Gov. Gavin Newsom Says NorCal Restaurants That Open Dining Rooms ‘Are Making a Big Mistake’ | Eater SF

"I found that Fumé in Napa also reopened sit-down dining on Monday even though Napa County's health officer had not authorized reopenings; the restaurant told the SF Chronicle they 'have yet to receive a visit from city or county officials, but figured at some point [they] would.' Local officials, including Governor Newsom and Napa Supervisor Brad Wagenknecht, criticized these reopenings as premature and risky and expressed disappointment that businesses were defying public-health orders." - Eve Batey

My family and I ate at Fumė today. We really didn't know what to expect but I can say it was very good. Everyone of us enjoyed out food. There were a variety of options. Everything was so fresh. I didn't get any pictures of the food. We all were so hungry. Lol The place was so cute, especially the outdoor area at night with there beautiful lights. Also our waitess Lisa was excellent. I was impressed with her knowledge of the menu options and specials. We would definitely visit again when we're in Napa again.

Google
Amazing food and great atmosphere. This restaurant was a nice sit down for an evening of good eats. We enjoyed it outside, on the covered patio, where there's plenty of room and multiple sections for large parties or to accommodate large numbers of restaurant guests. The night's special was amazing and extremely flavorful. Will definitely be going back!!

Google
Great restaurant. My pork chop was tasty but the star was the onion rings. Staff were amazing. Only thing is they need to check and maybe clean their fountain drink dispenser as my sprite was absolutely disgusting.

Liza G.

Google
I have eaten here before over the years but this was a complete disappointment. I ordered the filet mignon but what was brought to the table was NOT a filet cut. It was more of a tenderized chuck steak. They are clearly using cheap meat cuts. They did take it off the bill but I will never dine there again and won't recommend this establishment.

I was planning on going up to Calistoga for lunch at the Highwayman's, but then I remembered ..Hey, there's a bigass fire up there so I better stay down here where breathing is a bit easier. The Fumes Bistro was the next exit so here I am. I spotted a an amazing salad on my way to the table, and thought...that's for me! And let me tell you it's 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ all the way!

Google
This was our first visit to Fume. Lisa P. was our server. She was outstanding. We each had a pear salad. I had scallops with basil risotto and my husband had the spicy penne with chicken. It was all outstanding!! And then we had the chocolate chocolate chocolate cake. Oh my goodness. We will definitely be back.

Gordon H.

Google
We went there for an early dinner. Both of us wanted to eat something light, so we each had the half pound burger. They were excellent burgers. They came with all the trimmings and french fries or salad. We had the french fries, which were also very, very good. The prices were very fair and comparable to what we pay at home. I highly recommend going here for anything on the menu, as it all looked good. We will definitely go back again.

Google
The BEST smoked salmon eggs Benedict I have ever had in the world, no lie. The pancakes were delicious as well! Great place to visit. I highly recommend 👌

Yelp
Fume has become one of our go-to spots in Napa when we see a show at Lucky Penny Productions. Great atmosphere, top-notch service, and the food is always excellent. Personal favorites include the short rib risotto and the sol but I'd take a chance on anything on the menu. Reservations are recommended and the parking lot fills up quickly, but there's plenty of street parking on the frontage road. We'll be back again and again.

Yelp
Hey all visitors to Napa Don't forget this adorable Place tucked in a side street in north Napa . Great ambiance . Great food . Same owner as Sunshine Cafe and North . Take it from a local you won't have the crowds of downtown napa and it's just 10 minutes away . Enjoy your stay

Yelp
The servers were really friendly and laughed at our jokes even though they were corny. We had a large group and they really took care of us. I had one of the specials and it was good. Expect Napa prices. It's a cool restaurant with very good wines.

Yelp
I ordered side dishes for Thanksgiving Dinner and absolutely the best dinner my family has had. Easy pick up, etc Thanks Barbara Harper

Valentina P.

Yelp
First time visit. Enjoyed Thanksgiving pre fixed menu with friends. The service was impeccable and the dishes were amazing. My husband had the traditional Thanksgiving turkey plate and I had the risotto short rib. Our salads were delicious and desserts pumpkin cheese cake and apple crisp were the perfect finish. Despite being very busy we were served quickly and with a smile. I look forward to returning.
google avatar

Yelp
I think the best thing I had was the appetizers. The onion rings were crispy and the spicy bbq sauce was a great touch. We also enjoyed the calamari. Unfortunately our steak was overcooked, however our server tried to make it right. The service was good. We were a large party. The ambiance was lovely.

