hall with a charming covered patio. There was a parking lot next door and street parking nearby. We went to Wings on Wheels which hit the spot! Smash burger was great and true smashed style with super thin patties and a great crisp. Their "single" burger has two patties and their "double" has three patties so even though the patties are thin (as they should be!) you're not skimped on meat. The bone-in wings were good too. Crispy skin and good buffalo flavor. Their food isn't anything over-the-top but they do a solid job on the classics! Friendly service too - you order at the counter and they bring the food out to your table.

Yelp
Ordered from WINGS ON WHEELS! Fire food!! Had double smash burger, buffalo chicken mac, and buffalo fries. Loved the environment and friendly staff.

Yelp
Nice 6 concept food hall between downtown shopping district and the Arkansas River. It is Pueblo's only food hall. The have a large bar with two counters and the 6 concepts are around the inside perimeter. They face northeast so no heat effects + plus the AC was working really good. You order at each respective concept and provide a phone nbr. They text you hen your order is ready. Plenty of inside seating + patio. The concepts are: Trail Glazers (sandwiches, bakery and ice cream), Steel Cresent Kitchen (Louisiana cuisine), The Cutting Board (all vegan), Diavolo (Hot Chicken & salads), The Hungry Buffalo (Buffalo burgers & sandwiches) and Union Pizza Co (pizzas). I went to the The Cuuting Board. I got an order of cauliflower wings with BBQ sauce and creamy dill dipping sauce + Quinoa Cake with avocado slices & Arugula salad on top + Jarritos Guava. Excellent food.

Yelp
Great place to find food options and drinks; fantastic pizza and citrus salad, awesome vegan nachos, and bbq; plenty of drink options; looking forward to trying bison slopper next time!!!

Yelp
Fantastic foodie choices, hip bar to chill with food & drink, what a phenomenal way to showcase multiple eateries!! Great service, patio seating in historic downtown

Yelp
Wonder modern space and good food choices. Great central bar too. Family friendly and fun!

Yelp
Pueblo now has an ALL Plant Based restaurant: The Cutting Board It's wonderful & has weekly specials

Yelp
Very clean place. Union Pizza... omg.. DELICIOUS!!! I am from the east coast and I wish there was Union Pizza in the MD area!

Yelp
We originally went here to try the Ramen however, the Ramen place had moved. Since we were there we decided to see what it was about. It is nothing more than a glamorized food court with a big bar in the center and a hang out area in the far right corner. It is not my cup of tea. However, if you are a college student, a sports fan, or enjoy a place to hang out with friends, then this place is for you.

Yelp
We love this place. Today I tried the Cutting Board and had The Hillside with fries. Hope crap it was good. Great option for the vegetarian community or someone like me who likes to try something new and different! Staff was friendly and Fuel and Iron is a great atmosphere.

Yelp
Union Pizza - 6 months in Pueblo and I've finally found my pizza place. I got a build-your-own with chicken sausage and caramelized onions. The crust was perfect. The tomato sauce and cheese were right on. I appreciate the chicken sausage so I could have a protein that is not greasy. Caramelized onions added a savory and sweet note to every bite. Plus, a great, friendly experience eating it while sitting at the bar with a friend. Highly recommend!

Yelp
The Fuel and Iron Food Hall is a new destination in Pueblo. The much-anticipated opening did not disappoint. There's plenty of parking nearby in a nice corner of downtown Pueblo. We tried drinks from the bar and the bartenders were friendly and made tasty drinks. I enjoyed all of the different seating options. Bathrooms clean and on point. So many different places to try to eat - I can't wait to go back for more. Utensils/napkins/table busing stations were all clean and well-stocked. My in-laws also enjoyed the experience- there was high-top seating available for individuals with limited mobility to sit all the way down in a lower chair. Bathrooms were clean. I can't wait to go back and try a new spot. This time I tried Hungry Buffalo and I thought it was fantastic. Fresh, great flavors, perfectly assembled to not fall apart despite its size and heft.

