Gallos Wine Cellar

Gallo’s provided the best part of the wedding! The liquor! Jahred and Kate were extremely knowledgeable of what was needed, the venue, and since we are customers, what we expected. The service was outstanding and could not have asked for anything better! We were extremely impressed and pleased with the outcome as were our guests! Thank you!

We recently had an office party and used Gallo's Wine Cellar in Matawan for the occasion. Kay, the owner is very nice to do business with. The liquor was delivered to the event space on time. The whole experience was pleasant and very easy. I highly recommend Gallo's Wine Cellar.

Gallos supplied the liquor for my off site wedding at The Barn. Kay was a pleasure to work with and helped with suggesting what we would need. Everything was delivered on time and anything not used was returned. Great experience and highly recommend for any party.

I went to this store yesterday to get some red wine for a recipe and a very nice woman helped me. However, as I was making my final decision, the owner began yelling loudly, abusively, and relentlessly at this same kind woman because she had made a mistake. It went on for uncomfortable minutes and I just started shouting him down to stop yelling at her. He was such a jerk. Then he started yelling at me that he would do whatever he wanted in his store and to see what happened if I kept telling him what to do in his own store. I am happy to buy my liquor from any of his 25 local competitors, and hope he loses more customers every time someone reads this review and every time he opens his mouth to berate his employees like an unprofessional bully.

Service and support for our event was tremendous...Jahred and his team were super responsive, provided valuable guidance to ensure we didn't run out of liquor for our event; they promptly took back the items we ultimately didn't need - their delivery service is exceptional - I couldn't recommend it more more strongly.

Used Gallos for our wedding. The process was easy and the team was flexible to our needs and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Gallo's was perfect for my daughter's bat mitzvah party. Jahred was knowledgeable and very helpful when placing my preliminary order. They delivered on time and picked up my closed bottles the next day right on schedule. I would highly recommend, and I plan to use them for future events.

Jen is the best part of this store. She's so helpful and so attentive to everyone's needs I will go so as far to say she's irreplaceable. And they have all the liquor you want. 5 stars.

The store is convenient if your in the shopping plaza. The downside is their prices are high and the selection is limit. I will be boycotting since they sell Trump wine in the front of the store - made in Charlottesville They can keep it! I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews on here great employees and they know what they sell. One of the best selections and prices around!

I had an issue with an order for delivery, and the owner reached out to resolve the problem. He was professional, and took care in finding a solution. And YES they deliver during quarantine.

Really really really big selection and lots of high quality ipas / specialty beers I've never heard of. Prices are right and it's right next door to sushi house!!!

With so many wine shops and some fancy 'shoppes' to choose from..Gallo's is my first choice always to pick up booze. Why you ask?? Its the people man..its always the peeps..who make and break a business, and Gallo's has a good one..Dave. Yup, keeps things interesting, helpful in making choices, and sings at the drop of a bottle. Quirky place , huge selection, fun people..tipple away!!

Check the expectation dates when you buy beer. When I called them out on it they told me it's not expired, on two months ago!! Won't go there agin!! Zero star on my book!!!

Lowest prices around, great selection, & great service! After comparing around I now always go here first!

I wanted to buy beer so I went there. They had the beer I wanted, so I gave them some money. After that, they gave me the beer. It was wonderful. 10/10. Would buy beer again.
