I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but this experience was so uncomfortable and strange that I feel other families should be aware. I took my 3 year old son to see Santa at the Galleria Mall in Henderson. We were both excited. He had been looking forward to telling Santa what he wanted for Christmas, and I was just hoping for a simple, positive memory and a photo. When it was our turn, Santa initially seemed friendly. My son walked up to him, sat on his lap, and I could see them talking. When it came time for photos, Santa moved my son’s hair behind his ears and turned him so the camera could see his face. Sometimes when my son’s hair is tucked behind his ears it looks a little funny, so I asked if I could fix his hair real quick. Santa responded with a snarky “yeah, please do.” I brushed it off. As I was fixing his hair, Santa then said, in a rude tone, “well now it’s going to be in his face.” I said I’d move it off to the side and tried to keep things light. Nervous and joking, I said that sometimes he looks like a girl when his hair is behind his ears. At that point, Santa grabbed a chunk of my son’s hair and said, very rudely, “you don’t think these 9 inches of hair doesn’t make him look like a girl.” I was taken aback, but I brushed it off because I was just trying to get the photo and not cause a scene. Then Santa continued being rude, repeatedly asking why my son wouldn’t smile. I explained that sometimes he just doesn’t want to smile and that it wasn’t a big deal to me. I didn’t care if he smiled, I just wanted one photo of my son with Santa. He kept pushing it. When I walked closer, he continued saying, “why won’t your kid smile?” At that point I asked, calmly, “sir, is there an issue?” and he responded with, “I’m done with this lecture.” I was honestly confused and started to walk away. The photographer immediately apologized and asked if I wanted to cancel the photos. I told her no, that it was okay, I still wanted them. I got in line to purchase the photos and casually asked her if this was the same Santa as last year. Santa overheard and chimed in with “nope.” I didn’t respond and just stayed in line. When it was my turn to check out, Santa suddenly stopped what he was doing and walked over to us while the photographer was trying to help me choose a photo package. There was a full line of families waiting, and he just left his area and walked up. We were both confused. I politely asked if we could finish without Santa standing there. That’s when he completely flipped out. He became verbally aggressive, called me names, said I was the problem, and caused a scene in front of children and families. I kept repeating that this was highly inappropriate and unprofessional and asked him to please leave. I also told him again how inappropriate it was to speak rudely about a 3 year old’s hair. He responded with “yep, I said it.” When staff members stepped in and told him this was inappropriate and asked him to go back to his area, he told them he’s a “grown man.” When I asked him to leave, he said, “or what? what are you going to do?” The photo staff were incredibly kind and apologetic and tried to de-escalate the situation. They told me their manager would be informed when he arrived. Bystanders even came up to hug me because I was visibly shaken and crying. I promise there is nothing more to this story. This all happened out of nowhere. I was truly just trying to get a photo of my child with Santa. The staff handled it as best they could, but Santa’s behavior was completely unacceptable for a family holiday environment. I really hope management takes this seriously

Spent the Sunday there and it was great people watching lots of really great stores including JCPenney Dillard's Macy's to name a few so picked up lots of good Bargains that are going on right now Post New Year's Day

Charlotte Russe needs to change their policy. They need to offer full refunds to customers. The current policy is they only offer exchanges and in store credit. Employees can’t even tell you if/when the in store card they give you expires. That’s unfair to the customer. Either give people their money back, debit there debit/credt cards back or at least be definite about how long they have to use the store credit so your customers are not losing their money

ACTUAL STAR RATING: "4.5" We visited the Galleria at Sunset a year ago. I thought it would be unfair to review this shopping center at the time, so I passed on writing one. It was like walking into a Twilight Zone episode as we were at the height of the pandemic, and most stores were closed, vacant, or shuttered. This time is a complete turn-around. The mall was bustling with customers the likes I hadn't seen since well before the pandemic started. Most (not all) stores were open and fully stocked with merchandise, unlike a year ago. I would say that something less than 10% of the stores was either closed, vacant, or not open due to illness or employee shortage. There's still a noticeable shortage of employees in most stores, but they seem to be making some headway with higher pay as it should be. The mall itself was much cleaner than last year, and you see staff disinfecting constantly. There was a noticeable push to have all customers wear masks, and unlike other places, most mall-goers were wearing theirs. It seems there's a pent-up desire for people to get out and go shopping as the number of people in the mall was significantly more than I have seen in many years. I hope it stays this way as it's much more pleasant to walk the shopping center when it's crowded with shoppers. All-in-all, it was a pleasant few hours of shopping, and I look forward to continued progress at this and other shopping centers going into the Holiday Christmas season. REVIEW AT A GLANCE RECOMMENDED: Yes SERVICE: Limited PRICE: Some good deals are available PANDEMIC: Good

