Where Do Restaurants Fit in the United Center’s $7B Redevelopment Plan? | Eater Chicago

"The downtown Indianapolis arena is frequently praised for its pedestrian-friendly surroundings, where visiting fans can walk to a variety of restaurants, bars and chains—an ease of access that some out-of-town spectators cite as a reason to prefer that city over Chicago's arena district." - Ashok Selvam

Awesome facility! No bad seats! Plenty of options for game day swag! Tons of food options! Happy hour available at several bars inside from doors open until tip. Excellent crowd management after the game. Great experience overall, would love to come back!

We went to a Fever game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and had a fantastic time! Arrive early—there’s so much to do and see outside. The full-size basketball court was our highlight, and the game atmosphere was incredible. We especially loved the drum line! It was chilly inside, so we wished we’d brought sweatshirts. The displays and pre-game activities for kids were excellent. We stayed at a hotel just around the block, which made getting to the game super easy. We’ll definitely be back!

Google
You can tell this stadium was specifically built for basketball. What an amazing spectacle! This arena is top notch and extremely beautiful. It is well maintained and very clean. By far one of the best basketball arenas I have been too so far. Go Fever!

Google
The Gainbridge Fieldhouse is decorated beautifully and promotes a celebratory environment. There are multiple picture-worthy areas throughout the building. Some of the best views for concerts and basketball games are in sections four and five. The murals throughout the building are beautiful works of art. It is important to know that Ticketmaster tickets can be purchased in person at Gainbridge Fieldhouse because it saves you money by avoiding some of the online fees. I suggest you call the box office in advance to verify the hours for ticket purchases. The ticket counter staff members provide great service. The Gainbridge Fieldhouse is a beautiful structure inside and outside.

Google
Caitlin Clark's house. What an amazing experience to be surrounded by such great fans. Gainbridge is the perfect arena to get the best views of the game. Even with CC being sidelined do to injury, it was great to see her and the rest of the team up close. Gainbridge has great food and drink options as well.

Google
The atmosphere created at Gainbridge for the Fever game was electric! My daughter and I were in awe at how incredible they had decorated and made it so fans can be involved. It made her very first professional sporting event (and Caitlin’s return didn’t hurt) a very special one. Seeing what they’ve done to liven it up makes us want to invest in season tickets. Great experience and hopefully more soon to come.

Google
Awesome fieldhouse that provides entertainment -- sports (go Fever and Pacers!) as well as other events. Many choices for food & drink available on site. Easy to see what is going on thanks to the jumbotron suspended in the middle of the event area. More importantly, Gainbridge is smack in downtown Indy, so it's easily accessible by car (w/ plenty of parking garages around), public transportation, or by foot -- hotels also abound right around the venue. And, lots of restaurants and bars serving food right around to fill the hungry tummies and/or wet your whistle with. Have fun!!

Google
First time and everything went smooth! Tickets, parking, food and drinks were reasonable and had a good time at the WNBA playoffs.

Yelp
Game/event: Indiana Fever vs. Chicago Sky (9/5/25) This is where the Indiana Fever and the Indiana Pacers play. I was a tourist from out of town (from Los Angeles) and planning my trip to Indianapolis, I thought to myself - "I'm going to the Hoosier State. I'm definitely going to have to go to a basketball game!" This trip was part of my quest to go to all NFL stadiums. I saw that this game was at home on a same weekend the Colts were playing and on paper, it could have been a an epic matchup for a casual fan like me lol. Sadly neither Caitlyn Clark nor Angel Reese were playing. Not a huge deal. It was really fun to check out this arena. You can tell the city really loves their team (Fever). The atmosphere was electric. The arena was clean and navigation and finding the team store was easy. In terms of concessions, I've already made a dinner reservation for after the game and I've eaten a lot prior, so food was on the last thing on my mind during this visit. But I took a walk around and the line seemed organized and nothing seemed like it would be hard to purchase. Logistics: getting here was super easy. Like surprisingly easy but maybe I'm just so used to help stress inducing getting to Staples (or Crypto in LA) is. The walk up, the security check, and finding your seat were all very easy here. Heck, I even got a hi-five from one of the ladies at security as she told me to enjoy the game Parking: I may have gotten really lucky and inadvertently found a parking hack three blocks away. I pulled over because I saw an empty area. I was looking for signs on how to pay and how long I can park there. A local pulled up behind me, parked, and let me know that there are no signs and it should be free and she got never got ticketed parking there for a Fever game (her group were on the way to the game as well.

