"The guacamole at Gabriela y Sofia’s is much-lauded, and the queso is no slouch. The classic combination of processed American cheese, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes is solid enough. Still, the queso chorizo, topped with a homemade version of the classic Mexican sausage, cannot be missed." - Courtney E. Smith, Amy McCarthy

First time here. We ordered the table side guacamole which was amazing! The chips come with the freshest red salsa and black bean dip. For our entrees, we ordered beef and shrimp fajitas and flautas with tortilla soup. Everything was excellent! We ate so many chips, salsa, bean dip, and guacamole that we were pretty full by the time our entrees appeared. Large portions of food were given. We ended up taking home most of our food to eat later. Great experience! Our server, Guadalupe was very friendly and helpful.

……. READ THIS REVIEW …… Very reasonable prices!!! That makes up for a few shortcomings - and the staff is awesome… even by my standards. While my review is always direct, I like this place. Great energy. But undecided as to coming back. Hummm. Chips = 6/10 On the thicker side as restaurant chips go, but I did ok with them. (I would not buy them in a store.) Salsa = 8/10 Well made, tasty and a gentle warming on the back end. Nice flavor but did not “wow me”. Black Bean Dip = 3/10 Shocker… it’s puréed as expected but was cold?!? I asked if was supposed to be cold. Evidently it was an error - and they immediately brought me a hot replacement - double portion!! AWESOME! That’s the absolutely perfect way to fix a mistake - and a new 1st for me. (They earned many respect points from me on that move!) Well hummm, it’s extremely bland. Nothing but bean flavor. Needs salt and some seasoning to make it wake up. But it’s free so I can’t complain… just sad. I had higher hopes when I saw it… and I’ve had much better. Frozen Strawberry Margarita = 6/10 - First impressions.. a bit on the small side. The flavor is enjoyable, but it’s not handmade syrup. Very silky, creamy and light texture. I prefer a more dense texture (more icy). It’s fresh and not melted… but the texture is as if you were drinking the last 1/4 of your margarita. Undecided on this point. Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada = - Moist chicken which is the #1 thing I grade on. Yes, it’s moist! However, not a strong seasoning profile, more in the hard to find flavors side. I like the sour cream sauce. Not over powering and has the correct texture. 7/10 Beef Enchilada with Chili Con Carne Sauce = 3/10 - Ok, but a again definitely on the bland side. The sauce is just that - only a sauce… no meat included. Not all memorable. Table Side Handmade Guacamole 8.5/10 - Be sure to tell them you want it made “at the table”, otherwise they make it in back. Very good. Extremely creamy with small chunks of avocado (I don’t like big chunks - too much). I skipped the jalapeños, and it’s definitely a repeat item for me. Beautiful flavor and enjoyable. Service = 10/10 Excellent in every way. 2-3 other waiters always check on me as they pass by. Obviously, the customer comes first here!!! Very attentive and fast service at 7:30pm. Environment = 7/10 Welcoming as you enter and hosted is quick to acknowledge you. Very nice original art on the wall - not stereotypical, enjoyable to look at. (Good move!) Lots of open space allowing you to have privacy but it’s still has good energy with all the customer buzz. Over All: 3/5 Although this review is a bit direct (that’s my style) I was happy I came by. The people here are so good hearted and you can tell they will move mountains to ensure you are happy!! That was a highlight for me. As for the food, maybe I ordered the wrong stuff… but everything was about 30% seasoned to what I expect Tex-Mex to be. Unfortunately, bland in general. Hard to get much flavor, too gentle and mild. But please note - I do not like “heat or overpowering seasoning to the point you can’t identify what you are eating!” I do require more than a minimal seasoning approach. That’s because I’m an old and native Texan from Big D.

Majid was one of our servers he was on top of it today. They were filling up our drinks like every five minutes so attentive. The brisket was great. Definitely would come back.

Fantastic food, drinks, and service! I cant wait to return to try more - we had the guacamole, mole enchiladas, and fish tacos and everything was wonderful!

This was our first visit to this location and we will be back! We were seated and served promptly! I enjoy the Lupe dinner with tortilla soup and a brisket taco and DH had the chef’s dinner with included a pork tamale, brisket taco and a brisket enchilada with rice and pico! The lime mojito was so good but I could only have one!!

