All the dishes were delicious, from the Quinua salad to the Grouper sandwich and the Fish tacos. The drinks were also excellent! The whole experience was very enjoyable because everyone was very accommodating. Reservations are recommended. One humble suggestion. We were celebrating a birthday, but no special detail was offered for the birthday person even though it was mentioned... not that we were expecting a free dessert, but at least a little candy or cookie... Next time!

We had a great time, we were sat at a high top in the bar area. we had to ask what the specials were or else our server probably wouldn’t have mentioned it to us but I think the bar area might just be a bit more casual than the main dining area. The food is incredible here, I love the espresso martini but our favorite was the smores martini!! My dad got the ahi tuna and was shocked at how much tuna he got for the price point- definitely happy about that. The tuna tacos were good and we LOVED the butter candle so much we ordered 2. This was my third time here and we’ll be back! Parking is difficult as it’s in the heart of Rosemary, there is no valet, if you can’t find parking in the main area you’d have to drive down the strip and it can get pretty far. They do not have a kids menu here. We had dessert here but you could also walk across the street to sugar shack for ice cream!

My fiancé and I came to Gallion’s to celebrate my birthday. It was both our first time dining and we had a wonderful experience. Calum was our server and he was such a pleasure to chat with — a sharp young man with a great future ahead of him! All our praise to him and those at Gallion’s for an overall great dining experience! Bar staff was also lovely! We will be back 😊

Best restaurant in 30A! We went to Gallion's our first night, and nothing else beat it for the rest of our trip. I highly recommend getting the butter candle, Bone in Filet + Jumbo Lump Crab, and carrot cake!

Gallions isnt just a dining place, its an entire EXPERIENCE. We were graciously welcomed by the host and had the amazing honor to be seated at Anastasia’s table. Anastasia did a phenomenal job of guiding us through the menu and truly being a major part of our dining experience. My husband and I are not drinkers so we cant speak to that- however- the recommendations that Anastasia gave us were high quality! We started with the ceviche which was a refreshing start before our main entrées arrived. My husband had the special of the night (not on the menu) which was the blackened grouper and stone crab with truffled mashed potatoes, and I had the 30 day dry aged ribeye topped with herb butter and smoked whiskey shoyu jus, that was seared to absolute perfection, truffled mashed potatoes & broccolini. If you have a sweet tooth- do not hesitate to get the Carrot Cake. I am not much of a cake eater but I ate more bites of this and could not get enough! Im not sure how they do it but it is 7 layers of moist carrot cake with just the right amount cream cheese layering, topped with walnuts and caramel corn. Worth. Every. Bite. Thank you Anastasia for the amazing hospitality and for making our experience at Gallion’s one we will never forget! Will absolutely dine again and ask for Anastasia!

This was a very romantic, intimate setting. The food was excellent and we will definitely revisit on our next trip to the region. The fried deviled eggs were unique but not the best dish on the menu. The red snapper in a white wine, cream sauce with capers was mouth watering. The beet salad was one of the best beet salads I have ever had.

Amazing!!! From the start, drinks, app, entree, and dessert! ANASTASIA WAS THE BEST!! She gave such great recommendations. Ps. We went back a 2nd time, and the food and service with her was perfection.

Go to Gallions!! You won’t be disappointed!! We came in on a Wednesday Night with no reservation at 7pm. We were quoted 45 minute wait, and it was a little longer than that but we didn’t mind. We walked over to La Crema and got cocktails to go and then walked around town. Time passed quickly. Our waiter was Gil. He was extremely knowledge, fast, and efficient. Gave recommendations for dishes since it was our first time. Highly recommend every single dish our table of 4 got. The butter candle - just do it. This butter odd like nothing you’ve had before. Unreal. Crab claw appetizer - we got them blackened after Gil’s recommendation. SO GOOD. Entrees - our table had the Red Snapper, Delmonico, and the Double Bone-In Pork Chop. Incredible food. Truly. Gil recommended swapping the fingerling potatoes out for the truffle mashed potatoes on the red snapper and that was an excellent choice. It was delicious!! My husband said it was the best fish he’s ever had. The steak was huge and cooked to perfection with great seasoning. Way to go Gallion’s. You created fans for life!

