I've been here twice, and the food each time is delicious, hearty, and filling. They're very generous with the portions. The owner is very friendly and kind. I can tell he knows his customers very well. My mom loves this place and appreciates the wonderful customer service, which is rare because she's normally picky about Vietnamese restaurants. I recommend the pho and the com tam.

Visiting from the SF Bay Area and made a pit stop here, we ordered chicken pho which was delicious and authentic! The broth was flavorful and the server (or owner) was very friendly and helpful. The pickled onions were a nice addition as well, never had that served back home. Would highly recommend

Better than viet cintron in burlington. The meat is really tender and the broth is very flavorful. Family owned and the owner was very friendly. Especially to our daughter who’s one and a half years old. Highly recommend to eat here!

Craved Viet food and stopped here on the way home from Martha’s Vineyard. I am Viet and originally from the SF Bay Area and usually critique Boston area Vietnamese restos. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the all-English menu but desperate for a quick Viet fix anyway. The food truly did not disappoint. We ordered the banh mi with grilled beef and my husband ordered the vermicelli bowl with grilled chicken, plus a Vietnamese iced coffee. The banh mi beef was thinly sliced, lean and tender beef, and lots of it. Order it with the avocado—so good! The bun bowl was piled high with seasoned grilled chicken. Nuoc mam with garlic and chilis was on point. They did not skimp on quality or quantity. Service was quick and the owner/manager was so friendly. Sad we are not in Braintree often but when we are passing thru, will definitely stop here and try the pho.

Best pho of my entire life. Boyfriend tried ordering chicken pho but the guy said no (in a funny/friendly way) and basically orders for him and it was the best bowl of pho ever, they know what they are doing!! Trust the process this food made my entire week. It's so authentic and has such a calm environment. I highly recommend and go with an open mind!!

The food is always fresh and delicious, the pho is the best and the owner is always so nice and accommodating to me and any of my friends I bring. The atmosphere is very peaceful— perfect for a calm date, catching up with friends, or even a solo date to relax. The vietnamese coffee is to die for.

I've seen this place on social media and always wanted to try this place. This past weekend was my time! We were in the area and decided to try it. There is plenty of street parking outside, and this place is not far from the South Shore mall. The restaurant is clean and there is one gentleman that operates the dining area and handles take out orders. He is super friendly and checks in on you to ensure all is well throughout your stay. The menu is pretty limited but you're coming to this place for pho. They have a special one called Ganh Pho, and this $25 bowl of pho comes with 2 tender pieces of beef ribs! We ordered 3 bowls. The ribs are cooked perfectly and are easy to eat - just grab the bone and go at it. The portion size is good with lots of noodles and other meats. The broth comes out hot and has good flavor. The flavor is not over powering, but just right for this dish. Everything that you need is already at the table - sauces, chop sticks, napkins. The guy also brews hot tea at the front counter and he is quick to give refills without you asking. The restaurant is clean and there were about 11 tables inside. The area is pretty open so I'd imagine that if they had to, they could rearrange things to accommodate larger groups (with appropriate planning). The menu is not huge, but I did see the traditional rice plate with pork chops, and fresh/fried rolls available as well. There are some drink offerings, too. If you're a pho lover and you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by and get the signature Ganh Pho! You'll love it. I can't wait to go back.

The restaurant have an inviting vibe and the server was attentive and welcoming. I got the ganh pho bowl and it was huge. The broth could use more star anise and cinnamon though. The beef brisket was a little chewy but the meatballs and tripe were tender. They are generous with the bean sprouts, jalapeño and herbs. Also got Vietnamese iced coffee that was a little too sweet for my taste. Plenty of parking in the back and front street parking.

Such a cute and cozy Vietnamese restaurant located in Braintree! Ganh Pho is perfect for if you want to sit down and enjoy a meal but also if you want to grab something to go. I love how it's set up; their counter is built for a quick take out order with tables in the back for a typical dine-in experience. I got their rice with grilled pork which came with a side of soup. Their soup was delicious -- super rich and flavorful, but not too heavy at the same time. Their grilled pork was good as well, but the nuoc cham (their house fish sauce) was terrific to pair with the meat. The pork was a little dry but overall very tasty. I would come back for their pho since I thought their soup was so good! I can imagine that their pho broth is probably just as good. Parking is a breeze here since they have their own lot. I recommend giving Ganh Pho a try for some good Viet food! Although a bit pricier than other Viet places, it's worth giving them a taste.

Wow! What an amazing meal and overall restaurant experience! Don't wok, run to Ganh Pho! My mom and I can't wait to return. (Sorry for the pun, I couldn't help myself.)

