Galpin Honda Café

Today while I was working nearby I was checking for a place to grab a quick bite, I spotted this cafe and the sandwiches look really good then I decided to try it. When I arrived I didn't know where the exact location was, I asked one worker and he told me that the cafe was inside the dealer. Andy whom helped me with my order is super friendly and helpful. I had 2 chicken sandwich with some chili paste and pesto sauce. , so delicious one was for my coworker,. Also I was Very surprised when I was ordering coffee, and Andy told me that the iced coffee was for free, and also the can soda was free, I have never expected to get a free drinks, however they have different varieties of drinks that we have to pay. Thanks Andy I will definitely come back to get more sandwiches. Highly recommend the sandwiches if anyone is nearby trying to get a quick bite. Also the best part is that is not expensive at all.

I stopped by this Galpin Honda Cafe after I dropped off my car to get service and visited the Parts area. This Honda Cafe is inside the dealership right next to the check in desk. They have iced coffee, food and also bottle drinks. I just got a coke can since it's complimentary when you're getting a car service done there. There are places inside the dealership for you to sit and enjoy your order as well. The lady working the cashier was very nice to me.

I absolutely love this Cafe! Paulie and her staff were incredible friendly and made me very happy customer:) Highly recommend.

I came in to get service and stopped my the cafe to order a coffee and ordered a brown oat milk shaken espresso and it was so good better than Starbucks not too sweet. The ladies that work there are wonderful as well super sweet and nice. Would recommend to everyone.

Absolutely wonderful staff and the drinks were amazing ... I had the iced coffee and was able to try their Thai tea! Will definitely keep coming back

Paulie , the manager was so helpful to me an my son Carlos. She gave us recommendations. She said try the brown sugar oat milk latte, and omygosh I loved it. It was perfectly sweetened with the right amount of ice, and made with lots of Love. My son had the white mocha blended. He said, it's not extremely sweet or overpowering, and He Loved it! Paulie offered me a cup thai iced tea to try. She and her baristas were all so friendly . Very rare do you encounter, such genuine niceness at places. They exceeded my expectations and definitely have our family as a customer!! Thank you, Sylvia

Came here for a sandwich, left with a car?! Didn't realize that this coffee shop also had a small Honda dealership attached. Sandwich is a steal for under $10. Coffee is on the house if you're a client.

Simply the best coffee shop in town! This place is better than other coffee bean locations, and the food is amazing. Try their sandwiches, they're great! They deserve more than 5 stars.

Amazing coffee and the staff is amazing. I always get the hazelnut iced coffee and my son absolutely loves the Thai iced tea with boba. Great atmosphere I would beyond recommend you visiting, you will not regret it

The customer service at this Honda dealership in San Fernando is absolutely horrendous. From the moment I stepped foot in the place, it felt like nobody even cared about my presence. It's like they were all living in their own little bubble, with the nastiest attitude imaginable. It's absolutely mind-boggling. Thank goodness I don't own a Honda myself, and I'm only here as a favor for a friend..

This Coffee Bean has an amazing staff that has excellent customer service. They are very knowledgeable about their drinks and menu. I even go there when I don't need my vehicle serviced. Thank you Coffee Bean staff!

The service guy here doesn't really give good customer care, i went here for my oil change and my tire was punctured on the side. Honda care said it was covered but the service agent wanted me to pay for the tire my self and insisting it. I would say 0/10 customer service. They really made me feel uncomfortable here. Only reason i go here is because this is the closest honda dealership to my house. I'm never coming back here again.

This is my 3rd service maintenance since I bought the car in this dealership and "the Ladies" that work at the coffee shop are nothing but AWFUL, never greet, never say thank you, never are willing to help, never smile and mostly they get upset because you give them "the yellow free item slip" that Ho da provide customers for free coffee. If they don't want to work there or have a problema with the yellow slip, why the heck are they there? Why the heck they don't say anything to the Honda manager about this? I hate coming to this place and get upset faces in the morning. I don't deserve this POOR customer service from anyone. Monday May 18th, Back to Honda Galpin Mission Hills because the stupid car has a "Brake system" error, unfortunate and disappointed on Honda brand. However, we got coffee and everything was awesome! The young guy and Asian lady working this morning were very pleasant and accommodating. At least the good coffee and we ice from these people highlighted my morning while waiting on my inefficient Honda Accord 2018, shame on you Honda!