The Galleria Mall in Henderson, Nevada, is a fantastic shopping destination that truly offers something for everyone. This spacious, well-maintained mall features an impressive variety of stores, ranging from popular brands like Macy’s, H&M, and Sephora to unique boutiques where you can discover hidden treasures. Whether you’re shopping for the latest fashion trends, home goods, or special gifts, you’ll find it all under one roof. The mall’s layout is thoughtfully designed, making it easy to navigate, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and lively. Shoppers can enjoy an array of dining options, from quick bites at the food court to sit-down restaurants like Cheesecake Factory and Red Robin, making it a perfect spot for a family outing or a day with friends. The addition of seasonal events and promotions only enhances the experience, offering even more reasons to visit. Ample parking and a friendly, helpful staff make every visit seamless and enjoyable. If you’re in Henderson or nearby, the Galleria Mall is a must-visit destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This was my first visit at the Galleria Mall, and my husband and I loved it! Bright, clean, open, lots of stores, great Food Court. We walk early mornings at a nearby mall in southwest Vegas near our home (safety, not crowded) but even though the Galleria is further away, we'll do our walks ( and shopping) there from now on.

Yelp
This was my third time visiting this mall. We were looking for Popeyes and couldn't even find an proper map at the main entrance. But it was on the second floor we finally found the food court after 10 minutes roaming around up and down stairs twice. I don't mind but an map would have helped and saves us some time. We we're there for an good deal on T-Mobile Tuesday for 6 wings if you purchase any menu start from $5. App wasn't working right so it took awhile but employee were very polite and patient with me and my husband. We ended up getting spicy original sandwich and my husband got chicken tenders with two biscuits and two sides which was mashed potatoes and rice beans. We ened up getting 6 pieces of Lemon pepper bc we tried other flavors already. It was not bad and I liked that they filled mashed potatoes all the way up like how it was supposed to be. Popeyes at Stephanie st only filled it up half way so I appreciate this location for that. I will be coming back just for some more fried chicken! :) It is so new that they don't even show up on the yelp. My new favorite Popeye location now. Thanks for the free cup! :)

Yelp
Shopping in Las Vegas... With that my wishlist is quite huge as I don't get to travel here as much lately and it's nice to have this mall in Henderson though the drive it is quite farther out than I'd like the return is it's a much quieter and less crowded for sure which makes parking is nice, quite spacious found one immediately without a struggle as it's nice and open though no shaded parking as it's all out there in the heat. This two level mall is nice and a decent size with some solid merchants like JCPenney's, Khol's, Macy's and H&M that seems to be the anchor but with the usual Starbucks, Victoria's Secret and Hollister is a great familiar shops to browse what I loved is seeing some unusual finds for me personally is Inspiration Co, Miniso, and Tokyo World made it a fun place to explore and shop for my retail therapy to find that great priced item. Great place to avoid the crowds though it seems like a forgotten location as it's a bit dingier than the ones closer to the strip area but as I was searching for some shops the customer service was very helpful and friendly I just hope they give this mall more attention as it's a promising and would be sad to lose them especially for those living in the area. Thank you!

Yelp
i want to recognize the kind asian man at the SweetStixsLV kiosk in the food court. everytime i visit him, he always has a big smile on his face and a warm welcoming presence. he sells tanghulu (sugar coated fresh fruit) a popular asian street snack that's very tedious to make. i admire his hustle and perseverance despite the mall declining in customers over the years. each stick is about $5.

