15 Essential Korean Restaurants to Try in Orange County | Eater LA

"Furai Chicken grew so popular that the Korean fried chicken stall upgraded from its food court space at Zion Market to a standalone space on Yale Avenue in Irvine. The crispy original fried chicken and soy garlic-coated wings are served with pickled daikon and jalapenos. As for the sides, stick with the potato wedges. The dining room is sparse, which means tends to do more of takeout orders." - Jenn Tanaka

Google
Great restaurant serving Korean-style fried chicken. It is conveniently located and offers easy parking. The interior space is very clean. My 6-year-old child loves their plain chicken. They offer two complimentary sauces with a 20-piece wing order. Staffs are very friendly!

Google
Excellent Korean fried chicken. A litttle on the pricier side but totally worth it . The bone in chicken is halal as confirmed by the owner herself. The sauces that come with it are amazing too. The service is good and the place has decent area To sit.

Google
People's photos looked better than what I got and looked better than it tastes. Expensive for a half chicken over $18. And they said 20 min. Took 35 minutes.. so come early when it's not busy near closing-everyone ordering to go. Food was ok so I won't be back. Looked for drumstick 🍗 and thought they forgot /missed it but found it was 2.5" little thing.

Google
Awesome Korean style fried chicken. We ordered soy sauce garlic flavor and loved it! It’s a bit sweet and full of garlic aroma. Do call to order to avoid long wait time. We waited for about an hour for our order. Will definitely call before going there next time.

Google
The sweet and spicy chicken was so fresh and delicious! The garlic Parmesan chicken was good and crispy but a bit salty!

Google
Savor the succulence of crispy, flavorful chicken accompanied by a tantalizing array of sauces that infuse a burst of zing or heat into every crunchy bite. Optimal planning with a pre-order is recommended, but if you decide to order on the spot, brace yourself for a minimum 15-minute wait. I opted for the classic original, and it exceeded expectations. The inclusion of pickled jalapenos and radish as banchan was a delightful touch, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Google
I had sweet and spicy whole chicken, the chicken come with 2 small sides, and if you want more you can make it combo The chicken is really nice, crispy and juicy. Just have to deal with the bones.

Google
Surprised by how much of the portion got shrunk with the $5 price up tag. The whole chicken got smaller, I guess. May have factored in the inflation but potato stick add on, Why? Tastewise, the original tasted good and sweet spicy would have been better with more source. Probably i should asked a sweet spicy source on a side when being asked by the friendly staff. The source itself was good. Chicken was little chewy, though. Overall my order could have been one off-shot meal toward the end of the day take out still expected better overall taste on $35 meal.

Yelp
With the move to an actual restaurant location, Furai was able to add way more to their menu. I was a fan beforehand, and am still a fan. The quality of their chicken is unmatched. Definitely ranking them as my favorite Korean Fried Chicken in Orange County. We got the combo with the sides and dessert/drinks. It was a great deal. The wedge fries were a hit!

Yelp
I've been a fan of of Furai Chicken for a while, having been a frequent visitor of their old location in Zion Market as well as their new standalone spot on Yale Ave...and it's never been a disappointment! Furai boasts some of the best, if not the best, Korean fried chicken in the area. I even once took a friend who visiting from New York, and she claimed it was better than any of the spots in NY she's had Korean fried chicken at. As other reviews have mentioned, the chicken here is super crispy on the outside, super tender on the inside, with sauces ranging from the classics to more unique, and the taste is absolutely delicious! My personal favorite is the chicken with the "kang jung" sauce, which has a bit of a kick to it (due to it being tossed with serrano chilis and chili flakes). If you prefer something milder, you can't go wrong with the classic "soy garlic" sauce. A heads up though, they can get pretty busy during peak dinner hours (it seems to be quite popular with take-out orders), so plan ahead and order on their website to avoid long wait times. Side note, it's conveniently located next to Baum, a cute coffee and pastry spot that's also worth checking out!

Yelp
Furan is located in a small plaza but has plenty of parking spots. From outside you can already smell something good is cooking. They have a lot of to go and pick up orders and the kitchen is busy. The menu is straightforward but you might have difficulty choosing from the countless sauces they have. We shared a 1/2 chicken but opted to make it a combo. The mashed potato was tasty, I loved the mustard mixed in it. The chocolate cookie with sea salt was ok, I don't know if it's old already or if the texture is really more on the hard and chewy side. Loved the chicken, I mostly ate it without the sauce because the soy garlic was a little too sweet for my taste. There honey in it, you could tell my the consistency of it and it was really sticky. Can't wait to try the other sauces.

