"At Fusion Taco in The Heights anything—seriously, anything—can, should and probably already is a taco. With a name like Fusion Taco, it’s hard to imagine what’s not served there. If you guessed tacos stuffed with Thai-style chicken, lamb keema, falafel, and fried oysters with ranch slaw, then, congratulations, you might be psychic or some kind of taco remix master. Order any number of taco concoctions as you like at the counter, don’t forget a frozen margarita, and split some queso or even hummus with a few friends. Post up on the patio or inside Fusion’s very orange dining room for a truly novel combination of taco flavors. " - chelsea thomas, gianni greene

Google
The fish taco was drowning in sauce. The shrimp and beef tacos were covered in Cole Slaw… you couldn’t see the shrimp. The atmosphere was fine but overall it was a 2 star dud due to the food. Great place to sit outside on a nice night!

Google
Absolutely delicious! Great taste, great value, great service! Been there multiple times, and especially Tuesday's are great for the prices, but the food has been spectacular every time. Great combination of flavors, good size, and quick and friendly service, so I'm happy to go back every time. As others have mentioned, the music is a little bit on the louder side (not actually loud, but can be harder to have conversations), which is the only reason the atmosphere gets 4 stars. Would definitely recommend for anyone who doesn't just want their taco to be a copy of a Taco Bell one!

Google
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fusion Taco is hands down my favorite taco spot — and honestly, one of my favorite spots period! The food is consistently incredible with so much variety, I never get bored. Whether I’m in the mood for something classic or feeling adventurous, Fusion Taco always delivers — and every bite is packed with flavor. Their unique take on tacos keeps things exciting, and the menu has something for everyone. But it’s not just the food — the service is fantastic. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and quick, which makes the whole experience that much better. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. And one of the best parts? The other customers! It’s got this great community vibe where everyone’s just enjoying good food and good energy. If you haven’t been to Fusion Taco yet, you are seriously missing out. Five stars every time! 🌮🔥

Google
This little spot is on the corner of Airline and Main, just off the 45. Let me tell you if you're looking for a cool little spot in the area, this is it! They have in and outside seating. Yaaayyy!!! TV's with sports and music. ++ I quite like the vibes myself. This IS what I moved to the Heights for. I walk here, so it's becoming quite the regular spot for me since I like the atmosphere. The bar looks welcoming, although I haven't sat there yet as it's always full. Someone must be doing something right back there. ;) I love taco Tuesday deals and happy hour, and brunch on the weekends, too! Right now, I'm listening to some reggae type island music on the system, eating this new char grilled burger they rolled out last week and it's the bombdigalicious!!! I'm also watching this dad rub his baby's back. The baby is falling into lala land. It's so precious. It's a mixed crowd. Probably people from all over the neighborhood, so it's cool. Visit Fusion Taco, which I always call Taco Fusion. Lol. My bad!!!

Google
I’ve eaten here about twice a week in the past three months. It’s amazing. Tacos and drinks are always on point. Staff is friendly. 10/10 recommend. Try their happy hour and steak nights.

Fernanda Franco

Google
I absolutely loved this place!! Best Taco Tuesday’s !! I recommend the falafel, chicken Thai and beef supreme! And nothing like a frozen margarita with tajin to end the night!

Google
The Heights area in Houston offers an eclectic variety of bars and eateries, and Fusion Taco fits right in! It's a mash-up of Indian meets Latin meets Mediterranean, and it's done well! There are a variety of rice bowls, nachos, and quesadillas as well as tacos and there are several gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options! And since you can't have tacos without margaritas, there are several delicious flavors to choose from (*side note: mix the jalapeño margarita with any of the other flavors if you like a little kick! You'll thank me!) The prices are very reasonable (around $4 per taco and $8 per bowl) and the staff is really friendly! I'll definitely be heading back!

