Was able to host a surprise 60th birthday over the weekend and it was an amazing time. I inquired about reserving a private room for about 20 people and received a call back from the Events Manager, Dalila, same day! We had it booked and confirmed over the phone within about 10 minutes. She followed up with me multiple times on arrival times, menu selection, and was able to answer ALL of our questions! They exceeded our expectations and it was a great evening. if you are looking for a small private dinner or event spot in Wadsworth, call and book the Wine Cellar! Amazing food & even better service! I highly recommend! thank you so much for an incredible evening

The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. Our waters didn't get refilled, nor did my husband's pop. Our waitress was npt very attentive. We did have a group of 12, but we were there after lunch and before dinner so it wasn't busy. The bartender was great and made a good gin and tonic for several in our party

It has bar food. It has fancy food. It has gluten free options. It has options for kids. Portions are large. TV screens are large. Beverages are cold. Give It a try It is more than what I have covered.

The vibe was perfect for us! The food was amazing! That being said, they have an area to suit everyone. Our server was fantastic! This would definitely be a prime hangout in the summertime if I were local.

A very solid stop while on the trip with the family. Cool environment with good food and fair pricing. Wife ordered Ruben and thought it was the best she ever had. Good Gluten Buns too.

I have had a lot of prime rib ribs in my life… However, I can tell you that I have not had a single prime rib post Covid era that has been anywhere nearly as good as the prime rib I had tonight at this place. I learned from the person at the Holiday Inn express next-door that they have their own farm, which certainly explains a lot. It was perfectly cooked and thick cut somewhere in the inch and a quarter range. The flavor was out of this world and everything that went with. It was amazing as well. My server was attentive and helpful, I eat in the noisy section, but there is plenty of other quieter atmosphere here. Absolutely knocked it out of the park. The Prime rib is in my top five for sure in the last 20 years!!!!

It was a beautiful day so we ate in the outdoor area. It was nice, the only bad thing I have to say about my entire experience was a constant barrage of sweat bees flying around us. I felt like half the time I was swatting them away from us. However, I can't really fault the restaurant too much. I mean we were outside with a lot of food and drinks around. Our hostess was very friendly. Our waitress was also very friendly and polite. I ordered the Fish and Chips and it was delicious. The breading on fish could have been maybe a tad more crispy but the flavor was really good. The fish was cooked to perfection inside. The fries were good. Everyone else at the table really enjoyed their meals as well.

For our gracious host for the annual fundraiser. Thank you for allowing this once again after 20 some years your service has been great.

Unique facility with lots of space for events. Food is good, drinks reasonable and staff is friendly and accommodating.

We stopped in for a late evening snack after attending an event. We specifically stopped there because they had good fresh-cut fries. Turns out they got rid of the good fries for cheap, frozen ones that are not tasty at all. We ordered a basket of fries and a burger to split, plus two old-fashioneds. Our bill was $49 before the tip. The service was good, and the burger was tasty. Everything else was sub-par and overpriced. I put up with their higher prices when the fries were as good as the burger, but now I'm pretty sure that I can get better tasting food at the Applebee's up the street and for a lot less money. I do not recommend and will not be back anytime soon.

We buried my brother at Rittman (Veterans Cemetery) and needed a place to have dinner with friends and family. I would highly recommend The Galaxy Restaurant. They made room for us last minute. The food was excellent and the manager & staff treated us like family. It was a sad day but the caring staff made us all feel better. We live 35 minutes away but my husband and I plan on going back.

We made a reservation for 7pm on a Saturday night. We ordered dinner from the steakhouse. The steak was ordered medium rare and arrived well done. They made us a new steak and it was medium rare but wasn't very good. They offer olive oil with herbs along with the bread and there was so much olive oil on the plate it was to the brim. We ended up accidentally spilling it really easily. Our Caesar salads never arrived. Probably won't return. I really liked the inside and wanted to enjoy our food more but there were a lot of missed opportunities. I also enjoyed the red wine flight.

