The matcha I got from here was absolutely terrible. I ordered the peach mango matcha, and it tasted so chalky and watered down. I think the drinks from here are overpriced, and made poorly. I wouldn’t recommend

Very nice cafe. Good for studying. They have USB outlets at most seats. I went in a Sunday morning and people were well dressed

Google
The vibes are sooooooo immaculate. Literally such a beautiful place. They have outlets with most seating spots and the drinks are unique and delicious as well. It’s inside the Virgin hotel and you could step out to get food right outside the cafe (in the same building) at the restaurant if it’s open. 10/10 would come again. Got so much done.

Best raspberry croissant I’ve ever had and loved the big comfy chair. Sat and read a book for hours! Fed my soul

**Google Review:** I recently visited the Funny Library at Virgin Hotels and had an amazing time! Although the network was down at work, it turned out to be the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. The aesthetics of the place are stunning—so cozy and visually captivating, perfect for spending time with friends. I ordered a personalized latte that was absolutely delicious, and the truffle fries and Brussels sprouts were the perfect snack to share. The vibe was relaxed yet vibrant, and it felt like a little escape from the usual workday grind. Highly recommend for anyone looking to combine great food, good company, and a stylish setting. Can’t wait to return!

The interiors are very rich and vibrant. The croissant and coffee is absolutely amazing. It’s a perfect place to do some work but not too quiet. The only downside is the coffee bar closes by 2 PM but you’re allowed to work there still. Absolutely love the decor. So majestic and all around amazing ambiance ❤️

I was here 2 or so months ago meeting with colleagues, and was at the barista bar trying to figure out what to order as a hot drink. I mentioned to the young man (Jeremy) who was serving that I have food sensitivities and, I must say, I've never experienced a server showing such concern and kindness about what I was about to consume. He asked smart questions and told me he wanted to make sure I didn't have any unpleasant reactions, saying that he has friends with sensitivities so he's aware how much they can affect a person. In the midst of a very busy cafe, JEREMY LISTENED. I wonder how many people nowadays really do that: stop and listen. It stood out as one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. He definitely deserves to be recognized for showing such empathy and care about his customers. If I'm ever at the Funny Library again, I'll be looking for Jeremy to serve my next hot drink and hoping he's working that day. Also, the overall atmosphere and aesthetics of the cafe are pretty amazing.

Virgin Hotels and Richard Branson? Say no more, I sought this out on a chilly winter day while walking through Downtown Dallas. The name, sign, and of course Richard Branson business drew me in right away. For those not familiar with Sir Richard, he's quoted as saying "Train your employees so well they can leave, treat them so well that they don't want to." The ambiance of the Virgin Hotel and interior eateries is open, welcoming, soothing, and filled with everything you'd want. The staff is top notch. It felt like I got black tie bottle service when one of the cooks pointed me toward the bathroom. Haley, the barista, had the best suggestion of a "Matcha" Chai Latte when I was thinking of a simple, regular one. Got it with almond milk and it was one of the best I've had. There is a variety of plentiful seating, outlets, and amazing hotel guests from all over. Next time I'll strike up a conversation with a stranger. Lastly, the music in the background was some of the best I've heard, putting joyful thoughts in my head and a smile on my face during my entire drink.

Yelp
I loved this place! So vibey and cool. Not going to lie it's a little too loud for working space or study because you have to understand it's attached to a hotel but they have a huge patio and it's super cute. Coffee is delicious, I have not tried their food

Yelp
WHAT I ORDERED: Summer Berry Matcha Latte, Southern Wedding Cake Latte PARKING: Limited street parking INSIDE: This coffee shop is inside the Virgin Hotel with plenty of seating inside and on the patio. The barista was friendly and the drinks came out relatively quick. Not only do they have coffee drinks but food items are available to order. THE FOODS/DRINKS: Both drinks were delicious and part of the May 2024 specials! The raspberry in the matcha was flavorful and not overpowering, complimenting well with the matcha. The almond in the wedding cake latte was present and gave it a nice nutty taste. Both drinks had their respective flavors balancing well among the drink and I look forward to seeing what future specials they have.

