Mellieha beach is a beautiful sandy beach, located in the northeast of Malta, known for its clear blue waters and scenic landscapes. This popular destination offers visitors a chance to relax under the sun or engage in various water sports like swimming and snorkeling. The beach is located in the Ghadira Bay and I would higly recommend to go there during the Malta visit specially during the summer months and swimming season.

Clear water and shallow for a very long distance and ideal for non swimmers or children. Water was so clear I could see my feet 👣. Got two beach chairs with umbrella for only €18 right next to the bar and bathroom. This beach was so clean and tranquil that we’re making a trip back to Malta to enjoy it some more!

A very wide sandy beach with a beautiful view of Mellieha. The water is crystal clear. There are many food stalls and small shops on the beach, and you can rent sun loungers, umbrellas, SUPs, scooters and much more. And what is also important, there are free showers and toilets.

A really nice place to enjoy a day at the beach. There's everything one would need, cafes, restaurants, sunbeds and umbrellas. Everything is also quite fairly priced and affordable. There's also a water park there, which you need to buy tickets for. The water is also good and there's basically no waves.

Great beach, clear water and not too windy. 20€ for 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella. Not busy. Easy to access from the street (stairs) and you don’t have to walk for the bus stop.

Nice clear water and sandy beach, not very deep at the start so ideal for small children. You can purchase two sunbeds with umbrella for around 15€.

Great sandy beach. On one kilometer of sand you will find everything you need to enjoy and have fun. Cafes, restaurants, fast food, shops for renting equipment and buying things for the beach. Two sun loungers and an umbrella for 15 euros. 4 bus stops along the beach. Close to the town of Mallieha. Popay village is nearby, the Red Tower and much more
