"Geek-chic abounds at this Richmond brewery, which vows to “keep beer weird.”Swing by the Ironwood taproom—just 1.25 miles northwest of the BC Ferries terminal—for a retro video game battle, sweetened by a Last Strawberry Wit, Czech-style Pixel Pils, or Bean Me Up Espresso Milk Stout (a collaboration with Vancouver’s Notch Coffee). Visitors can also look forward to snacks like seaweed potato chips, vegetarian samosas, and charcuterie boards, as well as non-alcoholic drinks like Sumatran dark roast coffee and an all-natural, citrus-vanilla potion from Victoria’s Phillips Soda. Launched in 2015, Fuggles & Warlock is already hugely popular in Taiwan and South Korea—and its quest has only just begun."

"This offbeat brewery lives up to its slogan of “Keeping Beer Weird,” with an unusual location in a quiet industrial park a ways away from the main Richmond action. Flights allow sampling of multiple beer types, including the Kiwami plum sour, the Last Mango (a wit beer), and Gettin’ Fizzy With It (a brut IPA). A limited food menu includes a steak and onion pie that’s made with Fuggles & Warlock’s Bean Me Up espresso stout, and there’s often a food truck parked just outside. [$]" - Jay Friedman

Dog friendly patio with a delicious selection of craft beers for dine in or to go. Simple and yummy selection of grub. Will be back to enjoy more! :)

Google
This place stole my heart after just one visit. Honestly, I don’t even want to share it with too many people — it feels like a hidden gem we want to keep to ourselves. We brought some light snacks, and they allowed us to bring them in, which was nice. The food they serve is reasonably priced, and best of all, they offer a variety of house-made beers to enjoy. The taste of the beer might depend on personal preference, but the atmosphere is fantastic. There are plenty of board games to enjoy inside, and even games outside for the kids. When the weather is nice, you can sit out on the patio and relax with a cold beer. It’s a very family-friendly spot, and the staff were super kind too!

Google
Beer was okay, nice to try some fruity light beers during the summer. Cool outdoor area for foosball and pingpong. There was a daily special running, but the bartender never mentioned it and charged regular price anyway. We brought it up after finding out, but she said it was the system and left it at that.

I enjoyed my visit to Richmond's Fuggles Beer. A fun brewery with good tasting craft beers, bar games, shuffleboard, foosball table, movie night, video game night, patio seating, outside covered seating and interesting decor. I enjoyed my visit, beer, clean facilities and friendly staff. I heard they run community events like pet adoption days and food trucks. I recommend you check it out.

Google
Fuggles happened to be a recent find at Richmond for me. Love the quality and taste of their beers. My personal favs were the mango wit (not too sweet lager sorta taste) and javaverse coffee stout (very close to Guinness). The Gin and Lime Pilsner was a unique tasting beer and definitely recommend people to try it. Wish the waffle fries were done better- Tasted like it was fried out of oil reused multiple times. The brewery is pleasant, well spaced and the patio is dog friendly. The staff was super friendly and personable. Will certainly come back to try more of beers.

Google
Fuggles Beer is our 2nd stop for the day on my company's summer event. Another hidden gem of great craft beer. Many different flavors. Strawberry, lime, plum sour, mango to name a few. We tasted about 4 different beers. The host was great and informative. Place was surprisingly big and very clean and modern. Really enjoyed ourselves. If you're in the area or want to try a new spot for craft beers brewed at the same location with great atmosphere, try this place. You wouldn't be disappointed!

Google
it's a hidden gem based on its location. Great beer collection, really tasty sour and fruity ones. They also serve a few snacks so you don't have to drink with empty stomach and they have actually decent grill cheese (panini), loved the side pickle. You have the option of buying great local beers to take home.