Yelp
Cute hidden must go coffee shop!! I came here last Sunday for a latte and it did not disappoint. I got the teddy bear ice latte with oatmilk and cinnamon cold foam ($6) and my friend got the ice chai w soy milk($7). Both were great- they don't charge for milk alternatives which is really nice and they have so much indoor seating for working/studying or catching up with someone. Our barista was really friendly and made our drinks quickly. We loved how it wasn't too quiet, but also not super loud. It's located inside the Virgin hotel so street parking can be a little tight, but worth the visit for affordable good coffee!!

Yelp
The vibes in here at so nice! I love the creative decorations of this place. It gives the everyone is welcomed feel! Especially if you love music and being a creative. The cashier Natalie that made the lattes was really sweet. She had a big rush while she was helping me and was still very sweet and patient. She recommended me the Teddy Bear Latte so I'm trying that! It is sooooooo good and honestly I am not a cinnamon coffee girl! She did such a great job with this drink. I would definitely come back here if I was in the area for sure.

Yelp
Perfect place for WFH or if you're looking for a cute place to meet up with a friend/treat yourself! I came to Funny Library on a whim to take a few meetings and get some breakfast. Although there was music playing in the background, it did not bother me much and I was easily able to work! The service was excellent and the barista did a great job of offering me some recommendations. I ordered the Breakfast Tacos, which were filling and came with a delicious green salsa! I would definitely order it again. The basic black coffee that I drank was also great - no complaints! The inside of the coffee shop is super trendy and there are a variety of seating options. Parking is relatively easy as there is a lot right next to the hotel that the coffee shop is in. Overall, I highly recommend a visit to Funny Library if you're in the area!

Yelp
Came this weekend for a quick coffee. The inside of this place is beautiful between the coffee shop and Commons Club next to it. The patio also looked wonderful I'd love to come back when it's warmer. They didn't have a huge menu, there was no seasonal menu but they had multiple syrups that weren't listed on the main menu. I got a salted caramel iced latte which was delicious. My bf got the funny coffee which they pick your flavors! He got pistachio with another flavor and it was delicious!! For food they had some small pastries or you can order from commons club right next to it that has a full menu!

Yelp
This cafe was BEAUTIFUL!!! I saw this on Tik Tok and knew I had to stop by! It's located inside the Virgin hotel. It's so cozy and quaint I lived it! I would highly recommend

Yelp
It is connected and is inside of the Virgin hotel. Pastries are very good and coffee is pretty good. Ambiance is probably its strongest suit, it is very beautiful inside with lots of instagram moments. The bathroom is kind of hard to find, the nearest one is going to be inside the restaurant. It is called WC (for water closet) just like in Europe. Very nice bathrooms with privacy and towels if you need to poop.

Yelp
Okay, my first few experiences with FL were okay, but I just thought the coffee's ok and the food is little to none. However I think that was just the slow opening after COVID. Now, let me tell you, the coffee is still enjoyable--but I wouldn't put it up there with the best. However, the pastries are amazing! They have a red croissant with all the raspberry yum. Today, I tried their breakfast tacos. While the price is fitting of a Dallas brunch spot, rather than a coffee shop, you're getting a full on entree with chef quality flavors. The tacos were soooo good.

Yelp
After reading some yelp reviews and looking for cool coffee spots while visiting DFW, I'm really glad I came across the Funny Library! I tried their ice vanilla latte, and it was pretty good. They also had a wide selection of pastries and other breakfast items. The pricing for food in my opinion was a little high, but that's probably to be expected in this area. The coffee shop is situated inside of the hotel, but it definitely feels like it's own place. There is a lot of comfortable seating, and the light fixtures and other decor really add to the ambience. There were plenty of books to grab from the shelf to browse through too which is a nice touch. Overall, it was a fun and different scene to explore while I was visiting and I'm glad I checked it out!

Yelp
A wonderful spot to grab a coffee filled with visual delights including Wonderland-esque design touches and a great collection of cultural books. I grabbed a tasty soy mocha latte, which I recommend trying. We spent a couple hours chatting, while sipping our drinks and felt welcome by the staff. The space is very remote worker friendly, offering high-styled cubbies, individual tables, plus a long table with outlets. Parking is easiest with valet, which is $10 on weekdays and $20 on weekends.

Yelp
Unless you're staying at the hotel, finding parking is a pain, I must say. The pictures online definitely made me excited to visit this coffee shop. But it's smaller than I expected. It's well-decorated, and I love the whimsical theme they had going on. Friendly barista. Their espresso machine was broken, so I had an ice chai latte while my boyfriend had their cold brew with chai-recommended by the barista. My drink was a disappointment; it tasted like it was made from a poor mix. We did enjoy browsing their books while we drank our beverages, though.