Yelp
New and only food hall in Pueblo! I've been here a few times now and it had become one of my favorite places to hangout with larger groups. It's never crazy packed ( but I also never came Friday or Saturday dinner time) and there is a decent selection of food! I've tried the chicken tacos and the side of rice, the Diablo chicken sandwich and the grain bowl with chicken. All about a 7/10 . The soft serve and dessert options are my favorite - the brownies are a solid 9/10 :)

Yelp
Got to try this gem the day before official opening! Hubs and I loved the variety and couldn't decide on what to get so we ordered from three places in the pics and split all the food. The food was excellent! Diávolo Pueblo we go the Diavolo Hot Chicken Sando with sweet potato fries. The Hungry Buffalo we got The Bison Gyro. Santa Fonda we got Barbacoa De Borrello with a side of veggies. Sorry no pics of food as I forgot and chowed down! Give this place a try, it was great!!! Atmosphere was very cool. Place was super clean and service was great at all the places. They text you when food is ready. Love that!

Yelp
Restaurants should be listed separately. We went to mosh ramen and got stupid spicy shoyu ramen with pork. The pork tasted like breakfast ham. The "spice" was just chili oil/flakes that was put on top. The broth tasted like soy sauce in water. The egg was overcooked and sweet. The leek was raw and hard to eat. The noodle consistency was good but almost impossible to eat because of the flavor of the broth. The fries were good. 2/10

Yelp
Awesome little food court in the heart of Pueblo offering an array of food selection choices that are tasty and not like your regular "food court." We decided on the pizza restaurant, ordered two personal pepperoni pizzas and shared their Caesar salad. Also grabbed some wine from the bar- all which were delicious and the service was great! The ambiance in this food court is laid back and cozy, and has a corner for kids to go play in. Definitely worth checking out!

Yelp
This may be Pueblos first food hall. They have 5 rotating kitchens, a coffee bar that serves desserts and shakes and a full bar area. Our party of 5 tried 2 places, ordered our drinks and then grabbed a table inside. Food was amazing and I'm glad we got there early 11ish am because it started to get busy. Menus for each of the kitchens are very simple and looks like each of them offered a daily special. Text message rings you when your food is ready. What a great way to turn an old historic building into something fun for the whole city.

Yelp
we went in on a Sunday night at 6pm and had the worst food of our entire lives. I had the mothercluckin wafflewhich which came out relatively quick but was terrible. it tasted bad, half cold and half hot. and the the fries were pure pepper. Like seriously way too much pepper. all season no Fry. my girlfriend had an amore pizza that fell apart in your hands. it tasted like the feeling of getting pulled over going 4mph over the speed limit. I think it was undercooked. we also ordered bread and oil, the bread was stale and they forgot the spices in the oil. the guy was super nice and offered to remake our food but we were incredibly disappointed. it is a cute place with good deceration but ridiculously expensive for what we got. Also we got a chai tea with oat milk and it was $12!!! and after 3 sips it tasted like pure milk. very disappointed will not go back.

Yelp
Great spot with local chefs making yummy food alongside a strong bar program in a very cool space. Absolutely love that they revitalized an abandoned building and put affordable housing on the top two floors -- such thoughtful, people-first development!

Braxton P.

Yelp
Ever since Fuel and Iron opened up, we have been going almost once a week. They have a wide variety for selection of food, full bar. Games for kids, entertainment on weekends (sometimes) staff is always very friendly and welcoming. You never feel like you are crowded (even in larger groups) because it's a very open area with lots of seating choices. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Yelp
Love this place! What an amazing asset to Pueblo! The bar is beautiful and has delicious drinks. The current food places are Solar Roast/Nicks Dairy Creme, Steel Crescent Kitchen, Mosh Ramen, Diavolo, Hungry Buffalo, and Santa Fonda. I've tried most of the food concepts and my favorite it Diavolo! The sweet potato waffle fries are amazing! The kids area has really cool kids activities. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The bar staff is very friendly. Overall, the space is beautiful and the concept is incredible! Would highly recommend checking it out if you're in Pueblo!

