Disappointing Experience with GameStop
I recently purchased a controller from GameStop, and unfortunately, my experience has left me disappointed. The controller broke within two weeks with basic use, which was particularly disheartening as it was a Christmas gift.
When I approached the store for an exchange, I was told that they could only facilitate returns for members after 7 days and up to 30 days for members. Despite calling the manager, the resolution remained the same – no exchange for non-members.
This contrasts with the GameStop I remember as a premiere gaming store that prioritized customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to see a shift in their approach. I would advise potential buyers to be cautious and consider other options for their gaming needs.