Went on a Friday evening at 7pm and was seated right away. Atmosphere is nice and clean. The food was excellent, enjoyed everything but must tries are the tableside guac and homemade flan. My waiter Geraldo was absolutely above and beyond...very attentive, pleasant and fun! I randomly found it on google and decided to just try them but it was totally worth it!! Food was great!! Will definately go back again.

Met some friends here for dinner a week or so ago. Had never been to this restaurant and I was the first one to get there. The manager and staff were so nice. They showed me the table my friend had reserved and we chatted for several minutes before I was seated. Once everyone arrived we ordered our meals. The food was delicious, the wait staff eager to please and just an overall great atmosphere. I had the brisket enchiladas. They were outstanding! Will definitely be back!

Yelp
On my trip to Dallas I was able to visit this place since it was very close to my hotel. My first visit I did ordered the carne asada tacos y these were superb but what it make me to come back to this place, and this is a very true statement, was and is the service that Irene did while my first visit, she is very pleasant and knowledgeable on what the menu is and her job on details and the attention make you feel like you are at home. On my second visit I request her service again since she was working again and she prove the same type of friendly service and attention to all the details a person expect when we are eating. I ordered, on my second visit, tortilla soup and enchiladas de mole and these were delicious, with a kick of chocolate and spice it makes me feel home again. I also ordered, my first time to try, guayaba margarita, suggested by Irene and oh woow, very well balanced with tequila and flavor of guayaba. Very recommended if you like guava. The ambience in this place is very pleasant and friendly and very clean. If you experience good food, and a friendly and professional attention like Irene did you should be walking out very happy to choose a place for to eat like Gabriela & Sofia's restaurant. I hope to come back and continue tasting the new sopes that they put on the menu on my second visit. ( I was full otherwise I should it try them, there's always a next time). Thank you Irene for your very pleasant service and suggestions!

Yelp
Woof, I am zero for four in getting good Mexican food in Texas. Seriously, what the heck? MB and I went to this restaurant hoping for their famous margaritas and good Tex-Mex. She liked her quesadilla, but I liked none of my food, nor the margaritas. MB ordered spicy marg but it was not and I found them to be weak and sour. The guacamole "prepared table side" was not, it just arrived from the kitchen and was just okay. The chips were unsalted and too thick. The salsa and beans were also just okay. The tortilla soup and the bean soup both had a watery broth MB likened to dishwater. No me gusta. I think I'll quit seeking authentic Mexican food in Texas and just keep getting the good stuff here in Minnesota.

Yelp
When in Dallas you have to go for tex-mex. My husband's go to is Mi Cocina, which is a solid option, but I suggested we try something new this trip. And thanks to Yelp we found ourselves at Gabriela & Sofia's Tex-Mex. We ordered some guacamole, which they make tableside and it was sooo good. And then we ate our weight in chips and guac. I could have been done eating for the night after that, but my husband and I split some fajitas. They were nice enough to do half shrimp (for me) and half chicken (for my husband). I also ordered a skinny margaritas, which I should have ordered sans salt because it was way too salty for my liking and I couldn't have more than a few sips. Overall, some great tex-mex. I know there's so many good options in the area, but this is one worth trying!

Nisha I.

Yelp
We went on a Friday evening and were sat fairly quickly! The team at the front was so friendly! I ordered the sea bass tacos and it was to die for! My husband ordered the brisket and chicken enchiladas and couldn't stop raving about it. recommend.

John J.

Yelp
The fantastic Mexican food and superior service is consistent with every visit. Last night was no exception. Aracely was a great server for us. Service and food were great once again. Their top shelf margaritas taste great, reasonably priced, and are highly recommended. The table side guacamole is the best in the city. A small is shareable for 3. The queso is fine but not distinctive. I Highly recommend the Lupe's Dinner, the Grilled Chili Relleno, and the beef fajita changa covered with the spicy queso.

Yelp
What an awful experience, I called to initially place a to go order, about 2 minutes later I called back to check and see if they accepted Apple Pay and the lady I spoke to said no they don't, so I proceeded to cancel the order. I went on DoorDash and ordered the same order through there since my payment is online. About 2 hours later I get a call from the manager asking if I'm coming to pick up my order, I said "no I canceled it when I found out you guys didn't take Apple Pay and ordered through DoorDash" he proceeded to accuse me of not doing that. He said no you didn't cancel, and I said I did with the lady that answered the phone and he continued to say I didn't do that and he hung up the phone on me. When I tried to call back and figure out why I was being spoken to like that, they rejected my calls 6 times. Never coming back here. So rude. Absolutely unprofessional

Yelp
A great small Tex Mex spot that perfectly hit the spot. Management and servers were terrific. They have a nice little bar in the back with 3 televisions. Very comfortable and homey feel to the place. Big menu with a lot of options. The recommended the fajitas as that was their popular item, but I went the enchilada option as it was a bit lighter. You get to mix and match the meats and sauces that you want for your enchiladas. Both the ranchero sauce and chile con queso sauce were a solid choice- so go with whatever you are in the mood for.

