"Fuh, a fast-casual pho-themed spot at 2218 N. Lincoln Avenue, has shuttered. Its social media channels are gone, Yelpers report it closed, its phone number hasn’t been answered for a week and voice mailbox is full, and a recent city inspection lists it as “out of business.” It opened in June 2015 and received a favorable review that year from critic Michael Nagrant." - Daniel Gerzina

I was first here a couple of years ago & again last week. Both times the employees were amazingly sweet. Last week when the woman working got busy & forgot to make our egg rolls & coffee, she apologized & made us some churros on the house, which was not necessary & I would have left a great review regardless! The food is also delicious & I love being able to customize my pho without wasting ingredients! Thanks for the great service!

Fuh was an interesting restaurant. It was a create-your-own bowl of pho style restaurant. Kind of like Chipotle meets pho. We were there late as it was our last meal of the day and the owner was really nice and still served us even though it was near closing time. I really appreciate shops that do this instead of refuse to serve you or rush you out. It's the little things that help create good business.

Decent pho, wait staff wasn’t the friendliest. Also I wish they had raw beef to put in it, but other than that it was pretty tasty and the veggies were fresh!

Good Phu, the broth was delicious and it was nice to get to pick what went into your soup.

Wish I could give this place more stars. We walked in randomly because we saw the reviews, but didn’t know how great the food would be. Fuh allows you to build your own bowl with a mix of well marinated protein, noodles, veggies and your selection of broth. The broth is amazing!! Customer service is great as well. My palette was definitely pleased.

Great atmosphere, great employees. Awesome place to eat where there's lots of sun and a rustic feel. What I didn't find so great was the pho. The broth was bland, which is a shame given that it's basically brewing all day, and the beef came thinly sliced, but when cooking it kind of bonded together to make a giant slab. I liked the wide selection of vegetables and sauce, but for me, it just didn't really make the cut. Separate the beef and make your broth richer and more flavorful -- then it's a definite 5/5.

Went for lunch on a Saturday and they weren't quite ready to open at 11:00. But we got our food around 11:20 and got comped a drink for our delay. The service was super friendly and the portion sizes were HUGE! I am a big pho fan but I always feel like the bowls are huge but just broth. This was a bowl full of noodles and delicious veggies and rare steak.

This place rules. Excellent flavors, always fresh ingredients. I usually get the Ginger chicken with rice noodles, all the herbs and chicken broth. Always leave feeling good and 1 bowl is more than enough for a grown man. Excellent value, too. I just wish they'd open one up in Logan Square
