Ate here with some old friends. What an out standing culinary experience. I had several courses but the Parpardelle and the Wagyu steak were my favorites. Perfectly al dente on the pasta and chef’s choice on the Wagyu was a good decision. Great selection of wine here as well. Service was great and the atmosphere was very inviting and modern. A quite good restaurant in Fürstenfeldbruck. Top location, excellent quality of organic ingredients! The staff, especially all the young female waiters are very nice, friendly and helpful. I just feel a little bit dissapointed because of the lunch buffet. There are not too much choices of warm dishes for that price. And the taste of all dishes ist not so special. Maybe because buffet is not my thing in general. Still a good restaurant in the region, though. I really love all those desserts I have tried here. The one with cauliflower mousse is actually a very creative and harmonious combination. Their side dishes are various and tasty, also.

The venison is delicious, the cheese dumplings paired with the peaches were superb, incredible veggies, all the dessert is on point. Great Riesling & the Espresso Martini is on point.

delicious brunch, great staff, welcoming atmosphere, almost exclusively organic foods, lots of vegetarian options. the pancakes were no good, but everything else was superb.

Delicious bio cuisine. We've just had a great dinner ! Everything seems to be prepared at the spot. No frozen ingredients. Be prepared for a really big main course :-)

It's not easy for me to be impressed by a restaurant, but here I was! Loved the smoked parsnip soup, chipotle cauliflower, and pork belly from the Josper Grill!