Google
Definition of a taco doing way too much... the Thai chicken was swimming in sauce, i took one bite and left it, pork was decent but why so much sauce..... beef supreme was decent but a lil too spicy for me... margarita was best thing!
google avatar

Yelp
The service here is always so friendly. The food is consistently good and the margaritas are tasty We had the steak nachos which have enough of all of the toppings. For my meal I had the tempura shrimp taco and the bbq berskshire pork taco, both lots of flavor. The bonus tonight was the at we made it during happy hour! Definitely a great spot for an easy, sit down meal and comfortable place, where you can chill and not feel like you're at a restaurant.

Yelp
Great lunch special. It includes any two tacos, I had the OYSTER tacos. They are superb. The special comes with a drink and one side. This is a wonderful place to eat lunch, informal, and service is fast

Yelp
Stopped by after a downtown matinee - guacamole had a great flavor, and both the shrimp bang bang and falafel tacos were delish! The afternoon weather was perfect for sitting out on the patio.

Yelp
I've always loved this place when I lived in Houston so only made sense to make a pit stop when coming back for a visit! I ordered online, & picked it up within 30mins by going inside the restaurant, however, I didn't get any confirmation text or email when the order was ready. The brussel sprout taco was a little oily but filling nevertheless. The falafel taco has been my favorite however, this time around, the falafel bites were quite salty for my taste.
google avatar

Shivangi K.

Yelp
Service was fairly quick when we visited. I ordered the chicken tikka taco on naan and the agedashi tofu taco. Chicken Tikka ($6.50): MASSIVE, filling, tasted like naan + tikka masala pretty much, wish there was maybe some lettuce or veggies to diversify the rich/creaminess of the tikka masala Adegashi Tofu ($3 happy hour): tofu was crispy, the slaw was a refreshing touch, the peanut/ginger sauce was the perfect pairing. Loved the flavors & textures in this. They don't skimp out on the toppings!! Plenty of seating and food is brought to you when it's ready :)

Yelp
It was Tuesday, and I was in search for a spot that had a "Taco Tuesday" special, so on the hunt I go! Well, I saw an article from the Houston Chronicle that highlighted top taco Tuesday spots and Fusion Taco was on the list!!! 2/3 dollar tacos and 5 dollar drinks is a must do for me. Upon arriving, I can tell it's a well attended establishment just from seeing the happy customers eating. I ordered blackened Tilapia, Tex mex chicken and Thai chicken tacos with a house margarita. The tacos were ok, but hey they were a nice size and 2 bucks. I think I'm going to go with just regular grilled fish next time. The service was great. The vibe was nice. I will be back soon.

Christine S.

Yelp
Was excited to try this place after hearing it was good. Got it delivered and was so disappointed. The quesadilla had almost no cheese and was barely had flavor. The "pork belly" on my taco was so overcooked and tough. The chips for the queso were stale.

Latoya T.

Yelp
Service is amazing and greatly appreciated. Food is 10 out of 10! Taco Tuesday with full size margaritas on happy hour... yes! Steak night which my husband and I love because we can afford to take our entire family. If you have teen kids you'll understand how expensive it is to dine out. I love this place and can not wait to try their second location

Yelp
Vibe- Cool spot to grab a bite to eat at. There's an outside patio area with a good amount of seating and the inside is pretty spacious. Customer service- Good. Food/drinks- I got the Agedashi taco (has crispy tofu)and the falafel taco; they were both good but the Agedashi was my favorite. Parking- There's a lot next to the building with about 12 or so spots.
google avatar

Diana N.

Yelp
Taco Tuesday is a great deal! Agedashi tofu $3 - hot and crispy. Great Asian flavor with the cabbage Bbq pork taco $3 - bf and I really like this. Our go-to. My favorite that isn't on taco Tuesday, though, is the brussels sprouts taco. Chicken tex mex $2 - bf's chicken was a tad dry Beef Supreme $2 - I think he liked it Even though the tacos are cheap on Tuesdays, they do not skimp out. They fill them up so full, it's quite messy to eat. Can take awhile even when it's not too busy, so be patient.