Yelp
Overall I prefer indoor venues over outdoor ones. Gainbridge is a decent venue to watch concerts. The acoustics are adequate for most bands. I've been to a few concerts there over the years. The seating on the upper levels is a bit cramped with minimal leg room. Unless you have a larger frame, it is tolerable. I felt a bit of vertigo because the seating is steep.

Yelp
I attended a Fever game on 6/26/25 while still recovering from an auto accident and being in a wheelchair and using a walker. The field house staff was more than accommodating in helping me with my limited mobility. At halftime, the ushers and support staff held back the general public in order for me to gain access to and use a restroom that was not available to the public. I was allowed to use a restroom very near the Fever player's locker room on the floor level in the main hallway. I thought that was cool because I saw some of the players and Coach Stefanie White with her assistants return to the court near the end of halftime. After the game, one of the staff gentlemen pushed me in my wheelchair from the floor level, into an elevator, then out to the main level. Instead of turning over the wheelchair to my loved ones, he continued to wheel me out of the field house, down the ramp and out to the sidewalk. He could have turned over the wheelchair to my loved ones again but chose to help up find my cousin who was trying to pick us up but struggling due to changing traffic patterns as the police were working crowd control. He stayed with us until I was safely inside my vehicle and even helped load my folded wheelchair. Many thanks to this gentleman, ushers, and all of the staff I came in contact with that helped me enjoy my first Fever game and first Gainbridge Fieldhouse experience.

Yelp
First Pacers game. Place was crowded. Easy to get to. Lots of entertainment. The Jumbotron is HUGE. Plenty of amenities and bathrooms as long as it isn't halftime then the lines are brutal.
google avatar

Isheka O.

Yelp
I have gone to this venue for a few events ranging from concerts, circus acts, basketball games, volunteering opportunities, etc. signs are easy to follow, restrooms are always clean, and food is often available (but not great options in my opinion). The small bag policy is ridiculous. Overall, I generally have a good time when I attend events here.
google avatar

Jasmine C.

Yelp
Came here for a preseason Indiana Fever game. I enjoyed my experience here. I plan to return very soon for WNBA all star weekend. No long lines to enter. It was a pretty swift process to enter. Be mindful of the bag rules when visiting.

Yelp
Very nice well done! Everything from the suites to the parking garage is top notch! The walkway from the parking garage to the arena is a game changer. I wish that all arenas thought about guests navigating safely from their car to the facility like this. Suites were well appointed with comfortable accommodations and excellent service staff. Only issue with the food in the suite was the temperature of the food. It was just lukewarm. But overall a great experience!

Yelp
Gainbridge Fieldhouse is hands down the best venue in Indianapolis to see a game, concert, or show. It is right in the middle of downtown making it easy to make a whole night out of it with dinner or drinks nearby. The stadium looks awesome from the outside especially when it's lit up at night. The layout makes it easy to find your seat without getting lost. One of the things I noticed was how organized everything was. Whether that was the security line or getting food and drinks. The seating is comfortable and even the upper levels have great views of the floor. I love how much Gainbridge supports local vendors as well. You can grab food from Indiana based spots like HotBox Pizza or Ben's Pretzels (THE BEST) instead of just national chains. It gives the whole place a local touch, which I think makes the experience better. Everything felt clean and welcoming even when it was busy.

Yelp
My son loves Blaze Monster Trucks so I decided to take him to see Hot Wheels Monster Trucks (I know its different). My son was smiling from ear to ear the whole show. This our first show and it was the 50th Anniversary. We all enjoyed ourselves. Tip: if your child is sensitive to noise buy some noise canceling earplugs or headphones. I didnt know this but we still enjoyed ourselves.

