The food was okay my daughter and wife had amazing meal. I got to see me salad and it was very skimpy I figured for the price I get a little bit more fish it had probably like 3 of salmon two of tuna aside from that the waiter was pretty cool atmosphere it was very quiet not as busy as next door red Castle

I went last week with my husband and 2 year old we got three rolls that were delicious, I wanted to thank the staff for being so kind from the waitress to Mike that made our sushi. Mike send a plate of orange slices to my two year old to keep her entertained while dad & I ate. Thank you I definitely recommend and I will be back for the all you can eat sushi.

Fuji Sushi is pretty much my go-to sushi crave. I usually do AYCE. I enjoy having more than one Sushi Chef making my request. Reason is, it's never the same flavor but still taste good. Fuji Sushi always hit the spot. We usually go here 2-3x a week.

Great food. The rolls were amazing and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and the food came out quick. Did all you can eat but only took one photo, I really enjoyed the baked lobster roll!

It’s so good they have so many vegan options and they are so nice and it’s so cool and the people are so sweet and the lemonade is perfect and oh my god I love it

Baked lobster roll is great. But so far its to go presentation is a disaster. Doesn't even look appetizing. Almost like if they shake the box up and down with the rolls inside. 👎Udon is good. But the shrimp tempura needs improvement

Was craving Sushi and drive by this spot all the time. Today we finally decided to try. It was a Sunday afternoon around 230pm. Parking is a bit of a challenge, there's another restaurant that shares the parking. We got AYCE which is $39.99 a person The rolls we got were good. But not spectacular if that makes sense. Service was ok, she only checked on us once. We only did one round , we should've just ordered the rolls it would've been cheaper than the AYCE. It was a hot day and the restaurant was cool and inviting. Every restaurant is worth a try , it just wasn't my fave.

This place used to be horrrible, but went recently and fell in love. New ownership or new menu, not sure what happened but I'm glad it did! So good, such great customer service here! Their AYCE menu is soooo yummy! And so glad it's better than ever because it's much closer to me! The remodel is also so nice!

I'd like to start off with saying our waitress was super nice. The place wasn't busy when we arrived so we had our choice of seats. I didn't have the sushi, but my son and grandson did and they both said it was decent. I ordered the teriyaki beef and was disappointed that it wasn't steak, but more like an upgraded yoshinoya meat. We also ordered shrimp tempura and the tempura wasn't crispy. Our bill was $106. Might go back if I'm in the area, but wouldn't go out of my way.

The service was good - one star. The interior was fine and clean - one star The food was pretty good considering we were all the way out in SB - one star Other than that, the ayce option menu was disappointing since I expected to have almost of the options from the regular menu as we were paying the premium for the unlimited option. Instead, we were told that the rolls that weren't listed on the ayce menu had an additional charge. This paired with the expensive price, I truly expected more options but I digress - this was an average AYCE sushi experience.

The sushi was great! Definitely coming back to this spot. They played good music and the staff were kind! We got AYCE for $40 per person.

I was in the mood for some sushi and I came across this place. The pictures of the food looked really good and I was so impressed that they had a happy hour for some of the sushi that I typically eat. I'm glad I called in because although I was looking at a 4 year old menu, the happy hour changed from 2:30 pm to 2 pm. Captioned within the picture as well said they offered take out too which I was really looking forward to because I just wanted to eat in my comfort zone. The employee also let me know that they no longer do take out and it's dine in only. I gave in and ate inside. I was helped right away and it wasn't that many people inside (I came in right at 2pm). I sat right at the bar and immediately noticed the rules they had. I recall one of the rules being that if you don't eat all your food, they will charge you full price. I've never been to a restaurant like this before so I was definitely more mindful of the food I was going to consume there. The establishment is real chill. The music was good with other people enjoying their conversations. I had a drink and only ordered the California roll. The other employee (I'm assuming is a chef) brought my plate and he was nice and also checked in on me to see if I wanted more food. The waiter who took my order was also pleasant as well. I ate all my food and placed a to go order. Overall, I wouldn't mind going back.

This place has yet to disappoint me and I've visited several times. I've had their Baked Mussels and it hits the spot every time. They aren't stingy with the sauces they put on them. Some places hold back and it tastes too mussely (if you know what I mean). I enjoy the combo of the sauce and mussel. I've also had the Snow Roll and Baked Lobster Roll, both are absolutely yummy. Also hits the spot every time. The Snow Roll is my go to though. Highly recommend this sushi spot and mentioned dishes.