Yelp
Not even a simple taco cheese meat taco shell and not even normal ramen has to have a slab of chicken in there the only good thing is there burgers thats all
google avatar

Irvin H.

Yelp
This place has so much diversity and I really like the owners taste in music. I ate at the coffee shop and ordered a ham and cheese croissant and a brownie. And holy CRAP you've got to try that brownie!
google avatar

Yelp
This new place in town surpassed my expectations. Even though most of the eating places were closed because of a gas issue. One of the places opened with a limited menu had shrimp and grits. Having lived in Savannah I was able to compare real southern food with the one and eat and holy cow it was amazing. Second best plate of shrimp and grits I have ever eaten. The place have 4 different option of food and in the middle a bar. You pick your food of choice and then seat at the bar or any other place like tall tables, couch, etc. They also have a kids area in a corner so someone can watch the kids while adults enjoy the awesome ambiance of the place. 100% recommend this place.

Yelp
Birria De res was amazing. Este Mexicano le gusto! 1/2 pound was good enough at a great price $14.

Yelp
They just opened and this was the most vibe-y place I have been to, in Pueblo!! The ambience is sophisticated and chic and definitely makes you feel 20 years younger coming in :) they have Solar Roast Coffee, Steel Crescent Kitchen (Cajun), Mosh Ramen (ramen), Diavolo Pueblo Hot Chicken (chicken), The Hungry buffalo (burgers), and Santa Fonda (Mexican). There is a bar for drinks. We got a catfish po' boy from Steel Crescent and the spiciest chicken sandwich from Diavolo. Both were pretty good but I'd have liked more spice in my po' boy. The fried pickles from Steel Crescent were long slices of pickles with some breading, not the thin pieces I usually like. I also got a strawberry banana milkshake from Solar Roast which was pretty decent. I was honestly shocked that we have something like this in Pueblo as I'm more used to similar food halls in Springs, Denver and Boulder. I really hope they flourish and are able to add more food options in the future!!

Nina S.

Yelp
Food was amazing! I'm so glad we found this little gem. We got the catfish Po Boy, Bison burger and a pepperoni and pear pizza...all were fantastic! Can't wait to go back and try out other items.

Michael H.

Yelp
Such a great place. I had "the slopper" from the cutting board, and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Really great atmosphere.

Yvonne L.

Yelp
BF and I came in this afternoon to have something to eat. I have been craving pizza and decided to try Union Pizza inside FI food hall. I was not disappointed!! This is a brick oven pizzaria and they do everything right! The bottom of the crust is sprinkled with corn meal. The crust is just the right thickness-not too thin and not thick either. I had the "brick" which consisted of Italian sausage from Gagliano's. Greek olives, pepperoni and some onions with a red sauce and of course mozzarella cheese. It was soooo good! The sausage had just the right amount of spice. I didn't need pepper flakes. I ordered the personal size and BF had to help me eat finish it. BF had the Hot Chicken, only this time he ordered the medium hot rather than the hot. He loves this sandwich and is always satisfied. Great atmosphere and service is outstanding! You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Fuel and Iron food hall has been on my radiar for ever and I was so exited when it opened. So far it has not disappointed! The Diavolo Chicken and Steel City Crescent stands are both especially impressive, weather you want a salad or something more substantial. I'm a little disappointed in Mosh ramen and hope they expand they're menu to include more veggie/vegan options in the future. The service weather it's at the bar or restaurants is awesome and the atmosphere inside is fantastic! This has been a meaningful, thought out and well executed addition to Pueblo's down town!
google avatar

Tawona K.

Yelp
Union Pizza is amazing! Their crust is legit, tasted like pizza I have had in Europe. A bit expensive but I they have to pay for that beautiful building!
google avatar

Tony F.

Yelp
Don't waste your time!!! I was asked to leave the food hall becuz I was accused of making a video of the hall at a prior visit. Making a video of your restaurant experience is NOT allowed in this food hall! You'll notice there's a good number of vids posted on FB. Funny it's only white folks who can post a video!
google avatar

Realdeal H.

