Staying at Futangue Hotel & Spa was one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely immersed in nature - and completely looked after. The hotel is set in the middle of a private reserve, surrounded by mountains, forests, and untouched wilderness. It’s peaceful, quiet, and absolutely breathtaking. Every corner of the property feels designed to help you slow down and take it all in.|The architecture is just stunning - warm natural wood, floor-to-ceiling glass, and thoughtful details that make every space feel cosy yet elevated. The rooms are spacious and elegantly designed.|The hospitality here deserves a special mention. The entire team was welcoming, kind, and genuinely proud to share their region with guests. You don’t just feel like a visitor -you feel like a part of something.|Days were filled with adventure: hiking along turquoise rivers, discovering waterfalls, and soaking in the silence of the forest. And then coming back to the spa after a long hike was such a treat. The facilities are exceptional, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, and a range of treatments. The food was also a highlight — locally inspired, fresh, and full of flavor. |It’s the kind of place that stays with you - and I already know I’ll be back!

Staying at Futangue Hotel & Spa was one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were completely taken care of - the hospitality was truly next level. Every member of the team was kind, attentive, and passionate about sharing this special corner of Patagonia. The setting is absolutely breathtaking. Nestled between mountains, forests, and lakes, the hotel feels like a hidden retreat in nature. The architecture beautifully incorporates natural wood and expansive glass, blending seamlessly with the surrounding environment and providing stunning views of the mountains and forests. The rooms are spacious and elegantly designed. The trails right from the hotel lead you into some of the most amazing landscapes I’ve ever seen, and coming back to the spa after a long hike was such a treat. The facilities are exceptional, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, and a range of treatments. The food was also a highlight - locally inspired, fresh, and full of flavor. This is the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful multi-day stay at Futangue Hotel & Spa while attending a wedding, and it exceeded our expectations. The scenery is simply stunning; the park and surrounding landscapes are incredibly serene and beautiful, perfect for leisurely walks with my wife and four-year-old. The venue was excellent, the food was varied and delicious, and the service was top-notch. Everything ran smoothly, contributing to a truly memorable celebration. Our room, a comfortable queen bed with a private bathroom, was perfect for our needs. It provided a relaxing haven after busy days of wedding festivities and exploring the grounds. The food, provided as part of the wedding package, was consistently high quality, offering a diverse and satisfying culinary experience. For our four-year-old, Futangue was a paradise. The abundance of fields and trails provided ample space for her to run, walk, and explore, keeping him happily entertained throughout our stay. The staff at Futangue were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm and attentive service contributed significantly to our overall positive experience. We encountered no issues during our stay, and everything was handled with professionalism and care. Futangue Hotel & Spa is a truly special place, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend it, especially for those seeking a picturesque and well-managed wedding destination or a serene family getaway.

This is a lovely hotel and spa with excellent service, food and excursions. The spa is great with two pools (one heated perfectly with inside and outside sections) and is quite relaxing after a long hike. Every single staff person we encountered was fantastic and the food and wine was delicious. The hotel really went out of their way to make sure we were well fed upon leaving mid-day as they packed up a boxed lunch for us to take on our way. (Several of the other all-inclusive hotels we stayed at had that opportunity when we left mid-day but had not offered or would do so as part of the package even when asked - (ahem - the Singular Patagonia and Explorer Atacama)). The rooms and grounds were beautiful. The excursions terrific. We loved the knowledgeable and friendly guides. Would highly recommend.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Idyllic setting in the Parque Futangue with views of volcanoes and forest, waterfalls and lagoons. The staff were welcoming, warm and attentive. The decor tasteful, facilities excellent, spa and pool fantastic with amazing views and the restaurant sublime with a superb wine list. We stayed for two nights and wish we had longer!

Grateful for all the work that has been done for visitors to access this gem of conservation and biodiversity. The hotel is really enjoyable, amazing super king size beds for a deep sleep after hiking. Spacious and the decor has been done with great taste using local materials. Staff are friendly but not overly in your face, the spa has a warm pool and an outside pool creating the opportunity for hot/cold bathing. The massage room was also one of the best I have seen, cozy decor and very confortable massage table. The hiking was incredible too - the paths have been thoughtfully created and are very well maintained.

Undoubtedly, the great strength of this property is its location which provides access to the Futangue Park with its different habitats and trails of different lengths and level of difficulty. The trails have been well planned and are well maintained. This part of our stay, we enjoyed immensely – a trip highlight. A vehicle is needed to optimise enjoyment of the park, with a 4X4 being far preferable. However, we did not expect to be +/-the only couple amidst a full house of families with very young children. This meant that the dining experience was far from that which we had expected. Firstly, the standard of meals (we were on an all-inclusive basis) was very variable, with options not always available (presumably because of the early dining by families). We did not appreciate having to sacrifice a 3 course a la carte menu for a very mediocre BBQ which became a free for all with rampaging noisy children ruining a precious evening. One should also be aware that even under an all-inclusive basis, every single item (even water) had to be signed for and service was duly added. The superior rooms were comfortable, though our AC was not working well for 3/4 days and we lacked sufficient hot water. The reception we received on arrival was abyssmal, though some Individual staff were subsequently helpful. As far as our experience is concerned, we would caution those wishing to enjoy a peaceful stay, immersed in nature - something which appears well advertised, but is not followed through as a priority interest.