Yelp
Furai Chicken is serving up some of the best Korean fried chicken! They have multiple locations but this one in Irvine is definitely more of a lowkey hole in the wall spot. This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Once you walk in, they have about 4-5 tables for seating. They have a pretty extensive menu with so many different flavors and combinations of fried chicken. Wifey and I went for the whole soy garlic chicken combination meal that came with a side of waffles, beer battered fries, two drinks, and a dessert! Everything was beyond delicious and the portions were very generous. The chicken was so saucy and juicy and made for the perfect bite with the waffle! Overall, we finished our meal feeling completely satisfied! The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend getting some fried chicken with whatever sauce of your choice and some waffles here to try out that delicious combination!

Yelp
Ordered: Half Soy Garlic Furai Spicy Chicken (mild) The soy garlic was fried nicely, very juicy, and the crunch was exactly what I was expecting BUT it was TOO sweet. The Furai Spicy Chicken (mild) was also too sweet and saucy. And honestly nothing special about it. Be sure to call ahead as the wait time was about 20-30 mins. Would I come back? Probably not. For the cost and favor, it wouldn't be worth it for me.

Yelp
Me and my cousin were craving some Korean Fried Chicken and we decided to check this place out! To preface we didn't pre order (which you probably should). We walked in to a pretty small but cozy restaurant. There were a couple people of waiting but we ordered straight away at the front. I opted for the chicken wings. Now the only reason why I suggest you pre order is because of how many orders come in through the phone. It took about a 10-15 minute wait for our food to be ready. Some of the customers looked impatient so again I would recommend just calling ahead of time. When we did get our food, the chicken was cooked to perfection and super crunchy. Juicy as well! Came with 2 long potato wedges. Those were good too! The ladies at the front were really nice and looked like the chefs were working hard. I paid about $20 for the 10 wings and I would say it's priced decently for the amount of food you get. Overall not much complaints but just the wait. Definitely get your KFC fix here!

Yelp
Location: Irvine. I have not tried location in Garden Grove or Diamond Bar. Best fried chickens ever! But $19.37 for 10 wings? Not sure if I want to order that again. I usually get the whole chicken. I tried Furai Chicken since 2018 ever since they were at Zion Market in Irvine. Loyal customer here. LOL. Whatever secret ingredients/suaces and frying process that they use - their chicken just tasted so delicious! Crunchy outside and soft inside and sticky with all the delicious sauces. Super flavorful. My two favorite sauces: Sweet & Spicy and Kang Jung - SO GOOD! Get your fingers ready to dig in! Every order comes with Radish and Jalepenos. If you like fermented foods- these will make you drool all the way home! Cute decors inside. Clean. Friendly staff. Order at the counter and pay before sitting down to eat or take-out. A lot of orders were take-out when I was there. It is best to call in and order then come to pick up or sit down to eat. They actually spend time making the food so I do not mind the wait. Prepare to wait if you order at the store in person. Parking - plenty in the front and around the back of the stores/offices across from Furai.

Yelp
The food here is delicious. Portions are generous and the chicken is always made fresh. Comes with a side of delicious radishes and jalapeños

Yelp
Great food, great service. Can't wait to go again. That's the headline, now onto the detail. We got the B meal with the 10 wings with the sweet and spicy sauce and Brussels. We also got the B meal with the cro-sand chicken sandwich and the side of waffles. The matcha cheesecake and kitchen sink cookie were both great touches. The waffles were crazy good. Crispy and sweet. The wings were AMAZING. Sauce was super good and even better when I dipped fries in that sauce. The chicken sandwich was good but would have been better if I got it with the sweet and spicy sauce too. But overall good with the pickles and slaw. Super nice lady running the store.