This was hands down the best meal we had while on 30A. Even though the restaurant was very busy, we were greeted and seated right on time for our reservation. Our server was attentive and made outstanding recommendations for apps and mains. The sommelier also gave great advice on wines to pair. The grouper, tuna, and chicken dishes were all fabulous! Finally, we finished with the house-made carrot cake. It was at probably six layers, drizzled with caramel sauce and candied popcorn. Amazing finish to a great meal. We will be back.

Great atmosphere, great food great service. Up there with some of the best casual, fine dining. After reading several other reviews, I wanted to add that the no kids rule is very clear online and I knew this well in advance of our reservation. I love the fact we can have a nice meal out without kids. Sad that people want to ruin your reputation with 1 star reviews when they never even had a meal there. I can attest that the food is impeccable.

This is a huge fat resounding yes. We were able to sneak in during the busy dinner hour while waiting for a table at another restaurant in Rosemary. They popped us at the bar for some pre-dinner cocktails and then had to try an app. The bartender Zack was the biggest sweetie and made me a special drink instead of one on the menu and he was right, he did make a better version himself. The fried deviled eggs were perfect and the whole vibe was cool and elevated without being stuffy. If anyone is in the area, I would absolutely say to pop in. It's worth it

What a fantastic place! The service, the atmosphere, the staff, and without doubt, THE FOOD! Started with the Ahi tacos...probably the best thing we had. You get 3 to an order and they're sooooo fresh. We also enjoyed an order of the candle butter bread- freshly baked and a delicious garlic herbed butter (see pic). For entrees, we had ahi tun and red snapper. Both were delicious...the fish was just slightly overcooked, but just barely (I'm being super picky here- it was still delicious). Caleb was a great server, but the support staff did a fantastic job from filling water to clearing plates. And the show stopper for us, NO KIDS AFTER 5pm. What a great idea...in a town teaming with strollers, it was a welcomed reprieve. Great job and we will certainly return.

We tried this place for the first time for lunch and really liked it! We were seated right away and they have indoor and nice outdoor patio seating as well. The place looks really nice from the inside. You can sit at the bar as well and enjoy a variety of drinks. We ordered their pecan old fashioned, which was nice and different. I liked it. Then we ordered their chicken sandwich, which is blackened chicken with vegetables and side of French fries or their side salad. I got their simple salad instead of French fries and really liked the salad too. Their "we got the beets" salad was great too. It is a nice mixture of greens with pecans, goat cheese and more. The perfect spot for our date night while in Rosemary Beach. Our server was friendly and helpful and the ambiance was beautiful and welcoming. The blue crab claws were to die for delicious and my husband's entree was our favorite; he ordered the evening's special which was triple tail with 3 prawns.

Superb dining experience. All that was tasted was divine, and the service was attentive and helpful. Candle lit tables made for an inviting experience. We were able to be seated a bit earlier than our reservation due to a slower "Off season". Our shared starters of Shrimp Scampi and garlic Crab Claws were perfection. I considered ordering the Scampi again as my entree. The sauce was perfect for mopping up with the accompanying bread. Yum! Again, we shared our entrees of the Stone Crab claws evening special with key lime sauce and Parmesan Crusted Red Snapper with fingerling potatoes and tri-colored cherry tomatoes - oh my, delish! The frosting on the cake was the dessert! The six layer Carrot Cake was moist and heavenly. The piece was huge and shareable! I can't wait to return!

The food was delicious! We LOVED the butter candle with crusty bread. The pork chop was delicious with a crispy outside and juicy center. The waiter (Spencer) was also great! Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. A great meal with great atmosphere!

