Fux Restaurant + Bar

We really loved this place- family of four with two children 7 &9. Our waiter, Fabio, was so fantastic! He took such good care of us and helped us choose all our dishes. He was so wonderful with our children. All the food was superb. Lovely ambience and very reasonably priced for what we had. We all loved it and can’t wait to come back. We tried so many different things and our children loved it all too, and they are often picky eaters. We had the broccoli, carrots, eggplant, mushroom dumplings (a big hit with the children), tuna tartare special (one of my faves) and the pork belly was splendid. I loved the lobster truffle roll and they even kindly made Maki for the children. The cod was delicious too. You can’t go wrong!

Dined here on Christmas night in 2024. Everything or almost everything (I’ve now forgotten sorry!) could be done gluten free, including gluten free soy sauce. The food was good - in particular the prawns, octopus and dessert. They had some difficulties with their sushi rice on this occasion (somewhat hard and undercooked) but that might have just been an off night given it was Xmas. The seafood for the sushi was fine. Would come again regardless of that one blip. Fantastic and welcoming wait stuff and very good drinks. Cocktails in particular are outstanding, and they have an amazing wine collection. We came early in the evening but the place filled up as time went on, and it generally had a very pleasant atmosphere.

High ambitions that couldnt be fulfilled. Sad to say the sushi rice was hard and the tuna Toro was chewy. Also some imbalances overall in sweet, acidity and salt. Food 2/5 (need to shape up, you will get there :) ) Service 3/5 (a bit sloppy, spilled wine in the water glass) Atmosphere (Nice interiors and decorations). Overall a bit to pricy vs the delivery. But hey, after all , its Lech. :) They get a bonus for an extensive wine list!

My experience was great from the call to make the reservation. The restaurant has a pleasant and beautiful atmosphere. Delicious food, all the dishes were great. Friendly and responsive service. I would definitely come back.

You pay what you get for- I was happy to pay for such nice food and personal service. The waiter was exemplary - attentive yet not intrusive. A gem in Lech as a worthy fine dinning option.

I ate here twice for dinner and already can say is one of my favorite spots in the lech area. The homemade ice tea is a 10/10, and I got the steak both times and it never failed to impress. Finishing off the dinner with the tres leches is so good too.

I had a very nice meal with my son here last week. We were a little early so we grabbed a drink in the bar upstairs. The bartender made a great manhattan. Then we moved downstairs and had a lovely dinner, starting with the most delicious garlic bread I have had. Then we each had a steak (angus for him, bison for me). I had not had bison before and really liked the flavor of the meat and the texture as well. The waiter described it as a cross between steak and venison and it did not disappoint. For dessert, I had the cheese plate which I could have devoured if I still had room. All the cheeses were very good and of course they were accompanied with some of that awesome austrian bread. It is a little on the noisy side but that was fine with us. The food and service was excellent
