Where to Eat at Nashville International Airport (BNA) | Eater Nashville

"I found a traditional pub atmosphere serving classic pub grub—burgers, truffle tots, and jalapeño poppers—alongside beer on tap, with a name nodding to a Vanderbilt-era literary magazine." - Eater Staff

Stopped for breakfast. Should have done a little further down for a better option. Service seemed a bit like a distraction or annoyance to the staff. Breakfast sandwich was fine. No healthy options offered.

Eat here! I ordered the chicken philly and asked for the lettuce 🥬 and tomato 🍅. It was so good and the fries were fresh and hot. The prices were what you would expect and not bad for an airport. The reviews for the place were good and they didn't disappoint. The staff is friendly and attentive.

I stopped here for breakfast while traveling for work. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese biscuit but I substituted for bacon instead. It came with tots. The food was delicious, the tots were not as hot as I would’ve liked but still delicious.

The cheeseburger tasted strange. Wouldn't come her again.

Google
The food is fantastic. Great chicken sandwich! Only a 4 on atmosphere because it’s a small restaurant, but it’s also in the airport so idk. Kmem and Romany were welcoming and friendly and helped me make the most of my multiple delays. Would dine again

Frys were hot and crispy! Buffalo chicken tenders were great!

Welp, looks can be deceiving! I arrived at the airport to fly home with enough time to get some grub on. Unfortunately, our first stop was to Fugitives. It's a tiny bar in terminal A. We ordered a couple of whiskey/bourbon drinks, which took a while to arrive, but they were good. Service was sketchy. Not attentive and really didn't care about the customer. The food looked great when it came out, but the tots were COLD, and the cheese was solidifying before our eyes. Sadly, the egg rolls were from the freezer section, and they, too, were hardly warm. We ate what we could and skipped out of there as fast as we could. I do not recommend it!

Great place to have a conversation out of the way from the busiling airport.

Yelp
It's airport food. It's airport service. It's airport ambiance. Oh....and as expected: it's airport pricing. However- for me I find it preferable to what's available (only 2) just past security once in Terminal A.

Yelp
Stop here leaving and going. We were early for our flight, suprisingly. Good place to stop for a drink and food. My husband got Old Fashion made with Tennessee Whiskey (Fugitives). For food we shared Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit. Wow oh wow it was delicious. If your super hungry don't share. It was tasty for real. Price was $11 and included tots. Not bad. The chicken breast was thick and juicy. Good service from Kmem and good way to start our voyage back home.

Yelp
Brie was my bartender. I got a burger with blue cheese and extra lettuce and tots. It took awhile but she said they put the wrong cheese and had to start over. When it came out the tots were cold. She made me a new batch. Hot and delicious! The burger was more done than I prefer. And thee bread was a bit weird. But it came as ordered. Service was great.

Yelp
The quality bar for airport food is set pretty low. Anything better than tasteless should be considered a win. And we all know not to expect value for the dollar. That's why we were pleasantly surprised with Fugitives in BNA's A Concourse. We had the salad with Nashville Hot Honey Chicken, and the Nashville Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. Both were well made, with an ample portions, fresh ingredients, and prepared fresh to order. The arugula greens, and Romano cheese were accompanied by a very tasty lemon vinegerette dressing. The chicken sandwich was just as good and served with fresh tots. Yeme our server was incredible. She took care of us, and the entire restaurant of travelers looking to get in and out fast. Efficient but was still personable, friendly, and found time to check back on all her tables (did I mention her station was the entire restaurant?) 10s across the board for service. The first slight disappointment came with the Nashville Hot Honey Chicken. The description leads one to believe this is Nashville Hot Chicken style. In actuality, it's a hot (temperature) fried chicken with a honey glaze and black pepper. None the less the chicken was very good, cooked perfectly, juicy, with flavors well balanced. If you are looking for spicy though, this is not the chicken your looking for. However, delicious. The second little surprise was we had food vouchers provided by the airline, because... it doesn't matter. We were informed the voucher could be used at any restaurant. Yeme even said they can be used anywhere. Well, you guessed it, anywhere but here - Fugitives. Disappointing, but the food and service made up for it, and the value was there. Salad and sandwich $24 for two. Not bad for an airport, given these prices are on par, or even a little under some other similar offerings off airport in Nashville. Definitely put it on the list to try the next time you are flying through BNA.

Yelp
My daughter and I were in a rush to eat something substantial prior to boarding our flight. Fugitives Public House was close in proximity to our gate, so we decided to grab something quick to eat on the plane. I ordered a philly cheesesteak sandwich with french fries and a quick Tito's Mule on the side. My daughter ordered a pesto chicken sandwich. We really loved our meals because they were so tasty. I also need to mention how accommodating our server was. She was so helpful and friendly. Yemesera was the BEST! We will definitely eat here again.

Yelp
I've stopped here twice in the last year and found the food to be pretty decent if you don't count the fries being brown and cold. I found the staff to be off putting. They almost don't expect you to come in and sit for a meal, they're only happy to serve you drinks at the bar. Has more potential if they weren't understaffed maybe.

Yelp
I had a burger with tots before my flight and 4-5 hrs later I came down with food poisoning. Hadn't eaten anything anywhere else several hours prior or after eating there. Still dealing with diarrhea for past 3 days.

Yelp
Pretty affordable food for what you get. Although I did get the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It's not necessarily authentic but, it does fill you up if you're hungry at the airport. Soda was flat.

Yelp
We arrived a little early to the Nashville airport so for once we had time for a breakfast! There wasn't a crazy amount of options in the terminal but found the menu here to be decent, as well as priced well. However when we arrived we were informed that only one item on the menu was available (I believe the griddle was broken or something of the sort). It was a little disappointing but the chicken biscuit was one of the things we were going to order anyways. We also changed the tator tots to the parmesan truffle fries. Our order came out fairly quickly. The chicken was good but I felt the biscuit was just a tad dry. The parmesan fries just had like big random slices of parmesan and there was a faint truffle taste- I'm guessing truffle oil. Overall okay but obviously can't speak for the rest of the menu.

Yelp
Sausage egg, and cheese biscuit were surprisingly good, best airport food I've ever had. Service was great too considering there was one lady for the entire place. Definitely my stop to eat if I'm ever traveling through Nashville.

Yelp
The menu calls it a "Nashville hot chicken biscuit with maple syrup". It has absolutely zero hot sauce. And absolutely zero maple syrup. Server said the honey is hot. Their shouldn't even be honey on it. I asked for the Nashville hot sauce and she said they don't have any. 17 bucks for a fried chicken biscuit and a coffee. Avoid this place if you're looking for Nashville Hot chicken. I feel cheated and lied to. Will not be returning.

Yelp
Stopped in before a flight to Denver. Wow what an amazing burger. Easily in the top5 of burgers I have ever eaten. Kinda hoping I have to go that way again so I can swing by this place again. You need one in Denver. The Backyard is my favorite. Mmmmmm. Thanks.