Google
Good variety of beer, awesome arcade games!!! Food and parking available. Sour beer available along with growler fills. Comfortable seating! I recommend trying a homemade pizza, and delicious pretzels. Awesome artwork, merchandise available. Outdoor seating with umbrellas. Amazing group of people who run this place - truly beautiful souls. In other words keep on keeping beer weird!! #fuglife

Yelp
I don't do 1 stars often and overall perhaps they could be a two star "could've been better" but service here was awful. We finally got to try this spot with a group of friends since they were doing a promo with Pacific Pickleball. The coupon was 15% off draft beer the same day and only one coupon was needed per group. There was no one in the place; we were the only customers. The first couple made their order and presented the coupon and got their items. When the next batch of us tried to make an order with the coupon, the cashier claimed that we were not a part of the same "group" and that if we wanted to use the coupon, then we should have all ordered on the same bill. The group of us came into the store together, looked at the menu together and inquired about the coupon deal together as the coupon didn't work for specials but the girl at the cash did not tell us that it all had to be in one order. Before we left pickeball, we even checked that we didn't need separate coupons. 15% is not even a big deal... the tax nowadays is so big anyways but we felt scammed. Clearly, they were not trying to honour the promotion and if that's the case then that's something they should figure it out with Pacific Pickleball, not the customer.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my visit to this tap room. I had a stout while my wife ordered a flight. Overall, some good tasting beer! The flavors were distinct and as-described. Far too often I've been misled by the beer description, but that wasn't the case here. Only thing that could improve my experience is if a high ABV barrel-aged stout was available. I like how spacious the tap room is and the large number of games available: there's cornhole outdoors on the patio, board games and video games indoors, and even a Game of Thrones pinball machine in the back! Staff was super nice here as well. Didn't have a chance to try out the food but the pretzel looked awesome.

Yelp
B had no clue that Fuggles& Warlock is located in Richmond (Steveston). I do like their drinks. They are more on the fruity side. We came here to hang out with our friend or ex-colleague S. We love the fireplace setup outside. They have plenty of patio seating outside. They also have some very interesting items here not just beer. They have liquor jam and souvenirs for sale. I tried the Kiwami. It was tasty. I prefer the last mango over the Kiwami. Overall good beer.

Yelp
We had the pleasure of having a couple of beers at Fuggles brewery in Richmond BC. We loved the beers, in particular the Destinity IPA. I love IPAs, and this is near the top of my list. The service was great. There is a nice heated outside area, and there comfortable seating inside. My only complaint was the music is too loud which can make conversations difficult. I highly recommend this brewery
google avatar

Yelp
Come here ready to drink as there are limited food options of paninis, chips and pickles, so it's not really a meal spot. Sometimes they have food trucks like Salty's lobster. They've got great deals here with $2 off growler fills Mondays and Tuesdays, plus a punch loyalty card for a free growler fill. They serve flights and have a patio area. The brewery boasts a fairly good selection of beer including fruity beers, ipa, pilsner, sours, and stouts. I've tried the mango, strawberry wit, gin and lime pilsner boysenberry sour, pixel pilsner and black currant sour. I would recommend the pixel pilsner and strawberry wit. Off sales include cans and bottles. Service is friendly and laid back. The location is in a bit of a weird area in an industrial park, but it is convenient if you are around that end of Steveston Hwy or on your way to/from the tunnel on the 99.

Yelp
The best dog-friendly brewery in Richmond - covered and heated tent set up outside! There's a nice patio space outside that is not covered. However, there is also a huge tent setup outside which provides a nice covered and heated patio space. This is the best place to drink when it's raining, or even on hot days where you want shade. Dogs are allowed inside the tent so I am able to chill by my pawrents. There's a water bowl available for dogs. You have to order inside the facility though, and then take out your orders to the patio; so you should make sure there is at least 1 hooman available to be left alone with the doggo. Hoomans LOVES the beers there - good craft beer and great selection! Their sours are to die for. They also offer growler refills!

Yelp
One of my favourite breweries in Vancouver, well technically Richmond. As a huge sour beer fan, they have a large variety to choose from. My favourites are the mango and the strawberry. Unfortunately they didn't have the strawberry on tap when we were there this time but we did take some cans to go. During covid, tables are well spaced out and they even have a heated outdoor seating area for more tables. Definitely a brewery that I will return back to time and time again!