Yelp
We visited recently, because we were looking for something specific. We got everything from the department store, and even more importantly, we had our daily walk indoors, which meant a lot to me in the summer heat! Galleria at Sunset has a lot of parking spaces. It's convenient, especially when you're in a hurry to get somewhere specific. Their food court is full and has plenty of choices. On the ground floor, some playground is nicely built for little kids. There are natural lights from the top floor, which gave plenty of sunlight to the indoors, but also made the upstairs much warmer than the downstairs. Employees are friendly and helpful when asked about certain stores to locate. We went to Macy's for a specific item, and bought multiple things because they had a huge sale! Love shopping especially when things are on sale!

Yelp
I haven't been here in years. There weren't many people here for a Wednesday night; it was almost empty. Nevertheless, I went to this mall because it's the only location with a Yankee Candle and I had to get my free Large Birthday Candle. We ended up walking around, but we didn't buy anything because this mall is pricey!

Yelp
I'm not a big fan of shopping @ the mall. Now when I was in high school & in my 20's yes, but now....nope. I don't frequent in here often but have gone here recently to do some returns @ Macy's. Their Macy's is nice and big. I really can't say much for the rest of the mall. I did see that a garbage can outside of Macy's today was wicked full of trash that it was overflowing so their housekeepers aren't very attentive with keeping their grounds clean. Not sure what their trashcans inside the mall looks like??? If I ever go back to this mall & explore it I will update my review.

Yelp
I haven't been here in many years. I recall it being bigger, but I guess not. It was nice, but not enough stores that I'm interested in shopping within. It's a nice place to walk around if one is not expecting a long trek. Food court offers a variety, but not much I was interested in. An average indoor mall experience IMO.

Yelp
Malls are going to be a thing of the past soon. This one is still clean, no real issues & still a few good stores to choose from.

Yelp
Met some of our younger family to visit with Santa today. We had an appointment & got there a bit early to get a place in line. The Mrs & I were pleasantly surprised to find there was absolutely no line at all today. The "right jolly old elf" was very happy to see us & it surprised our great granddaughter to see that we were on such good terms with him. Have smaller children & want to see their faces light up? Bring 'em for a visit with Santa. Maybe they'll try harder to stay on the "nice list."

Yelp
I've come back twice since this review, most recently being this last Sunday. There were feces smeared on the interior of a ladies bathroom stall and it seemed to have been there a while too.. I might just have to go further away for a better and cleaner experience. Very concerning.. not to mention the trash cans outside are just filthy and overflowing. Not a place I want to shop at.

Yelp
I went to a kiosk to get a screen saver for my iphone and a new case. The old one had a crack on the screen saver but it protected my screen. The case was shredding so I got a new one and it fit like a glove. Much cheer than the AT&T store and the kiosk had several in stock. Great price and excellent value.

Yelp
Never have I seen a human feces that has been there so long, it was burned by the sun in one of the stairways outside of Rodizio. What the hell? Dying mall that is poorly kept

Yelp
Sunset Gallaria Miniso. I had a very bad experience and I attempted to reach the manager. I was told very rudely by a sales clerk there was no manager in site. Than i attempted to call the number on the website and no one picked up or returned my call.

Yelp
Charlotte Ruse store here has terrible customer service. Their target customers are teenagers. The salespeople tell them they can return items within 14 days. But no - you can exchange in 14 days. What a disappointment!

Yelp
I love Dick's they always have great Vegas Golden Knights attire if i need something new. The mall has a fun arcade and toys for the kids to ride, even a train - if you are looking for something cool (temp wise) and indoors to do in the summer with the kids. Decent food court and lots of walking space. We go a few times a summer and always hit the Build a Bear and Hot Topic!

Yelp
The mall is slowly coming depressing and boring to walk around at. Not much of selections anymore and majority of the popular stores are now closed. Not much of food choices either for the food court. i feel like this mall needs to step it up and be a bit more exciting for us locals to shop at. i really don't stick around more than an hour or so because of the store and food court selections. The only stores i ever shop at are is charlotte russe and maybe miniso and maybe another store or two. Seriously, I'll just not last in the stores more than 10 minutes. i go in and walk all the way towards the back of the store and back out. Barely buying anything because like i said it ain't much to shop for here.