Everything here was PHENOMENAL! The best dining experience we had in Rosemary Beach. Food, service, atmosphere all an absolute 10/10. They were able to accommodate our party of 10 with no reservation on a Saturday night. We shared the butter candle, Dungeness crab, ceviche, shrimp scampi, beet salad, caesar salad, ribeye and rock shrimp pasta. Every single dish was more fabulous and fresh than the last. Our server, Julia, made sure our experience was exceptional and even provided a complimentary glass of champagne at the end since we were celebrating a friend.

Absolutely adored this place. We had the best service, we barely waited with 8 people, and our food was outstanding. Everyone at our table had nothing but good things to say about it! I would definitely recommend the Red Snapper dish and the fish dip. I will be back!

Our favorite restaurant in Rosemary! There are many great restaurants, but this has been our favorite the past two years. We just visited for the second time and loved it even more! Our favorite starters are the crab cake, ahi tuna tacos, and deviled eggs. For entrees, we've had the ahi tuna, red snapper, and rock shrimp pasta. The tuna is absolutely phenomenal. We've had it twice now and loved it both times. The red snapper was also amazing. I do think they could pair a better side with the red snapper. I liked the pasta too, but it wasn't as good as the fish entrees. For desert, don't skip the key lime pie! So delicious! The restaurant is adults only beginning in the evening. We booked a babysitter specifically so we could enjoy dinner here one evening. The food far surpasses Pescado, in my opinion. Pescado has a beautiful view but we go there for lunch instead with our kids and enjoy the view during the day. Gallion's is a must visit during your vacation!

BEST HAPPY HOUR ON 30A!! $7 drinks and great little HH menu. Great service and friendly bartenders. Fantastic Paloma and I'm not usually an old fashion kinda girl, but it is so good I might make the switch. Crush up your cherry and it makes it 100x better. We ended up buying the ingredients next door to try and recreate them ourselves!

Stopped here for a late lunch with a party of four a few weeks back while visiting the area and pursuing the fun little shops near Rosemary Beach. It was just after 2 pm and the place was empty but service was s-l-o-w. We got our drinks fairly quickly but the food (all simple items) took a long time to come out and the check took even longer. Kind of odd considering they weren't busy at all. We ordered: -Soup of the Day - a nice chowder that I had a few bites of. -St. Barth Salad Nicoise - the ingredients were very fresh and plentiful. The vinaigrette was light and tasty. I split this with my partner. -Bourbon Burger - gruyere cheese, chipotle aioli, Benton's Bacon & Bourbon Jam on a Challah bun. My picky niece really did this burger a disservice by ordering it with all toppings on the side. I did get to try the bacon & bourbon jam - good lord it was phenomenal. I wanted to take it home. -Fish Tacos - Gulf grouper with the traditional fixins. My cousin said these were tasty. My extra-dirty martini had a tiny splash of olive brine; it was hard to drink. The local beer was good and you can't go wrong with classic Coca-Cola. Four stars cause the food was great. Maybe service and alcoholic beverages are better at a non-off time. I didn't take photos for a change, but food presentation was nice.

What a great dining experience! We made a reservation for a table at 6:30pm on a Friday night and got a text it was ready early, so we were seated right away. We ordered: - appetizer special: feta and spinach crab dip with lavash bread 10/10 - We got the beets salad 10/10 - Organic Chicken dinner 7/10, the sauce is very interesting and influences the whole plate so keep that in mind - Blackened grouper dinner, 10/10 fish was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the white cheddar grits were sooooo good - chocolate tarte 10/10 perfect to split! Service was excellent, our waitress was so sweet and helpful! Definitely recommend.

