Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen

We were upgraded as part of being a member of Shangri-la circle. Room was enormous & exceptionally clean! ||Buffet at Cafe Zen had great variety, plenty of seafood & wine was flowing !!! ||We have visited Cafe Zen buffet a couple of times, each time is slightly different but well presented throughout. All staff were attentative in particular Mia Mo would ensured we were looked after for our birthday celebrations!!! 🥰||The buffet restaurant is well worth visiting even if you are not staying at the hotel !!||Concierge was fabulous and very helpful as well as the reception staff Issac !||Thank you Shangri-la 😍

The hotel is right next to the high speed train station (exit 10) and is in the commercial centre of Futian, surrounded by countless of shops and restaurants. The food is also of top quality and the breakfast buffet spread is very generous. The room is of a good size with full amenities. The smart TV also offers a very wide range of free movies. The bed is very comfortable and good for sleep.

First time staying at Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen and received extremely good experience. Before I left home, I wanted to ask information about one of the attractions. I wasn't able to find Concierge tab from my reservation email. I exited but properly accidently sent a blank email replied to Reservation team. The Reservation Team responded to my blank email to confirm my reservation and initially asked if I needed further assistance. That gave me the first good impression about the hotel attentively customer service before I arrived. The reservation team then connected me to a Concierge Team and a Concierge member started responded to my inquires before arrival and during my stay in Shenzhen. I had the best hotel experience with Shangri-La and highly recommend it!

An exceptional hotel with impeccable service. Especially when we were stuck in hotel due to the typhoon. Specially commending the front desk staff Jennie Huang and Eva. We accidentally left our son ‘s watch in the room safe. The hotel employee Eva kindly and promptly arranged to send back the watch to us. We got it back the next day. Such a relief! Thank you! The room service crew also great, location is very good close to Futian station and Coco Park. Will come back to the hotel if back in Shengzgen. Thank you!!!!

My wife and I have stayed at the Shangri-La in Futian a couple of weekends recently, and we absolutely love it! We’re based in Hong Kong, so it’s such an easy escape — the train ride is super quick, and before you know it, you’re in a totally different vibe. The Futian area is lively, clean, and really pleasant to walk around. ||The service here is just fantastic. A few of the managers (Edward & Lulu) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — always friendly, always looking out for us. Even though the hotel was really busy, we got access to the Horizon Lounge, which turned out to be the perfect quiet spot to relax when things got hectic. ||The gym is excellent — modern equipment, plenty of classes, and always buzzing with energy. The pool is gorgeous too, perfect for a swim or just lounging around. And fun surprise — we even bumped into some friends during one of our stays! ||If you live in Hong Kong and want an easy yet luxurious weekend getaway, this is the place. Can’t recommend it enough, and we’ll definitely be back!

At check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with a warm smile and quickly located my reservation request, thoughtfully assigning us a room near the elevator. I really enjoyed the view of Shenzhen’s iconic skyscrapers from the window. The bed was very comfortable, and soaking in the bathtub was a real treat—although I wish bath salts had been provided, I happened to have just bought some from the mall.Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with a great variety of freshly prepared dishes. I especially loved the slow-cooked beef and radish stew that had been simmering for hours. The restaurant manager (a gentleman with glasses) was particularly attentive—on the first day, we were seated further inside due to the crowd, and when he saw us again the next day, he immediately arranged a more accessible table for us.We’ll definitely be back! 💖

Stayed recently. The room was fine enough. The lounge was good. A lot of cake!!!! Breakfast was good although perhaps less-so if you're a traditionalist for a full English. Location is superb. Sauna facility also great. I reached out with feedback about our stay and was very impressed by how the staff responded.
