Gaithersburg HELP Pantry

I spoke with Mary today and she refused to help my family because I am 1 minute past the area to receive help. I am a single mother of 5 and need food for my family for 4 days until I get paid. I begged Mary at Gaithersburg HELP to help me but she refused. If your non profit truly cares about helping people in need, it should not matter where they live. I am opening my own food pantry one day and I will show you how it’s supposed to be done.

Use them on and off ,if you can't make it there and try to call the message gos to the machine they answer the next day they punish you like a child telling you can't come for a certain amount of time I choose not to go there again

Its the best place for urgent food help. Volunteers are so kind, helpful understanding, respectful & prompt ly respond if you call by 12 noon. I am vegan & allergic to most can foods, they respect that & do their best to provide fruits, cheese, milk, bread, eggs, spaghetti, tuna etc. Appreciate & bless them from bottom of my ❤️

This is one of the best pantries to get food from in the Gaithersburg area. We got milk and eggs most recently. I do wish people would stop donating red delicious apples I do not like them.

I have been using this pantry for 2 years. All you need is to be a Gaithersburg resident in need. Call before 1 to schedule pickup that same day. Items you usually get are bread, milk, cheese, turkey burger, hamburger, peanut butter, jelly, eggs, milk and canned goods. Friendly staff. Never overcrowded.

Let me tell you about theses people. For me, it's the best pantry I've ever visited and they give you good stuff! They are so organized. They are also very pleasant.

They are very conscious of COVID-19 and are very careful about packaging and delivery of safe products. I was glad to volunteer here.
