Last night I enjoyed my first experience at Galeto. We started out with the pão de queijo, fried bananas, and fried polenta, they were all delicious.
Next up, the gourmet table was fabulous. I especially loved the lobster bisque, sesame ahi, & the mussels. There were so many choices available on the gourmet table, that it would have been a wonderful meal on its own... but I was happy to have experienced the full churrasco experience with all the delicious meats.
Many of the meats seemed to miss our table but luckily I did get to try the Alcatra, Picanha & Picanha com alho, which were all well seasoned, tender, and delicious.
The three offerings of desserts all looked delightful and through sharing I tried both the chocolate mousse and the creme brûlée. The mousse was light and not too sweet or overly chocolate, and the creme brûlée was perfectly smooth and delightful.
I do wish that our table saw more of the meat selection as it would have been nice to try more offerings, but that being said, it’s not like anyone went home hungry. Overall an excellent experience and I look forward to returning to Galeto.
