Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen

Great location, just above the train station. Rooms were excellent. Very big size with nice views. The best part though hands down was the service. Such excellent customer service from the staff, helping us with all our queries and booking tickets for us. Special shout out to Elaine from the front desk/conceirge team who really went out of her way to help us secure tickets for the light show. Some of the best service I’ve ever received. Only thing which I think could be improved was the quality of the breakfast. The selection was great but the quality was just average.

The Shangri La Futian is in a perfect location. You can walk to the high speed rail and you can walk to PAFC and Coco Park. It is very close to the park as well as the metro. The location is almost unbeatable The rooms are styled in your typical Shangri La fashion so it does feel a bit dated. But reality is that it isn't such an old hotel and all the modernities are present. The rooms do feel small but are perfectly adequate. The service is top notch as always so expect nothing less here. The breakfast has many choices but breakfast time feels chaotic with so many people there. We booked a horizon suite another time and that was much more pleasant with fewer people.

We were very happy with our stay at Shangri-La Futian. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable.||• We wanted to book dim sum at Fan Lou but didn’t have a China phone line and weren’t sure how to proceed. Felix from the team kindly helped us with the booking and even followed up to ensure everything was confirmed.|• When we booked a Didi ride through WeChat, we realized we couldn’t pay directly. Felix stepped in again, helped us pay for the ride, and allowed us to transfer the amount back to him via Alipay. Truly thoughtful service!|• Later, we tried to order Bawang Chaji drinks through Mei Tuan but ran into the issue of needing a local phone number. Kitty at the front desk provided one for us, and once the order arrived, the hotel staff delivered the drinks straight to our room.|||The level of care and support we received was top-notch. From helping us navigate local apps to ensuring our comfort, the staff made us feel completely at ease.||We are very happy with our stay and look forward to visiting again. Shenzhen has been amazing, and Shangri-La Futian played a big part in making it memorable.

Excellent stay at a lovely well-located hotel where we used the superb facilities including the indoor pool and even played pickleball as a family. Staff were very attentive and helpful throughout. We had a high floor and each evening we could see the impressive light show on the SZ buildings

The hotel service, location and comfort was amazing. Right next to gate 10 of the metro - it was super convenient to use public transport and connect with the fast trains. Jack the concierge was incredibly helpful and professional. I contacted him 2 weeks before we arrived to help secure a booking at a specific restaurant. He communicated with me directly and organised everything in advance. Such a nice guy. Great hotel and friendly staff!

We were upgraded as part of being a member of Shangri-la circle. Room was enormous & exceptionally clean! ||Buffet at Cafe Zen had great variety, plenty of seafood & wine was flowing !!! ||We have visited Cafe Zen buffet a couple of times, each time is slightly different but well presented throughout. All staff were attentative in particular Mia Mo would ensured we were looked after for our birthday celebrations!!! 🥰||The buffet restaurant is well worth visiting even if you are not staying at the hotel !!||Concierge was fabulous and very helpful as well as the reception staff Issac !||Thank you Shangri-la 😍

First time staying at Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen and received extremely good experience. Before I left home, I wanted to ask information about one of the attractions. I wasn't able to find Concierge tab from my reservation email. I exited but properly accidently sent a blank email replied to Reservation team. The Reservation Team responded to my blank email to confirm my reservation and initially asked if I needed further assistance. That gave me the first good impression about the hotel attentively customer service before I arrived. The reservation team then connected me to a Concierge Team and a Concierge member started responded to my inquires before arrival and during my stay in Shenzhen. I had the best hotel experience with Shangri-La and highly recommend it!

As the the five star scent wafts on to the street, we have returned to our home away from home for the 17th Annual Captivating Charity Ball.Futian Shangri-La has fabulous amenities, floral centerpieces. My favorites are on the fourth floor and include the rooftop garden. Beautiful accommodation with minor challenges: ◦ High deposit and no points if you don’t book on Shangri-La Circle. ◦ Twin beds pushed together are not at all comfortable in the middle. ◦ Bedside outlet is near the floor instead of the nightstand. ◦ Carpet leaves something to be desired. Food, too. ◦ Bring your swim cap, they do not sell them. Shangri La Hotel & Residences offers underground parking. Excellent in room service. Lots to do see and enjoy within walking distance. QR Code is not accurate, just call it in. A wonderful staff and stay.