Yelp
Finally it looks like Richmond has some craft beer. Parking is available directly in front of the building, as well as several spots along the side. The building is new and classy. There are plenty of spots and a nice decent outdoor patio. Too bad it faces W though, as it means one gets a face full of sun in the evening. The other 2 things worth mentioning are the upright piano in the corner, as well as the free emulator coin-op arcade machines in the corner. If you ever had an arcade game that you couldn't finish in the 1980s or 1990s because you ran out of quarters, you're in luck. Staff are friendly. As of the time of writing, there are some 6 in-house and 2 guest brews available, which means the place can be cleaned out in 2 flights. The brews honestly are hit and miss. Some are disappointing (personal preference), but some are quite good. I've been here quite a few times now and each time it's a good experience. Lastly, this location is right next to a cop shop. Don't go too crazy with the imbibing.

Yelp
It was a sunny July Saturday during COVID-19 times. The brewery allowed extra seating in the parking lot with a food truck next to it that served good ol' fashion American dishes. Speakers outside provided ambient vibes. The line up of brews is not too bad. Growler selection is kind of limited (understandable). They also have a lot of their brews in cans or bottles format to purchase. Very happy with their set up for reopening. Sanitizers are EVERYWHERE. We used one of the spray bottles to clean the bar table and we are tanning! We saw a few guests coming in with their own food as well (apparently they allow you to BYOF?) Anyways, great vibe!

Yelp
We were ready for another new brewery to try so after a quick search, Fuggles & Warlock was the chosen one. It's located in a random Richmond industrial area beside Chocxo Chocolate Cafe. We dropped in on a Monday afternoon (around 3:00pm). Cool that they have a bike only parking rack. There's lots of seating inside and out on the patio. A couple TV's were playing sports/golf but in one corner, there's old school video games! One had Nintendo Gamecube (8 games), the other old school (think Pac man and other oldies). In another corner, there's a stash of board games and crib. Totally used those. Monday and Tuesday specials are $1.00 off 1L ($7.00 regular) and $2.00 off 2L ($12.00 regular) growlers. Too bad their growler fills are limited to 6 options. The one we wanted wasn't available. There were 8 flavours on tap so we decided to go all out and try them all. The flights come in a fun wooden box with magnetized labels. There's also a small food menu (sandwiches, pizza rolls, pies, tourtière, charcuterie, samosas, pretzels, etc.). Friday and Saturdays, there's Japanese curry that's cooked with one of their beers. They had a mix of merchandise (hats, t-shirts, hoodies, glassware, postcards, beer jelly (different!), etc.). Love their #fuglife hashtag and tag line: weird but good weird. They also had some clever beer design/artwork (draft punk rye IPA). Trip #1 - 2x Rack ($8.00 for 4) - first flight had black currant sour, strawberry wit, coffee pilsner and pixel pils. The second flight had personas, destiny IPA, Icarus mosaic saison and bean me up. Our favourite was hands down the black currant sour followed by the strawberry wit. Both coffee beers were good but not sure if we could drink more than a sleeve. Mosaic saison was also decent. The other three we didn't care for, especially the personas. - Kiwami plum sour ($6.75 bomber) - this one is super popular. They only had it in a bottle so we bought one for home. Trip #2 Second time around, we decided to share a rack. - Rack ($8.00 for 4) - strawberry wit, destiny IPA, Kiwami plum sour and pears in white satin imperial pear kolsch. The plum sour was easily the favourite. Imperial pear kolsch sounded great but the pear was way too subtle. Love the chill vibes at F&W. Wish they had more of their sour beers on tap!

Yelp
Good beer and cute flight holder (my bf was a very big fan of their flight holder haha). This was one of the breweries in Richmond we were able to try and I'll admit, the name of the brewery got me. They have games in here as well for guests to enjoy and a nice "fireplace" so bring your friends. Their strawberry wit beer is really good as well as the mango wit. It isn't fruity but it definitely has hints of the fruit flavor in it!