Jacqueline S.

Yelp
Went here for a business lunch since the restaurant was nearby and my colleague wanted Mexican food. Was seated promptly by a welcoming host. The chips were crunchy and fresh and the salsa duo was very flavorful. The Don Julio proved to be the perfect complement to the carne asada platter which came served on veggies with rice, beans, pico de gallo and a scoop of guac. Before we ordered, we enjoyed the guacamole that was made table side and it was "muy delicioso"!!! I plan to stop in again because the food and the atmosphere were nice. I can't believe this little gem was just up the road.

Yelp
Met a friend for lunch lovely neighborhood Mexican Restaurant. Fast good service and nice place to visit with friends, there was a large party pretty noisy. I tried the #4 lunch one cheese Enchilada, beef taco and beans/rice. Food was good not very spicy not very flavorful.

Annie M.

Yelp
Chicken fajita nachos were really good. I ordered takeout and picked them up tonight. Only issue I have is that I got a half order and it was $15 for five nachos. I mean, really? $3/nacho? Again- good nachos. But not sure I'd order that again for that price point.

Ronnie B.

Yelp
Food: C- Cocktails: A+ Customer service: B- Price: B- We ordered the chicken and spinach & one beef and one cheese enchilada dinners with one crispy beef taco on the side. The chicken enchiladas were bland and dry, but I'm trying to explore different menu items this year. This item definitely wasn't one I'd recommend, even with the sauce on top of the dish waa lackluster. The beef enchilada had good flavor right along with the cheese enchilada. Now, these margaritas were fabulous we ordered the agave and mango flavors. I would definitely go back for drinks and try anything else besides the enchiladas.

Mayra V.

Yelp
First time trying this place and it was awesome! I tried the lemon garlic salmon which came with asparagus, Mexican salad with avocado slices, Mexican green rice and mixed vegetables. My husband had the 10 oz steak relleno! it was a stuffed chile relleno with pepper jack cheese and vegetables along with steak rice and charro beans! We also had the watermelon, avocado and Dani Rita- margaritas. we swear the most savory meal we've had along with some refreshing drinks!

Monique S.

Yelp
Unexpectedly Excellent! The food was great! We ordered the nachos and they were individual which was different. It tasty! And the sea-bass tacos were also unique and delicious and the service was also expedient. The hostess gave recommendations and that was welcomed! I would eat here again!

Ashley P.

Yelp
We were there from 5-6ish, it wasn't busy, and the food and drinks came out quite quickly. Music wasn't too loud. My enchiladas were excellent! chicken and brisket were flavorful and tomatillo sauce was so tasty and not too spicy. Drinks came out correct and tasted great. The prices were shocking for such great food and service. We will certainly be back.

Lakeisha R.

Yelp
The customer service was exceptional, and the teamwork was great. My kids and I were very happy with the food. We will definitely come back!

Priscilla A.

Yelp
If this was review was based on the food alone, I would give it 5 stars but unfortunately my overall experience wasn't as great. I arrived on a rainy Sunday, and was surprised by how rude the woman at the front desk was. The AC was on blast and when she tried to seat me in an area directly under the vent, I politely asked if I could be seated elsewhere. She got an attitude & response "it's cold everywhere". My waiter on the other hand was the complete opposite. He was very kind and patient (I was indecisive on what to order). After a few minutes, i went with his recommendation and I'm so glad I did, I highly recommend the chicken enchilada with sour cream. I received two rice portions because I don't eat beans, I like the fact that the rice was not overly soft. I initially ordered a virgin strawberry daiquiri, but it tasted so bad I had to send it back. To my surprise I was told the manager ( or whomever was in charge) does not allow that. The waiter than decided to talk to that individual who allowed me to switch my drink. The ambiance is more laidback, homey vibes, def more of a casual place. Overall, I would probably not come here again unless I was in the area, and would recommended training for the hostess, because her attitude was such a turn off.

Rickster Z.