Yelp
Three of us had lunch at three different restaurants. Our food was alright, but not exceptional. The location and concept are great. It's worth a try, but be prepared to pay a premium for self service. The total for the three of us was $82.00. The facility and restrooms were clean and there was plenty of seating, that was a plus. It's a toss up, my try again.
google avatar

Larry T.

Yelp
Wayyyyy too expensive for what you get. 17$ for a bison cheeseburger. Everything was wildly overpriced and to be honest wasn't all that good.

Abraham H.

Yelp
Pueblo Hot Diavolo told me they closed up 40 min before they actually closed. And now I'm sad cuz now I got no chicken sandwich and was lied too.

Tita O.

Yelp
The bison slopper and rice and beans at the Hungry Buffalo was fantastic! Could not have been better.

Charles C.

Yelp
I don't make it to Pueblo often but this was a fun experience to have green chili fries at.
google avatar

Craig B.

Yelp
Food is WAYYY to expensive for what you get. Very few choices and to be honest didn't taste better than 3 stars. NBA Championship game was on and on tv's were only by bar and couldn't see small tv. Place needs needs more food options. Building is cool but $20 burger with no drink or side isn't worth it.
google avatar

Rose F.

Yelp
Really crappy service. The bar had maybe 8 people seated and 2 bar tenders yet, we could not seem to get a beer. After 10mins of being overlooked finally we have a bartender. However the are out of all but 3 beers on tap. It's a Wednesday like what the heck! So finally we get a beer each and we finish our beers fairly quickly and then we waited, waited and waited. Our bartender completely avoided me and my wife as well as the 2 women sat by us. After 25mins of waiting next to an empty set of glasses my wife had to go retrieve our tab. He didn't apologize about his lack of service. Will not come back.
google avatar

Velia V.

Yelp
One of their bartenders stole our credit card opening night April 28th and the business has since still refused to address it even after me emailing and also leaving a google review. Basically the lady took our card to open a tab and then she clocked out and went home. Manager Luc apparently had "no idea" what she did with it. If you look at every other review on google that's complaining about the pricing or they don't like the atmosphere, the owner replies to those reviews but has chosen to ignore my review and emails which leads me to believe that they know she stole it and they won't take accountability for it. Such irresponsible and unethical behavior on both the bartender and the owner for letting this go unaddressed for so long, yet replying to reviews every single day defending themselves on why they're a great addition to Pueblo . obviously this place can give 2 sh*ts about their customers and are only money hungry. 10/10 do not recommend unless you want your credit card stolen Ps you can read my google review if you want more details.

Sue R.

Yelp
Love this place. The food is great, chill vibe, kids area, patio, bar, dog friendly (patio). It's fun, casual and delicious. There is something for everyone.
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
Got miso ramen and my partner got some of the birria. Both meals were incredible. I got fried tofu in my ramen and that honestly was a highlight. There was a green sauce that accompanied the birria and we both fought over it! Will go again to try other stalls, 100%!

Molly S.

Yelp
Great ambiance! Fun drinks at the bar. We ordered from the Steel Crescent Kitchen - very tasty

Aaron E.

Yelp
I've been here several times for coffee or breakfast. It's quite in the mornings, which makes it a good place to meet clients. The coffee and breakfast burritos are good, my kids are big fans of the pastries. It has a local feel with the decor and local art on the walls. There is a kids area to entertain littles.

Don F.

Yelp
The building renovation and atmosphere is very nice. Parking is good too. I had an Old Fashioned that was so bad I had one sip and that was it. It was the worst drink I've ever had. The hot chicken sandwich seemed like it was cooked sometime around noon and left out on the counter all afternoon only to be reheated at about 6 pm for my dinner. It was terrible. The dipping sauce for the fries was delicious though. I really want to like this place but it has a long way to go if they want to survive. Fuel and iron please step up your game because Pueblo needs you to be successful.