What a great lunch in a casually sophisticated nook! We found..... Lobster Bisque! Quinoa Salad! Fish Tacos! French wine! And a Salty Kisses dessert drink! Superb service from Chloe made us smile! She has a beautiful smile and took great care of us! Thank you, Chloe! Ask for her! - "A nook is a corner or recess in a room, and a cranny is a small, narrow opening or hole. Think of the space behind a piece of furniture. But when we use the phrase nook and cranny, we're not talking about corners or hidden hideaways. We are referring to every part or aspect of something, especially in the context of a thorough search or exploration."

Good food and good service. Sits right in the middle of Rosemary Beach, which gave us some good people watching as we were sat outside to eat on the patio! We started with the crab cake, which was delicious! It wasn't too filled with filler and had actual crab meat! For meals, we had the rock shrimp pasta, simple salad and tuna tacos. Everything was good! I ordered a margarita which I would rate a 5/10, but I like sweet margs and this one lacked that. There were a few good dessert options, however we opted for ice cream across the street.

So so good. We took our niece here while she was on spring break. We got adventurous and tried the butter candle. The butter was house made and delicious (and fun). I got a ribeye, which is definitely large enough to share. The mashed potatoes were to die for. Our niece got the snapper and she said it was really really good. My fiancé said his chicken was quite possibly the most perfectly cooked chicken he had ever had. All the servers and bartenders were super friendly and took great care of us. We definitely will be back!

DELISH! We came here before thanksgiving and WOW everything was delicious! We had the tuna tacos to start along with the shrimp scampi and beet salad and it was all delicious. For our mains we had steak and the crispy snapper and let me tell you- anythinggggg with that burre blanc sauce on it is to DIE for! Our waiter was fantastic and incredibly helpful with our selection/

Incredible flavors, beautiful interior & fast service We arrived 20 minutes early and the hostess kindly sat before our reservation. We ordered two delicious cocktails (more ice than I'd like and not too strong). The smoked fish dip was incredible and arrived within 2 minutes of ordering. The red snapper was perfectly cooked and so flavorful. 10/10.

The Parmesan-crusted red snapper over fingerlings with cherry tomatoes was absolutely delicious. The beurre blanc sauce was so damn good I licked the plate. (Figuratively). We also started with the charred shishito peppers and the butter candle. The shishito peppers were interesting, but not what I would consider a complete appetizer. I placed a pepper over a piece of bread with candle butter spread. This was the best service, ambiance, and meal we've had in the Santa Rosa Beach area. Two others had the ahi tuna, another two had the pork chops. Everyone loved their food.

Started with the candle baguette. Cute concept, and the slices of baguette had a nice grill char to them. Shishito peppers were my "salad" course. Perfect size portion, some nice flavor, fresh and tasty, and as expected, occasionally quite spicy. The main course plates were silly huge. I ordered the bone in ribeye, and with the big mound of potatoes, I finished stuffed and with a lot still on the plate. On the positive side, the steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and was vey well seasoned. It was a nice break from the excellent seafood we enjoyed most of the rest of our visit. Service was professional, helpful and friendly. Gallion's didn't quite hit the high bar that Paradis set, but was a pleasant dining experience.

Loved our meal at Gallions!!! Booked a reservation on open table which was really nice since most places you don't book reservations in Rosemary Beach. The woman who kept refilling our waters was great, so kind. A manager came over to tell us it was "thirsty Thursday" so bottles of wine were 25% off. Sign us up!! Loved the cooling bottle it was in too. Our server, Doina, was amazing! Very kind, very attentive. We loved her! Our meal was delicious! We got the cheese board. It was great! It has a lot of meat which is fine, I don't eat meat but my friend does and she was happy. We were recommended lots of good food but we went with the snapper which was delicious!! Plan to spend your money on great food, service and atmosphere here at Gallion's! We will be back!

Best crab cakes according to my mother! Also this pineapple marg is one of the best drinks I've ever had!

