Fuji Hana Sushi Bar and Hibachi Steakhouse

My kids love hibachi and begged me to take him here even though it was a bit far from uptown New Orleans. It was worth the drive. The chef was really entertaining, the food was delicious and I am REALLY appreciate that they have a very reasonable price for kids under 10 (which is all three of mine) We were totally stuffed and took home leftovers. A meal that all three of them will eat and sit in their seats for the whole meal? Win!

I love this establishment. I come at least once a week. It’s affordable, I go during the daytime to catch the hibachi lunch special. I always get the shrimp, noodles, and fried rice. They have the BEST fried calamari as well.

Staff and service is perfect! I will have to stop going, unfortunately, because the last few times I went, I got sick. I do not get sick at other hibachi places. Something just doesn't sit right with me. Never got sick from just the sushi or the appetizers....just the hibachi.

Such a fun dining experience! Our chef was pure comedy while expertly preparing our food. Drinks were very good and reasonably priced. The sushi was to die for!!! Would definitely visit again.

The chef and show was the only highlight. He made it enjoyable for the kids. Food was ok. I was hoping for something like Shogun 2019, but this doesn't come close. The atmosphere was decent. Wait staff service was mediocre, had to keep flagging someone down for water, or napkins, chip sticks. Finally, just ended up getting go boxes myself b.c we were waiting long enough just for the check. Now keep in mind we were literally 1 of 2 hibachi tables sat at opening, with en empty restaurant. But "Ok" is a very good description.

This is one of my favorite hibachi places to go! The food and the service are always so amazing. I always get the same thing... the hibachi chicken and shrimp with the noodles and fried rice. And don't forget the yum yum sauce 🤤 SOOOO good!

Imagine asking for extra seasoning and getting no seasoning. Thank god for the one soy sauce to help with the friend rice. This place has gone downhill so much. Last time I actually ate in, I got an expensive roll that came out 2 minutes and was COLD. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt again tonight with major regret. BLAND FOOD.