Yelp
I have eaten here twice. The first time was for dinner and I really enjoyed it. Great atmosphere with an outdoor patio and tasty food and cocktails. I went for lunch more recently and food was mid so not sure I'll go again.

Yelp
What a fantastic discovery right off the beaten in Napa! This place is truly special. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. And they have a dog menu! That's absolutely delightful - a true sign of a place that loves its furry friends as much as its human ones! And if you happen to meet Jackie, you're in for a real treat! She has a knack for making your visit even more memorable. Everything we ordered was one of her recommendations, and we love it!
google avatar

Yelp
Brunch on Sundays is amazing! Locally owned, friendly familiar faces and fast service and food. They have football on at the bar on Sundays as an added bonus
google avatar

Dave L.

Yelp
It's been a few years since we've dined here. The staff was efficient and courteous. We sat out in the covered patio with our little Angel. The food was as good as we remembered. Everything was delicious!

Yelp
Did a takeout of St Louis ribs and was disappointed. Ribs are good as last time, but 5 small ribs for a full order of $35?!

Yelp
3.5 STARS Date: Saturday, March 2nd, 2024 Time: 2pm (tho i think our reservation as at 1:45pm?) Meal: Lunch Party of: 6 *Flash Fried Calamari ($17) *House Made Onion Rings ($10) *Wood Roasted Artichoke ($16) *Willy Bird Ranch Smoked Turkey Sandwich ($19) x2 - one with Bistro Fries, one with Caesar Salad (+$2) *Grilled 1/2 Pound Fume Ground Chuck Burger with Bistro Fries ($18) - with Pepper Jack (+$2) *"No Chuck" Vegetarian Burger ($18) - with Pepper Jack (+$2) and Tomato-Fennel Bisque (+$2) *Margherita Pizza ($23) - with Caggiano Italian Sausage (+$3.50) *Iceberg Wedge ($18) *New York Steak & Fries ($44) *Raspberry-White Chocolate Bread Pudding ($11) *Trio of Creme Brulee ($11) *2019 Experience, Napa Valley ($56 bottle) *Paper Plane ($15) *Irish Coffee - no fresh whipped cream ($12) *Fonseca Bin No 27, Porto ($12) *Coffee ($4) x2 *Double Latte ($7) x2 We were celebrating one of my friends' bdays and he picked this resto for our lunch stop. I believe we were late, but they never gave us a hard. I didn't make the rezzie, but I think it was at 1:45pm. We showed up at 2pm. Food wise, I really enjoyed the wedge salad. The iceberg was crisp and crunchy. There wasn't too much dressing which I appreciated. I'm honestly a simple salad girl, so I like tasting the actual veggies. (I can eat a whole head of plain lettuce with absolutely nothing else.) This may be a little too veggie forward for some who prefer a lot of dressing on their salads. I got the steak frites. The steak was fine. Cooked MR-ish like I asked. You can request A1 as the steak didn't come with a sauce or anything. I dipped it in that from time to time and some mustard the other times. Dessert wise, the trio of brulees was a good way to try different flavors. I'm off drinking for a bit, so I didn't try any of the beverages. Some said the Paper Plane was a little too sweet and not much else. I did order a diet soda that I didn't see on the bill. It was a little flat. I don't think I even finished the one glass. Their coffee was good and they wee on top of the refills. Service wise, our waiter was nice and attentive. Since we were celebrating a bday, they came out with complimentary dessert with candle. Also, they will waive their $15 corkage if you buy one off their menu. Kinda in the middle of nowhere location wise, but not a bad stop if you're looking for a place to eat while heading north of Napa.

Yelp
Just a few minute walk form the Napa Winery Hotel I was staying at - charming decor and delicious menu - but I was not hungry so just enjoyed a few martinis - great bartender and good spot to chat up some locals.

Yelp
First night in Napa and needed to eat something. Great dining experience. The service, ambiance, food and drinks were delicious. We started with the Cesar salad which was great. The croutons and fried capers really were great My had the short rib risotto which was yummy. The risotto was perfect and rich. The short so rib tender Steak and fries was so good. The steak well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The fries were yummy especially with the rosemary aioli We were given recommendations for our wines by the chef. Loved our waitress Jamie. She was knowledgeable, attentive and fun. Would definetly return!

