"Fullerton Wines’s Pettygrove tasting room just brought on chef Rob Grisham, fresh off a stint at the French Laundry. Fullerton is known for its exploration of the region’s American Viticultural Areas (AVAs) and has amped up its culinary program, now serving a new daily menu with weekly prix fixe pairing dinners. The menu includes snacks like celery root croquettes, radicchio-and-apple salad with burrata and fennel, and soon a tasting menu with dishes like cauliflower panna cotta, beef tartare, winter squash ravioli with delicata and pistachios, and duck-and-chevre ravioli.
