Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen

At check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with a warm smile and quickly located my reservation request, thoughtfully assigning us a room near the elevator. I really enjoyed the view of Shenzhen’s iconic skyscrapers from the window. The bed was very comfortable, and soaking in the bathtub was a real treat—although I wish bath salts had been provided, I happened to have just bought some from the mall.Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with a great variety of freshly prepared dishes. I especially loved the slow-cooked beef and radish stew that had been simmering for hours. The restaurant manager (a gentleman with glasses) was particularly attentive—on the first day, we were seated further inside due to the crowd, and when he saw us again the next day, he immediately arranged a more accessible table for us.We’ll definitely be back! 💖

Shangri la blow my mind with their big spacious lobby and very courteous concierge and reception counter staffs. I love room it is spacious yet look posh modern shangri la style. There even robot who can deliver your ******* orders up to your room. I order twice once can, the other time cannot maybe is based on the total amount of the orders? But overall, good view, with bathtub, walkable distance to malls, clean toilet. And very helpful housekeepers who will knock on the door to ask if there is anything else we need assistance with.

Stayed recently. The room was fine enough. The lounge was good. A lot of cake!!!! Breakfast was good although perhaps less-so if you're a traditionalist for a full English. Location is superb. Sauna facility also great. I reached out with feedback about our stay and was very impressed by how the staff responded.

Great option for a hotel during our short-stay in Shenzhen. Easily accessible from the metro and short-walk to an underground mall, shopping centre and restaurants. Service was fantastic and friendly, going the extra mile for my birthday. Rooms were clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. Pool and spa facilities were excellent (need a swimming cap to swim). We only had a drink / snack in the lobby lounge, which was good and not too over priced. But most of the good food is outside! Definitely recommend for a stay in Shenzhen. This was the best hotel I have ever been to. Big, rooms on high floors with beautiful views. Nice spa area with sauna, turkish bath, vhirpool pool, ice pool and more. You can really relax and detox in came you decide to come here. P.S. Breakfast was marvelous. You can even ask for custom made scrambled eggs.

Absolutely loved our stay at Shangri-La Futian. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the location perfect right next to the train station, Link city and COCO Park. Service was warm and attentive, and the focaccia at the deli was amazing! Oh! The 萝卜糕 from Shang Garden is super delicious! Would definitely return.

It was a great experience. Hotel is a bit old but very well maintained, staff service was amazing and it really made our trip. Breakfast was very nice and had lots of varieties. Will definitely go back!

Overall a great stay, where my parents enjoyed their experience much more than I did. Service was generally professional and courteous as expected from a hotel of this standard, but nothing particularly stood out. Location is fantastic and just a few mins walk to the Futian railway station and malls.
