Found this late night pizza spot after we saw the other pizza places in town had such long lines. And it was a super delicious greasy NYC pizza with chicken/beef pepperoni. Hit the spot. The group of us who shared it all agreed this place needs more recognition.

I just ate a pepperoni pizza from there it was fire.. super fresh and tasty he crust was crunchy on the outside soft inside I shared with a few co workers and they loved it. This pizza spot is a must

I wandered into this pizza place in the wee hours of the night. Inebriated and hungry, I was met with a delightful surprise. A welcoming energy and ambiance paired with the most delicious pizza and chicken tenders. I am remiss to forget the name of the owner, for he blessed me with the exact meal I needed with amazing service to match. Went at 20 before closing, I just wanted some fries. Listening to the crackle of the oil I was like ohhh nooo I am gonna regret this. DIDNT!! Idk how but thee most perfect (goo on the inside crispy outside ratio )AND somehow didn’t make my stomach hurt proving to me once again any place that is Halal is superior quality and vibes and you WILL get a deal. Super friendly service and very knowledgeable! I forgot to get pictures at the beginning of eating because we just ate it so quickly! You can do half-half of two specialty pies, so we did that! He was concerned about ho the two pizzas would combine to one, but he made it and it was perfect! His concern meant a lot, that he wanted us to have the perfect experience! Very authentic, from a New Yorker myself!

Hassan!!!! ---hes the owner. I came in for a slice late at night just about to close down. I called to make sure he had some he did. He said get on down get the doors open for two minutes for me before they were supposed to normally close. I was trying to find a spot different than mama's boy which is really good for New York style pizzas in the bay. This place is the shit super bomb. Great undercarriage but thin pizza super flavorful great crust great ingredients, perfectly cooked and great people. It's hard to find good new style pizza in California, but he nailed it. You got the backstory on it that the last owner was from New York..... He taught him the craft. Also, super cool Hassan is from Pakistan, and a proud American as well as obviously proud of his heritage's homeland. I respect the shit out of that.... Because every one of us here today from a family immigrated here. Again, bomb pizza great service. I'll be back all the time.

Had this spot on my list of pizza places to try because the pics of their New York pizza actually looked like New York pizza. I started as I always do when coming to a spot claiming to have NY pizza by ordering a plain cheese slice. It was thin like an NY slice, but it was short on the cheese and tomato sauce. And it didn't have the crackle when I folded the crust. The sauce was tangy and a little sweet, which I liked, though maybe not very NYish. I also ordered a sausage slice and a pepperoni slice. The sausage seemed to be the pre-packaged kind, but at least they topped with it liberally. The pepperoni was solid. This was the best slice I had. The little puddles of orange grease I actually liked. Not good for you, but so good! It's really a take out place with only one table for two and a stand-up to eat-on-the-go counter on the outside like they have in NY. The guy making and serving the pizza was friendly and positive. Parking is just on the street.

Pizza is made fresh, ingredients are delicious and pricing is great! I've stopped trying to get chain restaurant pizza because it doesn't compare to the freshness of Gabriella's. Not to mention the owner and staff are always incredibly nice. 10/10 pizza and ambience!

Late-Night Order Experience Good Pizza, but Some Frustrations Finished a long day and was looking for something quick and local before heading to bed. I came across Gabriella's Pizza on Yelp and liked that they were open late (until 1:30 AM). Wanted to support a small business instead of the usual chains, so I placed an online order through their site at 12:30 AM. Ordering was simple I selected a deep dish pepperoni with half just sausage, well done. Tipped, paid online, and appreciated the order tracker showing when the pizza was being made and when it was ready. When I got to the restaurant, though, my order was nowhere to be found. The staff member at the front didn't seem aware of it. I showed her my confirmation and had to use a translator app since there was a language barrier (she only spoke Spanish). She was very polite and helpful, but it turned out the pizza hadn't been made yet, so she started it on the spot. As I waited, she came out again and told me I still needed to pay. I showed her my bank statement and online receipt, and after some back-and-forth, she confirmed it was paid and continued with the order. The pizza was finally ready around 1:25 AM. When I got home, I realized the pizza wasn't even cut. To be fair mistakes happen, and the worker herself was respectful and tried to help. But from a business standpoint, there were a few red flags: * The system didn't notify the staff about my prepaid online order. * I was almost charged twice. * The pizza wasn't cut, which just felt like the final oversight after the delay. The pizza itself? Tasted good. Solid deep dish, fresh ingredients, cooked well. Just not quite worth the confusion and wait. Final Thoughts: If you're planning to order from here, I recommend calling ahead or confirming with the store that they received your online payment. That small step might save you some time and trouble. I still support small businesses, but I hope the owner improves the system to avoid issues like this in the future.

