My husband proposed to me after a date night at the movie theatre 🎭 and it was the most memorable time of our lives 😁The theatre has a great service and good working people. It’s a very nice place and it is clean and well maintained. Also, food and drinks are pretty fair, they will bring your food while you are seated with your friends or date nights! 😁😉🥰We love it! I am so glad they chose to build it in Tucson AZ. Thank you Galaxy theatre.🥰❤️oh wait, there is more.. as we came outside from the movie we saw these magnificent creatures the Javelinas! 😁 it was really cool to watch the babies and mommy and daddy 😎 not every day at the theatre you get the chance to to see them. So, ladies and gentlemen, Enjoy your Pop Corns and hotdogs!!

Super comfortable chairs, popcorn has an incredible taste. The theater was hot but later cooled down a little bit. The sound system is not great. It was a decent experience. I believe they need to do something else to bring people back to the theaters. I believe they need to improve.

Galaxy is classified as a 'luxury theatre' and I have to agree! The concession stands serve adult beverages in addition to the normal fare and the recliners are extra comfy while sporting a decently sized tray complete with cup holders. Prices really aren't higher than you would pay at a standard theatre and they have friendly customer service. My only complaint is the assigned seating, this isn't uncommon in theatres anymore but it makes it stressful for me as a customer because I either have to pay in advance in person or buy online and pay a convenience fee to ensure I can seat my whole crew together. That being said I'll definitely be back so it can't be that bad right? I included a schedule of their summer movie schedule showing older movies at a huge discount to beat the heat this year (2023). 🥳 Update: don't try and go at peak times if you want concessions, the line can be insane and not very efficient. If you sign up for their membership you get discount tickets on Tuesdays for normal theatre seats 😁 their DFX theatres are pretty cool but beware the regular screens feel really small after you've seen a movie in them! 😅😁

Clean, comfortable seats. Love the ability to book online and reserve seating. I don't like the fee for this convenience,but I get it. In the past, we've ordered too but this time it was popcorn, drinks and peanut m&Ms. Just the right amount for the three of us, with a free refill on the popcorn.

Big awesome recliner chairs like you have at home and motorized. Big beautiful theater with great food options and bar options as well, unlike most theaters. This place has a great vibe. Will keep coming back

I like that this movie theater is rarely crowded. It is always clean and the seats recline and are comfy. The frozen margaritas are good. Great customer service as well

Worst experience EVER in 37 years of going to the movies. My family and I purchased tickets online a week prior to Jurassic Park playing today. We have tickets for the back row seats N10-N13. We get into theater 5 and realize that our seats are already occupied. We see four empty seats in the row and just figured that this other family took our seats so we decided to just sit in the empty seats that were most likely theirs. The movie starts and a family comes in and shows us their tickets to the seats we are sitting in. Of course we get up and give the seats to the family that has tickets to the seats we are sitting in. I then proceed to show our seat tickets to the “very rude and old family” that is sitting in OUR N10-N13 seats and they just basically ignore me. I showed them our tickets and asked to see their tickets and they just kept munching on their concessions ignoring me. We would’ve stayed for the movie if other seats were available, but the only seats available were in the front row. Ultimately we left the theater and proceeded to the front desk kiosk to ask for a refund since WE PAID for seats that another family is occupying. I AT LEAST expected the manager to take initiative to ask the family to move from our paid for seats, but I figured that would disrupt the movie for other people in the theater. We were reimbursed our tickets but not online convenience fee. It is what it is. We did however receive two free movie passes but I still don’t think that is enough. I feel like the family that was sitting in the seats we paid for should’ve been either moved to other seats in the theater or kicked out for not moving from their seats. I am just in disbelief that this old and fat family would not move and would not show their tickets to us. I hope they come across this and realize that they ruined the movie that my two boys and wife were excited to see. My boys left the theater crying. Also, we spent $70 on concessions that we took home. Next time I’ll go to Park Mall or El Con. All bad.

I've never had an issue with this place. They are always well-staffed and staff is courteous and professional. The theaters are always clean. The few times I've had to use the service desk, my issue was resolved immediately.