We used to love coming here. The menu is large and there are plenty of things to choose from. Food takes awhile on the busy nights but the food and drinks are good. However, we ALWAYS get stuck with the same server, who is truthfully the worst. Even when it is not crowded, she messes up our orders, won't bring drinks from the bar, or we just never see her to even refill waters. We always have to order drinks from the bar when she is our server because she doesn't come back to the table, and this has happened multiple times. Now when we go, we ask to be in any section besides hers.

Visited the sports bar at the Galaxy Restaurant with the family recently. There were five of us and we were immediately seated. Our side of the restaurant was fairly busy. The other side is a steakhouse. So there is one kitchen serving two separate dining rooms. One of the dining rooms is fine dining and the other is casual dining. The benefit of eating on the casual side is that you get the benefit of great food withouth a high price. I had a Blue Moon wheat beer as it was on draft and my wife had a White Raja IPA. It took a while for our drinks to arrive. As an appetizer, my mom requested mozzarella cheese sticks. For dinner, I requested the cod with green beans and red skin potatoes. While we waited, two musicians began playing live music. It was loud, but not too loud. The music was casual jazzy dining music, which was nice. A while later, the mozz sticks arrived. A long while after that, the food arrived. My cod dinner was excellent. It was clear to me that this dish at $19 was far cheaper than the $42 sea bass in the adjacent dining room. The cod was cooked perfectly, had an excellent flavor, and fell apart when I cut into it with my fork. Divine. The roasted red potatoes were excellent also. The green beans needed seasoning, but were tasty when I added my own salt and pepper. Very good meal and the service was good, but slow.

Food was great as well as the company! The service was a little slow, but otherwise a great time.

My wife and I went there for Easter brunch. Coffee was terrible. We had the supervisor check and she agreed. She got us a fresh brew and though it was better, but I still couldn't drink it. The Prime Rib was more like Prime Leather. The noodle dish was cold. Parts of the salad was wilted. The service was good but they tried to take a plate before we were finished. Sorry, but it felt like a cattle call.

Was seated quickly..ordered prime rib medium rare. Waited over one half hour with only water served. Asked for a manager then food appeared after 40 minutes. They forgot the salads..meat was rare. Told manager we ordered medium. I ordered 8oz my husband ordered 12oz..both were same size! They took prime rib back and just reheated on grill, look awful! This was our third try..NO MORE!!

Went to Galaxy after a funeral service at the National cemetery. The service at the restaurant was amazing,and the food was delicious . Our group enjoyed the tuna sandwich, chicken piccata & salmon dinner. The ambiance was inviting and we all enjoyed the music.

I was traveling on business with two coworkers, including our sales leader, who wanted to try out the Galaxy as a place to bring customers. The steakhouse seating was closed for a private event, so we were seated in the wineroom. The ambiance is lovely. The room is pleasant and inviting. Since it was midweek, there were only a few tables full. Despite not being busy, the service was very slow. Two of us ordered the pork medallions, and one ordered a filet mignon cooked medium. The pork medallions were so dry that they were difficult to chew. I left most of them on the plate and ate the Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes instead. My coworker's filet was also overcooked and served well done instead of medium as he ordered. The service and the food were unimpressive. This is not a place we will return to.

A very good experience. Started off a little shaky; somehow our Saturday reservation, made through the website, was for 6:30 am, not pm. The manager, Dave, quickly handled the situation and it was all good from there. Everything we had was delicious. My wife's filet was cooked to perfection and my peppercorn crusted strip steak was very flavorful. All of the side dishes were excellent as well, especially the Cowboy potatoes. Our waitress was very attentive & efficient. Dave came by several times and really added to the whole experience; a true professional who set a great example of customer service to the young staff. We came because we had a gift certificate that was burning a hole in my wallet, but we will definitely be back!

This is a review of the Thanksgiving buffett from yesterday, not the restaurant. So for a variety of reasons we chose to not make traditional thanksgiving lunch. For convenience we chose to go to a restaurant instead. There was 16 of us. The service was fine, it was actually great. The atmosphere was what it was, felt like a wedding reception. The reason I give a 1 is because the food was terrible. For $35 a plate I expected not only a larger variety of food, but better quality. It was so laden with salt that it was hard to enjoy. I forced myself to have two plates worth so I didn't feel like I wasted $35. Didn't bother with dessert. For $700+ for our group, I expected better. Yes, folks gave up their time and I appreciate that. It just wasn't good.