This was our first time here. The location isn't too hard to find but the parking can be difficult. It is a small parking lot behind the building or street parking. The atmosphere was well lit and not too noisy. We were seated promptly and ordered straight away. Our food came quickly and was perfect! My father in law will for sure want to come back when he visits again in the future.

I've been here many many times and it's the perfect little gem in Rialto! Totally worth coming in for the all you can eat sushi!

The sushi was horrible there's not much more to say. It tasted like it was sitting for awhile.

This would've been a good place for me, I would have given a 5.0 rate, food was delicious, staff are nice except i didn't like the girl with the super long pointed pink nails serving our food. As she serve our order, the tip of her fingernails is touching our food. As someone working in the food industry and serving meals, you shouldn't be allowed to have a super long fingernails. It is super unsanitary. What's make it worse is she cleans the table without gloves and touches cash in between then serves orders without washing her hands and her super long fingernails. (Yes i watched her for a minute just to see what else was she doing cuz it really bothered me) i thought she was just doing the greeting and sitting customers but it turns out she wasn't just doing that. She was handling food!!!Had to ask the other server (the girl in the glasses) to please serve our food instead of her.

I really like my Alaska roll and the baked one. The Alaska roll came with a mustard sauce on the side that was very good. I didn't like the fried calamari the inside wasn't fried , the calamari itself was super chewy for my liking. I've had better at other sushi restaurants. Other than that pretty good!

Never disappoint and the prices are reasonable. You have to get that or you can eat and try everything. Traci, Angie & Allison are amazing bartenders!

Love this place been coming here for over 6 years never disappoints my husband favorite sushi spot we literally drove over 1 hour to get here no other sushi spots can compare would so recommend the owners are super friendly great customer service :)

As always NEVER Disappoints! Matt is by far my favorite sushi extravagant chef! His rolls and care of his business shows. Its been a few since we've been in and he added some nice touches to the sushi bar lighting and dishes. The rolls have a great and creative taste to each. I absolutely love his cucumber salad with the ginger taste addition. My fav is his RolyPoly & Heartache rolls. Always add a bottle of saki to finish the perfect dinner & walk away with a BIG Smile. Great job & much success to your entrepreneurship here. Thank you Matt & staff.

Fuji Sushi always hits! The sushi is super fresh and my order's always ready right on time for my lunch break at work. The rainbow roll is one of my go-to's so good every time. I'm also obsessed with the baked green mussels and the spicy garlic edamame... seriously packed with flavor.

Been here twice so far and IN PERSON I like the spot a lot. The food is good to me. The servers are super nice and give a lot of info on the experience. It's got a zen chill vibe in there . BUT I was annoyed with them when I did a phone call order one time but hey I guess I should of took advantage of the first call they told me I had 5-7 minutes to order take out I called back one minute later they said no longer taking orders but hey I guess I talked to a different person who knows or they changed their minds. Overall food is dope.

Discovered this place from a co worker and have been addicted ever since! This place is hands down the best sushi place with the most divine dressing to go with the salmon salad. My favorite sushi roll here is Mango Tango! The people here are wonderful and the food is off the charts! Highly recommended!

For yearsssss I wondered about this sushi spot... I always thought it was a bit sketchy and boy was I WRONG!! We visited Fuji Roll Sushi a few months ago and ever since then we have been coming here what it seems like every other week. The rolls are fresh, the Bento Boxes are delish and the spicy edamame is amazing. The cooks are always on point and the rolls are well presented. The service is also great. The girls are amazing. The ambiance is pretty peaceful. Until next time

Enjoyed a quick dinner with my son. Had all you can eat at the bar with Matthew. This place is clean and has a friendly environment. The food and service is phenomenal. The staff make you feel like part of the family. I definitely recommend coming here.

The food was as delicious, actually even more delicious than I remember it. The flavors were so amazing, from the sauces, fresh sushi rolls, teriyaki chicken, teriyaki beef, teriyaki salmon, spicy garlic edamame, miso soup, and salad... all perfectly flavored! The service was a 10 out of 10. They were very attentive. Thanks for the great customer service! It was greatly appreciated. The ambiance and environment was also very refreshing. I highly recommend Fuji Roll and Sushi to all of you who love sushi and Teriyaki meats or want to try it for the first time! I can see you coming back for more!