Yelp
Indianapolis is lucky to have Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The facility is amazing and can handle just about any event imaginable. This week we went to see "Gold Over America" starring Olympic gymnast including Simone Biles. We arrived early so we could have dinner downtown. We found incredible metered parking within a block of the Fieldhouse. Going through security is quick and painless. Staff was on hand to guide patrons to their seats. Even though the event was packed, restrooms were clean with no lines. We sat in the nosebleed section but we could see the individual gymnast fine. Getting in and out was a breeze. The new park outside has a community artsy vibe and is perfect to relax before the show. I'll keep coming back.

Yelp
This place hosts a lot of events. I really like this venue. They have multiple entrances, there are a lot of places to park around it (they have a garage attached but it can get pricey), and they offer a variety of food/drink selections. Most recently, I was coming here for watch parties for the nba finals. They were a blast. It felt like being at the game but the game was on the megatron. The event was free until the finals and then they charged 5$ for each ticket so it was extremely crowded. The concourse had family friendly activities and they gave out freebies at each of the events. It was so fun!

Yelp
I love attending events at Gainbridge fieldhouse. From basketball season for the men and women to concerts and comedy shows. The seating for the basketball season I don't feel there is any bad seats but I do prefer to be in the club area or below. At the concerts and comedy show I prefer the club area or below also. The atmosphere and the workers in the building are very friendly. Yes the prices for the food and drinks are expensive but that is to be expected when attending events here. For the finals Gainbridge put on some wonderful watch parties for the NBA finals.

Yelp
Here for The Queens concert. It is difficult to believe that last night the Pacers played on this floor. Looking forward to seeing Chaka Khan, Stephanie Mills, Gladys Knight, and Patti LaBelle.

Yelp
Awesome experience for the Pacers Fan Jam! Lines moved quickly and we got a free T-shirt along with pictures with some of the players!

Yelp
I was in town for a conference and it so happened to coincide with game 2 of the first series with the Indiana Fever vs. Atlanta Dream. This was my first time at the stadium so didnt really have any expectations. Overall i found the layout of the Fieldhouse to be pretty cool with the outdoor plaza and the indoor lobby. I sat in section 14 for about $60 bucks a ticket and though the view to be pretty good where i could just watch the court and not the big screen to really take in the action. Seats were comfortable. As far as food options were concerned it was pretty much the typical food items you find at most stadium locations. I didnt necessarily see anything unique. I did like the various free things around the stadium including the Cheez-it table where you could grab snacks and the free had area where you could customize your own hat with a press on patch. Overall the stadium was easy to get to and within walking distance of my hotel near the convention center. I know driving and parking can be a pain in the area which i did experience coming from the airport to my hotel within the first hr of the colts came finishing up against the broncos. traffic was a mess with so many roads blocked off. Not sure if this is necessarily a big issue for Fever games.

Yelp
Was passing through Indy and thought, "why not catch a Pacers game?" I'm so glad we did! Gainbridge is a great facility. Easy to navigate and everyone we ran into from the ticket counter to the ushers were genuinely excited about sharing the things to do and the field house with us. Pre game you can meet the cheerleaders, watch the breakdance crew, there are give aways, and free balloon animals and face painting for the kids. Plus then you get to watch an NBA game! Worse seats in the house were only $10 and really weren't too bad. All and all there's no better entertainment bang for your buck in Indy.

Yelp
I was super impressed with Gainbridge. My friend and I went here to see a Fever game and I was so impressed with how well organized everything was and how clean it was for a big event arena. Cannot wait to come back to see Fever play again, such an enjoyable experience!
google avatar

Yelp
Any event an Gainbridge is always a great time! I attended the season opener for the Indiana Fever and it was quite a night! They put on a great show with pregame and halftime entertainment, even with some pyrotechnics to welcome in the Fever! Food wise, I highly recommend visiting the specialty stands around the venue. I got pulled pork Mac and cheese from District Warehouse BBQ for $10, for a good size portion with all the fixings. This is a great deal for food! Getting to the Fieldhouse, I recommend trying to arrive as early as you can because the inexpensive parking will fill up quickly. Once inside, the stadium is very easy to navigate and has ample facilities.