I used to come to this pizza restaurant all the time. It has been a while, but I returned. I guess it has changed ownership because it is NOT as good as it used to be. It used to be a place where you can get a good NY style pizza, but now... I don't know what they are trying to be. I guess it is the 'Halal' that is the difference. And it is not just me. I brought the pizza home to my son and he noticed it wasn't as good as before and he didn't know about the change in ownership. Sorry... we won't be back. By changing the taste you have lost a customer who has probably purchased 15-20 pizzas last year.

New owner and new management! No more rude guys who ask why you're there then demand you order through the iPad before returning to their phones. No more closed daily until 5pm! They're open at noon on the weekends for sure. They have new wings and fabulous cookies! They deliver without using one of the big companies. Also, great customer service and tasty gluten free pizza! The only time I've ever thrown an entire pizza away. I hate wasting food and didn't think pizza could ever be "bad". Well I learned a hard lesson. The pepperoni they used was like bologna and was not the usual spicy kind. It was repulsive and there were so many pepperoni on my pizza that I couldn't just remove them either. So I went to bed hungry after spending a small fortune for inedible food. This place is blacklisted for me. Never again.

Was craving a late night snack and fell upon this gem here in the Oakland area! Gabriella's Pizza is legit!! Hasan (owner) hooked it up and was a pleasure speaking to during my visit Not only did he get me a BOMB slice of thin crust cheese pizza, but I got 3 desserts (fresh baked snickerdoodle cookie and chocolate chip cookie, and a pint size Haagen Dazs Cookie Dough ice cream) I highly suggest coming in here and enjoying some great pizza and desserts! Great pizza with huge slices and thin crust. My boyfriend and I always order here when we have friends over because it's just a classic, delicious, greasy slice. Service is always speedy and nice. Would recommend when you need a no-fuss, volume pie!

Having just moved here and only having had Chicago style so far in Oakland, I really wanted to like this pizza. I got a cheese and a pepperoni slice. The guy just stacked them on top of each other on one plate. That didn't do them any favors as the grease from the bottom slice soaked into the top slice. It was too greasy, the crust was not done enough (and was too thin in the middle) and didn't hold up. Very average. Not sure what New Yorker thought this was solid. Maybe a bad evening for them?

Crispy, great cheese and sauce, hits the spot and open late. Even if it's not always a great idea to eat pizza late at night, this pizza is not a compromise. Love it.

Sinatra's Pizza is a virtual brand of Family Style Kitchens, located at 536 Lake Park Ave in Oakland. For a long time, people have been wondering why so many restaurants on delivery apps share the same address near Lake Merritt in Oakland. Well, the mystery is solved. They're virtual brands of a company called "Family Style Kitchens." The location is a shared kitchen facility. Sinatra's Pizza has a menu that includes: NY Style Thin Crust Pizzas, Wings, Salads, Desserts, Cookies, Ice Cream, and Drinks. On a Wednesday night, I ordered a small NY Style Supreme Pizza via Doordash. It arrived still hot. My first impression was WOW, this combo pizza is loaded with toppings! Very pretty to look at with all the colors. But I'm not sure if this is a NY style pizza, the crust wasn't super thin. Also, it didn't have that thick and creamy blanket of cheese I like on my pizza. But it's a good pizza. The veggie toppings add a crunchy texture. Why 4-stars? For a small 12" pizza, it's a little pricey at $24.99. (Lots of extras available, but they'll add to the price).

