Gambino's New York Subs Review - Embarcadero - San Francisco - The Infatuation
"East Coast transplants rejoice: New York-style subs are within reach in the Financial District and North Beach. Gambino’s is a to-go focused spot dedicated entirely to Empire State sandwiches. Aside from the usual suspects, like bacon, egg, and cheese bagels and loaded cheesesteaks, they also serve an excellent chicken caesar wrap. Their version spends enough time on the grill to look spray-tanned. And the pieces of lettuce, chicken, and croutons are evenly chopped with the precision of a Cold Stone Creamery mixer. Any time you’re downtown-ish and in need of an on-the-move lunch, this is your spot." - Julia Chen
Who would've thought that balsamic would go well in a grilled chicken sandwich? That's what you get with their Tribeca here. Their fries are crispy too, which is nice.

Service is fast even during lunchtime. The Reuben was good too. Meatball was amazing!