Yelp
This is our go to place, in the Napa Valley. It's right off highway 29, just north of Napa. Food has always been great and unlike most restaurants in the valley not expensive. They always have great specials, both in food and drink. It has a nice decor inside but we usually sit outside. They have a nice patio, although with the highway close by there is some road noise but not enough to dissuade us from using the patio.

Yelp
AS ALWAYS incredible meal, I had the classic eggs, Benedict and a mimosa!!! Mmmmm, my 2 Friends had a fun, burger, and asparagus and salad(no photo) Ryan our server was on point!! 10 stars!!
google avatar

Emma O.

Yelp
We had a fantastic meal and experience at Fumé. We had the warmed bread for a starter along with the halibut and the short rib risotto. 10/10 on all the food. The kitchen was super accommodating to my allergies request. Our server was very helpful and attentive. My toddler also loved the free kids sundae that came with her meal. The outdoor decor is super cute and we loved eating under all the patio string lights. Pricing was also very reasonable. Would absolutely try this place again.

Yelp
Always quality food and service. I stopped in particularly for a quick happy hour bite after work, and it was perfect - outdoor seating on a nice day. I've been going to Fume for years, and they have a great brunch, happy hour, and everything on their menu that I've had is always delicious.

Yelp
A fun spot in Napa for Italian-American food in a relaxed setting. The onion rings were a hit -- light, crispy, and addictive. The pizza came out of the wood-burning oven with a classic Margherita flavor, and the Cajun shrimp pasta had a good kick. The burger was pretty standard, and the service was great and friendly. Overall, a solid place for comfort food with a mix of Italian and American touches.
google avatar

Rae D.

Yelp
Ryan was amazing among the rest of the wait staff this morning. Biscuits and gravy were so exceptional that I ordered another to go. Unfortunately my ricotta pancake was cold but not to worry, I took it back to the hotel to enjoy warm. Fruit was super fresh and sweet. Eggs cooked perfectly. Next time I'm back in the area, we'll definitely dine again.

Pat E.

Yelp
Jenavy is an awesome server, I was a party of one and she treated me like I was a rock star. She let checking on me, made great suggestions! Pizza is delicious and has just right amount of tomatoes and cheese not to mention a generous amount of fresh basil, sooo good. Location is awesome because you are on the Riverwalk and people are walking by and the tour boats from Go-rio as well. Super awesome find!!!!

Yelp
While in Napa recently, on a wine tasting day, we had the opportunity to try Fume Bistro. A buddy of mine had recommended it and it was a perfect spot for lunch between wineries. It is north of downtown Napa and has a true neighborhood restaurant look and feel. This establishment offers a full bar, a nice wine list and a variety of beer selections. The menu is surprisingly varied offering many tempting dishes. Our waitstaff, were friendly, helpful and efficient. Prices were extremely competitive. Our lunch, which we shared, consisted of: 1. Macaroni & Cheese - sharp cheddar & American cheese, parmesan & bread crumb gratin 2. Manhattan clam chowder - full of clams 3. Almond Crusted Petrale Sole - with sautéed savoy spinach, mashed potatoes, lemon-caper-butter sauce 4. Iceberg Wedge Salad - including apple-wood smoked bacon, fried capers, cherry tomatoes, arugula, 1000 island The food was delicious. I shall return.

Yelp
Aweful service I was 1 of 7, only women and the server was an as*ole to me. I asked for 2 things simple. The manager/owner acted like I was an alien in telling him what had happened. The cocktail was wrong and the appetizer of plain fries was never delivered correctly - I asked for anything other than ketchup... why was that so hard ? The place was meh ... really wish I would've put in my two cents for a better place for our group after outing... what a joke. Boooo don't go here. I told the manager/owner. I didn't want to pay for the 20% tip... so if he wants his review off, he should really correct this * But seeing his attitude of defense towards me when I was letting him know what happened shows his disrespect to me. Don't expect much from someone that was obviously not wanting to have me have a good experience.

Yelp
Awesome lunch - great drinks, service and food - sat outside and had a delicious lunch!
google avatar

Cory N.

Yelp
Popped in a bit late and enjoyed the patio with a bit of sun left. Quick service, a romantic spot, and great food. My wife is picky about meat and loved the pork medallians.
google avatar

Jr M.