Yelp
Wasn't greeted which is fine, sat down and ordered chips and queso. Asked bartender if I was fine where I parked since I was confused on parking. He responded WHILE walking away, "you're probably fine if they didn't say anything". Seriously?! No parking when I moved. Food and drinks, not good. Then when bartender saw me swapping tables, felt rushed to close me out. Like wth?! Never coming back ***update*** The so called bartender was the owner and saw review and approached me and kicked me out. Very unprofessional the way he did it to. Told me to get out of his restaurant since I left a negative review which is fine so I left. Next time OWNER, do it a professional way and don't approach people in a negative way in front of people
google avatar

Heru A.

Yelp
The food is good and they have great vegetarian options. Plus the happy hour prices are a hit.

Marcy R.

Yelp
Still amazing. In fact, again even better than before. The food here is just so good. Have branched out to the tikka masala bowls and the queso. Queso is the best I've ever had and the chips are insane - clearly homemade, crunchy and not greasy. 5/5.
google avatar

Lauren M.

Yelp
The quality and preparation of the food has been steadily declining. I dined in and received lukewarm nachos with ice cold corn salsa on top. Very few pieces of brisket were hidden in the black beans.
google avatar

Michael T.

Yelp
Great Tacos and margaritas - chill vibe on the big patio. Good playlist at reasonable volume. Specials on tacos and drinks, check it out. Highly recommended!

Yelp
We stopped by to pick up dinner one day since we were in the area. It was a last minute decision so we didn't get to call ahead and order. They had QR code menus available as well as paper ones too and tables were set far apart. They were quite busy and it only took about 10-15 min to get our food. We had the chicken tikka, lamb keema, tuna poke, fried oyster, smoked brisket, and grilled red fish tacos. All were very good! I was a little skeptical about how each specialty taco (asian, Indian, cajun, southern) would taste but was actually very impressed! Our favorites were the lamb keema, chicken tikka, and brisket. Their crunchy taco shells are also amazing! We live about 15 min away and they didn't get soggy at all even with the generous portion of lettuce/tomatoes. Overall their tacos live up to the name and will satisfy your different cravings. We will definitely be back soon! They also have a great Tuesday taco deal and 1 free marg for every $10 you spend on takeout!

Yelp
Food margaritas ambience prices, and service were outstanding location very convenient.
google avatar

Yelp
Rats in the kitchen and the fire marshalls have slapped least 5 orange stickers on their doors about their permets. Overall customer service was terrible and slow. Wasnt at a busy/peak time either only saw 4 other people so 2 tables. Poor establishment.
google avatar

Oscar G.

Yelp
This place is a hit or miss for vegetarians . I guess it all depends who is the cashier or who is in the kitchen. Today we order to go a mushroom quesadilla and after 20 min wait for the order they gave us a chicken one. We waited another 15 mins and when we got home, it was a beef quesadilla. By this time you feel upset and you just warm up some leftovers from home rather than keep complaining when clearly they one listen. Sad, we love the place but it is frustrating.

Sydney N.

Yelp
Huge food menu including weekend brunch, and the best margs in Houston!! Laid back and chill neighborhood bar. We come here specifically for Zack's excellent service and bomb speciality drinks like the spicy el pepino
google avatar

Yelp
Yummy and unique selections makes this the perfect lunch spot! I tried the sweet corn taco and the redfish taco. Both were flavorful and fresh!! My favorite part about both tacos, were how authentic the tortillas smell and taste. Definitely recommend!!

Nena I.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to visit for the steak nachos! I've been coming for a few years and I ALWAYS order the exact same thing. The margarita are pretty tasty as well. The perfect low key patio as well. You could literally sit and hang out for hours on their patio. Make sure you sign up with your phone number for rewards while at the register. I always leave earning some sort of reward.
google avatar

Chris P.

