Let's taco bout this place.
They have happy hour tacos on Tuesdays (all tacos for $3), I've heard.
They have falafel tacos, tikki masala tacos, and thai tacos.
They are GOOD.
In my mind, fusion restaurants are hard to do. Fusion Taco's menu offers Mediterranean, Indian, and Thai food - amongst a plethora of other different foods. How can one chef be so skilled in all these varieties of food? Has he/she traveled the world to sample food (dream job, if anyone knows of an open position let me know please!)? How can this be possible?!
Well, whoever the taco chef is, Fusion Taco has done it. They've created an incredibly diverse menu with great tasting tacos.
The falafel was my favorite. Crunchy, full of flavor, and filling.
The tikki was delicious as well. The chicken wasn't dry and the creamy sauce made for a party in my mouth.
The thai chicken was good too. It had a strong ginger flavor so be weary if you aren't used to ginger. Otherwise, it had great taste and a good crunch with the fresh veggies.
This will definitely turn into one of my new go to taco places. It's taken many many MANY tacos (as I grow, horizontally) to dethrone Torchy's for me (Brother's Tacos - you're not even close, Velvet Taco - nice try, Taco's A Go Go - nahhh), but I think Fusion Taco might've just done it.