Yelp
The vibe was great and food was delicious! Highly recommend. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and helped point out gluten free choices. We had the halibut and pork tenderloin specials. Both great Only one issue- we had the crème brûlée trio for dessert and two of the three were not set. So I'd go with a different dessert next time
google avatar

Gabby T.

Yelp
Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday afternoon driving up to Calistoga. It was during lunch hour and we were able to be seated outside right away. Our server was attentive and the food came out promptly. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. My party of 2 ordered the Caesar salad, fried calamari, and a Margherita pizza with sausage on top to share and it was a perfect portion. I do remember thinking the calamari was a little heavy on the seasoning and was too salty but overall I'd still recommend, especially with the dip on the side. It was so relaxing to sit outside enjoying the sunny day, sipping a glass of wine, and enjoying the delicious food. Can't wait to be back on my next Napa trip!
google avatar

Gina P.

Yelp
Don't overlook the seafood! I've been here several times and never had a bad experience. The pork ribs fall right off the bone they're so tender, and the burger's great. But the real surprise is the excellent fish dishes, never overcooked. The lemon butter caper sauce is a nice accompaniment. Generous portions. Great service.
google avatar

Aynos G.

Yelp
Went to Fume recently. The atmosphere was fine and the service was good too. My caesar salad was heavily dressed and while it tasted yummy, it was too loaded and hard to finish. I'd ask for a lighter dressing next time.
google avatar

Tonya C.

Yelp
First night in Napa and this place was right around the corner from our hotel. Server was great helping my friend choose a Chardonnay. She got the spicy shrimp appetizer and it was definitely spicy. I got the calamari and it was a little salty for me, but still good. The short rib risotto was very good, though. Cute place!
google avatar

Kimberly W.

Yelp
Fume never disappoints! Great food and as a fairly regular patron I love that the staff remember me and stop by with a friendly word. We always sit outside, especially on a beautiful day (they have heat lamps for the not so beautiful days). Can't go wrong with the blood orange mimosas. I had the short rib benedict and shared a stack of the lemon ricotta pancakes. Both were perfect and exactly what I had been craving. One of the specials was a lamb hash that my daughter and hubby had. She said the lamb was cooked to perfection; however not well seasoned. Fume is a great place to stop by for Sunday brunch on your way for wine tasting or to head back home to the couch.

Jonathan R.

Yelp
Food was fantastic!! Service was amazing and just loved the environment! Supposedly this is where the locals go so GO and and enjoy a wonderful brunch!
google avatar

Wendy C.

Yelp
Local place where everyone knows each other. Great vibe! We started with the duck confit egg role - fabulous and had medium rare cheese burger and fries. It was a perfect medium rare which is tough to get! We had the burgers with Cesar salad with a surprise of crispy capers. Lisa was our server and rattled off all of the special dishes without notes. Yes, we will return.
google avatar

Corey D.

Yelp
We popped in right when they opened for lunch. It's hard to pick with all the options in the area, but Fume has a variety of selections and offers a more relaxed vibe than some of the fancier restaurants in the area. When we first arrived, the place was almost empty aside from a few regulars. By the time we left, it was packed full of locals and tourists: a fan favorite for many. Our table of 3 ended up order the fish and chips special, the cheeseburger, braised short rib, and broccoli potato special soup. The soup was thick and flavorful, which tasted great on a slightly colder day in Napa valley. The cheeseburger was exactly what you'd expect from a bistro, flavorful with fresh toppings and very filling. The braised short ribs were on top of a cheesy risotto and it was pretty good. The meat and risotto were both flavorful and paired well together. The service was great and it was overall an enjoyable meal. I'd say the food was good, but nothing special. It's a popular restaurant with a much more reasonable price tag than others, so it's a good pick for a lunch when in the area. The only true negative was that we were sat in a boot near some artwork and there were fruit fly looking bugs on the wall and paintings.
google avatar

Laurie M.

Yelp
This restaurant is much bigger than it looks from the outside so our party of 7 fit easily. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, we felt right at home. My chicken risotto was creamy and savory, it was going to be tough to top during our visit to Napa. Portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. Parking is easy and is free.
google avatar

Marty P.