Disappointed. First you have to decide which dining area you want and then they ask for your full name and phone number. For what? I dislike any restaurant that provides a salad ala carte, but this one also offers a bread basket ala carte for $5! Biggest failure was that absolutely nothing came out of the kitchen hot. Not the mashed potatoes, not the rice, not the vegetables, not the steak, and not the crab legs! The steak was tender and flavorful. The crab legs were small, but tasty. No butter warmer and had to request a cocktail fork for the crab legs. And the dessert menu was a full of beautiful pictures and descriptions of about twelve different favorites - which only means that every one of them was a pre-packaged frozen product. The main dining room is very nicely decorated, comfortable, and private seating areas. I thought there must have been another larger party because of all the talk and laughter. But no - all that was coming from the service area behind us. Our server was a lovely young girl, Katie. She was polite, helpful, and courteous throughout. So all in all, yes, very disappointed and not likely to return.

This place use to be great, I've been going there since it opened, what happened? I love that they have great service,atmosphere and drinks. Prices are up, food quality and portion size is down. They need some passionate chiefs focused on quality not margins. I don't mind paying a premium price for quality meal. I left the restaurant feeling ripped off like a tourist trap.

Nice place. Food is above average, service is excellent. If you order a drink, be prepared-they are quite pricey. I initially ordered a Manhattan w/Woodford. Bartender looked confused. I reiterated my request. She brought me a Woodford OTR. Oh well. Nice atmosphere, food was good. Above average place for the area.

Galaxy is alright. I wouldn't come here for myself but maybe as a group. Food was ok and drinks were alright.

Visited the Galaxy Sports Bar Patio and was pleasantly surprised! The vibe of the outdoor patio was fun featuring a large bar, waterfall feature, comfortable table & chairs, and umbrellas/screens to block the sun. Our server was the absolute sweetest! There was a good variety of choices on menu for food and drinks. Prices were also very value driven! Would definitely come back for happy hour or for day drinking outside again. Great local spot to check out for good weather fun!

The cocktails were great and huge selection of beer and wine as well including flights. The charcuterie board was much larger than I anticipated and was absolutely incredible. Loved everything on there. The entree was absolutely to die for. Perfect rosy pork, creamy risotto, and tender asparagus. All around incredible food. Service was a bit slow which seemed odd given the number of people there, but given recent staffing issues it could certainly be related to that

I would not suggest this restaurant. The meals are overpriced for what could pass as left over unseasoned Olive Garden. The service was terrible. I seen my server 20 mins after being seated and 15 mins after I finished my meal. Not once received a refill of my drink.

Service was great! Super friendly. Salmon was prepared perfectly. We loved the Autumn Salad and Beet Salad. We'll be back!

Wife and I decided to have dinner at their Sports Bar. Big mistake...I got the Galaxy Burger. It was a complete mess. It was impossible to even pick up and eat. Just a goopy, soggy, dripping catastrophe. Wife ordered the chicken sandwich which was cold as were the fries. This place is too expensive for the quality of food we received. Better choices to eat dinner in Wadsworth. The Galaxy has definitely gone down hill. The decor needs freshened up also (The Sports Bar). Seems run down.

Sure wish we would have patronized your restaurant. Recent visit to Orrville and went to Orrville Pub, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Poor Quality. $5 for Zucchini Appetizer...5 tiny pieces the size of my pinky (and I have small hands). Chicken Parmesan I am sure was a frozen "pressed chicken" patty with a "slap" of mozzarella (at least I think it was mozzarella...$9 no salad and no garlic bread. The fettuccini Alfredo I would bet it was jarred sauce...yuk and the so called grilled chicken was sliced in pieces and most were burnt. We should have gone with our gut and refused the food and walked out. Then on top of that as we were leaving we smelled "cigarette smoke" positive someone was smoking at the bar. DISGUSTING. We both were sick with indigestion and throwing up. Place is a rip off!!! Did I say it was TERRIBLE!!

