Full Tank Coffee

There’s a secret little espresso bar inside Project 9 until 1pm. Staff are lovely. They have decent WiFi and a ton of space to write, read or work. Outdoor covered space is ideal if you have calls. The baked goods are sparse and sad- eat before you get here. However, I can’t believe more people haven’t figured out it’s an ideal work or study space. People start bringing dogs and kiddos around 2pm and it shifts into brewery mode.

Less a review and more a clarification for anyone confused (like me initially), this is just Project 9 Brewing. They just so happen to serve coffee alongside alcohol. Can't vouch for their booze (...yet! Another time soon) but the cold brew was decent and vibes seem chill 👍

Great barista who knows what she's talking about and pulls a mean espresso! They have wi fi and lots of seating space. Went over while Ace Auto worked on my car, was able to work there and enjoy a bit of outstanding coffee. Only problem with the location is the lack of easy parking.

Excellent local roasters on offer. They made one of the best cortados I've had in Seattle!

Best latte I have had in Seattle. This is a place to order a "competition" tasting latte--they make craft beers and "craft lattes." This is not a coffee shop to get your latte with custom milk and then add sugary syrup topped with whip. This has also become my favorite place to do computer work--lots of seating (no lush comfy chairs, but great tables). The parking is in the nearby neighborhood, but I assume it may make the place overall less busy. Need to study during the week, come here!...and in the afternoon, you can get beer!

quality espresso pulls and lovely lattes. baristas are always friendly, and my dog loves the treats :) top five spots in the city imo

Coffee was great with a couple of unique options on the menu, which I always appreciate. Service was quite slow because there was only one employee working. With one or two more staff this place would be excellent.

They carry some of the very best coffee in all of Seattle. Excellent and skilled baristas. Beautiful open space, especially for working in the morning. A bit of a hidden gem that people haven't yet caught on to...