Yelp
Four of us decided to have lunch here in between our wine tasting. Our sever Jackie was amazing! I ordered the meatloaf burger as I heard. It was huge and amazing, it was neither.! I would be exaggerating if I said it was 5 ounces of meat.....with no flavor, it was so bland I added salt pepper, and my coleslaw to make it fish sandwich, and it was barely root temperature. I think they serve it cold? .My friend said the pulled pork was just so so my other friend said the vegetarian burger was OK the last person said the mac & cheese with bacon was good Given a four star review as Jackie was amazing and the food came out very quickly. I would definitely stick to the pizza in the tuna next time my go to!!
google avatar

Yelp
Came across this cozy place for a birthday dinner. Started off with a pear martini and some old fashions. Martini was a bit sour and sweet but still good; the old fashions were shaken with lots of ice but very tasty! Appetizers- Mac and cheese, spicy grilled shrimp cocktail, calamari, onion rings, and bread with rosemary butter. All were soooo good and everything was made perfectly tender. Not greasy at all! The bread and butter (sorry no pictures) is a must order. Dinner - my husband and I had the braised ribs and the halibut. Both were really good but my favorite was the halibut. Everyone else enjoyed their meals except for the spicy shrimp fettuccine. I wasn't too big of a fan of the fettuccine either. This is a place you can return to and try a different dish each time and be satisfied.

Yelp
Diverse brunch menu, convenient location. Met up with a group of friends after a bike ride for late brunch. The location made it easy for all of us to park in the lot or on the street within sightlines (important as not all of our bike rides had locks)! The menu had options for everyone - vegetarian, gluten intolerant and non-dairy. I ordered the fume omelette. Great portions, especially after working up an appetite! Overall it was a solid option for a classic breakfast.
google avatar

Glen F.

Yelp
Food was only ok... 4 items came out wrong, to rare, another dry meat. Ordered the child's steak and fries and got the adult menu steak asparagus and "price". Margherita Pizza was an over cheesed cheese pizza. Service was definitely not good... not engaging, he seemed bothered. So almost 500.00 later, very unsatisfactory.

Yelp
I was so looking forward to our two year anniversary at Fumée in Napa. We brought a beautiful bottle of wine from Pride mountain winery and we were excited about eating at this well-known local restaurant. We ordered the Pear salad and shared it and really quite good and nicely plated. My hisdsnd ordered the Filet Mignon and it was well-prepared. But the mashed potatoes were bland and the asparagus just ok. My bread crusted sole was very dry and the Lemon sauce was quite hidden. In other words I could taste no lemon. My potatoes were equally bland and I only took one bite of the spinach to decide it tasted like nothing had been added to it. Boring! The waitress asked if I enjoyed my dinner and I had to admit I did not. The owner/chef came out and tried to convince me I was wrong. I told him what I thought and felt bad, but thought I should be honest. I love to cook, and my potatoes, spinach and sole always taste better than what I was served. One of the wait staff came over after he left and said to my husband, he was glad he said something, as he agreed it was dry and bland! Our Salted Caramel Ice Cream was yummy and they did comp my dinner, which was great as I did not eat it! I most likely will not eat here again, as the owner/chef made me feel uncomfortable and there are so many wonderful restaurants to shops e from in the area! The service was ok, but the waitress acted like she did not want us there, or she didn't want to be there!

Julie W.

Yelp
Again, Fume met our expectations with the service and food. We had dinner to celebrated my birthday. The calamari, Caesar salad, short rib risotto, and petrale sole were delicious. Lisa P. was outstanding with her enthusiasic and professional service. Complimentary dessert was my highlight of the meal and why this establishment is our favorite.
google avatar

Richard H.

Yelp
came here on my last evening since I didn't feel like driving into downtown Napa for dinner. Thanks to Yelp - i'm glad I chose Fume which was 2 mins away from where I was staying. Ate at the small bar where Brian was bartending and learned he had been here for 19 yrs. Ordered the (Happy Hour) HH mac n cheese which hit the spot and the ordered a 1/2 salad followed by the almond crusted petrale sole. Great service, Great food and a nice presentation of the Paper Plane cocktail! Thank you Fume for a great evening.
google avatar

Yelp
Five stars for the staff. They were incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to make a solo diner comfortable. I stopped in here after coming across it while exploring the area and I loved the hospitality. The food was good but not the best . Solid enough that I would come back. As a California native I'd say the prices are standard for the times. Very nice little outside dining area with a bit of traffic noise from the highway but a nice breeze. Thank you!