Yelp
What can one say about this place? It has everything most should be looking for in an establishment. Atmosphere Great place. Low key and chill, but plenty of tv's for the important games and music playing rather than the sound of the game. Nice bar top area with high tops throughout. They even have a patio area for when the weather is cooperating. Food Fantastic mix of tacos, salads, and appetizers. Everything from Fried Oyster, Lamb, Chicken Tikka, Thai Chicken to your more typical Huevos Rancheros, Steak, etc. Haven't had any tacos that weren't great. Drinks Their drinks are good. The Jalapeño Margarita has a good kick. The Paloma is a healthy portion and easy drinking. Their draft beer is a limited, but you can't complain with happy hour pricing. Service Here's where they really stand apart. The people are extremely friendly and personable. The service here has been quick. You can order food and drinks and within 10 minutes max you will have it all! Pricing Their prices are in line with the norms and for what you get it's definitely not bad! Servings are healthy. If you come here for happy hour that's when the value you really starts to shine. $3 to $5 drinks. All Tacos except a couple are $3. The last visit we had four drinks and five tacos for less than $50 with a generous tip. Overall I definitely would recommend anyone looking for a taco place that puts a fusion twist in their offerings. The service is fantastic and the happy hour really makes it worth a shot. P.S. Happy Hour is EVERYDAY from 4-7 pm.

Yelp
We came here for taco Tuesday last night. They offered $2-3 tacos and deals on drinks. We walked up and order at the counter. I chose to try a brussel sprout taco and a shrimp tempura taco. I also ordered a skinny margarita. So pleased with my choices!! Both tacos were abundantly overflowing with deliciousness. They do not go skimpy on amount nor flavor. The brussel sprout taco seemed "meaty" even without any actual meat. Loved it, especially because of the sauce it came with. Also loved my shrimp tempura taco! The texture of the shrimp seemed slightly off, but the flavor was dynamite. It comes with a nice slaw and a creamy, acidic sauce on top. The margarita was good too! Didn't taste the alcohol, which to me, is a good thing. The servers were nice and the service was quick. Everyone in the restaurant seemed to be regulars, and I felt comfortable joining right in. This was a good find!
google avatar

Eric M.

Yelp
The food was good, especially the shrimp tempura tacos! My only complaint is that the chips that came with the queso were too hard and thick for my liking. The queso was so good though, I will bring it home and eat it with different chips! Shrimp Tempura taco - 9/10 Lamb taco - 8/10 Brisket taco - 6/10 Queso - 8/10
google avatar

Nancy A.

Yelp
I can only speak to the food because I ordered through UberEats. Ordered: 1) Beef supreme (tasted like a cheeseburger but with a corn taco. Could've passed on it -lacked salt/ flavor) 2) BBQ Berkshire pork (tasty, fatty pork, balanced well with corn) 3) Oyster Tacos (crispy, fried perfect oysters) Pros: corn tacos were fresh, soft and delicious Con: the sauce it came with wasn't my cup of tea. I would've liked something closer to a cheese cream sauce rather than an vinegary oil but that's just me
google avatar

Jennifer B.

Yelp
The specials on Taco Tuesday are why I came in! The selection is abundant and prices were affordable if you wanted to mix and match you have the flexibility to do so without having to break the bank. The drink selection is great too with the happy hour menu you can not go wrong ordering some great tacos and cold drinks. The wait time was very slow, the staff seemed stressed and not enough servers to compensate the crowd that was trying to order. I had to continue to ask the server to let me know when I can order. Food came out relatively fast but the ordering process delayed having an A+ experience. I just think they might have been short staffed that night.
google avatar

Hazel S.

Yelp
This place is pretty fire. I ordered takeout today after work at around 6:30 PM and only waited maybe 15-20 minutes to get my 6 tacos. The interior was pretty busy and there were a lot of people there for pickup orders. Service: Good! Cashier was very friendly/nice. Food: I got 2 chicken fried oyster, 1 smoked brisket, 1 bbq pork, 1 tempura shrimp, and 1 tikka masala. My favorite were the chicken fried oyster (I've never tried anything like it before) and the tempura shrimp! Even tho the seafood was fried, it was light, and the sauces + slaws were super tasty/perfect complements. I wasn't a massive fan of the tikka masala, I mean it's good, but it's not that special to me, it's like chicken tikka masala in a corn tortilla yknow? My bf's favorite was the bbq pork. He said that the brisket wasn't the best (this mans makes brisket ONCE on the smoker and suddenly he's an expert ), he described the quality as being the same as his, so like. I guess that's saying something lmfao. Vibes: Impeccable. Reminds me of velvet taco, but with more menu options! Not comfy during the pandemic but during normal times it would be nice to dine in. Price: $4-5 for each taco. Idk if that's a good price but it sounds like it is? I really don't know. If I were less hungry I could've been good with 2, but 3 made me a happy fullness. Would definitely come again!