Galaxy gets two stars for messing up my take out order AGAIN. I try Galaxy takeout about every six months and they always mess something up. This time we placed a telephone order for two Circle L burgers, two shooting stars and one kid's burger. We repeatedly and emphatically told the woman on the phone that we wanted NO CHEESE on each burger (because we know that Galaxy adds to cheese to some/all of the burgers unless you tell them not to). I checked the order before taking it out to the car (because, like I said, this isn't the first time that they've messed up), and sure enough the two shooting stars have cheese. I spoke with the manger and told her that I needed everything to be remade because I wasn't going to sit around with the other orders getting cold. To Galaxy's credit there was no argument on this point. I ran a quick errand and came back and the food was ready. Aside from the above, I had to wait at least five minutes at the carryout counter before anyone showed up. When I asked the sports bar hostess if anyone is working she kinda gave me a shrug with something like "there should be", but she didn't offer any kind of assistance. I eventually flagged down another employee who grabbed someone from the back to help me. Not the greatest experience tonight. Disappointing.

First time eating at the brunch buffet, and it was excellent! The Galaxy is also doing a great job of managing a buffet where people can safely (social distancing) get the food they want to eat. When we walked in, we were greeted by a hostess, and then immediately seated. Our server Zack did an excellent job of explaining the buffet and keeping our drinks filled. There were many choices of food items. Everything from breakfast items to carved prime rib. Lots of fresh salad items, fresh fruit, other meat dishes, veggies, pasta, and also an omelette station and waffle station. The desserts looked super yummy too but I only had room for one, but added some berries on my plate. Loved the prime rib as it was perfectly prepared, and very tender. We were thanked for eating at the Galaxy. Looking forward to eating here again. The brunch buffet is open on Sunday's from 11 am-1 pm.

we went to the sports bar tonight and had the worse clambake ever. we ordered the clam chowder. it was terrible and cold! ordered the clambake and paid extra for a lobstertail. the tail was tough and barely warm. the clams looked fake, not warm and not even served with melted butter! the corn on the cob was not even warm and had some gross seasonings on it! The roll was stale! this is the most expensive meal. if was good , no problem! should be ashamed to serve this meal!!! Linda Corey not even 1 star

Great place - something for everyone! We've patronized the steakhouse, sports bar and wine lounge - all great in their own right! Meats are top notch!!

We were there for Easter brunch. It was well organized with great service, many choices, and good food.

1st time here. Went with a group of "20". We showed up at noon and only a 30 min. advanced notice. They were busy but fit us in. After we all had drinks and food I asked what the overall impression was. 19 out of 20 said five stars. 1 said 4 stars. Yeah, that's impressive. Rotating craft beer was CBC's award winning IPA so that's 5 Stars right there. Took a few pictures of amy meal and people on either side of me. Great place for sure .

Had a great experience at the Wine Room. We took advantage of their $21 3-course meal deal: steak, sides, salad, and dessert. Bottle of wine $21 too! Our server was amazing and professional. We'll be back!

The Galaxy is always good. Look forward to going there at least once a week! Good service, good food, all good!

We randomly stop here on our way home from a day in the Amish country and Smuckers in Orville, Ohio Great find!!!! Our burgers were outstanding! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Great beer selection! Super clean! I would definitely return to this great Spot!

Mussels and wings were great. Quick easy service. Not too crowded! Would love to come back

I've only been to the Galaxy twice, but this place is delicious and consistent. Our daughter has been craving the BLT wrap from here since last summer. We finally made it back and were worried it may not live up to the high expectations. We were wrong - it was perfect!!! I had the hot Italian sandwich and my wife had the chicken Cobb salad. All 3 were absolutely perfect. Delicious!!! I would have posted pics but we were too excited when the dishes landed in front of us. Quality ingredients, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Can't wait to eat there again.