Yelp
Limited parking space due to being in a small plaza, just FYI. Interior is a casual sit down which was quite clean and had cute decor. The staff were quite welcoming and nice. One of the staff members even asked my small party how the food was, which was very nice. My party of 3 came in on a Friday afternoon around lunch time and it was very empty. Only 1-2 small groups came in to pick up their orders. My party all ordered the spicy furai chicken cro-sand. I got mild spicy and my cousin got a medium spicy. This was 11/10 so good! I'm low key drooling as I'm writing this review. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and had good amount of spice. The spice level of mild can be close to a medium spice depending on your tolerance but it was a good amount for me. My cousin got medium spicy and did not even sweat. So again, the spice level can really depend on an individual's tolerance. It was well balanced with the freshness of the slaw. The croissant was toasted very well. It had a good amount of flakiness and butteriness. It was nice that they had a little station for self serving water, utensils, napkins, and packets of condiments. I would definitely come back for the sandwich or maybe try their katsu plates.

Yelp
First time here and had a pleasant experience. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant is very clean with an open kitchen. We ordered the meal combo A - 1/2 soy garlic chicken and 1/2 Kang Jung + beer battered fries, potato salad, 2 soft drinks, cornflake cookie (for $14 more). Ordered for two people and it was A LOT. Next time I know to order just a 1/2 chicken combo. Soy garlic chicken - 5/5 the sauce was good, great mix of soy and garlic with crispy batter, very delicious. Kang Jung chicken - 3/5 it was a little too sweet, the sweetness was overpowering, had to eat alot of daikons to balance the taste. But I did enjoy the rice cakes in it. Beer battered fries - 5/5 amazing! Hot and crispy just the way I like it. Potato salad - 5/5 great consistency and flavor We ordered way too much, chickened out for a while, but will definitely come back soon when we're craving Korean fried chicken.

Yelp
The chicken tasted amazing!! It is definitely messy but the sauce on the chicken was so good. However it was a lot smaller than I expected. It was a below average sized croissant, which I would consider overpriced. It was a good experience but probably wouldn't come back. Service was okay nothing extraordinary but not a bad experience.

Yelp
Second time here! Food is 10/10! Their mango habanero sauce is super yummy!!! Wait time is a bit long since they are pretty popular but it's worth the wait! Seating is limited unfortunately.

Yelp
The best Korean fried chicken wings - this place finally left Zion market and into its own standalone restaurant which it deserves. Located on Trabuco and Yale in the same plaza as Seoul haus and Baum tea. We usually order online from their website and pick it up or doordash if we are feeling lazy. Wing combo - 20 pc combo for 4 people pr 10 pc combo for 2 people (we don't each a lot though). Highly recommend soy garlic and kangjung. We also like plain with a side of ranch dressing too (kid-friendly). We've ordered it mixed in and with sauce on the side and both ways are excellent! We usually order sauce on the side for our kids though. Sides: Beer battered fries - thick cut and delicious! Brussels sprouts - love the sauce but would prefer to be cooked more Plain rice - we like to keep it simple Their basque cheesecake is a nice way to end the meal with a creamy decadent slice! We have yet to try their sandwiches and other sides since we usually order the same thing! This place is always busy so I recommend calling ahead or placing order online before pick up. Otherwise, walk-in order could be 20-30 minutes. Service is always quick and efficient and food is always amazing. Highly recommend trying this place as this is our favorite local chicken joint.

Yelp
What a waste of a fried chicken experience. When you think Korean fried chicken, you think bold flavors, a mean crunch, and messy goodness. This fell short by a landslide. The first girl who helped us at the checkout was really sweet. She tried to save us money with getting the 2 side, 2 drink and desert option that you get with an entree. Then she told us a 25 min wait. So we're on the edge of our seats hungry. So we kill time outside and walk around the center. We sat down at a table (which are really cramped) and they bring us our food. It looked good, just like the other Yelp photos. But it was mediocre. We were hungry so of course we kept eating it, but the chicken had no soul. It tasted like mass produced chicken wings they got in special from Costco. The soy/garlic sauce was underwhelming, didn't complement the wings at all. The jalapeños they provided didn't provide any spice factor. The rice skewers had some game; crunchy on the outside and sticky on the inside, but again the dipping sauces they gave us didn't complaint the rice. The next side we try are the potatoes wedges. NO flavor. Tasted like boiled potato and was way too thick. It's an insult to call those wedges. We didn't want to continue eating wedges when we saw that they had beer battered fries that looked more appealing. We wanted a good experience so I go up to the register to talk to the girl who helped me asking if we could swap the wedges for fries and the manager butts in and says I can't do that. I told her we don't like how the wedges taste and the customers want something else. She was a biatch (pardon my French) and said she simply won't do that. She already cooked the wedges and wouldn't take them back. I walked away visibly flustered and sat down at my table. The sweet girl from earlier then brought us beer battered fries and said here's a small serving of it. We tried them and INSTANTANEOUSLY much better flavor than the sad wedges. It really put a downer on the whole experience that the manager was so rude. We told her it's our first time trying Furai. It took so much arm twisting to get basic customer service. We then tried the matcha cheesecake. It was delicate/fluffy and rich at the same time. That was their saving grace. I won't ever come back here again. I can get my Korean fried chicken fix elsewhere and be treated like a valued customer. Furai chicken was infuriating and inferior.