Yelp
It was my first time going back to Fusion Taco in years, and I'm happy to report it was a great experience! I went around 4 on a Friday and was easily able to find a table on the patio. All ordering happens inside at the counter, and they have proper Covid protocols in place (hand sanitizer everywhere, plexiglass, staff wearing masks). The margaritas tasted great, and they stayed frozen for so long! The chips and queso was exactly what I was looking for- it's a smaller portion than usual, but for only $3 it's a great deal. Fusion Taco has such unique tortilla chips, they're thicker and taste homemade. I didn't have any tacos on this visit, but they have a selection of ~5 tacos that are also $3 during happy hour. I'll definitely be back for another happy hour! It did fill up around 5 though so I'd suggest arriving early.

Imani H.

Yelp
i literally just went for a quick grab. it isn't any flavor and my shell was not cooked. i don't know how they have 5 stars but it's not for the chicken tacos

Tonya M.

Yelp
Fusion Taco is delicious! We love the vegetarian options and the bowls too. The drink specials are top notch. Dogs welcome, clean and friendly, suitable for lunch or dinner what more could you want. A great margarita? They have that too.
google avatar

Taylor M.

Yelp
Rated purely for vibes!! Nice place to grab a drink and enjoy the patio. Plenty of unique food options- like the vegetarian ones especially!

Yelp
I'm a big fan of Fusion - only ever done pick up or delivery. It's randomly on my top 5 list for Brussels Sprouts in Houston, however don't let that sway you - it's first and foremost a taco joint. My husband ALWAYS starts with the fried oyster taco - double meat for the win. He's also also a fan of the carnitas and soy-ginger steak taco. I love the egg & pork belly taco - yum! It comes with a slab of smoked pork belly that has been crisped a bit - always on corn. Also, randomly enough, the Caesar is awesome. Instead of croutons (remember I'm gluten-free) it comes with some corn chip strips and fresh shredded parm. The Caesar dressing has either some ancho or chipotle seasonings - I'm not enough of a gourmand, however I do know it's tasty! I'll get it with or without chicken - depends on how many tacos I ordered! I can tell you the neighbors and I have wrestled over the steak nachos - super crispy, plenty of cheese and the steak has the really interesting fusion flavor. Being gluten free, I do have to be cautious with the steak - pretty sure they use a soy marinade, but I can usually eat a bit and feel fine. Take note, since the pandemic started, when you do a pickup order, you can get a free house marg per every $10 of food (rocks or frozen) You have to either add it to your order online or ask for it, it's not automatically added!!
google avatar

Sarah M.

Yelp
four words - tofu tikka masala taco Seriously if you are in the Houston area, you have to go here! This place is everything I love about fusion cuisine. Really well done and kind of genius. Don't go in expecting authentic Mexican cuisine and you'll be fine. You order at the counter and sit wherever and it is brought out to you. The outdoor dining area is nice and has misters. But I am begging you to please try the tofu tikka taco. I think about her every day :') Prices are reasonable! I ordered three tacos but two would've been totally fine with just two as they are packed with meat and toppings. Marg was solid and so was the salsa verde cheese dip. 10/10 stars.
google avatar

Kelayne P.

Yelp
Yum yum yummy! I am going back again today, actually right now! To get me 3 lamb tacos. They are amazing! The grapefruit margarita is blissful! This is my new Taco spot 4sheez! One thing I also ordered the shrimp and crab nachos, which were not good. The shrimp tasted like it was frozen also white queso would be better on this dish. Overall this place is amazing with their tacos but I would not suggest getting nachos. My only complaint which kind of put a dark cloud on the experience there was the bartender. She was a Caucasian lady possibly in her 40s. She was not nice at all, not welcoming. As I sat at the bar with my friend I felt like she was someone's mean mom that crashed the party and was serving drinks. She was a total Downer and I don't know why they have her at the front, having all the customers encounter that bad energy. :*(
google avatar

Lili M.