Yelp
A fun place with a retro-gaming twist in their MicroBrews. Lots of nerdy Beer delights to discover; and the selection is constantly rotating. The brewery puts a lot of thought in their ideas, and it shows. Nice selection of food choices - pub fare like charcuterie and meat pies - but you'll want to come and try out the beers. Skip the food if you must... Nothing extraordinary. Pub area is spacious and friendly. There's a few cool Retro Gaming booths to try a few rounds of Old School Video Games while sampling a taster. And it's free! Service is always friendly and courteous. This is currently the best brewery in Richmond BC, so I recommend it highly.
google avatar

Carlos B.

Yelp
Quaint space tucked into an industrial complex. Loved the option of a taster tray, but I opted for the sleeve of Bean Me Up Porter. The chance choice worked out! Tasty! Service was ample, but then again I'm American. I'll blame myself.
google avatar

Kit Yee Y.

Yelp
This craft brewery can be considered as a good one in Richmond. There are some parking stalls outside the brewery. Other parking spots in the same complex are available after the business hours. There are seatings inside and outside the brewery. The ambience was quite comfortable that we can sit inside the brewery, chat with friends and watch TV at the same time. Their beer is amazing and excellent! It is hard to find a good brewery and good beer in Richmond. This is it! Tasters are $2 each and $7 for four. We order a chicken bento box for snacks, but the bento box is stored in a fridge due to a warm temperature. The brewery does not heat up the bento box for us. We have to eat it cold. The food in the bento box should taste good, but due to a cold temperature, the food is not the best. If you live in Richmond and love beer that you don't want to go all the way out to Vancouver, you should come to this craft brewery in the Ironwood area. Highly recommended! :)

Yelp
We stopped in for lunch after morning hike Beautiful spot take your time and enjoy yourself!

Yelp
My BIL is obsessed with all things beer and a co-worker of his told him this was a great place. I don't drink beer so I can't tell you anything about the brew options but my husband and the rest of our crew enjoyed their drinks. It's an open air brewery which was hotter than all get out (fans didn't do much for the humidity) so keep that in mind. The parking is ample but they don't offer ice with their water. That's all I drink these days so it must be a European thing vs. American. They offer a limited pub type menu but the pretzel was decent enough, although a small part of it was undercooked. What's nice is that they allow outside food to be brought in.
google avatar

Frank F.

Yelp
This is a great to spend a bit of time. The outdoor patio and self service is COVID compliant. The tasting flights, where you can pick samplers of a number of FW beers is a great idea. You can taste a range from Espresso to Strawberry beers. It s a great way to find a favourite flavour. The summertime strawberry beer is wonderful.
google avatar

Christine L.

Yelp
Dropped by for a flight and a substantial snack. If you're a sipper, don't order all the beers at once. By the time we finished our first flight, the second flight was flat. My favourite of the bunch was the Strawberry Wit. I enjoyed the steak meat pie. Good amount of meat and gravy, the crust was crunchy. Let it cool before you eat it. The food takes ten minutes and comes out piping hot. I tried the trio of samosas. Not bad but the filling seem a bit sparse and the wrapper lacked a nice crunch.
google avatar

Stephanie H.

Yelp
I'm not usually a fan of beer, but a friend let me try samples of the beers and I honestly really loved the Strawberry one and the Espresso one! The environment and atmosphere are amazing. The guest singers on Friday, May 24, 2019 were incredible! (Shout out to Tim!). Completely fell in love with their voices. I'd come more often if I were closer to this place, which was quite hidden behind a bunch of other buildings, including the cop station hahah.
google avatar

Karlie O.

Yelp
I've been to fuggles like 20 times. It's a bit out of the way, but their beer is really good and the people who work there are really nice. Great service. I'm giving five stars because they now serve some food, basic stuff like samosas and pies... I eat something every time I come in now. Make sure you try the "bean me up," best coffee beer on the planet, but be warned that there is actual coffee in there, and it will keep you awake if you aren't a coffee drinker! Love your beer guys and keep making different creations. #fuglife
google avatar

Casey R.