Yelp
Not that bad for a mall it's very peaceful location wasn't bad at all I like that this mall is in Las Vegas but not as crazy as the fashion district mall. Pretty straight forward as far as shops your usual findings , H&M , forever 21, express, Dillard , Macy , Buckle, children's place , shoe palace and much more that you usually find at the local city malls , lots of parking I would say the only thing they need is better food court options

Yelp
Be fully aware, your awake and alive! Now get out and live! Are you happy up in the early morning? Come and explore mall walking, it's hot outside baby. Catch a ride on a train and Choo Choo ahead. Watch out for the beep beep of the train. The littles love and adore such happy that still can be found here. Are you looking to adopt that next stuffy? Many animals that make all sorts of noise can be yours. How cute they all are? Come and visit the Build a Bear and make your next animal adventures come true. After some adventures in the mall it eating time. Have a bite to eat perhaps a hot dog on a stick, some Thai food at Tom Yum, perhaps Italian with pizza at Sbarro's. If your into bottomless fries and great burgers then have lunch and drinks at Red Robin. Leave room for dessert with a genuine cinnamon roll from Cinnabon. Cool off with some ice cream at Dairy Queen. Perhaps something a little more glamorous is in your sights then try the milkshakes with all the fixings. Need something to go try a pretzel n cheese, chocolate chip cookies, or macaroons. Come and explore all the foods that are made here and for you to enjoy. What's not to love. Help stimulate the enjoy with your favorite stores. Come and see that this little mall has to offer. Do you need sports apparel visit Dicks. Need some new rock tee shirts then let's go to Spencer's or Hot Topic. Need a special candle to celebrate that special bath your going to take on your day off then get your Yankee on. Need some sexy special adornments Victoria provides secrets and special happiness always. Need some new sun wear how about Macys or Dillards. Do the kids need play clothes then get them ready at Kohls. Put some flip and take the flop out of those summer days. There is something for all here. Did I mention ample and "free" parking. Who knows where you left your car when you go to the Fashion Show Mall. Besides by the time you circle the parking lot on the strip your already too tired for shopping it seems. For those of us that steer clear of the businesses of the strip because it's so tough to maneuver, and all the tourists. Take it a little slower and enjoy your trips out with less stress and energy expenditure. We have a mall that offers many wonderful shops with less hassles than that of the strip. That five mile stretch of craziness is great but takes so long to get in and out. Come explore Henderson for some much more simpler fun times. Many community events are sponsored here. With the recent events surrounding our country, they are offering us a chance to vote early. This is one of those places that you can make sure your voice counts. Be the change and use your freedom of choice to ensure that our values and happiness is continued. Get out and vote. The primary's are nearing us and while you cannot protest or bring sign petitions on the property it's a chance to cast your vote in the process to be heard. Are you concerned about your safety with all the unrest and unresolved issues of crime they have security in the mall. These days are uneasy and seeing someone in uniform with cold iron on their hip keeps most crime at bay. Shop and be seen while still being safe. As you make your way through your mall journey, the city of Henderson gives us some hope that safety and security are still important to their customers. Who knew that you could vroom away on a bike from Cycle Gear. Get all those things that you need for riding here while the rest of the family shops. Let's see who can win at a few moments and bucks spent while taking on one another in the arcade. Who's the best come find out? Try something new at Tokyo World. It's a big little store of fun with goods and food treasures from all the way around the world. All dreams and happiness can be found here in an amazing day or afternoon of fun. What are you waiting for! Let's go!

Yelp
Going to a Yelp event at BeGood. Where the heck is this place? My Yelp GPS led me astray and I'm in front of JC Penny's. Hum, not sure this is right. Finally found a directory and I'm on the wrong side of the mall completely! A quick call to Be Good and the lovely hostess on the other end guided me with instructions to BeGood! Begoodness!!!

Yelp
I won a gift card for the Christmas holiday and I was so happy because I love this mall, I always go every time I visit actually. The fact that they allow dogs still is my favorite reason why I love this mall. And of course, I love the stores and even the food court here. It is so easy to spend my money here and they also have the Fantasy Lab which I am dying to check out one day. But I just went shopping here and had to take pictures with Santa. They are always so nice and helpful. The decor in this mall is always so pretty, I can literally spend hours just taking pictures with all the lights. They also usually have some kind of theme in the middle of the mall which is just set up for photo opps. This time is was kind of a weird one, a gas station and I honestly didn't really think it should've been there during the Christmas season, it just didn't really fit well. But of course I took pictures anyways. Can't wait to see what the next photo opportunity will be. I'll be back soon!!!