Yelp
The place was cute and super clean. Chill vibe. The flavor on my chicken tikka masala taco was sooo good. Unfortunately, the corn tortilla was not cooked enough and it cracked when I bent it because it wasn't heated enough. It's the only reason they lost a star. But everything else was great!!
google avatar

Leena C.

Yelp
COVID-19 brought me here. Dedicated to pick up or delivery once a week from a local spot and saw a FB ad for free margaritas (with each $10 purchase) and here I am. Order: roasted corn salsa + chips Shrimp tempura taco Thai chicken taco Chicken + mushroom quesadilla + cucumber salad Mango margarita Strawberry margarita Roasted corn salsa - good, if you love corn there is lots of it, and the roast is just enough not overpowering; the chips were toooooooo hard and thick for me Shrimp tempura taco - got both tacos on a flour tortilla and this did not disappoint, flavorful and delicious. Thai chicken taco - wow, packed with a whole lotta yum, the cabbage slaw was perfect and complimentary with the chicken and the Thai sauce, can you fall in love with a taco? Chicken + mushroom quesadilla - perfect combo, lots of chicken and mushroom and the cheese was melted perfectly, I used some of the corn salsa and it just added more flavor; the cucumber salad didn't have any dressing so I was a bit confused but ended up mixing in some of the salsa Both margaritas were delicious. I liked the mango a bit more but mostly bc I live mangos. Def a spot I plan on re-visiting over and over again!

Cassandra B.

Yelp
Awesome food and great service! Second visit here can't wait to try something new this time.

Yelp
Let's taco bout this place. They have happy hour tacos on Tuesdays (all tacos for $3), I've heard. They have falafel tacos, tikki masala tacos, and thai tacos. They are GOOD. In my mind, fusion restaurants are hard to do. Fusion Taco's menu offers Mediterranean, Indian, and Thai food - amongst a plethora of other different foods. How can one chef be so skilled in all these varieties of food? Has he/she traveled the world to sample food (dream job, if anyone knows of an open position let me know please!)? How can this be possible?! Well, whoever the taco chef is, Fusion Taco has done it. They've created an incredibly diverse menu with great tasting tacos. The falafel was my favorite. Crunchy, full of flavor, and filling. The tikki was delicious as well. The chicken wasn't dry and the creamy sauce made for a party in my mouth. The thai chicken was good too. It had a strong ginger flavor so be weary if you aren't used to ginger. Otherwise, it had great taste and a good crunch with the fresh veggies. This will definitely turn into one of my new go to taco places. It's taken many many MANY tacos (as I grow, horizontally) to dethrone Torchy's for me (Brother's Tacos - you're not even close, Velvet Taco - nice try, Taco's A Go Go - nahhh), but I think Fusion Taco might've just done it.

Yelp
Great patio for dogs, and water available too. But, better than that, fantastic tacos!!! I had the fried oyster taco - Fantastic, with crisp fried oysters with ample fillings, kind of a wing sauce. And, my second taco was the tofu taco, also great. The chips are homemade. I had the guacamole and spouse the black bean dip with chips, and the chips were HOT FRESHLY COOKED, and ample serving of dip. Plus, good margaritas and there is a happy hour. And, a really good lunch special...TWO TACOS of your choice, a side order of your choice, and a drink. And, they told us of Taco Tuesdays...I haven't tried it yet, but $3.00 tacos and margarita specials. We will return. Love it! Fantastic!