Yelp
I continuously come back to Furai Chicken for their half or whole original furai chicken. They have what I would consider to be some of the best and juiciest chicken ever that is extremely flavorful even without sauce. I would highly recommend trying it at least once.

Yelp
BEST. KOREAN. FRIED. CHICKEN. Since they have moved into their own place with an expanded menu and location, I have not experienced any issues with my order. It's probably on a bi-weekly rotation of how often I come here to pick up dinner here. What I love is that you can skip the hassle of waiting and order online. They have definitely branched out into other categories on their menu such as sandwiches, combos, and desserts, but I'm a creature of habit and have stayed true to their wings. We always order 20pc wings with choice of sauce on the side. Our go-tos are the sweet & spicy and kang jang. Sometimes we get an extra order of 10pc wing since these crisp up really nicely in the air fryer if you want to enjoy them throughout the week for a quick dinner. Each order comes with pickled jalapenos, pickled radish and two fried potato wedges. The radish is *chefs kiss* - perfectly balanced of sweet n vinegar to complement the fried chicken. It's so easy to find parking and most times, I pop in for less than 5 minutes to grab my order. One day, I will try their sandwiches and maybe the burnt basque cheesecake (a slice is $6.00!), but for now, can't go wrong with their fried chicken. A personal fave and highly recommend!

Yelp
My husband and I were nearby checking out Baum Tea & Coffee but we saw Furai Chicken first. I noted that we could get Korean fried chicken there later if we didn't get enough to eat at Baum. Well croissants and tea isn't really what my husband wanted for his breakfast so I went and ordered Furai Chicken on DoorDash for pickup. I had a discount on DoorDash so why not? I opted for the 10 pc wings with Kang Jung sauce on the side. It would take about 20 minutes so we decided to walk around. We didn't spend too much time walking about since the strip mall we were in did not have too much going on. We sat down and let the cashier know that we were waiting for a pick-up order. Our order was ready a few minutes after and it was piping hot. Our order came with daikon and sweet pickled jalapeños on the side. The sauce was also on the side but I suspect it was the sweet and spicy sauce instead of the Kang Jung sauce I ordered. No matter, my husband quickly decided he wanted to try it fresh & hot. He was definitely pleased with the crunchiness of the batter. I also enjoyed the crispy, battered chicken while munching on the daikon and jalapeños as well. The chicken was nicely brined too so the flavor came through each bite. At first we asked for it to-go, but as the cashier saw us going to town, we were given disposable plates as well. It was definitely a nice touch as we could have done without since we were enjoying it so much. I only had the one wing and saved the rest for later. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his meal. We definitely would order again.

Yelp
mmmm Korean Furaaaaai'd chicken! Made fresh right after you order! When I came for lunch, about 25 minute wait. For dinner when busier, about 45 minute wait. They conveniently write pick up time on the receipt. Got half soy garlic, half sweet & spicy. The half option comes with about five small pieces of mixed white and dark meats. Unfortunately cannot exchange for all dark or all white, or trade out breast for a leg. CRISPY good nevertheless! Comes with a container of radish, jalapenos, and two pieces of chunky potato wedges per flavor. For weirdos like me who don't like getting fingers sticky... bring those plastic gloves! Ha ha. But no worries, there's plenty of forks or chopsticks and napkins. Small casual place, few tables indoors for a party size of 2-4. Seems most grabbed chicken to go.
google avatar

Yelp
Was craving chicken tenders and came across this Korean style chicken. They now have boneless chicken tenders if you don't like wings ! Tenders are nicely breaded and have a good sauce ratio on them. We got sweet and spicy and also the plain to try with sauces on the side. Their lemon garlic sauce was my favorite. Their pickled radishes were perfect. The only thing I wouldn't recommend are the potato wedges. They were not crispy and no salt. We did have this delivered so there's a chance these taste fresher and better if you dine in. If you are craving good chicken and enjoy sauces or not this is the spot !

