My child said that Fuse is the best restaurant for kids at Gaylord Opryland, because they offer Jello as a side for the kids' meals. So take that as you will. They do have a nice kids menu, with options like mac & cheese, hamburgers, chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches and grilled cheese. Side options for kids meals include the aforementioned Jello (sugar-free), granola bar, Doritos, fries or mixed fruit.
I got the carne asada fries, which was listed on the menu as an appetizer. The fries they added were those thick steak fries, and there was so much stuff on them that I had to eat them with a fork. Lots of guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream, plus carne asada. They were good. My husband got the chopped salad, and he said it was good, too.
We all enjoyed our food, and it didn't take long at all to get our food, and our server was super sweet and very attentive without being obstructive, and we had a generally good meal. The food and drink was a little expensive, but I suppose that's to be expected from a sports bar inside Gaylord Opryland. It was about $85 for two adult meals, two kids meals and two alcoholic drinks.
If you are looking for a place to watch a game, Fuse would be a great place. According to one of my children, they have 56 TVs in the restaurant! So you're surrounded by sports wherever you sit.