Yelp
If you were to only order three tacos, order the following: 1. Tikka Chicken - One of the best Tikka Chicken tacos I had. The sauce is spot on and well balanced. It's not too sweet, not too spiced, and flavored just right. The amount of meat inside was fair and provided a satisfying finish for taco #2! If they made a rice and naan plate for this, I would definitely buy into that. 2. Falafel Taco - Surprisingly really good. If you like spicy Mediterranean food, this is the taco for you. The sauce has a really nice kick to it and it's not too powerful. The falafel is prepared right and tastes fresh. I find it better than the falafels from Whole Foods deli. It's not too crumbly and made right. 3. Oyster Taco - This is a crunch delight for those who seek oyster flavors. It's not the healthiest option but that's what makes it so good. Each piece was fried to a crisp and there was a fair amount inside. The sauce was similar to chicken wing sauce which added a nice kick. I highly recommend all three of those. I ordered the Thai taco as well but I wasn't a huge fan of that. My girlfriend enjoyed it but I'm more of a Tikka Falafel Oyster kind of guy! Restaurant wasn't as hip as Torchy's or Velvet, but the food is really the spotlight here. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating available. Happy hour is available at their bar. I also read somewhere that they have Taco Tuesday Happy hour every Tuesday, but need to confirm.

Yelp
Delicious food!! A bit expensive for lunch, but huge portion (couldn't eat it all)... would rather pay a little less for less quantity. But delish!!

Yelp
First time I've tried this place wonderful little spot with a very unique collection of tacos quesadillas and nachos a friend and I split crab and shrimp quesadillas fried oyster taco ,mushroom and cheese taco barbecue pork and chicken tiki masala taco quesadillas came with a side of great guacamole and wonderful extra thick crispy chips They were running a special for every $10 you ordered you got a free margarita The staff is just wonderful very upbeat really want to please can't wait to come back and sit out on the patio someday

Yelp
The vibe was very chill and comforting. wasn't packed at all and service was fast. The only reason it didn't get five stars was because the tortillas were undercooked.

I came here to try something new. Parking is tight, super tight. The inside is cozy (small but comfortable), there is a full bar, and a dog friendly porch. The focus here is the bar, which is not why I go to places. I did enjoy my food, which would warrant a revisit. I got the Angus Steak Nachos, and Churros for dessert. They have "Natural" sodas in a self serve bar that is way too close to several tables. The Nachos are served in a bowl, but don't let that fool you, the serving is generous. The taste of the steak is good and the queso is housemade. The steak was a little bit greasy. I wanted to try many things but, the nachos were a full meal. I wish I could tell you the Churros were wonderful, light and airy. But they were held back for later, and I completely forgot I had paid for dessert and walked out without my Churros. Side note they were ever fried up either, because the counter forgot my Churros too. I did go back with my receipt and explain to the manager what happened and they refunded my money. That is how I know they never cooked the CHurros because they look and see what was request from the kitchen and when, nice POS system. I give them points for making a mistake right, but honestly I would have been just as happy receiving an order of Churros.

Yelp
Fusion taco is a very solid choice. Their menu has a variety of flavors which is really great. The tacos I chose were really tasty. My friend and I tasted four. We also ordered a watermelon margarita which was fresh tasting and not bad. I got queso - very great choice. Pro tip: if the menu has a specific section for queso, and five different ones ... GET IT.

Yelp
I've been going to Fusion Taco since they first opened here in the heights and I can honestly say that every time has been a good experience. They have delicious tacos with a great variety of flavors that you will never get bored of. I love that they expended their patio and that they have plenty of parking. I'm a big fan of their crispy tofu tikka masala which I actually prefer on a corn tortilla.

Yelp
We checked this place out and it didn't disappoint. Come for happy hour (3 to 7 PM) with $3 margaritas and $3 tacos- it is a great deal! Outside of happy hour, I would say that it is slightly overpriced. We got falafel, chicken tiki marsala, brisket and chicken oysters. The falafel was the best one followed by the chicken tiki marsala.

Yelp
Overall I'd say this place is good. We came during happy hour, weekdays from 3pm-7pm, to take advantage of their tacos and margarita special. Any taco on corn is $3 and their margs were $3 as well! I had the Thai chicken taco, shrimp taco, and steak taco. The shrimp and Thai chicken taco we're delicious, but I wasn't impressed with the steak taco. I had high hopes but the meat wasn't impressive, and was soaked in juices. Way too liquidy in the taco for my taste. The margaritas were really good, not the biggest glass, but they had a kick to it! I could definitely taste some tequila in there. Another bonus point is that the cashier was very nice! Come during happy hour, it's a great deal and I'll definitely be back.
