"Gaby's Latin Flavors serves a split Bolivian-Mexican menu, but we suggest ordering the Bolivian food. (The owner-chef is Bolivian, so her native cooking is what she does best.) This casual restaurant is our go-to spot on the mountain for spicy, hearty food that warms you up from the inside out. We love the asado en olla, or spicy short beef ribs seasoned with ají and served with rice and penne pasta coated in a traditional Bolivian peanut sauce. Make sure to get their simple avocado salad on the side, too. If you're looking to share, split the fricase–a spicy pork and hominy soup with a zippy, tomato-y broth that will revive you after a day of not feeling your left buttcheek because snow got in your ski pants. This place is a 10/10. My experience was great, well worth the price , the portions are big, the wet burrito came with a lot of meat, the avocado salad was bomb, they have Mexican coke, the chips were delicious and so were the salsa and the Bolivian food was amazing it was my first time trying it and it was so delicious and cozy, if i lived in Big bear I would come here often. Very clean, nice Latin music and the staff here is very pleasant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Words cannot describe how amazing our experience at Gaby's was! She was amazingly kind, thoughtful, and her food was out of this world! I'm Bolivian and haven't had some good Bolivian food (outside of my own home) in ages. Gaby's seasoning was so good I felt like I was dinning at my grandmothers house! The service was great and the portions were very generous! Everything from the salads, to the home made drinks and main dishes was so good! We enjoyed every bite and craved for the next one! We also found a new extended family on Gaby! She is like a beloved auntie that loves to cook and treat people to a blissful culinary experience Please do yourself a favor and try this place, you will not regret it! Tip: treat everyone with love, respect and dignity and you will receive the same in return 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gaby & her team of cooks & waiters are warm, professional & wonderful people. I felt right at home. The food was amazing!!! The meat was cooked just right & came from Tennessee. Their salads are fresh & tasty, just like I love it. Every meal is worth every penny. During my vacation, I went 3 times out of 4 nights to their restaurant. I highly recommend you go to Gaby's.

Went here on New Years Eve and the food was delicious. We were a large party and felt at home. The service was stellar, prices were good, food was good and great portions. Definitely recommend and will return. Many Vegetarian options as the beans are vegetarian made without lard. Thank you!

We are so glad we visited Gaby’s on our weekend trip to Big Bear because it was definitely a highlight! The service and food was amazing but what really made our experience 5 stars was Gaby herself. She came to our table near the end of our meal and gave a complimentary cup of hot chocolate to my friend and chatted with us for a bit. She was so sweet and caring, even to complete strangers, saying all these inspiring and encouraging sentiments that really struck deep for our group. Gaby has genuine compassion, and is kind because she wants to be, not as a transactional behavior that is so often the norm in today’s world. Highly recommend visiting at every chance you get! Also, everything is handmade in their kitchen from scratch, and made with love.

10 out of 10. They have everything from burgers, to Mexican, to Bolivian food. Everything is super fresh and delicious. The place is somewhat of a "hole in the wall" but as usual the off the beaten paths are usually the best. Super friendly owners will take great care of you and make you feel like family. We will be back every time we come back up to Big Bear.

Definitely the best fusion of Bolivian and Mexican food. All their food is authentic and is prepared at the moment, but it is definitely worth the wait. The avocado salad is delicious. The chocolate and all the fresh waters are very tasty. Gaby and her daughter are a wonderful person. Without a doubt, it is already our favorite restaurant here in Big Bear.

Very good restaurant. We went to eat there this evening after reading the positive reviews. No surprises, the restaurant is very pretty, always smiling staff, excellent dishes. I recommend with my eyes closed! (ps: my brother loved the burger challenge lol)