Wow! This place was absolutely amazing! The beet salad was to die for - it had these tiny peppers I've never encountered before that literally popped in your mouth. The beets were sweet and savory, the arugula was fresh and the blood Orange vinaigrette should be bottled and sold. A side of Mac and cheese gave the perfect hint of indulgence at our lunch, and the cocktail menu was interesting and creative. Our server was Frankie, and she absolutely rocked! She dealt with our indecisionness (I'm making up a new word) and our slightly rambunctious misbehavior like a champ. Definitely don't miss this gem in Rosemary Beach - it is upscale beach chic, but unlike some other bars and restaurants in the area, it has the chops to support the slightly higher prices. It also has a great ambiance that is both chic and comfortable without being obnoxious. 10/10!

What a joke. You can't get a drink at the bar unless there is a seat open. Well, there are like 10 seats. Ok, so guessing we can grab a bar table? Nope. No explanation, just "no". Btw. Every bar table hadn't been bussed and were full of dirty dishes. This also wasn't last call, 4 PM on a weekend.

Wow! Such a great happy hour. Drinks and food were amazing. $7 drinks!! Bar staff was very friendly. Will be coming here from now on! Fish dip and charcuterie were great! Took advantage of the Buffalo trace flight too

I travel A LOT, and my dining experience at Gallions tonight was, hands down, one of my all time favorites. Great food. Exceptional service.

The best red snapper dish I've ever had the pleasure of eating! My husband and I enjoyed a vacation dinner without our kids (no one under 18 allowed...loved that!) at Gallion's. We sat inside and it was beautiful. Service was top notch! Loved starting our meal with a cocktail and candle bread! Would highly recommend Gallion's.

Fresh delicious food! They have amazing seafood and great steaks. Highly recommend! Be sure to try the carrot cake!

We had lunch here during our stay - it's definitely pricey but it was good. The service was leisurely, but not not inattentive. We came in around 1pm on a Tuesday and it was quite. The beet salad was delicious and I ordered a skewer of grilled shrimp with it, which was dressed in a yummy creamy type of sauce. Husband had the lunch burger which was really delicious. I also ordered a cocktail, I think it was called down with the blues but it was really good and creamy.

Outstanding evening with early reservations enjoying dinner with my daughter. We had a small charcuterie board - glass of Rhone Red, (that's a GSM (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre) blend) and Chianti (Sangiovese). Just a nice starter then ordered the grouper, ahi tuna and a side Caesar Salad. Both fish dishes were amazing - hats off to the chef for great flavor profile, presentation and overall yumminess! Really enjoyed the charred bok Choi and the sweet sesame glaze over. We ordered two desserts which were delicious - just check out the pictures ! Awesome Service from Frankie friendly funny and attentive ! Just the right amount of background noise and lighting. Love that dinners are adult dining ! Highly recommend !!

The food was amazing and we had the best waitress, Elaina. She was super sweet and extremely helpful with the menu. We loved this place and will be coming back.

Stopped in for a late lunch - enjoyed their version of a spicy margarita with pineapple, and an old fashion that involved a flame. Great presentation, great drinks. We have seen the smoked tuna dip in every restaurant and decided to give it a try - amazing! theirs comes with a little jalapeño jelly that was the chef's kiss. We shared the shrimp scampi and it was superb. All in all, perfect spontaneous lunch after roaming the shops and look forward to coming back.

This place is good. Crab Claws are fresh. We asked for drawn butter but waiter forgot twice. So we gave up on that. The Ahi Tuna I had was wonderful. I just felt for what the atmosphere and price called for the service could be better. Thus only 4 stars. I recommend you call in advance to reserve a table.

Gallion's is one of Rosemary Beach's newer restaurants and one you do not want to miss! The indoor and outdoor dining options are both comfortable spaced and extremely clean. The menu features both traditional fresh seafood dishes as well as creative specialties. The lunch menu is my favorite. The grouper sandwich is amazing with a crunchy and tangy slaw enhancing the clean flavor of the grilled grouper. Their signature dessert is a carrot cake--amazing and large enough for a family to share. If you're not into seafood, get the burger (cheesy goodness with bacon jam!) or chicken sandwich.