Yelp
April 2023 S U M M A R Y I shouldn't have expected anything less from my favorite hotel in Dallas. This coffee shop is super cute with a lot of space to sprawl out and work. It's also a great spot to meet with friends or family. The coffee drinks were reasonably priced and the interior is exquisite. T A S T E Iced Mocha : definitely not the best mocha I've ever had but I did like that it wasn't too sweet. I am not a fan of sweet drinks. It was smooth and chocolatey. Some kind of latte (sorry) : my sister got this. So I don't remember what kind she got but she really liked it. We also both got oat milk in our drinks instead of any other kind of milk. S E R V I C E The service is minimal. You walk up to the coffee bar if you want to purchase a drink or pastry and they make the drink right there in front of you. There was a discrepancy with the price and we went to go sit down and the manager came up to us and gave us a receipt showing that she corrected the price so that was quite proactive and much appreciated. A M B I E N C E I love the vibe of this hotel. I love the furniture. I just love everything. It's very colorful and fun and funky. But at the same time it's very quiet. The coffee shop also opens up to the bar which is very quiet during the day. We went around 11 AM. The actual coffee shop is very very small. Smaller than it looks on videos or pictures but it does open up to a much bigger space (bar and restaurant - I believe) P R I C E 7$ per drink with oat milk. R A T I N G 2 stars off because I've had better mochas and we caught the price discrepancy (though they quickly and happily fixed it)

Yelp
I visited the Funny Library Coffee Shop yesterday after seeing it pop up on peers' social media stories. Since I was looking for a different place to study, I made the trip over. I parked on the street in front of the hotel, but those spots are pretty limited. I think that main reason anyone comes to the Funny Library is for the ambiance. The decor is completely fun and unlike any other cafe I've worked at! It made my mundane work a little more thrilling, probably enhancing my productivity. It seems like a lot of other people felt the same way, because the cafe was full of people! Some visiting with friends, many working or studying alongside me. It seems like it would be a great place to bring coworkers to have a little meeting. Plentiful seating and many nooks if you need more privacy. The wifi was easily accessible (just through the hotel), and the cafe is dog-friendly! The only con I have about the ambiance is that part way through my visit, it seems like someone sprayed a fragrance that just hung in the air. It was a little overpowering. Another comment I'll make about the ambiance is that they do play music over speakers. It was not quiet, but as soon as I put my noise canceling headphones in, it wasn't distracting. Maybe not the best place to go though if you need to participate in a zoom call. In terms of service, my experience was pretty limited. When my drink wasn't readily available, one of the servers did go into storage to grab me one! That was nice! Like many in these reviews, I agree that the drinks and food are overpriced. I spent ~$4.40 on a can of Diet Coke. Pretty steep. That said, it felt like a fine "entry fee" to being able to work somewhere new today.

Yelp
Love this very cool and hip library connected onto the Virgin Hotel! Super cool to walk into a modern feel to study, write, read, and relax! You can ordered coffee, tea, and have a fresh pasty! Or head to the bar area that's open to the library for food and cocktails! Nice vibe with light music playing over speakers and TV's displayed! Tick off in a solo spot or the table in the main area! Check for street parking, not hotel parking! You will be greeted by a host! Sit and relax, enjoy your funny library coffee experience!
google avatar

Jessica K.

Yelp
Love this coffee shop! Stumbled upon its discrete location while visiting the Virgin Hotel and so happy I did. The decor has a very cool, artsy, old glam vibe meets library. There is also a patio that is shared with the restaurant next door that has a more upbeat vibe so it's a great place to get some down time and then go party!

Michelle K.

Yelp
Coffee wasn't that great. Weird atmosphere. Located in a hotel and pay for parking was inconvenient.
google avatar

Tyler B.

Yelp
My wife and I came here based on good reviews. The drinks didn't disappoint. The price is on par with other similar establishments. We really loved the atmosphere. The table books were awesome and really fun to read through. The staff was nice. We'd recommend coming here! It's inside of a hotel so a bit confusing to find at first but worth it. Check it out.
google avatar

Denise F.

Yelp
Chia parfait is delicious. Vibe is excellent, too. I would definitely come here again.
google avatar

Kaya E.