I would consider ourselves regulars at this restaurant. We typically order takeout from here 1-2 times a week. Our goto is the round steak pho. The food is always quick and delicious, never disappoints. Sadly we moved away from MA last month, but we will certainly miss our goto pho spot!

The server was incredibly nice to us and attentive. I got the beef back rib pho, which I really enjoyed and was a nice change of pace from the typical pho that I get. The spring roll that we got was good as well. It wasn't busy on a holiday weekend during dinner hours, so it was nice and quiet. This is a solid place and I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in the area.

Food is delicious. Ordered takeout and it was packaged perfectly. Fried Egg Rolls 4 - crispy, good filling, not greasy Shrimp and Pork Fresh Rolls- 5 Spicy Beef Noodle Soup 4 Neighborhood favorite, food is fresh and tasty. Will order again!

Amazing pho and those rib bones are so delicious, packed with great flavors. We ordered the pho combo #5 that automatically came with 2 good size rib-bones and what felt like unlimited beef (slices, brisket, tripe, tendon, meatball). I kept scooping to see if I had more meat and sure enough, they just kept popping up. Usually I finish the meat before the noodles, but not the case here. Highly recommend Ganh Pho to any pho lover, good service and clean environment.

This place made me sooooo happy. This pho with ribs was the best pho I've ever had. It looked like there was an entire cow in my bowl. And the meat was so soft and delicious. Super tasty flavors and really nice staff. Thank you!!

Great food. Usually order Togo and the food always comes hot, delicious flavor, seasoned just right. We really enjoy the Pho soups with the beef rib and I've also tried their special spicy soup and it's great with just the right amount of spice to enjoy and still get a nice kick. Definitely recommend and will be ordering again.

The service was amazing! The food was great! We ordered the grilled pork ban-mi, Special Pho with the back ribs, Special Bun Bo Hui with Pork spare-ribs. They were in a big serving portion with tasty food quality! It's an overall 5 stars dining experience!

The pho and banh mi were both delicious! A little on the pricier side than other restaurants for the more or less same size but still a really tasty meal. My banh mi was a little on the saltier side but the pho was very yummy. Next time I will definitely get the pho again, it was so tasty and comforting. I also LOVED the cilantro on both dishes. The biggest factor for the five stars was the service. Our waiter went above and beyond for us which turned this casual lunch into such a pleasant memory. My boyfriend got the pho and it's part of my girlfriend duties to always steal a little bit of his food, our waiter noticed me taking sips and immediately brought over a second bowl for easier sharing. Our water was always full and he would check in sometimes to make sure we didn't need anything else. The service was such a pleasant addition to the Braintree day.

This is the best Pho place in all of Mass. the food quality is top tier. Everything from the Broth, to the meats, and sauce is high quality and fresh. not the typical MSG salty broths. and most of all, the service is the best I would come back here for that. favorite pho place

This broth is straight up dreamy. I've eaten at many, many Pho restaurants and this is easily one of the best in Massachusetts/ New England. Normally I order a Dac Biet in the largest size available as a gold standard; seeing the flagship here - Ganh Pho Bowl (essentially a Dac Biet with two large ribs), I went all in and was very impressed.. Also had a Mango Smoothie that was delicious and refreshing. Service was excellent and was kindly given a suggestion on how to best utilize the dipping saucer for hoisin and sriracha; dipping the meat separately out of the soup, and adding the pickled onions with the meat. Not to get all sentimental but DAMN, the flavor of the broth nearly brought tears to my eyes.. I have not felt compelled to write a yelp review in a super long time but felt it was an injustice that their yelp rating isn't much higher! 5 Stars from this foodie/self-proclaimed Pho Aficionado...

One of the best Pho we had in Boston . The ribs are not fatty and overcooked like other place. Price is reasonable for the portion . They did not pack properly last time when we ordered take out . As result , the broth container broken and we had no soup . Expressing this issue to the manager, he refunded . Good customer service

Beef back ribs pho is very good. The broth is beefy and flavorful, the meat is very soft, falling off the bone easily. It's a big portion, make sure you come hungry. The staffs are nice and friendly. I like the calm vibes in here, not like other busy and nosy pho spots.

This was my second time ordering from here. The first time I got exactly what I wanted but this time it was nothing like advertised or what I received the first time. I spent $20 on (Mi hoanh thánh tôm) and they gave me the nastiest thin slice of pork I ever seen also it didn't include Bok Choy which it did last time. To spend $20 on a soup because I'm pregnant and can barely keep food down and get this makes me extremely angry. I will be disputing the charge with my bank cuz wtf. I will include pics below so you can see the difference. I wont be ordering from here anymore.