Yelp
Such tasty beers, we've made two visits in our shirt stay in Canada. That gin & lime pilsner is so delicious. Same goes for the espresso stout. The sours and fruit beers tested good AND I overheard people ordering them mixed with other beers. A novel idea! There was a food truck there both times and they had a menu on the board as well (pretzels, bar treats). Friendly servers, two arcade stations. One with ALL the original NES games and another with ALL the Sega Genesis games. They have cribbage, a big tv over a fireplace with very comfy chairs. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I wish we had time to make a third visit!
google avatar

Erica S.

Yelp
Pros: the beer (the most important thing!!) and the service Cons: it's remote location, the early 00s metal music welcoming patrons
google avatar

Steven M.

Yelp
Super kick ass gem in the middle of the business district! Great brews, some actual food (which is exactly what this area needs) and great people tending the bar! Give their sushi boxes a try, the pretzels come from a local sausage house, and of course whatever type of beer you fancy to wash it all down! Huge TV's and a lounge area as well for European sporting events during office hours should you need to "catch the score."
google avatar

Jacq L.

Yelp
The location is tucked away in the industrial area, behind Ironwood and dangerously close to the police station but This is my No.1 beer stop in Richmond! Staff are friendly and always happy to answer any questions or give suggestions. Unlike a bar, I find all staff that I talked to are passionate about beer and although it is a small space, the atmosphere here is always positive and everyone is friendly. You will usually see about 6-8 beers on tap so not very many but it's a very wide variety. They often have food truck around so that's a great bonus as Richmond don't often see food truck. Price here is fair. Food options are minimal, some chips, pocky and pepperoni type of thing. They also have patio seating which they open during the summer and they offer bike parking. I highly recommend this place
google avatar

Melissa F.

Yelp
Amazing brew pub. Dogs welcome and friendly staff The espresso stout is spot on. So happy I visited. 4.5 stars. I'd want to upgrade to 5 stars if they could expand their food options to foods that are more substantial to a full meal. Otherwise. A really amazing place
google avatar

Kevin B.

Yelp
I like how the location of this place, kinda tucked away near the industrial area. Atmosphere was great, with friendly and useful staff. Loved all there beers, and it was great that they had bottles and cans for sale aside from growler fills. Would definitely come back when I'm in the area again.
google avatar

Emma F.

Yelp
Having purchased the Strawberry Wit for home at liquor stores, we had to come visit the birthplace in person! Great atmosphere, relaxed, retro 90's/00's music in the background, board games to play, and a great beer selection. The beer jelly that comes with the charcuterie board and that they sell in their gift shop, is oh so yum! We had the charcuterie board and a tourtierre and steak pie - food is 3/5, but we are there for the beer after all. And, they weren't serving their pizzas when we were there.... hoping to return soon and try the pizzas that sounded so good. Will be back for sure!
google avatar

Art M.

Yelp
Came out here from Los Angeles i had to check this place out. Very happy with the selection. Was a bit bummed out they had No Hazy Double IPA's but overall great service and some good tasting brews. Highly recommended this spot to anyone that appreciates the hard work and time put in a good brew. Going back tomorrow. Great place to make a put stop after work to let traffic die down
google avatar

Sydney W.

Yelp
First time trying this brewery out in Richmond. Its located in an industrial complex and sadly the only brewery in that complex, but wow what a find. definately a geeky hangout, its got 2 retro arcades in the back, loaded with old school arcade games! HIGH SCORER AAA anyways back to the beer. they have a multitude of beers on tap, and it leans towards fruit flavours. they just had a fruit salad which was delicious, a great patio afternoon beer, its light, not that hoppy, and has a nice refreshing after taste. the mango wheat was another one i tried and same idea, nice and light! check it out, or better yet, take a bictcle ride there!
google avatar

Chelsea M.