This place has always killed it with the pizza, especially having by the slice but I rarely think to come here, something about it just never stood out until now. The new owner is so friendly and you can tell he definitely cares about his business. I'm super excited to try more items I had no idea about! He informed me that the cookies are like one of the number one things that people buy in there so he was nice enough to let me try one and OMGGGGG he was not kidding. Might be the best chocolate chip cookie I have ever had lol I will definitely think of this place more often now because there's nothing like a super friendly smile and good conversation when walking into a business!! Plus great food at a great price !

Solid, simply, tasty, thin crust NY-style pizza. I like the ratio of crust - sauce - cheese, but some people may want Xtra sauce. Nothing fancy but quite satisfying, especially late night, after a show. Open until 1am (Saturday).

Great food, my pizza tasted like it had all fresh ingredients and the cookies was perfect, not too sweet- warm and just right. The service was spectacular. Hasan has a great personality to run the business, very engaging, pleasant and treats a customer like he wants your business. Finally this place is open late which is a savior for me because I work late. I would highly recommend.

Did not disappoint! The service was great and the pizza was even better. If you're craving that traditional New York taste, this is the place to go. We will definitely be returning.

this shop is, hands down, one of my favorite spots to get a new york slice in oakland. Hassan, the new owner, is so kind, funny, warm, & welcoming. he gave us both a free cookie & customized our slices to our desire with no question. the pizza itself has a spectacularly thin, crisp crust (we requested well-done) with a sauce that's a little sweeter than most pizzas (which i LOVE). the service is so fast, their hours are very kind to late-night laborers, & i've found myself coming back time and time again not only for the service (even outside of Hassan) but the quality of the food itself. p

Pizza not worth the price. The chicken was good but that's pretty much it. Deep dish wasn't cooked all the way through at all. Really doughy and not enough flavor. Almost like there was no love in making it. Won't be returning unless for chicken.

Gabrielllas is my favorite pizza in the Bay. The sauce is amazing but the crust reallllly will make you want to come back. It's floppy like NY Pizza should be. But the the crust is crusty and chewy with phenomenal flavor. What keeps me coming back is the service. Hassan loves the place and he wants to make sure you love it too. If you want great delivery pizza/ grab and go, Gabriella's is the spot.

While unwinding next door at Heart & Dagger Saloon, my homegirl and I visited Gabriella's Pizza because Wing Stop was closed. We ordered lemon pepper wings, Korean BBQ flavored wings, and 3 slices of pepperoni pizza. The wings at Gabriella's were surprisingly great! The wings were bigger than wing stop and the pizza slice reminded me of the ninja turtles; thin and cheesy. The service was great, very polite and welcoming.

We met the new owner as we were getting pizza late one recent evening, and he seems great. He was attentive and told us he wants to make this place more of a real neighborhood restaurant, with dine-in seating and longer hours. (Currently it is essentially a "ghost kitchen," selling food under a number of restaurant names and brands almost exclusively via delivery apps, and isn't open for lunch). Hopefully he improves the food quality as well, as it's honestly not great. But it is decent enough late at night, after the bars, so overall I have a positive impression. Oakland needs more late-night options, and I appreciate this place being one of the few.

The pizza is soooo good. Highly recommend the white pizza and pepperoni and jalapeño pizza. But honestly, they're all good. The ingredients and the crust are legit. I highly recommend getting a side of ranch or marinara because the crust is thick.

One of few places on this side of the bay that you can find open past midnight. Slices are huge and the chocolate chip cookies go crazy! Owner of the store is really friendly and will take his time to ensure you're satisfied with your order. Grab you some Gabriella's and walk a few feet to the lake for unmatchable vibes.