Yelp
The aesthetic here at the Virgin hotel is A1. I came down this morning to do some work and grab coffee instead of doing it in the hotel room. I was NOT expecting their prices to be so high. It was 8 or 9$ for a dirty chai, not including milk alternatives. That's nuts! Even in LA I've never spent that much for a cup of chai. Anyways They didn't have chai so I opted for a macchiato instead which was 3/4$. It came in a small but very cute mug (I'd love some of these for my house). All and all I would come back if I visit Dallas again and the virgin hotel. They had strong wifi, beautiful furniture/layout and lots of plugs! Thank you

Beck D.

Yelp
This coffee shop is one of the best decorated coffee shops I've visited in Dallas. It isn't the spot for studying or wanting to go somewhere quiet, but it is perfect for meeting up with friends and going somewhere different. The coffee was great and they have plenty of books on music/fashion icons to leave you feeling inspired creatively. Music goes perfectly with the modern, retro feel of the atmosphere. Also the bathrooms here are incredible. As a David Bowie fan this place really was a pleasant surprise. I will be returning soon.
google avatar

Zhekaren W.

Yelp
So very cute and quirky! I will definitely return because it's a great study environment or just simply a hidden coffee date spot. There's a restaurant and hotel attached so enjoy the views of downtown and virgin hotels.
google avatar

Catalina M.

Yelp
Most original coffee shop in Dallas! I wouldn't expect anything else from a coffee shop inside a Virgin hotel. Decoration is awesome and I loved their mural with a mix of British and Texas icons. The coffee was very good! They got a few milk options and you can also Booze it up. We got a cappuccino and a cortado with a muffin. Service was super friendly. Unfortunately it was only one person making the coffee and charging so it was a bit slow when there were several people in line. Lots of people their working and checking emails. There some outside tables that you can take your coffee too. It's an area shared by the coffee shop and bar.
google avatar

Jade J.

Yelp
By far one of the coolest coffee shops I've stepped foot in. I love the quirky design and the barista gave me a really good recommendation for the pumpkin spiced latte with oat milk. The only downside is it's a bit loud if you want to focus on work since the music in the background. Other than that, I'd highly recommend this place if you're in Dallas design district!
google avatar

Shayla N.

Yelp
A review from a cafe-lover with an objective to do work: Don't expect much from the coffee, come for the weird and surprisingly cozy interior. There's plenty of space to sit, relax and study. You can easily find this cafe inside of the Virgin Hotel. When you walk in, you'll immediately notice it - trust me. Parking might be hard since it's around a lot of popular shops, apartments and restaurants so you might want to parallel park on the side of the street. If you're studying I would recommend sitting at the long table near the shelves. There's better lighting, you'll definitely feel more comfortable and you'll get to see the overall decor. It's super easy to connect with the wifi - it's the Virgin wifi. As for the coffee, it's just plain - it's not the best or the worst. It's average. I ordered the Soy Latte - tasted more like milk than coffee but just go to see it yourself. One last thing, if you need to use the restroom - good luck, it's like a short maze through the kitchen at the restaurant next door.

Charlie B.

Yelp
The barista was funny and conversational. Although he can be overconfident with pushing suggestions, be sure you know what you want if you don't want him to decide for you. Their London fog tea was delicious and the ambiance was really cool, although there's not much seating available
google avatar

Jannifer K.

Yelp
The size of the space is modest but it has really quirky décor and provides a fairly quiet environment for working which I appreciated. I only stayed for an hour but it was quite peaceful while I was there. In terms of coffee, the espresso is a bit bitter and drinks a bit overpriced. I ordered an oat milk pumpkin spice cortado, and they made it more like a flat white (which is more milky than a cortado) so I politely asked if they could re-make it and put it in a cortado cup which they were kind enough to do; the second drink was closer to a cortado which made the experience a bit better. Because of the steep pricing, difficulty in finding parking, and the quality of the espresso this spot wouldn't be at the top of my list of spots to return to but I think implementing something as simple as some reserved parking specifically for coffee shop customers or validated parking for a couple hours would improve the experience for other folks (that aren't staying at the hotel) in future. But then again, it's definitely worth visiting at least once if you're in Dallas for the unique décor and maybe even an Instagram pic if you're into that sort of thing...
google avatar

Megan L.