Yelp
I've been a Mexican food fan since I weaned off the bottle as an infant. Before the age of two, I was a happy little camper if mom made me a spicy Chile Relleno plate covered in fire engine hot jalapenos before I took my mid-afternoon nap. And lucky for me, each place that I called "home" over my many years in various parts of the country has had great Mexican or Tex-Mex. I nearly had an opportunity to transfer to the New York City area decades ago. But after some of my NYC co-workers treated me to dinner at what they boasted to be New York City's finest place to get what they laughingly called an enchilada...I torpedoed my transfer to the Big Apple. These days, when I'm looking for my fix of Tex-Mex or Mexican food, I don't want to be wowed with some 5-star chef's la-dee-da twist of Mexican favorites...I just want basic and honest Mexican food standards. And when I don't want to travel too far from the old homestead to find them, I head to Gabriela & Sofia's not far from Meadow and Central Expressway. The joint's not fancy. The menu is chock-full of Tex-Mex favorites. And service is quick and snappy. When I head to Gabriela & Sofia's, my picks don't stray too far from the classics...normally a chicken enchilada dinner or combo Fajita's. And the margaritas are pretty swell too. So head on over to Gabriela & Sofia's for dinner or even lunch before you settle down for your mid-afternoon nap.

Tim E.

Yelp
We were visiting from out of state in the Dallas area and wanted to try some Tex Mex. Used Yelp reviews to pick Gabriela & Sofia's and it didn't disappoint. We did try a table side made guacamole which was very good. Margaritas were on point. For food we had the brisket quesadillas, Gaby's dinner, and #12. The three of us thought the food was outstanding. Service was quick and our server was so kind. We definitely recommend!

Lindsay T.

Yelp
Gabriela y Sofias is my favorite Tex-Mex spot in town. The margaritas are great and food is really good. I love their enchiladas and brisket tacos and flautas. Their servers are amazing and so friendly. They make great recommendations and turned my husband on to the Puebla tacos.

Morris R.

Yelp
Always top quality in good and service!! Only real drawback is the noise factor! The drinks are always good and sufficient!

Adam M.

Yelp
Extremely good Tex-Mex with amazing chips and drinks. Lunch meal was delicious and affordable. Definitely worth checking out.

Gabrielle R.

Yelp
The service was terrible. Our server was a walking embodiment of awkwardness and moved at a glacial pace that made me question if they were even aware of the existence of time. We popped in for a light bite, just a quick snack to take the edge off, and ordered some appetizers. When our server delivered the plates to our table, they asked if we "were going to order food." I mean, come on! I could have overlooked the socially inept behavior, but the snail-like pace of service, right down to settling the check, was inexcusable. In summary, the whole experience was an unmitigated disaster. Go elsewhere.

Desireah R.

Yelp
Never thought I would rate a Tex Mex restaurant with 5 stars! (I'm a Cali girl and CA Mexican food is different) Anyway, the food was delicious! The chips are warm and they taste homemade and have a deep corn flavor and are thick and crisp. The chips are served with a trio of salsas, one green, one red and the third is actually black beans. They are all flavorful and pair well with the chips. The service was excellent. We went on a Saturday evening and it was busy, our party of 6 only had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. Our waiter; Miguel although very busy was very attentive, he's the ultimate multi tasker. You can tell he knows what he's doing. The ambiance is really nice traditional Mexican decor and very clean and not overly loud. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are just right and filling. Highly recommend this restaurant you won't be disappointed.

Rachel A.

Yelp
I absolutely loved this restaurant and their food! Service is amazing! I love snacking on the complimentary chips and salsa. The reason for the 4/5 star is because you should prepare to shower when you get home; you will smell like Mexican food for days by dining in! I'm not sure if it's their kitchen exhaust, but it was very staining to your hair and clothes!

Linda D.

Yelp
My FAVORITE hidden little gem for authentic Tex-mex. They have the best fajitas in town hands down, and I don't say that lightly!! The fajitas for two are top notch while served with combo beef, chicken, shrimp and veggies (onions, mushroom, squash and zucchini) along with all the other fixins. Happy hour is also available, which their drinks are strong, but their bar isn't as popular as their food menu. Service is genuine and the people here are eager to please. Not alot of fluff, just good old fashion Tex-mex culture. Do come hungry and expect to leave full and rolling out!!

Ja C.

Yelp
A delicious plate of food! Awesome brisket tacos and bean dip. Everything was spot on! Excellent service too. Highly recommend!