Yelp
This is a pretty nice arena to catch a basketball game in. (Go Fever!) - I've been to the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle (But back then it was the Key Arena), Talking Stick arena in Phoenix, and whatever the one the Utah Jazz play in, it's had many names. And I think Gainbridge Fieldhouse is the best one. Easiest to get in an out of, and no matter where you sit (mostly) in the arena, you will get a pretty decent view. The staff are pretty friendly, too.

Yelp
(NOTE: This review is mostly based on attending a couple recent Pacer games in the Lexus Loft seating area.) Fantastic experience with exceptional staff! Recently I've attended a couple Pacer basketball games at the Lexus Loft. Upon first visit, an entry attendant will kindly give a quick tour of the area before directing to seating. Chairs near the courtside are similar to office chairs, can roll around a bit, and have thick cushioning. Servers will go around to provide drinks. Along with soda and beer, a selection of wine and liquor is also available. St. Elmo bourbon is becoming a go-to for me! A couple small buffets serve some food variety. Fanfare foods like popcorn, hotdogs and pretzel bites in one section, another with a carving station that serves roast beef or something similar, and another with salad and other side foods. Well worth trying at least once!
google avatar

Joan R.

Yelp
I have been to a concert and a Fever game here. The security definitely sticks to the rules. They make you put your small purse in a box and if it doesn't fit they throw it away. So beware. The arena is awesome for any event, not a bad seat in the house. Fun environment and staff were pleasant. Halftime entertainment was fun.
google avatar

Yelp
Gainbridge Fieldhouse is a great venue for concerts and sporting events! This is my 2nd time attending two events. One for a NBA game and now for a concert. Place was easy to find and plenty places to park. Once inside plenty of employees showing where to find our seats! Friendly staff.
google avatar

Rhonda F.

Yelp
Free tickets, for donating gallons of blood through Versiti! Section 200's are nose bleed seats, horrible to get to, food right before half time, horrible, pretzel like a brick, hot dogs had set way to long, was noticing all the burger and chicken baskets which is with fries, setting under heat lights forever, prices horrible outrageous. No more free tickets, refuse for Fever, or anything else there
google avatar

Greg M.

Yelp
Home of The Pacers! Place to be seen and enjoy the year around events held here. Great seasonal Suite and Club level choices for season tickets. Family oriented and they work hard to make it affordable to bring the whole gang. Always excited to attend as I grew up going to Market Square Arena as a child watching what are now HOFamers play. Anytime I'm back in Indy or they come to Denver I'll be there. I love the vision of the organization and once again we are "Contenders" with our exciting young talent! Proud to be a Hoosier and dedicated fan for life. See you at The Field House. Ball Arena and SYOY.

Yelp
Comfy seats, great leg room, temp controlled and great service. Nice vibe, they roll out the events for the fans!

Yelp
Went to see Caitlin Clark and thr Fever play the Chicago Sky. What a great game. I can honestly say that we've sat in every area in the venue over the last few years, from suites to the rafters, and there isn't a bad seat in the house. Food vendors are good and diverse.
google avatar

Jimmie W.

Yelp
Went to see an Indiana Pacers game and had a great time. Arena was electrifying for all 4 quarters. Had good seats for what I paid. Arena parking was easy and packaged with game tickets. Concession food was delicious. Will be back to enjoy another Pacers game soon

Yelp
Attended the Veg Fest 2024 and learned a lot about vegan foods and nutrition. There were local and non-local vendors offering free samples and food for a fee. It was like spending time at a state fair but only more healthy options. Event was well organized and attended. Some of the food lines were long, but this was an indication that the food options were in popular demand. Shared a vegan hogue from Union Jacks, a Mac and cheese sampler. My all time fav was the tostada with jack fruit from 3 - in one resturant. In addition to food, there were teas, spices and personal and home product displays.
google avatar

Caylin S.

