Popeyes and Chick-fil-A Need a Dark Meat Fried Chicken Sandwich | Eater

"A David Chang–owned fast-casual concept is identified as the rare national operator offering boneless dark-meat fried chicken in sandwich form; with only five locations nationwide (a sixth forthcoming), it serves as the primary example that a flavorful, juicy dark-meat sandwich is feasible at scale, albeit presented within the outspoken, personality-driven style associated with its chef's other ventures." - Drew Magary

David Chang Responds to ‘Ugly Delicious’ Criticism at Code Conference | Eater

"A fried-chicken sandwich concept that currently has nine physical locations and additional units planned online; although leadership publicly resists labeling it a large-scale roll-out, the brand is clearly expanding while deliberately avoiding a fixed, cookie-cutter model as it grows." - Greg Morabito

Of all the food we ordered? The shrimp tempura was my LEAST favorite. LOL But everything else was DELICIOUS! I loved the rangoons and the poke bowl was good! Customer service was nice and the restaurant itself was clean and good enough space. I was with my sister and my niece. We will definitely go back again! ☺️

Google
This was a great find when searching for a sushi place. It felt more like a take out place than a sit down and eat. Still very nice service and the food was very good.

The restaurant smelled bad as soon as I walked in. The food is gross. I purchased the Fuku special roll and it tasted like white rice with nothing else. The problem might be that you get tempura shrimp cut in half. You don't even get a full portion of shrimp and they charge $14.99 + tax! Making a lot of profit because rice is cheap! This is the worst "SUSHI" rice that I have ever eaten. Save your money and go to Rogers, Fayetteville or Bentonville. Fuku should be ashamed to even serve that.

The food has a great taste i just didn’t like the onion parts but yes they are huge enough to be removed. The chicken had flavor on its own and the noodles had flavor on its own. We did use the yum yum sauce but if you didn’t have too the food itself has flavor. I grabbed the California rolls and it was bite size which was perfect. The service was amazing and kind. They are very neat and organized with utensils and dishes. It’s a small place but very welcoming.

I ordered the Fuku Poke bowl and it did not disappoint! Quality ingredients and so fresh and flavorful. They must read through reviews because my spicy mayo definitely had a kick. The lady behind the counter recommended the eel sauce and it was a great addition to this bowl. If you want the sauces on side you’ll need to ask. Friendly, helpful staff and clean environment. Can’t wait to try other menu items! Will be back.

Google
We’ve been to FUKU a couple times and have had great experiences. My partner got the FUKU Poke with eel and gochujang sauces. I also got the FUKU Poke with eel and yumyum sauces (from the cashier’s suggestion). Both Poke were delicious, fresh, and plenty to eat. We also got a shrimp tempura roll, which was tasty and enough for us to share. The service was friendly and fast. The restaurant was clean and decorated nicely. We'll be back again!

Yelp
Waste of money. 95% rice with almost no actual fish. Rice was packed tight which makes it mushy and heavy. Expensive too. Will never return.

Yelp
Restaurant is kinda cute, but kinda lame. Service was crazy slow and I think there were only 3 tables occupied when we were there. My yakisoba was good, serving was small, but I'd order it again. My friend's meal was barely warm. He asked to have it warmed and it came back almost exactly the same. Hoping they will get the kinks worked out!!

Yelp
Very good hibachi chicken and California roll. Cute restaurant decor also. Fuku means happiness, blessing, and good fortune according to a mural on the wall.

Yelp
We really wanted to like this place since it's new, Sushi and in Lowell...we were excited. The sushi was mostly cream cheese center. The spicy tuna was lukewarm and very fishy tasting. We couldn't even finish half our food because of the fishy taste. My husband and I spent over $70 and as soon as we got home my husband got sick. We rarely splurge on sushi and we are so sad it turned out this way!

Yelp
Just not good. Ordered the chicken hibachi and it was barely warm, like it was sitting out for a while (We ordered at 6 pm). Not worth the money, won't be back.