Yelp
This coffee shop reminds me a lot of another coffee shop/cocktail bar I went to in NYC. Both are super aesthetic and give off very luxurious vibes. Given this is inside Virgins Hotel, I'm not surprised they went all out with their coffee shop too. My friend and I ordered chai lattes and matcha lattes. I really enjoyed my chai latte, but I wish they had mixed the chai a bit more. I wasn't a huge fan of the matcha--they mixed the matcha well, but it was lacking a stronger matcha flavor and was a bit too bitter for my taste. Regardless, I think this coffee shop is great for studying or working. It's unfortunate it's so far out of the way, but still a great place to take photos and chill.
google avatar

Helen D.

Yelp
Bartender's approach to POC seems off putting, dismissive and disrespectful, which can create an unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment. His focus appeared more attentive to the non POC customers. The decor felt playful and fun with lots of attention to detail. Notice the hanging golden bird in the shag room. Food while tasty was cold on arrival at the table. The coffee lacked freshness from having been brewed hours before serving.
google avatar

Sue S.

Yelp
This place is the best designer/chic coffee shop I've ver been too. Loved the vibes and decor! The coffee was delicious and the barista was very courteous.

Yelp
Best cold brew I ever had in my life! Fantastic vanilla latte. Service was quick and workers were super friendly. The atmosphere of this coffee shop is very elegant and homey. 10/10 recommend (:

Yelp
Delicious breakfast sandwich but slowwww service. Waited 35-40 minutes for this. Don't come here if you are in a rush!
google avatar

Ozz J.

Yelp
I really wanted to love this place but unfortunately it was a miss. As we approached the counter the host from the restaurant next door stated "she will be right back", we waited for 15 minutes but no one came. The host did not bother to make a call or reach out to anyone. We will try to visit again and hope for a better experience.

Quynhchau L.

Yelp
I love the decor, one of the cutest shops i've been to. However, their menu is overpriced, I order a cappuccino and a danish, the total is about $13, the cappuccino is also tiny.
google avatar

Alaina K.

Yelp
Coffee is mediocre and expensive but the vibes are immaculate. Sit in the benches arches if you have a chance!

Yelp
Very trendy quirky atmosphere with good vibes. Had a great poppy seed muffin and iced coffee. Great place to relax and stay a while.

Yelp
This was pretty bad. I hate to give it this review but our drinks tasted like it came out of a kureig. The worst part was that although the pastries looked DELICIOUS the case was FULL of flies. It was so gross. It's a tiny glass case it's not that hard to clean it out and get rid of the flies. Their excuse? "It's summer time." Long story short we spend $27 and threw out our drinks after two sips. Pros: Very nice atmosphere

Yelp
What a cute and quirky little place...that's also elegant, sophisticated, and reminiscent of a retro speakeasy. Comfy velvet chairs and little seats tucked into nooks invite cozy conversation. It has a long community table for work or studying. And of course, lots of fascinating books (with an emphasis on photos rather than reading) to look at while waiting for your juice or coffee. By far the best thing about this place is the incredible friendliness of the staff. I have to say the baristas here are literally the friendliest and kindest I've ever encountered in Dallas, and I've been here for twelve years. They look, talk, serve and act as if they actually love their jobs, and that they love you for being there. I was honestly wow'd by the service. This cafe is located inside the Virgin hotel. Parking is a little meh; I had to park quite a ways down the street so be prepared if rain is in the forecast.
google avatar

Jasmin S.

Yelp
A conveniently located coffee shop inside of the Virgin hotel is a great, aesthetically pleasing location. They have street parking that does fill up quickly so the earlier to get there, the better. They also don't serve food, however there's a restaurant attached to it and you're allowed to eat your food inside of the coffee shop. The owner's really sweet and is very kind to the customers. It's a wonderful place to study at because they have a huge table with built in outlets and it's not super noisy in the mornings.
google avatar

Julie R.

Yelp
Rolled out of bed from my hotel down the street, in my pajamas and took a short walk in the steamy hot Dallas sunrise to grab a cup of coffee. First impression- this place may be a bit swank for my Target shorts, tshirt and flip flops. Second impression- small cups, high prices. But the interior, cherry barista and a smooth cup of coffee made up for those initial impressions.
google avatar

Benson S.

Yelp
We went to check this place out but the barista was out sick. The claimed they were open but no coffee....doesn't make sense why a coffee shop is open with no coffee..... Also there is no self parking option s outside of street parking (not many spaces) or paying 10 bucks for hotel valet parking ( not worth it in my opinion).
google avatar

Alli L.