Yelp
Despite the high cost, I seem to come back to this place over and over...only because the fried chicken is tasty and made right, the Korean way. But Furai has become a "once every few months" place for me because it now costs more than $30 for a whole chicken. Imagine the other options with $30. I ordered one whole original fried checken, and one whole sweet & spicy fried checken. With tax, the total came out to $67.84. Too expensive for what it is; I will try to order less going forward. If you like the sweet and spicy flavor, order the original fried and choose sweet & spicy sauce when they ask you to choose 2 dipping sauces. Dip your chicken in the sauce as you eat, or toss the chicken pieces in the sauce in a bowl yourself, and save $1.00. Eating less of that sweet & spicy sauce is probably better for your health anyway. When they toss it for you for an additional $1.00, they use too much of it and the sauce overpowers everything and numbs your tongue: too sweet and too salty. The lemon garlic dipping sauce is a bit weird; I'd recommend their Hot Buffalo and anything that has "ranch in it. Irvine is starting to get more Korean fried chicken options. First, the old Furai location (inside Zion market) was replaced by another fried chicken place. Hanshin Pocha and Pelicana recently opened their doors. Their chickens run a few dollars cheaper. Overall, Korean fried chicken has gotten too expensive in Irvine. I am finding myself turning to other options like Dave's Hot Chicken, Popeyes, and Raising Cane's.

Yelp
I've been going to Furai since it first opened in Zion Market. Go-to are the Original Furai Chicken Wings with Soy Garlic and Garlic Jam on the side for dipping. Great for parties/potlucks. It is great to see Furai relocate with more additions to the menu. Service 5/5 - The cashier was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were the only ones in the restaurant. I like the fact that the water and utensils are available to grab myself. Very convenient! Food 5/5 - Was so excited to try the Chicken Croissant Sandwiches...they did not disappoint! Between the Furai Chicken & Egg Cro-Sand and Spicy Furai Chicken Cro-Sand, I liked the latter better. The Nashville seasoning on the chicken was delicious. Only critique I had was the sandwich was extremely messy and fell apart. But the chicken and coleslaw were so tasty. Ambiance 5/5 - Very clean inside. I think most customers pre-order then pick up. It was interesting being the only ones eating in the restaurant but I'm glad I did because the chicken was super fresh and crispy!

Yelp
Ordered take-out, the chicken was super flavorful and crispy. My order was ready in about 20-30mins, and customer service was great! Unfortunately, the waffles and heath corn flake cookie were a let down. Total came out to $51.64! HEADS UP -- I noticed if you place an order online, they increase their menu prices. So, just call and order or physically order at the restaurant! Furai Chicken and Waffles (Sauce: Sweet & Spicy, $24) *My boyfriend got this order and he said it came with about 6 pieces of chicken. We ordered the half chicken. It was crispy and delicious. Again, the waffles were a let down! They were very generous with their jalapeños and radish, which I liked! Also, the sauce was super sticky so I recommend asking for gloves. The sweet & spicy sauce was decent and not too spicy for my boyfriend's preference. Recommend this sauce if you want something on the milder side. Furai Chicken and Egg Cro-Sando (Meal: +$10) *Made this one a meal with a side of waffles, drink, and dessert. This made my order an extra $10. I would say that's kind of steep for a combo price. Aside from that the sandwich was very good and I loved the soy glaze on my sandwich! The cole slaw was great and I enjoyed it. I would come back for this (: Heath Corn Flake Cookie ($4) *To purchase the cookie alone, it would have been $4. In my opinion, not really worth it. The cookie was not that great and quite thin and dry. Will not be getting next time. Fresh Squeezed Lemonade *This was decent, a bit too sour for my preference. I would probably not get it next time.

Yelp
Phenomenal fried chicken! The chicken was so juicy and tender. The batter is light but so crunchy. Some of the best fried chicken I've had. We got the half chicken soy garlic style and the croissant and egg sandwich. Loved every bit of food. The chicken was perfect, egg was perfect and the coleslaw was great. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant was incredibly Clean.

