I love Chieti and sad that it's not as happening as it once was. Was excited to see this restaurant on the main square and that Michelin recommends them. However, Friday night, we were only 3 couples so atmosphere very subdued and the menu wasn't super aromatic or savoury enough for me. The decor of restaurant very nice but menu needs work before I go again.

Wow! Vegetarian possibilities, friendly staff, professional atmosphere and mouth-watering menus We came here by chance because another restaurant was too busy. This Restaurant is listed in the Gambero Rosso and for a reason! Both Vegetarians, my husband and I were able to easily swap the non - vegetarian course for vegetarian ones and we really enjoyed the service, the atmosphere and the food. Side note: the best restroom I've seen (and used) in our three-weeks trip through Italy...

Highly recommend this excellent restaurant, which is right on the beautiful central piazza of Chieti and across from the gorgeous cathedral. We had the 4-course tasting menu. Everything was top-notch, particularly the polpette di coniglio alla mediterranea. The only somewhat forgettable item on the tasting menu was the dolce (frolla, lampone, crema di bufala e confettura di pomodori), which was a tad uninteresting/under-conceived. But the whole menu came together really well, service highly professional and friendly, very tasteful elevated cantina-like atmosphere with careful attention to lighting and music. Extra points for paper menus and elegant jazzy music (rather than the pounding generic club music and iPhone QR code menus that too many otherwise good restaurants opt for these days). Hope they keep it this way!

5 stelle piene. Si sente il tocco femminile. Esperienza sublime. Menù con vari abbinamenti di olio dell'azienda Iacovella. Professionalità e gentilezza del personale.

Luogo esclusivo nel cuore di Chieti, ambiente raffinato e cibi ottimi.Sono stato lì per il cenone di fine anno e di conseguenza il prezzo è stato più alto.....ci tornerò sicuramente

Esperienza complessivamente deludente. La pasta era purtroppo scotta e difficile da mangiare e, in generale, i piatti non hanno rispecchiato le aspettative. Anche il servizio non mi ha convinto del tutto: cortese, ma poco attento. L’unico aspetto davvero apprezzabile è la location, molto bella. Tuttavia, considerando il conto finale di 75€, il rapporto qualità-prezzo risulta poco giustificato. Peccato, ma non tornerei.

Cena davvero speciale in un luogo assolutamente esclusivo. Il ristorante è a un angolo di Piazza San Giustino, sembra quasi scavato nel sottosuolo in una cornice molto elegante e soffusa. Qualità del servizio e del cibo da una stella Michelin, prezzi onesti. Pane fatto in casa al top. Sicuramente tornerò, magari in compagnia di qualche amico non di Chieti: è uno di quei posti in cui puoi vantarti della bellezza del nostro territorio da un punto di vista culinario, ma anche estetico.
