G&M Stone Tops

This is my second time using G&M Stone Tops for my home. The first time was a beautiful quartz remnant for my master bath. This time it was quartz remnants to create a sofa table, coffee table and 2 end tables. As the first time, it was an absolute pleasure working with this team. I placed my order to hold the materials, and it took me about 6 weeks to get the legs built for the quartz. There was lots of communication back and forth, and they were patient, provided the information I needed and were just great to work with. Once they came to the-late, my installation was within a week. Super fast!!!!!!!! I have 4 more projects that need quartz, and this is the only place I will go. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

The pricing was favorable, she received excellent assistance from both the sales and installation staff, and everything was done on a timely basis with expertise and professionalism. G&M Stone Tops is highly recommended.

Great service, working with Annesia was very easy and she was very nice and respectful. Francis and Tony installed the granite and did so in a clean and quick manner. Paul was also good in helping us out with the whole process. Overall, I recommend choosing these guys for any renovation project as they are easy to work with and understanding.

Big box stores can't touch these folks. As to their installers, I cannot speak highly enough. They were clean, professional, jovial, and took time to extend kindness and patience to my inquisitive kiddos (and husband!!). BEWARE of using G & M Stone Tops. Here's my side of the story. We hired a general contractor (GC) to install a new kitchen in our house. G & M Stone Tops was subcontracted by our GC to provide the countertop. At no time did we sign a contract with, promise payment to, or interact with G & M Stone Tops. The arrangement was EXCLUSIVELY between our GC and G & M Stone Tops. Now I'm not privy to the details of the contract between these two companies or the relationships between these two companies, and I don't know if G & M Stone Tops properly billed our contractor (I'm guessing not) but around March 16, 2022, I received a certified letter from G & M Stone Tops which was a "NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE LIEN" against us. I forwarded the letter to our contractor to resolve. Interestingly, at no time did G & M Stone Tops attempt to contact us personally about sorting out this discrepancy. They went STRAIGHT to threatening to file a lien against us. (Personally, I think they were using us to get to our contractor.) --- Needless to say, our GC addressed this issue and from what I heard they don't use G & M Stone Tops anymore. ---Finally, we never heard anything back from G & M Stone Tops apologizing for the action they took. --- So, you have to ask yourself...do you want to do business with a company like G & M Stone Tops? A company that uses threats (NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE LIEN) before even attempting to resolve an issue? What does it matter if they do good work if there is the possibility they will treat you like this?