Yelp
My sister and I tried Furai Chicken & Waffle this past week and we both really enjoyed the food here. We ordered the 10 piece chicken wings with soy garlic sauce and the BBQ Furai Chicken Cro-Sand with waffles, all of which was made fresh which took about 20 minutes. The staff here was also super nice. There was only one other group eating there when we arrived at 11am but all the tables were taken when we left just before noon. For the food itself, the soy garlic wings were very moist and flavorful. It was convenient that they lined the bottom of the takeout box for the chicken with aluminum foil instead of paper so it wasn't greasy when we brought some back for the rest of our siblings. The BBQ chicken cro-sand had a nice kick to it and was also super flavorful, although the chicken definitely overpowered the taste of the onion rings. With the Cro-sands comes the option to "make it a meal" which we recommend getting (+waffles and drink for $4) as the waffles were sizeable and had a nice crisp texture to it - more of a sweeter dessert waffle than savory, which was nice to have after eating the cro-sand. Overall, we both really enjoyed the experience and definitely will be back.

Yelp
variety of sauce!! I love dipping chicken coated in soy garlic sauce into ranch dressing or buffalo powder!

Yelp
I'm so glad we stumbled upon this establishment. The chicken is so juicy and the skin is so crunchy. I do wish the sauce was slightly on the thicker side instead of being runny/wet, but the soy garlic flavor is amazing. It has a perfect amount of salty/garlic/sweetness to is. The 1/2 soy garlic chickens comes out extremely fresh and hot and comes with pickled radish and pickled jalapeños. My bf ordered their chicken sandwich and it was super juicy, tangy (from the coleslaw), and delicious. Fair warning - there is no easy way to eat it as it is a bit messy, but the flavor is great. The lady that was taking our order has a very nice and sweet demeanor, and informed us we could turn any of our food options into a meal (drink + side). Inside the store is very clean and inviting. You can grab your own utensils if you need and there is free water in the water container as well. We will definitely be back soon!

Yelp
first time trying korean fried chicken. got the wings with soy garlic sauce and macaroni salad on the side. loved the food, customer service is great, and it's a great location with easy parking. would recommend!

Yelp
This is probably one of my favorite Korean fried chicken spot. I love their croissant Korean fried chicken sandwich; I find it to be unique and it just hits the spot!!!! We've done take out a couple times because I usually happen to swing by when my dog is with me and so we just order and then sit outside and enjoy our food. They're very friendly and the service is amazing; I'm also happy that they're okay with me ordering with my dog real quick. I would like to come back and sit inside sometime and see what the ambience of dining in would be like.

Yelp
This spot has some of the best Korean fried chicken! The place has a lot of take out orders but also a couple tables if you want to dine in there. The chicken is made to order and came out super hot. It's so flavorful and crispy! We came in on Sunday in the afternoon around 4 PM and the wait wasn't too long to get our food! Enjoy!

Yelp
The Furai Chicken has moved to a new location. The very first original Furai Chicken was located at the inside of Irvine's Zion Korean grocery store, but due to some differences between the Zion and Furai owners they parted company. The Zion location was fantastic for Furai. The foot traffic was amazing and long lines indicated that the business was also great. The new location is little more sedate and off the beaten path; however, it's still in the very good location. The new restaurant is located at the old mall where Seoul Haus and the Wooltari grocery store are in. The new place has seating for three small tables and also sell Beer and Soju. They sell icy cold cans of Terra from Jinro Soju makers. The original Furai Chicken was pretty good! The sweet soy sauce fried chicken was moist and sweet and perfectly seasoned. The piping hot chicken came out in 15 minutes. They give you white vinegar sweet turnips cubes, $6 coleslaw and hot jalapeño peppers with hot sauce. The new location now offers baguette sandwiches and Waffle chicken like the ones sold at Bruxie Waffle Chicken. Go Forth my Mukbang Friends! Try the Five Star Chains! They have five locations!

Yelp
Back again. I still think the sweet & spicy sauce is the best in this area. I buy extra and it's good when heated it up later.

Yelp
Would highly recommend if you want something extremely CRISPY. Their sauces are amazing. We got the sweet and spicy and the soy garlic. In my opinion, both were great but soy garlic was my favorite. I would totally recommend. We ordered a half and half and was able to choose two flavors. Chicken without sauce are giving the optional dipping sauces to choose from. They have so many sides here, I'm hoping to come back to try them all. The Belgium waffle was tasty and a perfect combo with the chicken. They also gave us side jalapeños and pickled radish which was so good. Staff here were so nice and accommodating. They made sure we were well taken care of. It is a bit pricey though so I took one star off.

