I seldom leave online comments or reviews, but the experience we had at the Futian Shangri-La was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share it.||||Our family stayed from December 31st to January 3rd, booking two rooms to celebrate the New Year. It turned out to be a truly wonderful holiday, largely thanks to the world-class hospitality and the outstanding care provided by the Service Manager, Mr. Green Guo.||||Mr. Green went above and beyond to ensure our family’s comfort throughout our entire stay. He was incredibly professional, sincere, and attentive, providing a level of personal service that truly reflects the Shangri-La brand. He even took the time to personally check in on us during our dinner to ensure we were having a perfect evening.||||The hotel itself is fantastic. Our rooms were very spacious and well-appointed, providing the perfect space for our family. We especially loved the New Year’s Eve countdown at the hotel—it was a spectacular and joyful way to welcome 2026!||||Another major highlight was our dinner at Café Zen. The buffet is amazing and features a unique live aquarium, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. The seafood selection is top-tier; the lobster, shrimp, and other fresh items cooked live at the stations were delicious and absolutely worth it.||||Thanks to the 'service-first' attitude of Mr. Green Guo and his team, our family felt truly valued and pampered. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent facilities and its world-class management. We look forward to returning