Me and my family loved all the food here, we drove an hour and half just to come eat here and absolutely loved it. We forgot our baby bag and came back and needed that morning coffee and their ice coffee was amazing I cannot say enough about how amazing this place was, the gentleman helping us was more than kind I cannot wait to go back

We got takeout from this restaurant. I ordered Bun Rieu #23, a pho-like soup with shrimp, crabmeat, fried tofu, noodles, mint leaves, sprouts. The wife got Grilled Chicken #39 (chicken, rice, carrots, cukes). What I got was overpriced and not very good. The Bun Rieu was supposed to be a little spicy, but was quite bland. It also came with just two small shrimp and the "crab" was fake crabmeat. The Grilled Chicken was much better value, tasty and adequate size portion. Got a vietnamese coffee with that, slightly overpriced.

The owner was super friendly and greeted us right as walked in. Went at 5:30p on Sunday night for my daughter'a birthday dinner and was seated promptly. Loved the pho, especially the spicy beef noodles with beef rib, portions were good sized and piping hot! We got a basket of spring rolls half fried and half fresh. For me, this is my new favorite Pho noodle restaurant. Will be trying the rice plates very soon.

I ordered #24 Hue-style spicy noodle soup which has beef and pork. The broth was spicy just how I like it served with fresh bean sprouts, lime and basil on the side. Nice size portions for the noodle soup. Although the fried egg rolls were tasty they were really expensive for 2 pieces at 9.95 being that they were the size of a spring roll.

My husband and I took our parents here...wanted them to try Pho and this place was on our way home. The food was delicious but the service was amazing. If you are thinking about going....just go, you won't be disappointed.

Ganh Pho is a Vietnamese restaurant located at 906 Washington Street in Braintree, Ma. My family dined in during lunch on a Sunday. There was plenty of street parking on both sides of the street. I believe there is also parking in the back of the restaurant. The restaurant was empty when we came in during lunchtime. The host told us we could sit anywhere we liked. There were plenty of tables and seatings for parties of 4-6 in the dining area. There were a few takeout orders ready for pickup. I would say pretty slow for a Sunday. Only one other family came in during our entire stay. I was excited to try the bun mang vit but it was sold out. I tried to order the mi quang but that also was sold out. Luckily the bun rieu was available. My husband ordered bun bo hue and the kids had pho tai bo vien. I would say that the food was overall good, but lacking when compared to some of the Vietnamese restaurants that I am used to going to. The pricing is also slightly higher than most Vietnamese restaurants I have been to as well. I am sure rent is higher in Braintree, hence, higher overhead expenses, which likely translates to higher pricing. Avocado shake was sweet and the flan was also not available from the menu when I went. Majority of the items that I wanted to try was not available. I think I need to come before noon next time to get the popular items from their menu. We came around 1:00pm. Also, the restaurant was cleaner and definitely more modern compared to most Vietnamese restaurants I have been too. The customer service the day we went was super friendly. The lady who serviced us was so kind and thoughtful. She bought extra napkins because we had kids without us even asking. When we left, she ran after us to give my son's sunglasses. I hate to leave less than four star, especially during COVID times to any restaurant. I believe we didn't get a good representation of the food today. I hope to be back to try other items that I didn't get to try from the menu.

Try their pork chop on rice! Generous portions, great flavor and very tender!!! Chicken pho was not bad but I wished it wasn't just all white meat. Because I love a chicken pho with cuts from a whole chicken

It was pretty decent food but wasn't mind blowing. I ordered the Banh Mi with Grilled Pork, Spring Roll with Shrimp and Pork, and Avocado Smoothie. Not going to lie, the Spring Roll was extremely average. It didn't taste horrible, but it was a lot worse in comparison to the other spring rolls I've had in the past. The Banh Mi was pretty good and flavorful! And the Avocado Smoothie was pretty good too but that seems difficult to mess up. Not sure if I got an accurate representation of Ganh Pho based on my order. Would love to come back in the future to try other items on the menu!

Grilled chicken was very tasty . I was craving chicken teriyaki and got that instead. Great choice! Definitely want to try other menu items.

Best Pho in South Shore! Highly recommend this place. I always get the brisket pho and they don't skimp on the brisket - always tender. Noodles and broth are also top notch. Staff is very courteous and service is great. Also recommend the banh mi if you're in the mood for a sandwich. Don't miss out on the Braintree gem!

Exceptional service, I took my wife and 3 kids there and our server went out of his way to ensure that the kids were completely satisfied with their choices and even allowed my girls to split a dish at no extra cost. Highly satisfied and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good meal at a great cost. We'll definitely be back! :)

Expensive and smaller than normal portions, but damn good food. I'm sick with COVID and too weak to cook right now, but I'm a Viet food snob being raised under my mom and dad's cooking. I've ordered their pho tai bo vien, bum rieu, ca kho and a few other things and everything has been spectacular. I can't wait to bring my dad here some time! The only thing I will say is I did order the hu tieu but asked them to make it the dry style (hu tieu kho) but it wasn't done right. All good. Their goi cuon could use less lettuce and more pork. But man. Thanks for saving me (literally). The pho is savory, clear, and clean! I feel a little rejuvenated.

