A true 5 star experience. So many little amazing details that they perfected. They really went out of their way to make sure that my fiancé had an amazing birthday. Room and restaurant were amazing, as was the heated pool. I did see one person comment here about some mold, and about the wet outside furniture. I get it, it could use a little love, but it’s an amazing place.

Be aware this is NOT a highend hotel and very overpriced for what they offer. The bed was lumpy, bad pillows ,black mold on room curtains, green mold on all outdoor cushions, bad lighting in room. Rust in the private pool. They don’t get the outside furniture uncovered (don’t know how bad those look). The walk to the beach is very steep,this is not mentioned on their site. They did post on their site about having a shuttle and when we arrived, it was getting repaired, transportation is not easy to get, not good for tourists from out of country to go explore. This is not a 5 star hotel. We stayed one night after arriving from another country. We book for 2 weeks and paid in full. Not even partial refund given. We were not happy about conditions and as we were told the CEO did not care and no amount of refund would be given. This is the most expensive hotel on this is and it is way over priced. The CEO needs to learn what a 5 star is. The staff we did deal with were good and this is the fault of the owners not caring and only want the money. I will share this bad experience with other sites, so other tourists don’t get taken to the cleaners!

Stunning, stylish, truly modern design hotel in the middle of a jungle. The rooms are sleek and spacious, with great natural cosmetics, comfy beds with exquisite bedding, and completely soundproof. The pool is not only very chic but also long and deep which I loved, it has amazing views, and the cabanas are very comfortable. Very nice and professional staff. Food was amazing and there was a great wine and cocktails selection. The location is prime, very close to the most beautiful beaches and the trendiest spots in Jurerê, but far enough to escape all the noise. The only downside is that it is quite a walk from the beach. But we will definitely be coming back. Amazing experience.

We absolutely loved our stay here. After coming from another '5 star' hotel in Jurere, we quickly realized there is no comparison to Fuso. Food was incredible. Service was top notch. Vibes were on point in every aspect. We also had amazing massages at the spa. As English speakers, this was the only place we went to in Floripa where we didn't feel looked down upon for speaking English, and every person at the hotel spoke English. We can't wait to come back

I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could! My boyfriend and myself had the most perfect stay here. The property is very serene and quiet (they only have 13 rooms on the property so it feels very exclusive). The property and design is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. I was amazed by the beauty. The service and food is absolutely outstanding, I cannot recommend this place enough!

- 5/5 Service level at the hotel. Everyone want you to have the best experience and they are there to make sure that happens during your stay. - Spa is small but the service is outstanding. Premium service and worth to try/ Minor: Premium price of the best SPA’s in the world. - Very good pool with a good view. One of the top references of the hotel which will allow you to have a very good weekend there. You don’t have to stay at a room with a pool, with the type of pool that the hotel has available for you, which should be better that any room pool. - The food was amazing, as well as the service and the chef which is outstanding. 10/10. The minor here is that the food and drinks are too pricey. A weekend at the hotel and you will spend above 2k BRL. - Breakfast: One of the best if not the best in Brazil at the moment. Fully recommend it and this is one of the high points of the hotel, besides the pool and quality of the food at the restaurant. - Another minor is that there is no flexibility for room upgrades unless you pay the full price. - Bedroom: 2 Minibars that are too noisy, Not the best pillow top in the bed or not at the level of a top notch hotel like Fasano/Fairmount, etc, as well as the duvet and pillows, which for the price level of the hotel and market positioning could be better. That being said, it’s acceptable and probably above average, but again, for this level of hotel should be better. - Design: Very well projected with attention to details, especially on landscaping. In terms of design is at the level of the best hotels in the world and 5 starts for them on this point. Very enjoyable experience which makes you want to redesign your own home. - Overall: A very good hotel to stay for the weekend, the best in Florianópolis, which I recommend you to stay. A very good experience, but be ready to pay premium for food, drinks and SPA. It is one the best hotels at the moment in Brazil and one that your should take a weekend to visit. Food is amazing from breakfast to dinner, congrats to the chef.
