I booked fundamental for my wedding and it was the best decision I could have made! We had a great experience doing a tasting, which helped us create the perfect buffet style menu. They kept me organized throughout the planning process and were excellent communicators. The service throughout the wedding was above and beyond my expectations, we were surprised and delighted with every thoughtful detail. They provided a dedicated server for us as the wedding couple, who brought us our signature drinks right after the service and even packed us a dessert box at the end. Everyone that attended told us that the food was great, and the drinks were visually stunning and expertly made.

Fundamental was the perfect wedding caterer with amazing food and an incredible team! From start to finish, working with Lauren and the Fundamental crew was a pleasure. The food was absolutely delicious, and the taco buffet stayed well stocked. We received many compliments from our guests about both the food and the service. Everything ran so smoothly, and every staff member played a big part in that. They were worth every penny! Lauren’s advice to hire the two extra servers was spot on. I'm truly grateful that Fundamental was part of our wedding day. They helped make it so special, and I can't recommend them enough.

Fundamental Events catering is an absolute wow. We have nothing but the highest praise for their food, service, staff and guidance. Everything went off without a hitch at our party. Catering staff are all friendly and professional, as well as accommodating, listening to our concerns,..they took care of everything. The food is truly excellent. In addition to the main menu, they were also able to accommodate some guests with dietary preferences/restrictions with ease and a smile. They were also very helpful guiding us as to rental needs, wine selections and outside vendors. At the end of the evening our house was restored, and left clean and in order. Days after, we’re still hearing how terrific the dinner was. Fundamental was so fantastic, I’m looking for reason to have another party! Thank you all!

When my venue told me I have 3 options for my caterer, it was a no brainer choosing Fundamental without hesitation. As a wedding planner myself, we had worked together previously and always had incredible experiences. From the initial proposal, to the revisions, tasting and final result, we were so well taken care of. Cindy took every specific note I had and made sure it was communicated with the team. I am forever grateful for my experience with them for both my wedding and rehearsal dinner food and bar. Every dish was delicious and exactly as discussed. Guests were raving about the drinks and the service! I could go on and on! Thank you fundamental for not only making our day so seamless, but also being such an incredible partner for my business. If you are considering Fundamental Catering for your event, sign the contract! I worked with Fundamental in Los Angeles and I am amazed by how they go above and beyond, and sideways! The food is DELICIOUS and that is reason number 1 to hire them, but their hospitality skills and overseeing skills for the event was phenomenal. As a planner, I need to work closely with everyone behind the scenes. It was a dream working with them the whole night. Team work is definitely behind their success. I am not a fan of the buffet line because it can sometimes take too long for the guests to get served. This company has a hand on that buffet! We had 135 guests and they were all taken care of in less than an hour. The litmus test was the true magic, not a single guest tried to cut in line!!! The buffet was moving so smoothly that everyone knew they would be getting up soon! Never have I seen that happen before in a buffet setting. Fundamental now has a top spot on my vendor list and I am looking forward to working with them again! I am very particular who I recommend and I say Yes, Book Them!

Fundamental recently catered my birthday party and my guests couldn't stop raving about the food and signature drinks. They set up an instagram worthy station where a chef made fish tacos to order. 'Delicious' doesn't even begin to describe these tacos. Their team handled every detail flawlessly, making the entire event effortless for me. Since then, fundamental has become my go-to for dinner parties, and their appetizer presentations are simply stunning – a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Knowing I have fundamental in my corner makes hosting any event an absolute breeze; I can relax and enjoy my guests, confident that the food will be perfect.

I have worked with Fundamental more times than I can count and that is for a reason! Their team is incredibly responsive, attentive to detail, and truly care about each event. They are professional and execute phenomenal events with delicious food and a strong team. (All are very important!) As an event planner, I value a team who can truly pull their own weight and is devoted to the event (no matter what it’s for!), and as a bride, I care about professionalism, great service and delicious food. Words cannot express how awesome the food and set up was and all the little details you thought of to make this event go by so seamlessly. I already mentioned the communication aspect of it before but I just wanted to reiterate how helpful Lauren and team were and how responsive in the planning stages. As far as delivery, everything was on time and seemed so easy. The pick up was seamless too. Guests with all kinds of tastes and dietary restrictions and preferences gathered together and were all happy and impressed. Very underrated and overlooked: your website was easy to navigate and submitting payments was so fast and was perfect for keeping track of payment history.