We thought this place was fantastic. Everything we tried was extremely good. Especially the vegetable pasta and their cocktail selection. BUT... the star of the show here is the CARROT CAKE by a long shot. The carrot cake kind of blew our minds, it was perfectly moist and not too sweet. Also no huge chunks of carrot inside (which I'm not a fan of). For real, it's just fantastic. We actually came back 2 days later while we were in town & sat at the bar just to have the carrot cake and a drink. I expect it to be on the menu forever and if it isn't we will start a petition to bring it back.

The food was good but the serves is by far the worst in Rosemary. I made a reservation 5 days ahead and when we walked in they wanted to put us at a 6 top! We told them we didn't want to take up a table that big for 3 people, so they sat us at the bar and put 2 small round table together we couldn't even put our knees under. Seriously! The wine pores for a glass of wine is not worth buying. Very small pore. Never have a seen a small pore like this. Think twice on this place!

We came in when they only had their bar opened, and I wish I was hungrier because their charcuterie board looked great, but we just decided to chill and soak up the super elegant and pretty atmosphere. Staff was real kind, drinks were great, and I would love to come back for dinner one day!

Gallion's is a charming cocktail bar centrally located on 30A in Rosemary Beach. The atmosphere was warm and lively with a makeshift fireplace in the middle of the bar -- perfect for a Florida winter. The bartender made great recommendations and we really enjoyed our cocktails. Loved this place for a nightcap on the walk home from dinner!

Crab claws and smoked fish dip were very good to share with the table for appetizers. (Pictured) The shrimp pasta with a lemon sauce and bone in steak were both excellent. We ordered the glaze on the side and I felt like the steak didn't need it. Fantastically cooked with excellent flavor. Dessert was a homemade waffle with ice cream and chocolate/ caramel sauce (fantastic) and a slice of carrot cake. The cake was way overpriced and nothing I plan to order again. Would've been much better served warm. Be prepared to spend a decent amount but all in all excellent dinner spot. 18+ only per their request.

I went to Gallion's a few nights ago my wife and another couple to enjoy a nice meal. The other couple had their 8 week old infant with them and we were all excited to have a great night together. The hostess took us to our table, gave us menus and as soon as we had sat down she came back and told us that they don't allow children of any kind in their restaurant. She then asked us to leave. We couldn't believe it - who else are they discriminating against? They even had a dog in the restaurant - I guess they value dogs over babies. By the way - we ate at Paradis after and had a great meal, good service and the infant didn't make a peep.

We tried this restaurant last night for the first time. I can't believe we've passed the restaurant so many times. Anyway, the whole experience was fabulous from the moment we entered the restaurant. Our waiter was Harrison very attentive! We tried the beet salad , my hubby had the snapper special and I had the tuna. My husband loved his cocktail as well, and dessert was of course chocolate tarte. Next time you're in this area check this place out . The ambiance and decor beautiful and the staff attentive , inviting and knowledgeable.

My family and I had an absolutely AMAZING time at Galliards. Caleb went above and beyond to make my parents anniversary the most special they've ever had. He was so knowledgeable of the menu and was the kindest host I've ever had

Delicious food and smooth service. (I am writing this review in January, not sure about the peak season). Pork chop was an inch thick with two bones and yet perfectly cooked. The servant did exactly what was needed - no more, no less. I'd put 5 stars if not the price, which might've been lower.

Good food, but would recommend sitting inside if you really want to experience the 18+ environment. We had reserved a table for outside, and there was a play going on in the middle part of the area. The waitress was very helpful and shared the specials and her recommendations. They were attentive with water refills. As a party of 4 friends, the waitress came out with one check, and when we asked if we could split it, she said that they highly prefer one check. It wasn't a huge deal, but it would've been nice to know beforehand.