Yelp
A variety of affordable stores, I love coming here but since i live in Mountains Edge I don't get to visit this mall as much as I do South Outlet and Town Square. Since I live further away I wish they had extended hours. They are open Sun 11a-6p, Mon to Thurs 11a-7p, and Fri to Sat 11a-8p. I'm used to the malls being open 10a-9p where I can run in before work, or stop by after my shift for my quick errands. So these limited hours don't work too well for me. We go to children's place before the school year so my kids can try on uniforms for school. Yes, I know I can order it online but my kids are sometimes between sizes so we have to actually put it on them to see which size will work better. We also look at Journey's for their footwear. My daughter loves going to Claire's. And we can't leave until we get lollipops from See's Candies. Personally I love going to Francesca's, Windsor and Rhapsodielle. I usually check Papaya as well but for some reason on this visit their gate was closed even though the mall had been open for 3 hours already. My partner likes checking Dicks and Foot Locker. Since these bigger stores carry both men and women items, we both check out H&M and Forever21 for trendy basics. Food wise, we enjoy the snack type of meals they provide. Aunty Anne's and Cinnabon are solid choices. For something heavier there's a Thai place, a Greek option which I love, and even Panda Express for fast food Chinese.

Yelp
Really enjoy Galleria Mall. There's something for everyone here. I was surprised for a Saturday the mall was not crowded at all. They are requiring you to wear a mask in the mall area and in all the stores as well. Santa was there for you to meet if you would like. They have it decorated really nice for the holiday season. The food court has so many different options and there are also other food options in the mall beside the food court. Definitely has a great shopping experience here today

Yelp
This mall still the same after many years I ended shopping in there and still very clean , around plenty of security an the location is in Henderson just across the sunset station casino, plenty of choices in the food court an Macy's is my favorite store for fragrances , plenty of parking near the door an Santa is in the house for Family pictures.

Yelp
Been coming to this mall pretty much my whole life. They have always had a good selection of stores and it's always very clean. I don't live here anymore but every time I visit we somehow find ourselves here. It's a fun place to spend some time with friends or family

Yelp
I haven't been here in years and there doesn't seem to be any improvements in that time. They seem to be just maintaining the place and it seems to be going the way of most indoor malls (closing soon?). There are several store fronts that are empty and most of the stores I went in were dingy and needed a facelift. The customer service reps were friendly and the prices were good along with a decent selection of clothing and toys to pick from depending on where you went. Kay wish the place as a whole was better maintained.

Alicia R.

Yelp
I don't care what anyone says I love galleria. Close to where I live , has all the stores that are still Afforable now days. I'm opposite I'm not a frequent online shop unless I really have to get something online. I still love to try on and actually socialize. Mall is empty which I love too don't like it overcrowded. Has all the food spots and wide range of parking. Please keep this place going ~ #happyshopping

Yelp
I've been coming to this mall for over a decade and to be honest, it never has disappointed me. There have been changes over time, different stores replacing other stores but there's never been a time that I've felt the place was falling into disrepair. Some other malls lately seem to have an air sadness, that of a bygone era but not Galleria at Sunset. There's a good variety of stores. The Macy's and the Kohl's here seem to be really good at keeping up with new inventory so it's pleasant to shop there. The food court has a few places spots that seem to always be rotating but tbh as long as Cinnabon and Hot Dog on a Stick never leave, I'll be fine. It's a big place and if I had any complaints it would be there aren't enough stairs and escalators to the different floors. However, not much can be done about that now. LOL

