I went here for a quick dinner of Tsukemen - which consists of a plate of noodles and a bowl of hearty, thick broth filled with pork, bamboo shoots, onsen egg, spring onion and dried seaweed. The noodles are to be dipped into the bowl of thick broth. When you’ve finished the noodles, you can pour some soup (in a flask on the counter) into the bowl of broth and then drink it to finish off the meal. The tsukemen is the only dish that this restaurant serves - a consummate specialist. I ordered the regular size together with extra pork chashu (a very generous serving) and it was more than enough. As with all ramen shops, service was quick and polite, and very good value for the portion and quality. You might find the noodles to have a slightly alkaline flavour. Also this tsukemen shop is outside of the Tokyo station ramen street, so away from the crowd, and easy to get a seat.
