NYC’s New Restaurant Openings

"For the DIYer in your life, Fumo Caffe e Vino is a Harlem wine bar where you can make your own meat and cheese board combinations. From the Fumo team, they’ve got coffee and pastries during the day, and a full wine bar with Italian drinking snacks, like whipped ricotta with house baked focaccia, and bruschetta. " - will hartman

Fumo Caffe e Vino - Review - Harlem - New York - The Infatuation

"At this Harlem wine bar from the Fumo team, you can build your own meat and cheese board combinations. They’ve got coffee and pastries during the day, and a full wine bar with Italian drinking snacks, like whipped ricotta with house baked focaccia, and bruschetta. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

Recently found this cute cafe in the neighborhood. Love the morning vibes with relaxing music as I enjoy my coffee and relax. And more upbeat but still music in the evening when it's a wine bar. The staff are very friendly personable without overstepping. It's always clean and has a clean restroom. One of my new favorite places.

The most beautiful café in NYC. Feels like you’re in Europe. Perfect view of the gorgeous buildings of city college. The interior of the café is impeccably decorated and the coffee, wine, pastries, and bites are delicious. Service is fantastic. They are always attentive and friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

I would dare to say this is the most beautiful Caffe bar around the area. The atmosphere it's so chill you can stop by to get a glass of wine or coffee to worm or hangout with your girlfriend. The wine selection is really good and the coffee is so good I'm a coffee addict so I know when it's good coffee. The snacks, pastries and sandwhich they have are very good as well and the staff are wonderful really friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend Fumo Caffe e Vino it never fails.

This spot is Harlem’s Hidden Gem with Downtown Vibes and Uptown Heart Cafe Vino in Harlem is one of those rare spots that gets everything just right—from the drinks to the ambiance, and most importantly, the service. Jerry, in particular, delivers a world-class customer experience every single time. Whether he's crafting my café mocha to perfection or serving up during happy hour, his attention to detail and genuine personality set the tone for the whole place. The service is consistently personable, warm, and tailored exactly to your preference. Jerry remembers your name, your drink, and somehow always knows how to brighten your day. The engagement feels real, not rehearsed—he’s attentive, always smiling, and makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time. This café gives you that downtown café feel—chic, cozy, and vibey—but with the charm and soul of uptown Harlem. Whether I’m stopping in solo to catch up on some reading or meeting friends for a relaxed evening, I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality drinks, standout service, and an atmosphere that truly feels like home.

This place is always such a vibe. I come here every week and it's become part of my routine, especially to see Jerry, who always makes the experience even better. While my laundry’s getting done, I get to chill inside with a couple glasses of wine during happy hour. The food hits the spot too, and the whole thing just feels easy and relaxing. Definitely one of my favorite ways to unwind.

Yelp
Hey friends! This place came highly recommended by a few people I know. So I decided to give them a try! Fumo is an upscale Italian restaurant with multiple locations in NY. I ordered the Roni pizza($20). It was okay, definitely not matching the hype my friends gave it. It may have been because I came in close to closing time. Customer service was okay. Prices are average. There's paid street parking close to the restaurant. There's patio and indoor dining. I would return earlier in the day whenever I'm in NY again. Hope you enjoy! With love, The Picky Pescatarian

Yelp
The food here used to be good- but they are cutting corners now. Breakfast sandwiches were fresh and really good, but it's all coming out of a can now. It's too bad, I loved the place when it first opened.

Yelp
Had a delicious cappuccino here this morning. The flaky croissant was also excellent. Thanks, Erick and Jerry, for the conversation and getting my day off to a great start.

Yelp
I came in during a weekday for a quick lunch. This space is cozy with plenty of tables and bar seats. I ordered a grapefruit soda and avocado toast for lunch. Everything came out super quick. Staff was friendly. Not sure if they have a bathroom or not. I believe the restaurant is ADA accessible. There are no stairs leading to the door of the restaurant. They do breakfast, lunch and small plates. Would love to come back for a nightcap!

Yelp
Excellent food!! Everything was beyond delicious, my favorite pizza was definitely the parm with prosciutto and arugula, I highly recommend it!! Would definitely be back 1000/10

Yelp
Staff rude. Listen I have no problem paying a lot for espresso drink and I deliberately search for local coffee shops instead of that big, corporate S coffee. But call me old school, but for $5.99 for a 16oz iced latte, I expect a "hi" or "thank you". I walk in, female server just turns around, saying nothing, so I place my order. She walks away. I did not know the register was at the other end of the bar beyond the food cases. So when I wonder where she went, I saw her ringing up. So I go there. The ONLY thing she said to me was "16 or 24 oz?". I ordered, she made it, and puts it on the counter, SAYING NOTHING, and turns around. I said "You're Welcome". The gentleman there, then did say "thank you". Again, not expecting a barista and I to have stimulating conversation, but you want me to shop local, pay a lot for a drink, TIP YOU, and you are rude? No thank you. There are many other local shops, so you lost a regular customer. Sorry.