Love the place but can never remeber the name . But it's my To go sushi spot that's right by red castle kbbq . Sushi rolls are big here . I recommend if you want sushi rolls that aren't bite sized or look like there made by little children hands .

Would of gave 5 stars. Everything was great here except for our cashier/waitress that definitely showed favoritism to 1 table the entire time. She would be chit chatting so much and neglected the other tables. Sushi orders were being called out and she would just continue talking. We actually witnessed some guy come in to eat but he ended up being ignored so long that he just ended up leaving. It would have been a great experience, if it wasn't for the waitress that kinda ruined the experience for us. Anyways, aside from that... the sushi makers were both really great! Sushi orders were coming out in no time. The food was so delicious!! My husband and I had the ayce sushi and it was definitely worth the price. It was a great dining experience minus the waitress. Would 10/10 recommend and return unless we had to deal with the same waitress.. honestly would probably just walk out and eat somewhere else if we had the same waitress.

I am from the Bay Area. i have searched for a good Japanese restaurant for the last two years. This is the only place that i can say has delicious, authentic food. it's my third time here and i thought id let them know! They have an all you can eat sushi option, but im usually just here for lunch. it hasn't disappointed me yet and the service is friendly and accommodating! and it's always nice and cozy! I am a regular now!

I order 3 sushi rolls and I specifically told them that I wanted lots of spicy mayo with my order and I only received one. I called to complaint about it and I was told that they will give me more the next time which did not fix the problem for this time. There won't be a next time. I think they could have done better to correct the issue but they did not even try.

Try their mango tango roll it's delicious I also had their dynamite roll. Which is usual go to roll and they do it justice.

Me and my boyfriend love this place. The salmon is so buttery we really couldn't stop ordering it. For it being out in Rialto, it's really giving seaside quality fish. The service was great and attentive. The ambiance is chill and they had one of the last Star Wars playing in the background with some 2000's - 1990's hits playing on the radio. Definitely returning as a yummy treat once in awhile. All You Can Eat Lunch - 29.95 per person.

Sushi was not that great, it was overpriced! I ordered caterpillar and dragoon rolls not the greatest!

I have ate here several times . I liked it the food, it has always been good. But I ordered food yesterday and the quality has changed . The baked lobster roll wasn't "baked" it wasn't even warm. Maybe they have a new cook ? I just wasn't happy with the pieces I received .

I have now been here on multiple occasions. The service is always good, however the sushi chefs are great (Matthew (owner) and Michael). The owners wife helps out as well, as she is absolutely the sweetest. Parking here is horrible, so be patient. Sits on a main street as well. I especially appreciate that the chefs will make accommodations for you as needed.

I was just eating at this place ordered the all you can eat was just on my second order still have one more when the waitress approaches our table and says don't worry we won't charge you for left overs here is your check we did not ask for the check we had been their an hour I did not see a time limit. Am I in the wrong for getting upset hen I still had to pay for the all you can eat when I was cut off half way.

Been here multiple times in the past 6 months. The sushi is quality and staff are kind - so is the owner (I think his name is Matthew). We do the all you can eat so we can have sushi and hot items. I've never found a better value in the IE for sushi this good - you'd have to go to LA and even then still pay more.

This sushi bar always serves fresh food and doesn't overload their rolls with rice like other places. The waitstaff is friendly, polite, and attentive. Mathew (AKA Mateo) is incredibly nice and genuinely cares about keeping customers happy and coming back. Not only do we receive a free drink quite often, but every customer does. The ambiance is fantastic, and we make sure to visit at least twice a month. This sushi bar and its staff are awesome!

The place was kinda empty being prime dinner time. The parking lot was packed, but it's probably all for the AYCE Korean BBQ place next door. The miso soup that they served was cold. Not the best first impression. The food was ok. Fish seemed fresh I'd give this place a 7 out of 10. The outside of the bento box was dirty to the touch. The employees were friendly and attentive.

The sushi in this place is insane it's so good , the tempura vegetables are delicious and the deep fried ice cream is a must. They staff is friendly and the place has a cool vibe with all the decorations .

The food was really good, but not the service they didn't bring me a refill or asked if I needed something. But it was good besides that! :)