Unfortunately this restaurant was less than impressive. My boyfriend and I were staying at the hotel next door, and decided to go to dinner after our long trip. We ordered drinks right off the bat while sitting at a table. Before our drinks even came to the table, the waitress came over to get our food order. We waited about 20 minutes for our drinks to be delivered. Our food took about 40 minutes to get to us, so we had to sit and wait for an hour before we got to eat. The food was mediocre, and honestly I could have cooked a better meal in under a half hour at my home. I think perhaps we came in when shift changes happen, but the last meal of your shift should look as good as the first meal of your shift. I was very disappointed when all I wanted was a simple drink, a warm meal, and to go back to my hotel room to sleep.

Went there for lunch. Got a patty melt it was the worst patty melt I've ever tasted for $14. It was a thick hunk of meat improperly seasoned very scarce on the onions and no type of sauce $14 and Patty melt and chips never again.

Went a couple of years ago and sat in their wine room, and food/wine was great! Went recently to the pub portion, and it took a while to get our food. While we had a 7 person group, it was still on the long side. No one was overly impressed with their order and my medium steak salad was between well done and jerky. While I could have sent it back, after waiting a long time, I didn't want to wait anymore- plus McDonalds was right across the street.

Dined on the Sports Bar side; we got a variety of items and everything was just very average and underwhelming. Had to wait a while for our appetizer and food, fries and sweet potato fries weren't hot, and the chicken on the chicken Parmesan sandwich was very chewy and not good. The only saving grace was how nice and accommodating our server was. We came here as we had gift cards to use, this is very out of the way for us, definitely not impressed enough to go out of the way to come back.

Currently here. Smells like sewage. A table of at least 16 men is near us. They keep clearing the table and placing their dishes on the table next to us because the server isn't clearing it. These guys are eating dessert with what looks like entree or appetizers platters next to them. Dishes piled high on the table next to us and I think every employee in the place (except the bartender, bar is nice and clean) has walked past it with empty hands.

The area is our halfway stop to the east coast, the first time it was excellent, the door was great along with the service. The last time, we put our name in for a table and we're told it would be 30 minutes, the place was busy and I understand the wait. We sat at the bar and patiently waited 45 min later we went to check and we were told that the reservation had been cancelled, but they did not know who did it, we were told that we could put our name back on the list , but now there would be 1:30 hour wait. Well they are one and done in my book

Heard great things, went to the sorts bar side this past Friday. Great atmosphere, our server was outstanding. My son loved his chicken wrap. I chose the brisket sandwich, it was awful, meat was thin and DRY. The cheese was sparse, I couldn't eat but didn't want to complain because our server was so nice. I will return just not ordering the brisket.