Cheryl R.

Yelp
One of my favorite Mexican restaurants! Their tableside-prepared guacamole is wonderful and their skinny margaritas are perfect ... not too sweet, but plenty strong The servers are very friendly and responsive. The food is very good, and the preparation is fast.

Carmichael C.

Yelp
Stopped by for dinner. Got seated quickly and service was great. I tried the Carne Asada (Grilled beef served over a bed of sautéed vegetables. Served with charro beans, guacamole, and pico de gallo). It was quite good, the steak was done medium as I requested and there was lots of food including a soup.

Reginald H.

Yelp
We ordered fajitas for one and there was plenty of food to share for lunch. 24.00 bucks and one 10 dollar margarita on the rocks. Normally, 10 bucks for a margarita would seem crazy, but it was pretty strong so I felt ok about my choices lol. Service was also pretty good. The only thing was that the tortillas didn't seem to be made in house, but weren't terrible. I would say to def give this place a shot.

Alexis C.

Yelp
Holy cow!!! This place is delicious and the staff is so kind! Daniela was our waitress and even though they were so short staffed, she took amazing care of us. She was thoughtful and kind and worked super hard. I hope she gets recognized for this post. The food was incredible and the margaritas were strong. I got the carne asada and my husband got the brisket chimichanga. Everything was fresh and flavorful and cooked to order. Even the salsas were incredible. Not pictured are the sopapillas we had for dessert. Sopapillas are my husband's favorite dessert and these were his second all-time favorite ones. This may be my new favorite restaurant in Dallas!! We will be coming here for many years to come. I really hope you give this small hole-in-the-wall a chance. It's amazing!

Justin M.

Yelp
The food was pleasant but both my soup and enchiladas were served less than lukewarm. They did remake and they were excellent after that.

Izzie D.

Yelp
Ordered the butter garlic shrimp, found no garlic or butter. They gave us 6 shrimps at $25 which comes to a little over $5 per shrimp. I could have bought 5 lbs of shrimp at the market for that much. Terrible food but great service.

Jim L.

Yelp
Best Tex Mex in Dallas. Gotta get the brisket enchiladas. The staff is very cordial and its nice to go to a restaurant in Dallas where the people working there, don't cop an attitude.

Brandy H.

Yelp
This place was the bomb! The Guacamole was the best I've ever had. Queso was decent. The service was excellent and the restaurant itself was a good atmosphere, and the place was very crowded when we went. Great experience!

Eugene L.

Yelp
This hidden gem is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave you feel like your at home. The service is spot on and the servers are nice and have great personalities. The decor very stated and warm. There is a bar area for those who want to watch a game. The was spot on, they say presentation is everything, if it looks good it taste good and that's the case. I was with a party of 4 and everyone enjoyed their entree. Stop on by and give it a try.

Lynden A.

Yelp
I feel like this place is a whole in the wall. There beef quesadillas are my favorite quesadillas to date. Each time I've been, we've had great servers. This Tex-Mex restaurant is delicious and worth making time for!.

Nancy G.

Yelp
Food: 5 / Service: 5 / Ambiance: 5 We tried Gabriela & Sofia's for the first time and would recommend giving them a try. They are located in a strip mail, next to a Tom Thumb, so there is plenty of parking. They had mostly booths and some banquette seating but they also have some outside seating in the front of the building. We were there for lunch, so they were not busy when we arrived. We were greeted and seated immediately by the same young woman who was our server, Aracely. They brought chips, black bean dip and salsa. These were all very good, particularly the chips, which had a very prominent stone ground corn flavor. We ordered a large order Nachos De La Casa (ground beef and bean), which does come with Guac, Sour Cream (that we had left off) and Jalapenos (we got extra) and The Chefs Dinner, which was a brisket taco with gravy on the side, brisket enchilada, a pork tamale and rice. The nachos were very good and had a bit of spice to the meat. It appears that the small order may be six nachos and large is eight and each nacho is sizeable We did have a small glitch in that the kitchen put a cheese enchilada on our plate instead of the brisket enchilada. We asked Aracely, to be sure it should have been brisket and not the cheese that we got, and she immediately offered to get us the brisket enchilada. She brought that out to us right away and while we did ask if she wanted to take the cheese enchilada away, she declined, so we did have the opportunity to try both the cheese and the brisket enchiladas. The enchiladas were exceptional! The cheese was filled with plenty of cheese and the brisket had both cheese and brisket...both were covered with chile con carne. The pork tamale was really big and had a great flavor. The rice was really good as well. They have a really good selection; the service and food were great!