Yelp
UPDATE 6/27/22: Wow, when was the last time I stopped by Galleria at Sunset? I think it was back in March of 2018, when I went clothes shopping with my best friend and her boyfriend. I remember during that visit that the Cinnabon stand received a 'notice of seizure' (it has since returned), which was very surprising to see. No mall is complete without a Cinnabon! I got off work early today to attend a mandatory orientation. Unfortunately, it abruptly ended early and I decided to pay a visit to Galleria so I wouldn't be bored at home for the rest of the day. It was a very brief visit - I only came here to go to Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works. And because it was a weekday afternoon (Monday), the crowds weren't all that bad. Today was actually my first time going to Galleria all by myself (I always went with friends and family). When I walked in, I was hit by a wave of nostalgia. Alongside this, it looked much newer and modern as well. I've been to Galleria a handful of times since moving to Henderson in 2000. During my tween/teen years, my favorite stores were Hollister, Abercrombie and Fitch (RIP), Victoria's Secret, Hot Topic, among others. I did see one major change during my recent visit - Hollister, which used to be on the first floor, is now next to Bath & Body Works on the second floor. I did not get to go to the first floor because I used the entrance and exit between Red Robin and Grimaldi's. I was given a 30% coupon for my next visit to VS, so there's a possibility that I'll be back in the next few weeks or so. Going forward, I'll come here on a weekday when there are fewer crowds.

Yelp
This is the mall that I always go to when I need some new clothes or if I'm shopping for friends and family! The mall is super easy to navigate through and there are a variety of stores and eateries here. I usually got to these stores: Macy's Bath and Body Works American Eagle Francesca's H & M Journeys Express Famous Footwear Kay's Jewelry If you get hungry there are places to eat: Red Robin Gen Korean Bbq Panda Subway There's a lot of parking, so it'll be easy to park and shop! This is definitely a great mall! I will be returning here soon to do more Christmas shopping!

REVIEW AT A GLANCE RECOMMENDED: Yes SERVICE: Limited PRICE: Some good deals are available PANDEMIC: Good PARKING: Good REASON: Shopping

Yelp
This is definitely a locals mall. Just your everyday shoppers looking for deals. There's the typical department stores: Macy's, JCPenny, Dillard's, Kohl's and Dick's Sporting Goods. And nothing fancy about the other stores either; Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, Footlocker, Vans, Tilly's just to name a few. There's nothing special about the food options either, although I do enjoy me some Cinnabon! A few notable things this mall has that the other malls in Vegas don't have. There's a Sweet Factory! I love that place!! It definitely reminds me of my childhood. There's also Gen Korean BBQ that everyone loves. Although personally I am not a fan. And the main reason we come to this mall is for my son to ride the train that goes around the mall. It's $3 a ride. Kinda steep for 5 minutes of entertainment, but my son is happy and that's what counts. The mall is pretty clean. I have no complaints there. I never have a problem finding parking. And the mall itself is well lit and easy to navigate. I don't frequent the mall too often, but this place has two thumbs up from me.

Yelp
Seems like a dying mall. But the thing is, the mall management does nothing good to attract people. Seems no events ever there, no renovations in 20 years and during Christmas last year not one single Christmas decoration outside or inside. It's no wonder...

Yelp
this mall is disgustingly hot. zero air flow in the summer. many shops like boxlunch are using fans to try to cool down the employees and patrons. do not recommend without a personal fan and a bottle of water.

Yelp
MY HO HUM MALL Ambiance: Recently renovated food court plus expansion for new restaurants. At least two have since failed. Plenty of sneaker retailers and specialty stores catering to younger shoppers. Anchor stores are notably scantily inventoried. My favorite store is still Dillards but it doesn't hold a candlelight compared to the Summerlin flagship. Recap: When I relocated to LAS 20 plus years ago, this gleaming new white mall had just opened. Since then, a new mall owner, online shopping and Covid-19 has had it's impact. Nowdays I'll visit the mall a half dozen times or less per year. The potential upside for this mall is unlimited. This is the closest regional mall for Green Valley, Anthem, Cadence, Tuscany & Lake Las Vegas.

Yelp
We visited this mall for the first time on a weekday First impression when we entered there was a photo booth near the entrance where 2 teenagers getting it on and making out inside the booth, like where is security?? Disappointed with the variety of stores available and the mall appeared to be over run by teenagers. Not that we are against that, but The stores are geared more to a younger age group, except for Macys & JC Penny's. We also went inside Kohls. It was messy, and disorganized. I felt like I was in a Ross. We also visited the food court and found the options there to be lacking. We did not finish our visit and decided this place is not for us and left. There are too many other stores and shops in the area, and nicer malls and outlets in Vegas to shop from.