Four of us went to Galaxy for the Thanksgiving Buffet this year. What a mistake. What garbage food and service. Before covid for years we used to go to the Galaxy at least every other week as the service and the food was good to exceptional. Went to their regular dining & their breakfast buffets. We made reservations. I should have known three?? dedicated people plus the manager trying to decide where to seat people. One other person taking parties to tables. So I have to ask myself..."Reservations"...out the window...how many to screw in a light bulb? A table becomes open with enough seats you seat the next party on the reservation list. If people are not vacating the tables fast enough...maybe it is not so much that they are just sitting around talking. Maybe it is because completely over-booked your reservations, or grossly underestimated the average time an average party will take to finish. If it did not take 20 mins for the server to show up & you had better service then may you would cycle people through faster for the $40+ A PLATE you charge. Buffet should have fairly quick turnover. While the servers were less than motivated, this was larger management created issue. After seating another 20 mins before server showed up. Did not act like wanted to be there but took our drink order which she botched 2 of 4. $40+ per person the buffet only included iced tea and water. Coffee=extra charge. Person that actually got his coffee just drink water & though coffee watered-down. Went to get out food, sat down, and no silverware. None provided at buffet but despite trying to flag any server they seemed to not be interested. So my wife got fed up & decided to go find silverware on her own. Another 10 mins before someone brought drinks. Even though not asked for, another 20-30 before our server showed back up with another over-filled cup of coffee when it was put on the table it made a mess on the table when she put it down. Did not seem to phase her,(probably not happened if she would have earlier taken extra empty glasses/plates needing cleared table. She left empty handed we pooled our paper napkins to sop it up to keep from running in his lap. Our server finally shows up at the end with two separate checks which she again botched up. Had to wait another 10 mins before she showed back up to have them fixed. NOTE: Other people reviewing this buffet are saying charged $35 a plate. Even if.....another $5 for coffee or the iced tea if not actually covered...??? My bill for two buffets was $84 before any tip ! Now...the food: Salad: Basic.....and I do mean BASIC...basic in a very limited way. Extremely cheap way that make the stature of that restaurant look very bad. Chicken Plank -From bar menu. Not bad, but still bar food for Thanksgiving? FOR $40+ A PLATE ? Expecting regular fried/baked chicken. Mac & Cheese -Nope. Very cheap bland tasting. Green Bean Casserole - Very snotty consistency & amazingly flavorless. Sweet Potato -Basically pureed to the consistency of instant mashed potatoes. Flavor a little bland which they tried to compensate by sprinkling a thin coat of marshmallow & brown sugar. Meh... Corn - Even though it was over-cooked and mushy, I did like the flavor. Broccoli Salad - Other than in short supply, one of the better items. Mashed Potatoes - Yeah! These were really mashed potatoes still with small chunks. YACK ! Who dumped the entire salt containers into this? Could not eat more than two bites. Horrible ! Tender Loin - Good for me as I like red/purple meat, though most people would have like it a little more cooked. They seemed to be rationing... Literally 4 bites per serving trip. Again FOR $40+ A PLATE ? Prime Rib(I think?) - Rationed two thin pcs 1-1/2 x 5". Tried to cut them with the table knife which did not work. I assume that we could not be trusted with sharp knives even though meat on menu.(I forgot about my pocket knife in my back pocket). Ate them like beef jerky with my fingers. Shredded Turkey - Fairly good. Sliced Turky Breast - Everyone else in party had second servings so I assume it was good. Desserts -Told the pumpkin pie was a little bland and so, so on torts & cookies. The girls liked the double fudge chocolate cake though. Service personnel for cutting & serving pies/cakes more interested in their cell phones and socializing with each other. All and all I would rate this a poor experience and would not chance it again with this restaurant even with our long history of great times there. I also feel very fleeced. Over-all the food quality and choice was sub-par, and screamed "cheap as possible" on everything. For $40+ A PLATE..(at least what we were charged), dare I say - scam. I should have kept it simple and went out to the 76/224 truck stop and had FAR better food, good service, at least half the price, a real salad bar, spent half the time, and without the anger. Never again.

Came in at 9:20. Kitchen shuts down at 9:30. Waitress was very friendly and prompt. I hurried up and ordered so I could get my food. Got the traditional wings. They were good. Ghost pepper was pretty hot but flavorful. Nice selection of beers on tap. Only reason I'm not giving higher stars is whoever the employee is at the bar right now talking to the bar patrons is extremely loud. Giving his opinion on political views and even the Will smith smack. I could care less what he thinks but he's speaking in such a loud voice it's all I can hear and he's pretty damn annoying. I'm assuming he's a manager because he isn't doing a damn thing besides running his mouth.

Loved the staff, very friendly. Even though I only got a beer. Not too loud either, music wasn't drowning out conversations yet still loud even to hear.

We have been going here for years. You can't go wrong with the burgers or the flatbreads. In the summer check out the patio and live music!

Had to go to Wadsworth and found this restaurant so we decided on lunch, very typical sports bar, good selection of beers and craft also, decent menu, great patio. I'd recommend this place for a good lunch and drinks. Hope to return to try out the steak house, looks really nice. Kind of a surprise to find such a nice place in the middle of nowhere. Our server/bartender Megan was delightful.

Brunch Sunday was absolutely delicious!!! There is zero complaints to be had! Just remember you are going for a traditional Sunday brunch, which means this is not a quick in-and-out place, it is somewhere to go when you want to actually put down the rest of the world and socialize and talk and slow down and enjoy! Starters Amd main course took nearly two hours, but it was REALLY nice for a good slowed down change of pace to just sit and chat a while! (oh and crab Benedict. I shall sooooooo be back! 100% yumminess!)