Yelp
Love the beer sellers and the security guards are very interesting to look at. They do a pretty good job cleaning and keeping things up to date! Always have a great time at the games.
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
They obviously haven't prepared for the increase in Fever fans. 12 o'clock tip off, doors didn't open until 11:30am. By the time we got through security it was too late to grab food at concessions. Near the end of Q1, went to get food. Walked right up to order kiosk and placed order, then went to pick up area where about 50 people were already waiting . After 10 minutes only one person in our line had picked up food. By the time we got our food, WE MISSED THE ENTIRE 2nd QUARTER! Fever game was awesome, but they have to do better for the fans if they are going to schedule 12 o'clock games.

Millie G.

Yelp
See Caitlin Clark play bball - And CC made her first game back from injury one I will forever cherish. Thank you Indiana Fever for a memorable weekend. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Yelp
My family should probably list Gainbridge Fieldhouse as our emergency contact, we find ourselves there so often. Hah! Gainbridge is home to the Indiana Pacers (NBA), the Indiana Fever (WNBA), and currently, the Mad Ants (G-League). We've sat anywhere from the courtside area to the very last row in the stadium. When I tell you there isn't a bad seat in the place, I mean it! Best tips I can provide are: 1) Dress simply (not too many accessories) for security checkpoints. 2) Most food vendors and the team store accept tap payment, if you prefer *not* to present a physical credit card. 3) Virginia Ave parking garage is $20 for Pacers games and $10 for Fever games. I recommend parking there because the skywalk connects the garage to Gainbridge. As long as you aren't parked on the top level, you can park and walk to the stadium without worrying about getting rained or snowed on. 4) If you're with a first-timer, mention it to the usher in section 1. They'll offer you a first-timer pin if they have one! 5) This venue is built with families/new mothers in mind. They have a nursing station by Guest Services, and there are plenty of women's restrooms located throughout the building. Restrooms are generally very clean. I could go on and on about Gainbridge, but I'll let you go explore now! Have fun!

Yelp
We had an amazing time while visiting Indiana. This stadium was perfect. We had great seats. The staff was great. Everyone was helpful. The stadium food was good. The sports theme was perfect. I'm looking forward to traveling there again for another game. There were many amenities there. I did not get a chance to partake in all of them. There is more left to do on my next visit.

Yelp
THERE WAS HEARTBREAK TONIGHT. First, let me preface this review by saying that I've seen the Eagles many MANY times since I first saw them in 1977 as a young teen. I've seen THIS tour three times now--NYC, Denver, and now here in Indianapolis. I saw the Hotel California tour all over the US and Canada. For this particular trip, I paid almost $700 for my seat, $400 for two nights hotel and over $500 in air fare from my home in California. My love for this band is serious stuff. And there was a heartbreak tonight. This venue (rather, the way it was managed) was the worst. I always get a floor seat. I love the energy. We get up, we dance, we sit back down. It's fun. If you sit there, you expect it. You do not expect that everyone will remain seated the entire time. But here at Gainbridge Fieldhouse NO STANDING was allowed on the floor and they were FIERCE at enforcing it. You couldn't stand and applaud. You couldn't get up and dance. You had to REMAIN SEATED the entire time. If you're an Eagles fan, imagine NOT being able to stand and applaud after Seven Bridges Road (love it so much it makes me cry!). or stand up and dance during Life in the Fast Lane--NOT EVEN FUNK #49! Last week in Denver this was NOT the case. It was not the case at Madison Square Garden a few weeks ago. It was not the case at the Hotel California tour before OR after Covid, nor at *ANY* Eagles concert I've EVER been to. ANYWHERE. Don't get me wrong--I don't think anyone needs to stand the entire time. And for the most part, people DO sit down during ballads and slower songs. (Perhaps send security after those few who MIGHT remain standing during those times?) But let us have the SAME fun we've been having for decades on the floor. At Eagles concerts and virtually every other rock concert. Simply put, floor seats are TERRIBLE if you want to sit the whole time--if this is your policy, they need to be on a slant. The picture I've attached was my view this evening. I could not see the band when seated, other than on the video screens which made my neck hurt after a while (and images were somewhat obscured by a lighting fixture) I had a HUGE investment into this evening, only to leave, well...heartbroken. I flew here from CALIFORNIA. Management needs to realize that people don't want to sit on their hands at concerts, and should be allowed to have the fun that they paid a premium for!

