Austin Bar Owners Talk About the Path to Reopening Their Bars Or Not - Eater Austin

"Eric Wikman, co-owner of Full Circle, believes it is premature to reopen the bar. He emphasizes the importance of local municipalities having more say in reopening decisions, considering the different needs of communities across Texas. Full Circle also has a location in New York City, impacting their cautious approach due to experiences there." - Nadia Chaudhury

We recently held my mother's celebration of life at the Full Circle (Living Room). What a great experience. The facility is not only beautiful and spacious, but the staff was incredible. I booked this facility site unseen from Colorado and it exceeded my expectations.

Love this new spot!! So beautifully designed and the food is so tastey! Can’t wait to come back in the fall and enjoy the colors. Definitely a must stop on your trip to upstate NY 🍁

We had our daughter's high school graduation party at Full Circle, and we couldn't be happier! The venue is beautiful and has such a great vibe. Open, airy, with warm wood beams, great lighting, and a perfect space for gathering and dancing. We got so many compliments on what a great place it was to have a party. Christina and her staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, What a success!

A small hub with the Gardiner Bakehouse, Benton Beer Garden (which sells burgers) and a few other like shops. There's a small footpath to walk around too. Parking can fill up fast on weekends.

Full Circle is everything our town needs. It’s part bakery, part restaurant, part town square and all while taking advantage of and celebrating our natural environment. We recently hosted an event here in the Living Room event space. The indoor and outdoor areas were able to be integrated so everyone had a place they could be comfortable, Christina was so accommodating of our needs and Koby was on hand during the event to make sure everything went smoothly. I truly cannot say enough positive about this venue and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This place is a spot to go around Wallkill Pinebush gardener area. It is super comfy and pleasant to be in. I’m sad I didn’t get to try any of their pastries because they sold out very quickly but I will definitely keep trying. Hopefully they get more in stock. 11/09 finally made it, there was a line but it was totally worth it! The croissants are delicious the lemon poppy seed loaf too! The latte I think it need a lill bit more work but to be fair there was a big line so I feel they were rushing it bc we got ours to go n they were pretty fast, totally coming back the whole place is a vibe so happy they open a place like this in the area

It’s hard to want to write a review of a local spot that’s recently popped up—not because it’s not worth talking about, but because it’s so good you almost want to keep it to yourself. But keeping quiet would be a disservice, not just to the business, but to anyone passing by who could stop in and experience it. That’s exactly the case with Full Circle and the Gardiner Bakehouse. It’s got that warm, homey feel that makes you want to linger, paired with great food that feels like it was made with care. Whether you’re grabbing a fresh-baked pastry and a coffee or sitting down for something more, everything just hits right. It’s the kind of place where you can sit, relax and hang out. The staff are welcoming and you can tell they actually enjoy being there. If you’re anywhere near Gardiner, this place is worth a stop. As the business gets its footing and grows, which it’s having no problem doing, it will expand more and be even better. So have patience and go get a loaf of sourdough.

Yelp
New coffee shoo / bakery. Their coffee is from Devocion coffee shop in NYC pretty good and the pastries are beautiful and tasty.

Yelp
Cozy, quaint and decent coffee. Pastries were nice also. Customer service was good, fast and handled large crowd well. Nice to have a new local coffee spot up here.