Yelp
This mall is typical. With most major stores you'll find in most malls. Being the holidays, there are a lot of sales.going on, but also due to the government's proclamation, the stores are limited to how many people can be inside at one time. There are store attendants who manage this at each store entrance. Because if this, the turnout is not much, which made it safer to enforce social distancing. The "sit down" restaurants need reservations to be made. If they are not business, they can make "walk-in resevations" for you. We ate at the food court, which was typical.

Yelp
Recently my wife and I were shopping at Dillard's (Galleria at Sunset) in Henderson, NV. For assistance, we spoke to Chris Madison, Assistant Store Manager. He quickly resolved our concerns. He was effective, very friendly, great people skills, and treated us as long-time friends. Thank you Chris

Yelp
**This is strictly concerning Bobbi Brown makeup bar at Dillards** Never have I experienced a more pleasant makeup journey than with this Bobbi Brown location inside Dillards. A young woman who was so sweet and knowledgeable with the product (even though she had been there mere days) named Jessi, with a sweet southern accent helped me find my new comfort in makeup and skincare. I have some rough skin due to genetics and she helped me soo much. I found a new skincare as well as makeup that was to my comfort level (skin like, not cakey) and was soo helpful and kind. She also followed up with me days later to make sure I was happy. Wow!! What awesome customer service dudes. I never got to thank here as of yet, but she deserves so much recognition! Also, what great products!

Yelp
One of my favorite malls in the Las Vegas valley. I have many great memories of coming here during the 6 years I lived in Las Vegas. So many awesome shopping options and great places to eat. I always want to come back when I visit with family that live in Las Vegas.

Yelp
Such a huge mall! We didn't even get to finish the whole thing. There's a few levels with a whole lot of stores to shop in. They also have a food area next to bass pro.

Yelp
I haven't been to Galleria Mall at Sunset in several years. I came for a event at Bobby Mao's restaurant. I had arrived a hour early and decided to scope out the mall. It was on a Thursday night at around 5:00 P.M. It was fairly empty with not many people in the mall. My two favorite stores are Express and White House Black Market. Unfortunately, the Galleria Mall doesn't have White House Black Market, but it did have Express. The other store I had gone into at the Galleria Mall at Sunset was Hot Topic. I haven't been in Hot Topic in over 10+ years! I was pleasantly surprised. This mall is close for people that live in Henderson. Galleria Mall also offers seasonal activities, such as holiday festivities. There are lots of restaurant options in the Galleria Mall such as Red Robin and Bobby Maos. If you're in South Vegas and looking for a fun night of shopping, you should check out Galleria Mall at Sunset.

Yelp
For the workers & stores that do a great job of making it clean and pristine around the clock I congratulate them and acknowledge this. However, having two bathrooms in the entire mall is ridiculous. One on the top floor and one on the bottom floor, and they are on opposite ends of the entire building. This is absolutely unacceptable. The most ghetto malls here in the valley have more bathrooms than galleria. Galleria being such a beautiful mall in such a great area needs to do better. You have a huge food court, don't you think people need to use the bathroom after eating and drinking? Don't you know that people with babies come to the mall and need to change them? Also, little children/toddlers, cannot hold it and not having a bathroom close by makes it all the worse.

Yelp
Kids had so much fun making slime, riding motorized bikes, getting stuff from the shops. 5 star day!

Yelp
Why bother having handicap parking at an entrance that has no exit access before the mall even closes. No safe walkways for wheelchairs that connect to the parking lot, not to mention having to walk all the way around the mall. Extremely discriminatory, unsafe, and inconsiderate!

Yelp
This place is usually crowded but, the lines in the stores are never too bad. The food court here is mediocre and I've never really received great customer service here except in Torrid. They have a good variety of stores and have a section for mothers that are breast feeding or just need a quiet time with babies which is nice. This is a great place for families because you can grab something to eat,let the kids play on the playground or ride the train and then the family can shop a little. The mall is usually pretty clean. If you have little ones this is a great place for you but, if you don't like crowds I would steer clear !