Yelp
I've always wanted to try this brewery as I love the strawberry wit. We finally made it today and we were really happy with the beer. We tried the plum sour which was tasty and not too sour. We obviously also had the strawberry which was delicious as always. Lastly, we tried the espresso milk stout, and it was my favorite; it had a nice espresso flavour and it was really smooth. Unfortunately they didn't have the mango on tap, but luckily they had it bottled, so now we have something to enjoy at home. We loved the beer and there were some games inside, but I would probably say to go there on a rainy day, as it's not the greatest place to spend a sunny day.
google avatar

Kelsey B.

Yelp
Love the beer here, it's our local brewery so we are here every couple months. Would like to see the bar staff a little friendlier as they seem uninterested and unapproachable. The brewery and beers are great thou. Fun spot with games and good seating areas, love that they have food trucks. Could have a few more menu items or maybe mix it up a little.
google avatar

Angel L.

Yelp
This place sits in an odd remote area, but I had to make my way out there after trying their strawberry wit from a local beer and wine store. This location is brand new and packed to boot. It's very cute and clean, complete with a few old arcade games on the side. I got 4 tasters and would highly recommend the espresso stout and of course, the strawberry wit that tastes like light, bubbly strawberries are popping out baby strawberries in my mouth. I didn't try any of the food, but they do have some sanwiches and snacks to go with your beer. It's definitely a fun, friendly place to hang out while you get your growlers filled.
google avatar

Ron V.

Yelp
Beer was amazing, service was great. Could use a better food menu. It was worth the taxi ride.
google avatar

Jason F.

Yelp
I had an amazing time here with my girlfriend. She had a poutine and I got 3 samosas, the beer here is fabulous, I love the sangria kolsch and the mountain view, delicious.. The beam me up stout surprised me, I thought it would be too sweet, but it was nice and subtle. My girlfriend got the big apple cider, but we both thought the pear was better.. First time I've been to any brewery, I had a great time..
google avatar

Deanna F.

Yelp
Worth diving out of the way to stop here. I'm not local and it was a planned stop that made my day. Walked out with a couple bottles of amazing sour beer. Will return whenever I'm remotely close.
google avatar

Matthew G.

Yelp
Every beer they serve is well crafted with great flavours. The Plum sour is a favourite. Look out for other seasonal fruit sours. Staff is friendly and attentive.
google avatar

Victor L.

Yelp
This place puts out some amazing beers. Located in the industrial park in Richmond just off the highway. Definitely come check this place out and make sure you bring your growlers as i'm sure you would want to take some home after trying one of their flights
google avatar

Andrew F.

Yelp
Craft beer in Richmond is always a good thing. And one which ties to otaku geek culture is also a plus. Tasting room has a TV for sports and 2 arcade emulators. Growlers can be filled and you can even buy shirts if that's your thing. They also have bento boxes made by Guu. Beers are decent with several selections to choose from. The 2 sours on tap (the plum one and another) wasn't my beer of choice. But the strawberry wit is pretty fantastic. It's a very obscure location, but if you bike around Richmond, it's not a bad pits stop.
google avatar

Wolf B.

Yelp
Great selection of their local craft and a guest tap with locally made beer grub. The atmosphere is pretty chill and includes a cool aracde machine and some cozy comfy sofa spots in addition to the bar. You can get beer flights and fill your growler with your favs and the staff is friendly and well versed in their craft. The location is pretty much off the main routes and hidden in a gray shopping center in the commercial area in the south part of Richmond.
google avatar

Todd H.

Yelp
Fuggles is small space with big ideas. Their brews are very creative and even the non beer drinkers might just go, hmmm not bad. Easy access by transit and plenty of parking for the DD. Keep up the weirdness guys.
google avatar

Grady Z.

Yelp
Should have went to Four Winds... Thought i would stop into this spot only a few minutes from where i grew up for a beer but they dont serve beer. They serve fruit juice with some beer in it. Should have known somthing was off when there is 4 10 years olds sitting on the patio running around while their parents drink strawberry beer inside. Waitress is not made for customer service more like a receptionist at a dr.s office. Never again.
google avatar

Joseph H.