Yelp
I got a matcha latte with coconut milk about 2 weeks ago? I don't know what happened to my order. It was too bitter to enjoy- it's like they put too much matcha. I took it home thinking I'll add some more liquid to it to balance it out. I poured it into another cup and I realized there were huge chunks of unmixed matcha just hanging out on the bottom of their cup. I wasn't even sure what to make of it. I think someone messed up the drink and it wasn't meant to taste like that. I added some more coconut milk but then the drink was too thick and I ended up tossing the whole thing. 2 stars because the place was cute.

Yelp
Took the girlfriend on a date her today (Wednesday). We went a little bit after lunch, there wasn't much traffic. Barista was nice, helped us out on our first visit. The atmosphere was relaxing, cozy. The decoration was unique and colourful. The drinks were delicious. I had an iced Macha latte. A bit hesitant from some of the reviews I had seen but it came out good after adding a pack of sugar. The sizing was a bit small, not worth the $9. My girlfriend had cappuccino which was good. The portion was a bit small also, the foam took up at least a fourth of the cup, possibly a third. Overall experience and vibes, 5 stars. Drinks, 4 stars. Price, 3 stars. A bit overpriced for amount but good taste. Would come back but not frequently.

Yelp
The ambiance is definitely worth the visit and is worthy of five stars but it seems like they put more effort on that than the actual coffee. There is an option where you can add a $40 Hennessey shot to your coffee so there's that.

Yelp
This cafe is absolutely STUNNING The inside decor is definitely the best out of any cafe I've been to in Dallas. It is conveniently located inside the Virgin Hotel beside the Common Club restaurant. The coffee is also delicious, the price is a little bit expensive for the size they give but I expected it coming from a higher end coffee shop. (Does not affect my rating) The only reason I would give this cafe 4 stars is because of the COVID regulations or lack there of. Although all the employees all wear their masks, throughout my time there I saw MULTIPLE people walking around without a mask and not social distancing from people around them. I'm not sure if it was because it was next to the restaurant and people were passing by but either way the COVID regulations could be highly improved!

Yelp
I'm a huge 3rd wave coffee shop pioneer and I was really excited to try this place. I sat down to study and was going to order a pour over. Sad to say, no one was working!! The place didn't close for another 2 hours but all the food was tucked away and the place looked cleaned up. I look at the hours again and sure enough there should've been 2 hours left. I asked someone who worked for virgin hotels walking by if anyone was working and she looked so confused. She the told me the bartender would come over and take my order. No bartender came to the shop. I would love to grade the pour over of this place, but I didn't even get to order. I mean I'll give it another chance but so far the service was non existent. UPDATE: The bartender rushed over to me with a nicely designed full pot and a cup and served me!! He's awesome whoever he is, blonde hair kinda guy. I also learned the coffee shop worker 'went home'. Idk just seemed a little chaotic but the solo bartender was holding it down and is the reason I even gave 2 stars. Thank you bartender for the free full pot!

Yelp
Super cute! Was visiting different coffee shops in the Dallas area and came across this shops. I had a chocolate croissant and hot vanilla latte with almond milk. Perfect for studying or catching up with friends.

Yelp
I have a lot of Faith in this place. I've been searching for coffee shop like this for a long time. I started to think I wouldn't find one, but I stayed Faith-ful. Coffee is deliciouso, barista is better. If you can't tell, I'm in love with Faith. She's so funny every time I come in. She's the main thing keeping this place from being an ordinary library. That and the lack of borrowable books.

Yelp
The set up and plug access is great here. It feels very cozy and the interior design is beautiful! But the coffee and foot traffic takes a star off. First off, I ordered the oat milk latte ($1 extra to change milk, which I need to cause lactose intolerance) and it came out to be $7. Pretty expensive for a latte! It took a while to come out cause there was only one barista. When it came out, the cup seemed super light. The moment I started drinking it I realized it was just a LOT of foam. Basically half the cup was foam! When I got to the latte part, it was pretty bitter. I asked for another cup where there was less foam, but honestly not much changed. I appreciate the barista for being nice and making me another without much hesitation but I don't think lattes should look like this. Also, I went on a super cold day, and it was pretty cold in this area. The cafe is connected to a restaurant and hotel so maybe all that open layout made it hard to insulate. I'd come here to study with a date on a warmer day tho, just get something that's not a latte.