Amazing place to eat and relax while waiting for car service. Great food prepared and high end service from Paulie! Very nice experience. Awesome drinks and chips included as well. Highly recommended. Thank you so much! Coming back forsure even if my car doesn't need anything.

listen i have worked in many different places that have to do with customer service and let me tell you that the only good customer service i got was from the beautiful ladies who sale coffee inside this place . i understand there is a reasonable time wait for everything 1 maybe 2 hours but wow 3 1/2 hours i think was a bit to much for just an oil change? and 2 tires that needed to be changed. The person who approached my vehicle didn't even bothered to say hi im going to be helping you today or anything he basically took the miles of my vehicle and proceeded to rush ok follow me your car needs so and so have you done any of that ? no i haven't. ok so what do u want us to do . no professionalism what so ever . was he in a hurry to get lunch break ? or just tired ? reason of his facial expression's of "god why im i even here" . for A women with a 2 year old im very calm about waiting 3 1/2 hours for an oil change . This personal really needs to do better. much better not for me who i am or WAS the customer but for their own reputation as a business . name of employee who approached my vehicle. (. HENRY ORDAZ )

I want to give a big thank you to Pedro Fernandez (finances) he was so much help! Gave me great advice on my purchase and recommend the best that help me out so much. He was very helpful making it easy for me to understand on what was being offered to me. Most importantly very polite. Walking out very satisfied and happy. To these two gentlemen that are Alejandro (salesperson)and Frank (manager) I'm so glad I was able to have them to lead me throughout this purchase. Very patient and super helpful. GREAT TEAM!

The Best iced coffee!!! I can't order an iced coffee the same way at any other Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. At Galpin, they make it perfectly sweet, rich, and creamy!!

Since I bought my car last year, the service in this cafe inside Mission Hills Honda, has always been tremendously poor. They always seems so mad and bothered with all the customers who come with the yellow slip (complimentary drink by Honda). Fix your attitude first, and don't speak in Thai with each other when customers are in front of you and ordering. Honda should takes action and address this situation, because if this continue on my next visit I will definetely further action. No customers should feel this way.

5 stars! By far the best iced coffee ever! The baristas were three sweet Asian ladies with amazing customer service. All I asked for was something similar to a Vietnamese cold brew and got the best iced coffee I've purchased in a while. I wish I was closer to this location to be a regular. But will most definitely always stop by when I'm the area.

Paulie was super sweet and attentive. Our food was delicious and made our experience waiting at Galpin Honda an amazing one.

Never been to a dealer where they treat you right. The anxiety of salesmen left me when Tony Chaidez approaches me. I could tell he wanted to make sure a car fits my needs NOT desires. He left me in a positive note and I will go to him again for vehicle advice. He would carefully ask what my needs were in term of what Honda vehicle suits me best whether I need a specific feature or not. I've never seen anyone like him. Makes me believe in car salesmen again. :)

The service of the cafe is excellent. I and my girlfriend usually go there to buy new cars and get service for cars. Whenever we go to get coffees, the servers are very nice and friendly. The place is very clean and sanitary.

I came in with my brother because he was looking to buy a new car and I was looking possibly trade in my current car, We were greeted by Thanh "T" and I have to say, he was very friendly and helpful towards my brother, he also got me a great deal on trading in my car for a brand new one. I highly coming to see T on your next visit here. Thanks a bunch T!!!!

I would highly recommend Galpin Honda. Angel Arias was very helpful and was very understanding as to what I wanted out of my purchase. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I got the car I wanted. If your looking to purchase a car you should go to Galpin Honda and ask for Angel. Great customer service. Very happy with my purchase.

On July 3rd I had scheduled an appointment with Chris Sandoval since my lease was almost up. Chris was the salesperson I dealt with when I leased my car back in 2012, so I figured I'd call him up to see what my options were. Again, Chris totally exceeding my expectations by being super accommodating and making the whole process painless. I had asked him to provide me with my options for both buying out my lease and for a new vehicle, and he was quick to get that info to me. Chris answered any questions I had over the phone, so by the time I arrived at Galpin in Mission Hills, he had everything laid out for me and even showed me the 2015 version of my Civic and test drove it. Within three hours I was in and out with my brand new 2015 civic. Once again, Chris made the experience for me so easy and comfortable, and that's why I wouldn't hesitate to go back. In fact, I've told my friends about him and would recommend anyone interested in buying a Honda to make an appointment with him. Kudos to Galpin Honda in Mission Hills for making the experience of buying a car hassle-free! Everyone there is super friendly and ready to help answer any questions and/show you around. Liz, their finance manager was great, too! I highly recommend this place :0)