Yelp
A real craft brewery finally opened in Richmond, BC, and I'm happy to say that the beer is amazing. They really went with very drinkable crowd pleasers. The lounge area is also cool with a mini arcade, TV, lounge area, and plenty of seats. With something like 10 unique beers on tap. Growler fills are $12 for 2L. Tasters are $2 each or $7 for four. It's a bit hard to find if you're not familiar with the Ironwood area. You want to come down No. 5 Road, past Steveston Highway, and turn right at Horseshoe Way. The intersection is a bit weird with a curve and a divider in the middle. Anyways, the brewery is on the left in an office/industrial park, next to an empty Chocolate Cafe shop or something. Lots of parking in the area.

Samantha T.

Yelp
Heard amazing things about this place and couldn't wait to try it out. My boyfriend and I came later at night it was super busy, we tried the Gin & Lime Beer and the Strawberry Wit and have to say both were completely lackluster.
google avatar

John D.

Yelp
Friendly staff and mostly unusual beers with things like currants, pineapple, Saskatoon berries, etc. Very friendly guy behind the bar. Cool decor and such. Really like the fantasy style artwork. Nice selection of merchandise. Took a bottle of "Personas West Coast Common" back to the hotel. Interesting style I had never had before. Not bad. Would return.

Yelp
This is an absolute MUST stop for the true beer nerd. The atmosphere, hospitality, video games, lounge, and oh um......BEER is brilliant. The level of finesse and experimentation that occurs in these suds is off the charts. The graciousness of the brilliant beer tenders will make you feel like family. Look out BC, this brewery is a force to be reckoned with. All other breweries in the area are going to need to step up their game. Thank you Fuggles staff for an amazing experience. Your fantastic beers have made it back the the USA safely, cheers!

Yelp
I wanted to like this place SO, SO badly. I visited with a group of craft beer fans, and unfortunately we all left incredibly disappointed. We purchased samplers and each tried every single beer on tap (8 in total on the day we visited), and honestly there was not a single hit among them. Flavors ranged from burning, over the top hoppy pilsners, a strawberry wit that tasted like carbonated red wine vinegar, to a session white IPA that frankly tasted like frothy prison hootch. The "Pixel Pils" was the only passable beer we tried, and I only say that because it was the only offering bland enough you'd be able to drink more than one. Frankly, Molson old-style pilsner is better, and that says a lot. I guess what I'm saying is that if your palette likes anything at all beyond extreme hops or sour, you'll be disappointed. These types of beers can be great, but even when they're done right they're an acquired taste - but unfortunately they're all the menu has to offer. My advice to the owners/brewers: Figure out some easy drinking crowd pleasers before you focus on such niche beers. Even if you believe there is a market for your self-proclaimed "weird" styles, the odds of satisfying every single person in a group with them is slim to none. You need to have some accessible styles as well. The samplers themselves are really well presented in cool wooden carry boxes with magnetized labels to identify each glass. Unfortunately, judging by the conversations we overheard and the number of samplers left with beer still in them on empty tables after the tables had cleared, it seems that many other patrons were leaving less than impressed as well. While polite, the staff looked tired and somewhat exasperated... I honestly didn't get the feeling they expected us to be wowed by their offerings. No food is made on site, and when we visited all but 2 types of peperoni and a single pre-made sandwich were completely sold out. We didn't try the sandwich, but the pepperoni's they did have were tasty. The decor is clean and tidy, and the free arcade games are a great touch. I know it seems like I've slammed Fuggles and Warlock here, but I will be back in a few months to give them another chance. I like to support local businesses, and like I said at the beginning I REALLY want to like these guys. I'd be a bi-weekly regular if they could come up with some beers that weren't so much work to drink.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. The place was very crowded but it was well worth the wait. Had a wonderful time with my friends the other night. Will visit again and will definitely recommend.

Yelp
Finally! A great local establishment with friendly staff. Nice assortment of beer...strawberry was my favorite finishing off with the espresso aah. If you'd like to get away from the busy establishments I would highly recommend this place. No food but plenty of local restaurants you can order from.