Yelp
Great neighborhood food with consistent quality and service. Best guacamole in Dallas.

Lisa L.

Yelp
Quiet but awesome. Just a good whole in wall place. Staff is always super nice and quick. I'm never left waiting for someone to notice I'm there and the food is good. So far, the pollo en mole is my fave, but I definitely enjoyed the brisket tacos and chimichanga.

Yelp
This was an amazing experience! The Carne Asada was delicious! The flavor was wonderful, and the portion was perfect. The brisket tacos were great, with generous portions. Margaritas are good, and plentiful, but not particularly strong. This brings us to the best part. The Denny's Enchiladas are so much more than chicken enchiladas! I know this, because I mistakenly ordered the chicken enchiladas on my second visit. The difference between the two was so great, I ordered the Denny's enchiladas after eating half the chicken enchiladas. Don't get me wrong, the chicken enchiladas were good, but nothing particularly special. The Denny's Enchiladas are hands down the best chicken enchiladas in Dallas!

Yelp
Nice little atmosphere. Service was okay, there was a little language barrier. Waiter was still nice and attentive. The food was very good, it had good flavor.

Yelp
It is soooo cliche but give me a pass when I say..."neighborhood gem" alert! I can't miss a good Tex Mex joint and thanks to one of my homegirls I was able to try out this cute place Saturday! We popped in after a morning of hot yoga and relaxation and decided on cold beverages and apps. The 'ritas here are not to be missed!! If you like them frozen you will be happy here. Sit at the bar and the servers will delight you. A bit pricey but if you're feeling adventurous order a meltdown. Loved my half order of steak fajita nachos (and the guac is CHEF'S KISS) next time I'm getting some guacamole table side. It was quite a hit with some other tables we saw. My homie ordered a sampler that was huge but I tried some of it and it was good. The food here is fresh and made with love and it absolutely shows. No wonder I've heard such great things about this restaurant and I really plan on stopping by again soon. If I was a resident in the neighborhood I'd probably come often and chop it up with the super fun and great servers.

Yelp
The good reviews left me expecting better. The table side guacamole was very good and was the best part of the meal, but the chips tasted store bought. The house marg was watered down and over priced (drink menu did not have pricing on it?). I ordered the Chef's plate. The menu made no mention of a sloppy joe-style sauce that was all over it. It was just too much and I couldn't eat it. Brisket was a bit dry once you found it under the sauce. I doubt we will go back. Too many other good places in town to get Tex Mex.

Yelp
Looks like it could be a sketchy hole in the wall from the outside, but go inside, you won't be sorry. It's not new or fancy, but you can't beat it for cozy and comfortable. The service is good, always plenty of staff on hand, never had a complaint. What you really go there for though is the food. This is great tex-mex! They start you with good chips and three types of salsas that are all delicious. The mixed grill fajitas for two are the best I've had. It's such a giant sizzling mountain of food that my husband and I can't even eat half of it. Excellent value since there's plenty for lunch the next day. We've tried other dishes as well and it's all equally as good. Don't think you can go wrong here.

Yelp
Eh. This was not so great for us. We came for lunch and were underwhelmed. My lunch portion chicken (had chicken and beef) fajitas were over cooked and dry. Seemed like they had been cooked and cut, then sat out waiting for someone to order it. The wife got cheese enchiladas. She wasn't a fan of the sauce and only ate a few bites. Honestly, the only thing we really enjoyed was the bean dip served with the chips. Our dog got lots of leftovers.

Yelp
Good food, good ambience, good service, and the triple salsa with chips were appreciated.

Yelp
I should've trusted the low star reviews, but decided to give it a chance. Giving 2 stars only for service, because my waitress was sweet given there was a bit of a language barrier. I ordered the bean & cheese half nachos de la casa on the appetizers list MAINLY bc I wanted to try the guac which clearly states is included on the menu and I even asked my waitress before ordering to confirm it was included and she said yes, but as you can see in the photo I did not receive either. I asked once I received my plate why it was missing and she said it isn't included for the bean and cheese even though it doesn't say that on the menu and I confirmed beforehand. Basically, I paid $10 for 5 chips and some lettuce. Definitely not worth the trip. Would not return just for them making up things not listed in fine print on the menu. I like to know what I'm paying for or I would've ordered something else!