Yelp
I'll admit I still call Gainbridge Conseco. It was Conseco first then Bankerslife and now Gainbridge. It is a huge facility. You can actually take a tour of it. It's pretty neat! When I was there for the tour Larry Bird was there and waved to all of us as he was getting on the elevator. This is the second time I've seen him in person. I saw him in the parking lot heading into Athens on 86th also. Anyway, this is a top notch facility. Everything seems very clean and well maintained. If you're going to a Pacers game they have buttons you can ask for at guest services. Birthday, First Pacer game, and Celebrations for the ones you can choose from. They also have sensory bags for children. Manipulative fidget toys as well as over the head noise canceling headphones are in the bags. Those are also available at guest services and you have to return those. Make sure you check what current bag/purse size you're allowed to bring in, you will go through security and then the smell of Ben's soft pretzels will hit you. They smell so good. They make them fresh there. They have a lot of food options on all levels and the chicken nachos on the main level are delicious. You will see people walking around with thin paper tray plates with mouth watering nachos. That's what I saw and had to try them. Three Point Taqueria is the name of the place. They hold so many different events at Gainbridge throughout the year I saw a sign that said KISS is coming in November! Thanks Pacers for offering $5 tickets! This is the second time this year I've gone to a Pacers game. It's been years since I personally have attended one. Boom Baby! #31

Yelp
Gainbridge Fieldhouse is the home of the pacers! As well as other events and concerts! I was here recently for a mentor event, we took freshman from and local high school to their first professional game! We had a great time, and our seats were great! (I expected us to have to sit way up high) Gainbridge is clean, and all of the staff is very friendly! I also love that they have so many different food and drink options to enjoy as well! If you have the chance to check out a pacer game, I recommend you do! Go pacers!

Yelp
Great venue for a lot of different things Concerts, basketball games, Disney on ice, and professional bull riding Pricey concession stand like other places but it's pretty okay Lots of different events all the time! Downtown location with a skywalk to a parking garage for easy-ish parking

Yelp
Gainbridge has really made some nice updates to this facility! The Lower level seats above the courtside are what i'm most famililar with. They have created 'clubs' that are less busy selections of drinks and concessions, with private bathrooms. They are nice to have ... maybe mostly for the bathrooms unless the lines are super long at regular concourse concessions. There is a lot more variety in the main concourse concessions and several full service bars. In a recent visit there was a guest chef making haitian cuisine...and that was so fun to try! (And super delicious) I CAN get a hot dog, but I could also get unique cuisine, chick-fi-a, ben's pretzels, fancy milkshakes...and so much more. The entire Ambiance just feels nicer. The adjacent Bicentennial Plaza is super cool combining art with some concessions, and outdoor activities such as a basketball court in the summer and ice skating in the winter! It brings a great vibe to downtown and seems like it will be so fun to check out for other types of events in the future...concerts, other sports, etc!

Yelp
Recent renovations brought some fresh updates to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. While work is still to be completed outside the arena, it seems like most of the work on the interior is pretty much done. Most of the work went into improving the fan experience. The concession stands were updated with better food options and cashless checkouts. These include branded options like Chick-fil-A and Steak N Shake. There are more bar areas around the arena, especially on the lower level. These areas are great for hanging out and socializing. There are also expanded standing rooms on both ends of the arena. There seemed to be more variety of drink options, especially with spirits. For those that want to spend less time waiting in line, there are self-serve grab and go options throughout. The renovations also include new mural and artwork inside the arena. Take a moment and check them out. The work was commissioned by local artists and centered around Indiana and basketball. It's a nice touch to add some color throughout the building. I enjoyed my visit to the Fieldhouse and seeing the updates first-hand. Just remember that security is still pretty strict so pack light (there were people that were denied entry due to their personal belongings). The Fieldhouse was a pretty good arena to begin with and the updates breathe some new life into it.

