Fusion Everest Kitchen #1(Nepali & Indian Food)

I recently visited Fusion Everest Kitchen with a group of friends around 2:00 a.m., and it turned out to be an excellent late-night dining experience. Finding a place open at that hour and serving quality Indian and Nepali food is impressive on its own, and this spot truly delivered. We ordered a variety of dishes, starting with the Jhol Momo. The momos served in a flavorful curry-based sauce were outstanding and easily the highlight of the meal. The texture, seasoning, and overall taste were exceptional. We also ordered Chow Mein, which came in a very generous portion—enough for two people to share comfortably. The fried rice was equally satisfying, well-cooked, and full of flavor. The chicken biryani was good and enjoyable, though not the standout compared to the other items. The Manchurian soup was flavorful, and the mango lassi was refreshing and well-balanced. All the dishes were not only appealing in presentation but also had an inviting aroma, which added to the overall experience. Portion sizes were excellent, and the value for money was very reasonable. The service deserves special mention. The staff member preparing and serving the food was extremely kind and attentive, offering complimentary water and ensuring we had napkins and cutlery. Since it was not very busy at the time, the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. There is a small outdoor seating area next to a gas station, which surprisingly added to the charm. Enjoying fresh Indian and Nepali street-style food late at night in such a setting felt unique and memorable. Overall, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fission Everest Kitchen. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality late-night food. This is easily one of the best Indian and Nepali street-food-style meals I have had from a food court. I would definitely visit again. 5 out of 5 stars.

The mango lassi didn’t seem like mango lassi, too much food color, mango lassi was red in color and looks unhealthy. The taste was not good. Fired rice was great and tasty. Buff sadeko was not the best but it was good, the down part was I found the plastic on the food. You need to make sure not to have such foreign objects inside the food.

Amazing food, specially the momos. I tried steamed chicken momo with jhol. Truly authentic Pahadi taste. Have to come back

Amazing food! I found this place because another momo food truck wasn’t where google maps said . I was already set on having them; and the food came out fast. It was fresh and hot and amazing! I got the momo jhol- my first time getting this type and it was fantastic; . I also ordered the buff sukuti chowmain was so delicious & testy.and i ordered chicken chilli. Great taste and good serving as well. The cook is friendly and I’ll definitely come back & recommend everyone go visit and try to get eat food . i love it wow. delicious hot food everything came out perfect. The flavor was awesome if you're trying for the first time to try looking up some of their food on google or tik tok, YouTube, but staff members they dont disappoint.thank you Fusion everest kitchen.& staff member you guys amazing service, & friendly .

Very pleasantly surprised at how authentic the food tasted. It’s was flavorful, hot, fresh. The spicy dishes are truly spicy so watch out but we really enjoyed everything we got - Chowmein, fried and steamed momo’s, paneer butter masala. Biryani was ok. Location isn’t great due to the homeless population around. We were a group of 7 and food came out relatively quickly which was impressive. Really loved the food and already planning my return

Had chicken chilli. Great taste and good serving as well. The cook is friendly and I’ll definitely come back to try out other dishes.

Amazing food! I found this place because another momo food truck wasn’t where google said it would be and I was already set on having them; I ordered online and picked up my food 15 minutes later. The couple working the truck were super friendly and the food came out fast. It was fresh and hot and amazing! I got the momo jhol- my first time getting this type and it was fantastic; rich and creamy and spiced with tender kick fillings. I also ordered the fried spiced paneer because I have poor impulse control and I really enjoyed that too- crispy and spicy with tons of flavor. Sorry for the half eaten dishes in the photos- as soon as I opened the containers all I was thinking about was getting this food in my mouth! My only complaint is no fault of the owners, in the maybe 5-7 minutes I waited at the truck I had two homeless people ask me for change. They didn’t harass me but I’ll probably stick to ordering takeout. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the massive menu!!

The only good food around. Great management as well. Honestly would ignore all the Mexican food trucks around Riverside and just eat here instead. Gave me a free water bottle as well :)