Yelp
Foods solid granted I have only eaten here 2x's. Regardless each time was good. Minus 1 star for the proportions which are tiny and price point which is huge.

Yelp
My new go to! Love Furai chicken and love the service and food. We've gone here about 3 times now and have never been disappointed. We've been ordering the meal set that comes with two sides, a drink and dessert. My favorite chicken flavor is the green onion. It can get messy to eat but I love the combination of flavors and they give a lot of green onion! We've also tried more than half of the sides and I would say my go tos are the beer battered fries and coleslaw. Everything else was decent but those paired the best. We have been doing takeout and the food is always super fresh when we pick up as everything is made to order. The ajumma who works here is the sweetest and always makes me feel remembered too. This place is value and I will continue coming!

Yelp
They moved!!!! Will open Tuesday second week of November. It's an actual restaurant now way more space which is good considering how popular they are. Order online or over the phone. Best chicken wings marinated in my opinion. You have to go for their sweet and spicy if it's your first time. Overall really good wings. I choose this place and fire wings when I'm craving wings.

Yelp
Their chicken is always fresh and juicy. I love hot spicy sauce chicken with rice cake and potato. I dine-in with my kids and they loved soy sauce chicken and original fry chicken. We visit twice and both times were great for family dining.

Yelp
If you love fried chicken and waffles and Korean food, this place is perfect for you. The food is delicious, and it was one of the best lunches that I've had in a long time. If you go to this location, just be wary that it can often be difficult finding parking in the afternoon (especially Saturdays) because this place is quite popular, so try to go earlier in the day (around 11am).

Yelp
Omg their chicken is soooo crispy even after they tossed in the sauce. The chicken wings are finger licky good and my favorite is the garlic soy. Inside is modern and sleek being on the newer side. The wings aren't cheap I believe a box of 10 runs close to $20 bucks but so worth it. Prolly my favorite Korean wing place.

Yelp
Yesterday ordered two chickens but the taste was changed. Salty and bitter. Please check up if done by same chef and oil or not.

Yelp
So delicious! The cheesecake is so good! The macaroni salad is amazing! The chicken is yums! Everything we had was amazing and we highly recommend! Wait times might be long on a busy day. The seating inside is not very ample so be prepared to take home your food or find some outside seating somewhere!

Yelp
Chicken.... Perfectly cooked, crispy, seasoned Fried rice cake.... Gooey, soft Waffle.... Fluffy, sweet, savory Onion rings.... Juicy, crispy, delicious Honestly I'm shocked about this place, I haven't heard much about it but the food is so good EVERYONE should be talking about it. Not only is the food good the owner is present, you'll see her checking in with customers, giving advice on other menu items for next time you return, and just generally being super nice and friendly The restaurant itself is tucked in a small corner of a strip mall, but it's clean and perfect for a date lunch to eat amazing food!

Yelp
good juicy and crispy korean fried chicken, but pretty expensive for what you're getting. teokbokki was delicious tho! solid food but not outstanding, i have other go-to spots for fried chicken that are equally as good if not better at a fairer price point. clean restaurant since they opened not too long ago and attentive service. i wish they didn't replace yogurtland though :(

Yelp
So surprised I haven't written a review for my #1 korean fried chicken place yet. You have to come here to taste the freshness, crispiness, yet lightness yourself. This is the only KFC where I don't feel disgustingly greasy after. They have somehow mastered "light & crispy" that leaves you wanting another bite and another. I highly recommend their soy garlic and sweet & spicy wing flavors or original flavor if you like it plain. Do know it always takes 20 minutes for chicken order since its fresh so plan accordingly.

Yelp
Disappointed with the inconsistency and customer service. The amount of food provided always changes each time. When I ordered a chicken recently there were four wing pieces in the one chicken I ordered. As I was calling to order I said I would like to order online, and I was met with "ew" and throughout the call the worker kept repeating "hello" even when I hadn't said anything. The excess number of times "hello" was said seemed tantalizing and unprofessional. Will not be coming again.

Yelp
A friend recommended this spot when we were nearby and popped in to grab some take out. Got the tenders with the sweet/spicy soy dipping sauce. It came with a few potato wedges, pickled radish & jalapeño slices. The drive home was 15-20 min, but the check remained super crispy. Loved the sauce & sides as well. Can't wait to try other dishes next time!