The home of the Pacers and Indiana Fever. They keep security and have plenty of drinks and food.

Yelp
Gainbridge Fieldhouse really is an experience like none other! I was there to support my daughters dancing during the pre game show. The easiest way to park is to park in the garage, be prepared pricing is a minimum of $20. There are other parking lots in the area but I've seen those range as high as $40 for an event. If you choose to go that route the walks are under 10 minutes but be mindful of pricing. Security was easy to get through, but you can not have a large bag. We had one for dance and it ended up being the biggest issue, until one of the guards finally understood they were performing and their shoes and accessories were inside. If you're performing get there early ....... It was interesting being there so early for the game as you are forced to hang out in the front area until the doors officially open. I was surprised at how many people were in the waiting area waiting. When it was finally time to enter everyone entered into organized chaos. When I say there were no actual lines; there were no lines. Just get ready to merge your way to the front of the line. Have your ticket out or your phone ready for scan because you do not want to be the one holding the space up, lol. The staff was very friendly through out my time there. I only came across one rude lady, but I chalked her attitude up to the person in front of me who was giving her a hard time. Our seats were decent; I couldn't imagine having been higher. We were in the 115 area if that means anything to you.

Yelp
Great night for family or date! Pacers do an excellent job getting fans inside, hyping crowd, and keeping spaces clean even w big crowds. Have had a variety of seats and found a great view from most every spot. Kids loved all of the activities and music almost as much as cheering on Pacers!

Yelp
I've always had great experiences for concerts and sporting events. Signage, security, and parking are all easy enough. Recommended parking is the Virginia Ave garage, and crossing the street is easy with a stop light right there. Restrooms always meet my standards. Plentiful food/drink stands are throughout the walkways. TVs are in the walkways so that you don't miss the event if you need to leave your seat for a bit. The facility has a bunch of staircases to easily exit mass crowds onto Delaware or Pennsylvania St. Definitely check restrictions on bag sizes. The acceptable size has gotten smaller the last couple times I have been! Right now, some construction is occurring north of the Fieldhouse to upgrade the facility. Other than driving on Pennsylvania or Delaware, the construction doesn't inhibit your access to the facility. Before or after an event, you can easily grab food/drink within a block at restaurants like Taxman, Gallery Pastry Bar, Pier 48, O'Reillys, and all businesses on Georgia St.

Yelp
Not leaving a bad note for the venue but for the staff, utterly disrespectful and I'm personally disappointed in the amount of immaturity and chaos. My husband had a hard time finding his seats because staff was incapable of helping. The venue itself its very clean. Wish they did a better hiring job.

Yelp
Different name on the outside but the same game on the inside! Great energy, great atmosphere. We had some great seats and getting in and out of the building was an added plus!

Yelp
We came here for Veg Fest and it was easy to walk to from the paid parking lots nearby. The entrance hall was open and big. Which allowed for multiple security queues to get into the venue. The interior was smaller than I expected. It's not as big as other basketball arenas. Standing on the court and looking up to the nosebleed seats, they didn't feel very far away. The venue was clean with multiple food options inside, including the typical fast food chains mixed with local eateries.

Yelp
This place is huge and perfect! So many seats are great seats. The prices are usually pretty fair and there are always super fun events going on. We come here every year for Disney on Ice. Finding our seats, super easy. The pricing for event souvenirs is really high, but always a great experience for the family.

Yelp
Came here to see a concert - Barry Manilow - great show. we had floor seats and felt very accommodated. I don't know what happens on the upper levels nor how this operates in general when it's acting in its true role as a sports arena - but as a concert venue it was great.