Yelp
Met friends for brunch. Lots of outdoor seating complete with overhead fans which were great as it got warmer. Street parking for us-- but was easy The potatoes lyonaise on all breakfast were great-- we asked for them extra crispy. Not sure if they crisped ours up or not, but they were delicious We also all ordered cheese biscuit on side. Had to ask for butter tho. The jam very disappointing-- just little packages of Smuckers. Expected something better to go with a great biscuit & Acme bread Two of us had omelets which were very nice. I had the Fume which had soicy asiago cheese, sausage & nice sauce in top. The side of scrambled eggs was some of best you'd ever get--very fluffy & obviously fresh

Yelp
Food and service was good, but prices were pretty steep considering limited choices for what was served for lunch and dinner. Decent location.
google avatar

Andrea M.

Yelp
A hidden gem! With as much time as we spend in Napa, I can't believe we didn't discover this place sooner. If you stay at Hotel Indigo, which we typically do, Fume is within walking distance, which is perfect. It's a popular spot, frequented primarily by locals. The menu is solid, with all kinds of good options for breakfast/brunch, lunch, and dinner. The staff is friendly and personable. Definitely recommend this cozy spot when you're in Napa. We will return!
google avatar

Shannon S.

Yelp
We went for dinner and overall the food is good? perhaps borderline ok. I ordered the rissoto, it was yummy but nothing outstanding. My bf ordered the salmon which was very tender, but we both wishes the portion size was a bit larger given the cost of each dish ($39 and $33 respectively) The mac and cheese was decent. Overall the experience was pleasant, just a bit expensive considering the quantity received.

Yelp
I'm in Napa again today. It seems like I've been spending way too much time in Napa. I really like Napa, it's beautiful in Wine country. I like the weather here today, it's in January but it feels like it's in Febuary. I'm glad to be in Napa again. I've been meaning to do this for a long time too. I like how the Parking lot in the alley was so easy to get to, even though there was a good amount of cars here, I managed to get the last parking space. There's a Standard HVAC Napa truck in the back, so I'm thinking it's that time of season to work on their central heating & cooling system. Today is the day, for Pizza time. The decor looks intimate, cozy, elegant, charming, it featured some intricate art work, with neutral and warm colors in here. The exterior look as good as the interior of the building. I appreciate clearly seeing the Oven from the dining room. I know what a Caesar Salad from your favorite Steakhouse looks like in Las Vegas. But I never heard of a Grilled Chicken Caesar Pizza. I don't see that everywhere, it's different, and stands out. Is the Pizza going to taste or resemble a Caesar Salad? I'm amazed that they do Wood-fired Pizzas here. This Pizza have Grilled Chicken, Creamy Garlic Aioli, Mozzarella, fried Capers, and shaved real Parmesan. I don't think I ever had a Pizza with Creamy Garlic Aioli. It was either Red Tomato Sauce, White Sauce like a Garlic Sauce, or Pesto. I've had fried Capers in my Chicken Piaccata or Parmesan Crusted Petrale Sole, but never on a Pizza, this is the first. I didn't expect the Pizza to look like this, but it looks good. Papa Johns Pizza created a Cheeseburger Pizza some time ago, and like the Taco Pizza that was made out of Cheeseburger ingredients or Cheeseburger flavored. I never seen a Cheeseburger Pizza with a whole Cheeseburger literally on top of a Pizza. Conceptually it's creative, but it isn't easy to pull off. Usually, I've seen some Pizzas have Arugula on it. But I never seen a Pizza with a Caesar Salad on it, but this works out. The Caesar Salad was dressed very lightly, so it's not overpowering. I like how they delicately layered the Capers on the Salad, instead of the Pizza itself and I think that was an effective way to do that. It's like getting the best of both worlds. I've used Capers a lot times in my cooking, and this one doesn't taste like the jar normally found at the Supermarket. The Anchovies was slightly fresher and brined better than Round Table Pizza. The dough is chewy, but not too chewy. The dough is slightly less airy, and more light, formed, and textured like a Bonchon Korean doughnut coated with cinnamon. The Crust and char on it was very different than a lot of other Pizzas I had out there. And the Grilled Chicken was smokey and pleasant, with the Creamy Garlic Aioli or Alfredo like sauce. This felt like a gourmet Pizza. I was thinking this was going to be a 4.1-4.2 stars, but I give this 4.3 stars.

Yelp
we LOVE fumé!! We come here for every big life moment, this time my parents' 21st anniversary. The food was delicious, the service was amazing (thank you Ryan for making our evening so special). The little cake at the end was the cherry on top. Thank you!