We ordered the Pho Dac Biet, kid's portion Pho Tai, and Bun Bo Hue. I was raised Vietnamese and the pho was authentic and phenomenal! Their portions of meat were not only generous, but they were attentive to the thin slices of beef carefully laid on top of the noodles to make sure that it arrived to the table medium rare rather than well done. The pho was served with cooked bean sprouts (I asked for it to be cooked), basil, and pickled onions (this is how authentic pho is normally served in Vietnam, yet it is the only restaurant in the area that includes it as a side to their pho automatically). You can taste the time and love invested in the depth of flavors in their broth, which my husband and I were impressed by. Additionally, my son is still young so they made him a separate small bowl with only noodles, beef, and broth, which he loved. They were very kind to do this for us bc it was off-menu and only charged us $6 for it, which I thought was fair and reasonable. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue (BBH) and although it was decent, it was missing ingredients that make it authentic to me (i.e. banana flower/ red cabbage or pork blood) so it wouldn't be my first choice when I come back. My first choice would be their pho, pho sure!!! I was so hungry and the food was so good, I forgot to take pictures. I'll update when I come here again. Service was kind and welcoming! Absolutely delicious! A Must Try! My husband and I stopped in here today on our way home to the Cape, and we are so glad we did! We had an order of the Shrimp and Pork fresh spring rolls, Egg Rolls, Grilled Chicken Bahn Mi sandwich, Chicken Pho, and the Steak, Meatball, and Brisket Pho. What can I say? We we hungry ;) And oh boy, the food was so good! Everything was incredibly fresh and tasty. Loved the house sauces, too. We ended up ordering more spring rolls to go. I'm actually eating one of them as I write this- ha! We also had two Vietnamese iced coffees, which were an additional treat. The interior is nice and cozy. We sat in a booth and loved the assortment of sauces provided to add our meals. The staff were incredibly nice! Our server was so happy to see us happy with the food and even gave us extra peanut sauce for our to-go spring rolls! (Thank you!!) We will definitely be back!

Excellent food, attentive service, lovely casual dinner. We dined in here and got a few pho dac biets and a bun. The pho broth is some of the best we've had in recent memory. Portions are generous and prices are very reasonable. Our server (and maybe the owner?) was very gracious and attentive. He was multi-tasking without missing a beat, managing take out orders and serving the tables. I'd definitely return to eat here again.

Located in Braintree Square is this unassuming storefront Vietnamese restaurant, inside is where the food shines with generous portions of goodness at a reasonable price. Grilled pork chops with rice and side salad was full of flavor,I go for the extra side of fish sauce which is umami packed for extra flavor drizzled over everything. The grilled pork vermicelli bowl was also on point and enough for lunch and dinner! Street parking and also behind the building,must try if your in the area.

I could have phở with round steak and meatballs any time of day! Does anyone else crave hot soup on hot days? I got the #8 a bowl of Vietnamese beef noodle soup with scallion, onion and cilantro. Served with a plate of bean sprouts, chili pepper, basil and lime. So fresh and delicious, the noodles were perfectly cooked to my liking. Everyone at the table had full bellies, huge smiles and complete satisfaction. Can't wait to come back here! The staff here are so kind and quick to attend to your needs. Please give this place a visit!

I live by the area and I saw this place online and decided to check it out. The overall atmosphere was very relaxed and it was very comforting. Our server did a great job assisting us with everything we needed and he was very kind. The portions were great if you're looking for a heavier lunch. I recommend you try the mango smoothie as well! It's tastes great and is very refreshing

My family and I were in the area and wanted to give Ganh Pho a try! We ordered their spring rolls (number 1), beef noodle soup with special beef combination (number 15) and rice with grilled pork chop (number 36). The spring rolls and pho were tasty. However the pork chop was saltier than expected and quite thin. As we were wrapping up, we wanted to order a couple drinks to go. We asked the employee for the drink menu and she said she doesn't know the drink options and told us to go on the website to reference the menu. When we checked the online menu and there were only three smoothie options. We settled for a mango smoothie and a strawberry smoothie; however, was then informed that neither options were available because they didn't have the ingredients.

The pho here is great and super fast. I was in a rush and the food came out piping hot and fresh in a few minutes. The service is impeccable and was very understanding of the rush that I was in. I ordered the pho with tendon and tripe (my favorite). I absolutely would come here again
